The battle has been joined. Nothing motivates this writer more than stonewalling, -- other than egregious injustice. The lack of transparency remains stunning. Speaks volumes. Begs the question what are they so desperate to hide? The following email, last of several, recently sent to the Chase corporate management suite, was conveniently, callously, cowardly ignored. Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it?
It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fully intend to expose these sons of bitches, all of them, for precisely whom and what they are. Criminal complaints are being prepared. Will be filed shortly against both my brother and his shyster with the out-of-state prosecutor and U.S. Attorney. Later, a complaint will be prepared and filed with the State Bar.

Can you explain how a Chase check from an account you claimed I was not a beneficiary to found its way to a Kearney Federal Savings account owned by my late father? Thought I'd give you and Chase one last chance to come clean as to what happened, how, and why. ... Before sending criminal complaints to both the Essex County Prosecutor and the U.S. Attorney.
The Prosecutor has ignored two previous complaints. -- May have been bought off, no? Regardless, have a lot more now than before and intend to refile with her. Since there appears to be bank fraud perpetrated by my brother and his shyster, this indeed becomes a matter for a U.S. Attorney.
There desperately needs to be a full audit of my father's estate for reasons already outlined in earlier correspondence. Since the beneficiary money appears to be so unsubstantial, there is also the possibility my brother and his shyster looted those funds as well. All the more reason to audit to see what went where and to whom.
Regardless, when and/or if this matter is settled, intend to publish every bit of material to date to expose my brother and his shyster to the light of day for precisely whom and what they are. Hope they sue. Will publish all discovery as well no matter the personal consequences.
If Chase has indeed broken no laws regarding this entire fiasco, it's time to come clean. Hard to believe that even possible for a bank that has paid billions to federal regulators. Then again, possibly ole Jaimie may have turned over a new leaf.
Then again, one would have to believe in the tooth fairy to think that, right, Mr Agbana? One final point. Why is it none of the principals involved in this fiasco can seem to get my name right? Aggressive stupidity?

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs. Will continue no matter where, no matter how. Unfunded, however, this writer remains here for one reason and one reason only. Unfinished, unresolved out of state family business.
Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member. -- Three years after my father's death. Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster. This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.
An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored. There has been no transparency. The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer. Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.
Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved. This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account. The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am. Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.
His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality. Truth, indeed, a moving target. Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate. A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.
A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.
Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades. While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down. My mother was so informed at the time. Nothing was done.
Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man. May have looted his estate. Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted. Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication. Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

3-4-15 Update
While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly. Normally, there are two ways to update. Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.
Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload. The Control Panel URL does not work. Tor is indicating it's not secure. Should not be trusted. Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server. Host-ed is aware of the problem. Five open support tickets attest to this fact. We'll see what happens.
Things have worsened, however. The third party software used to access the FTP server now indicates the host-ed.me server certificate is unknown. Quite a security issue.
The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, are properly working, and have been uploaded. The problem with the twomini site has been corrected. There are still other security problems with that site that have not been addressed by twomini, but don't effect readers in any way.
Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running. Properly protected against any security issues. That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and operational.
Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at host-ed.me and they'll finally improve security on their still non-functional FTP server. Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.
Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past. The least troublesome. Unless things quickly improve, both sites may be jettisoned. ... Bookmark. -- So you always have access to at least one site. TC

Todd Jones of Buchanan Dam has again been beaten by Llano County's 'finest.' This time reportedly arrested for an alleged felony. Desperