The battle has been joined. Nothing motivates this writer more than stonewalling, -- other than egregious injustice. The lack of transparency remains stunning. Speaks volumes. Begs the question what are they so desperate to hide? The following email, last of several, recently sent to the Chase corporate management suite, was conveniently, callously, cowardly ignored. Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it?
It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fully intend to expose these sons of bitches, all of them, for precisely whom and what they are. Criminal complaints are being prepared. Will be filed shortly against both my brother and his shyster with the out-of-state prosecutor and U.S. Attorney. Later, a complaint will be prepared and filed with the State Bar.

Can you explain how a Chase check from an account you claimed I was not a beneficiary to found its way to a Kearney Federal Savings account owned by my late father? Thought I'd give you and Chase one last chance to come clean as to what happened, how, and why. ... Before sending criminal complaints to both the Essex County Prosecutor and the U.S. Attorney.
The Prosecutor has ignored two previous complaints. -- May have been bought off, no? Regardless, have a lot more now than before and intend to refile with her. Since there appears to be bank fraud perpetrated by my brother and his shyster, this indeed becomes a matter for a U.S. Attorney.
There desperately needs to be a full audit of my father's estate for reasons already outlined in earlier correspondence. Since the beneficiary money appears to be so unsubstantial, there is also the possibility my brother and his shyster looted those funds as well. All the more reason to audit to see what went where and to whom.
Regardless, when and/or if this matter is settled, intend to publish every bit of material to date to expose my brother and his shyster to the light of day for precisely whom and what they are. Hope they sue. Will publish all discovery as well no matter the personal consequences.
If Chase has indeed broken no laws regarding this entire fiasco, it's time to come clean. Hard to believe that even possible for a bank that has paid billions to federal regulators. Then again, possibly ole Jaimie may have turned over a new leaf.
Then again, one would have to believe in the tooth fairy to think that, right, Mr Agbana? One final point. Why is it none of the principals involved in this fiasco can seem to get my name right? Aggressive stupidity?

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs. Will continue no matter where, no matter how. Unfunded, however, this writer remains here for one reason and one reason only. Unfinished, unresolved out of state family business.
Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member. -- Three years after my father's death. Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster. This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.
An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored. There has been no transparency. The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer. Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.
Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved. This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account. The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am. Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.
His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality. Truth, indeed, a moving target. Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate. A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.
A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.
Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades. While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down. My mother was so informed at the time. Nothing was done.
Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man. May have looted his estate. Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted. Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication. Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

3-4-15 Update
While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly. Normally, there are two ways to update. Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.
Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload. The Control Panel URL does not work. Tor is indicating it's not secure. Should not be trusted. Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server. Host-ed is aware of the problem. Five open support tickets attest to this fact. We'll see what happens.
Things have worsened, however. The third party software used to access the FTP server now indicates the host-ed.me server certificate is unknown. Quite a security issue.
The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, are properly working, and have been uploaded. The problem with the twomini site has been corrected. There are still other security problems with that site that have not been addressed by twomini, but don't effect readers in any way.
Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running. Properly protected against any security issues. That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and operational.
Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at host-ed.me and they'll finally improve security on their still non-functional FTP server. Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.
Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past. The least troublesome. Unless things quickly improve, both sites may be jettisoned. ... Bookmark. -- So you always have access to at least one site. TC

Todd Jones of Buchanan Dam has again been beaten by Llano County's 'finest.' This time reportedly arrested for an alleged felony. Desperately needs legal counsel. Time to step up and offer this guy assistance. If these jackbooted bastards are not held accountable, this abuse will continue unabated. Right, Sheriff?
Is this the type of jackbooted fascist police-state we all wish to live in? This remains an out of control agency of thugs who need to be criminally investigated by an outside agency and reined in. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They remain jackbooted terrorists. With a mandate to wantonly harass, beat, shake down, and in at least several instances in the last ten years or so, kill. They are and remain predators.

Subsequent to the above, Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones provided this writer notarized copies of two affidavits of non-prosecution in cause/case numbers C15--098, unlawful restraint, and C15-099, assault by contact, for the two most recent charges involving Beverly Frasier. -- The latest of repeated charges apparently brought by Llano County's 'Finest' on behalf of this very same woman.
What's the game, Sheriff? Not the first time Frasier has backed off prosecution, right, Bill? Couldn't be she's a stooge, could it? Paid informant? Pressured? Bribed? Got something on her, Bill? Or, is she just nuts?
Interestingly, Jones showed me two Jackass-style police show videos regarding this latest fiasco featuring Llano County's 'Finest.' -- Same officers involved in earlier extremely abusive phony arrests on highly questionable charges you and the County Attorney continue to drag your feet on prosecuting. Why is that Sheriff? No evidence? -- Never stopped you jackbooted bastards from manufacturing fiction in the past, did it?
Why are your goons involved in production of police show 'entertainment' videos? To deliberately influence the jury pool? Deprive a defendant of civil and constitutional rights? Get their cookies off behaving like juvenile jackasses? Goddamned pathetic, Sheriff. Unbecoming. Best you have to offer? Why are taxpayers paying for officers who self-servingly star in phony trumped up videos not worth the cost of media used to generate them?
Both videos were of incredibly low quality. Heavily edited. Poorly produced. Rank amateurs. Involving little more than self-serving commentary by your goons on their merry way to 'legally' f--k an innocent man. Is this what now passes for witness testimony on the stand? Or, do they simply perjure themselves as I've seen them repeatedly do?
How did the 'production crew' get advanced warning to know when to roll? -- Conveniently coordinate matters with ole bought and paid for Bev? Once again, you and the Boys have pathetically disgraced yourselves. Have your goons no shame? ... Nor you? Nazi justice in Nazi Llano County. Further restriction in Internet access necessitates an urgent request for area businesses to finally courageously step up and donate use of a wireless router 24/7. In addition, being online for hours outside daily in the heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. has grown increasingly difficult and is taking its toll.
Businesses benefit from exposure of government malfeasance. How many of you have privately complained to me of being abused by government officials? All around this lake. Throughout this entire area. Looted by greedy tax appraisers and collectors, LCRA, building inspectors, etc.. Yet, you remain too greedy and/or cowardly to support this publication.
As those of you who have provided assistance know full well, I protect the identities of those who have provided assistance and/or information. Always have, always will. If you can't, won't support this publication, don't complain you're being screwed. Rings hollow. Find some backbone. If things don't change in this hell hole, many, many, many more of you I've known for many years will sadly, tragically lose your businesses.
It's time to wake up. Sadly, it's been each owner for himself, herself. You don't look out for one another. Don't help each other. Cooperation? What's that? Lip service. Don't hang together? Soviet-style Russian dictator Vladimir Putin recently claimed on Russian state television he was ready to put his nuclear forces on alert over the Crimea fiasco. What does this tell you about this psychotic despot? Over land that did not belong to him. His sanity remains in question. Cannot be trusted. Yet, holds Europe, the rest of the world at bay in fear of his next move. Pathetic.
Incredibly, claimed:
"We were ready to do it. I talked with colleagues and told them that this (Crimea) is our historic territory, Russian people live there, they are in danger, we cannot leave them. ... It wasn't us who committed a coup, it was the nationalists and people with extreme beliefs. ... I don't think this was actually anyone's wish -- to turn it into a world conflict."
This is 1984 double-speak. Absolute bullsh-t. Re-write of history, reality. Disingenuously, added:
"Crimea isn't just any territory for us, it is historically Russian territory."
Territory that was indeed ceded by a Soviet dictator some six decades ago. Now, this son of a bitch re-seized this territory in direct violation of international law. What has anyone done in response? Including the UN? Virtually, nothing. Certainly, nowhere near enough.
The Gainesville Tornadoes of Gainesville, Texas have a most serious problem. No fans. ... At least, hardly, ever. That had to change. -- High school basketball played before empty bleachers. Hard to imagine, isn't it? Especially here in Texas. The Tornadoes were about to play Vanguard College Prep in Waco. Two of the Prep's players, Ben Martinson and Hudson Bradley, decided they could and would not play a team with no fans.
They didn't. Incredibly, asked some of their own to cheer for the Tornadoes. ... No greater love, you think? -- Gainesville, unaware of any of this. When they arrived at the gym, incredibly, they had their own fan section, cheerleaders, and signs. -- Half the Tornadoes fans cheered for Gainesville.
As the game went on, all the fans cheered for Gainesville. All of them. Hudson Bradley remarked:
"I mean every time they scored the gym was just lit up with cheering and clapping and everyone was on their feet. ... I think in a way this is kind of how sports should be. It just kind of showed me the real impact that encouragement and support for anybody can make."
CBS didn't report the outcome of the game. No need. -- Since it didn't matter to those present, it didn't really matter, period. ... It didn't.
The lesson of sportsmanship was profoundly displayed that day by every person in that gym. Indeed, a life-long memory. Without question, these kids are well ahead of most of the rest of this country. Light years.
Running for re-election, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu just before the election promised there would be no Palestinian State if he remained Prime Minister. Also stated Jerusalem, captured from Jordan in the 1967 war, would not be partitioned or returned. Unmistakably, crowed:
"We will preserve Jerusalem's unity in all its parts. We will continue to build and fortify Jerusalem so that its division won't be possible and it will stay united forever. ... Likud's victory is the only thing that can ensure the continuation of a national leadership and will prevent the establishment of a left-wing government."
Those statements, clearly national socialist, fascist, neo-nazi, infuriated Palestinians who have been living under the Israeli aggressor's boot heel since 1948. Palestinians claim Jerusalem their capital. Also, infuriated the White House. As did his predecessors, the President claims he wants a two-state solution. With Netanyahu re-elected, likely won't get it. ... Not that he ever likely would have no matter who remains in power in Israel.
The Israelis are out of control. Europe, the UN, and the United States are to blame. Directly responsible for this intransigence. All supported theft of Palestinian land in 1948. Have done nothing to rein in the Israeli aggressor since. In fact, the United States has continually financed and armed the aggressor and is unquestionably responsible for not enforcing U.S. export law requiring American-supplied weapons be used defensively, not offensively.
An American-built F-16 dropping a 2,000 lb. bomb in a heavily-populated Palestinian area is certainly not defensive. Yet, no one has been willing to enforce egregiously violated U.S export statutes. No one. This outrageously brutal aggressor is being coddled, re-supplied. Thus making the United States complicit in war crimes.
Nothing is done about this, however, since we, the United States do as we please. With impunity. Gallingly, might makes right. No one has the capability or willingness to rein us in. No one. ... Other than the American public who remains too cowardly and aggressively stupid to likely do so any time soon. That will change, eventually. Otherwise, the unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon will sadly become reality.
With Netanyahu remaining in power, things will indeed turn for the worse. There will be renewed warfare. The Palestinians have no choice. Are living like slaves under the Israeli boot heel. Are not free to travel. Cannot import supplies. The Israeli government refuses to turn over taxes it's collected to the Palestinians. Still steals their land. Commandeers Palestinian housing as Israeli outposts. Continues to kill and maim Palestinians.
The Palestinians indeed have no choice. They have to fight the aggressor. Certainly, will. Precisely, why there will be no peace. Worse for Israel? Thinking in the U.S. is beginning to change. Likely, only a matter of time before continued financial and military support are reined in. The Prime Minister's recent speech before Congress was a grave mistake. Angered many Democrats. Doesn't bode well.
So has his promise to block a Palestinian State during his regime if re-elected. Worse, when polls indicated he might not be re-elected, he engaged in blatant bigotry against the 20% voting block represented by Israeli Arabs. Gallingly implored his supporters to go to the polls to blunt the Arab Israeli vote.
Can you imagine the uproar in the United States if Republicans blatantly urged their fascist supporters to get to the polls to block the black vote for Democrats? Of course GOP nazis have effectively done the very same by eviscerating the Voting Rights Act with support of GOP nazis entrenched on the United States Supreme Court. ... At least, Netanyahu was honest about his goddamned bigotry. Unlike the fascists who run and own the Republican Party.
The President is wisely reconsidering American policy. Rightfully, so. About time. Has informed Netanyahu of this shift. One of only several things Mr. Obama has, indeed, managed to get right in the six-plus years he's reigned.
Once again, the White House has figuratively shot itself in the ass. Has once again deliberately took a raucous hard dump on the Freedom of Information Act. Has exempted the Office of Administration from FOIA requests. Why? This growing lack of transparency is reminiscent of the Bush Administration. What do you have to hide, Mr. President? What?
Most White House offices do not have to comply with FOIA requests. Why not? The public has a right to know. We're not talking about classified material. Bush had exempted the Office of Administration from FOIA requests. Now, the idiot currently warming the seat in the Oval Office has decided to do the same.
For years before the earlier Bush action, the Office of Administration did comply with FOIA requests. Interesting, isn't it? Clearly, the current incumbent now sees, appreciates, understands the priceless value of secrecy in covering his ass and those of his henchmen and women. There will be no 30-day public comment period. The change went into effect immediately. The dictator has spoken. Sieg Heil!
The same old crap appears to be continuing in Ferguson. Defense attorney Jerryl Christmas claims police may have roughed up his client, Jeffrey L. Williams. Williams is the recent shooter of two officers wounded standing guard outside the police station. The attorney claims his client is bruised on the face, back, and shoulders. Has a knot on his head. Police deny this. Someone's lying. Guess who?
Interestingly, reporters were directed to the wrong court when Williams made his first appearance the day after he was arrested. Court officials had no explanation for the mix up. I do. They didn't wish the defendant to be seen by reporters. Likely, would have backed the defense attorney's claims his client was indeed roughed up by jackbooted thugs.
Remember Eric Garner? The guy killed by New York's 'Finest' in a choke hold? Seems two NYC officers will not be punished for using Department computers to edit Garner's Wikipedia page. Interesting, isn't it? It's against Department regulations to use police computers for personal business. This, clearly, was personal business.
The New York Post reported 85 IP addresses belonging to the Department made changes to a number of different Wikipedia pages. All in an effort to cover their outrageously corrupt, abusive, lying, nazi, sorry, jackbooted asses.
Precisely, why Wikipedia isn't worth a crap since it can be edited by nearly anybody. The police are, indeed, quite adept at fiction and lying on the stand. Why wouldn't they edit a page they had no business editing with phony, false bullsh-t favorable to them? Legislators and the courts routinely allow officers to lie to the public in performance of their 'duties.' With impunity.
Lie to a cop, however? It's a crime. Doesn't work both ways. Worse? Tell a cop the truth and the bastard likely will convolute, turn it into something that it's not. To suit his or her purposes. How do you know most officers are lying? His or her lips move. Precisely, why there is quickly diminishing faith and trust in nearly all 'law' 'enforcement.' They don't deserve it. Haven't earned it. In fact, quite the opposite. Not all, but most. Sad. Catastrophic. Unsustainable.
GOP Illinois Rep. Aaron Schock resigned from Congress effective March 31. Why? Lavish spending while on the taxpayer tit. Needs to be criminally investigated and prosecuted as warranted. This remains a bi-partisan problem. Time to crack down on all of them. Now.
The Secret Service wants $8 million to build a fake White House for training purposes. They've got to be kidding. They're not. They've clearly lost their minds. This figure only includes design and initial construction costs. Forget?
Officers are having problems remaining sober both here and abroad. Reportedly, keeping it in their pants overseas. Seems the problem with all these botched security problems and scandals recently has more to do with character, more precisely a lack thereof, than a training issue.
-- What these guys do lawfully in the privacy of their homes and while off duty is, indeed, their business. What they do on duty, in public, and/or overseas, however, is not. It's ours. The citizenry. Their employers.
These repeated seemingly endless fiascoes raise serious security concerns. Indeed, a non-partisan matter. While the President remained diplomatically silent, think it didn't raise hackles of the First Family?
... A lunatic armed with a knife making it through an unlocked door all the way to the East Room? -- Despite the fact they weren't home at the time. What the hell is going on? Think. Carefully. ... A sudden unexpected change in leadership is always traumatic for any country.
Imagine the consequences of a sudden Joe Biden or "Slick Dick" Cheney ascension to power? Couldn't get any dicier than that, could it?
Following up on what was earlier posted in this edition, the Associated Press is reporting the Obama Administration is setting a new record for censoring and/or denying access to information under Freedom of Information Act requests. That's surprising? How? The President falsely claimed he wanted the most transparent administration in history when he took office. Lied.
Miserably failed. Has not been held to account. Neither have any of his predecessors. Nothing ever changes. Only seems to get worse. This is a prime example. Proof positive. Most galling? When pressed, the Administration admitted one of three initial denials of information was improper and against the law.
Transparent? Hell, no. Goddamned bullsh-t. Yet, we tolerate this. Keep returning the bastards to office. Despite the fact they prove time and time again they're not worth a crap during their first terms. Pathetic. Galling. Gutless.
The greedy bastards in the healthcare community are not being held accountable. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Not just doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical houses, etc.. Premera Blue Cross disclosed hackers stole personal data belonging to 11 million insured. Happened at the time Anthem was hacked back in January. Not disclosed by Premera until recently. Why not? Premera admits the attack may have started last March.
Again, you willingly, cowardly, dependently give these goddamned corrupt, abusive, inept corporations personal information they do not need, only exploit? You get what you richly truly deserve. F--ked. No sympathy. None at all. You are the key to ending this bullsh-t. Yet, you refuse to do so. Meekly, tolerate it. Gutless cowards. Compliant sheep. Gallingly, bow to your masters. Pitiful. The President now wants mandatory voting in our formerly great country. Why? What's the point? There is little to no difference in both political parties. Nothing ever changes. Same old, same old. The Voting Rights Act has already been obliterated by Republicans and their national socialist shills on the Supreme Court. -- Not to ensure the integrity of the vote, but to restrict voting rights and those who vote.
What difference would it truly make if everyone voted in the present political climate anyway? Many are so ignorant of current events and the political body politic they, sadly, wouldn't know whom or what to vote for. A profound problem with and for the current system. Petition Congress to restore the Voting Rights Act obliterated by the GOP and its shills on the Supreme Court, Mr. President. That's the way to go. Not push for mandatory voting.
Would be a further infringement on liberty. Worse? Do you really want those who don't believe in the political process, or who no longer believe in it, to vote anyway? Think they wouldn't deliberately torpedo the process? It's time to rein in the fascist police-state you and others are directly responsible for creating. Not add to it. Wake up, Mr. President. Following up on earlier related material posted in this edition, Darth Vader has clearly again risen from the dead. Sadly, so. Former Vice President "Slick Dick" Cheney. Seems Mr. Cheney thinks Obama "the worst president in my lifetime, without question." Is that so, Slick Dick? Have you so easily, quickly forgotten George "The Tush" Bush, Mr. Vice President? You two war criminal clowns invaded Iraq under false pretenses. Forget?
To line pockets of war profiteers and the corporate management suite of your former employer, Halliburton. Right, Mr. Cheney? How about the needless thousands and thousands of dead and injured on both sides? Worse? Your legacy is ISIS. Indeed, the most savage barbaric terrorist organization to date. -- Can't blame Obama for that, Dick. ... You and the fascist bastard you worked for in the Oval Office own it.
Mr. Cheney opined to a Fox reporter:
"I used to have significant criticism of Jimmy Carter, but compared to Barack Obama and the damage he is doing to the nation--it's a tragedy, a real tragedy, and we are going to pay a hell of a price just trying to dig out from under his presidency."
While it's not yet clear what Obama's legacy will be, Mr. Cheney, we already know yours and "The Tush's." You're both incompetent unrepentant war criminals who have not been held accountable for your crimes. You have indeed increased the national debt unnecessarily trillions and have disgraced our formerly great country. Worse? You shamelessly used 9/11 as an excuse to consolidate Executive power, implement, impose a goddamned fascist police-state. How do you sleep nights with all the blood on your hands you sick son of a bitch?
See the video? A black University of Virginia honors student, Martise Johnson, brazenly roughed up by alcohol-control jackbooted thugs? The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
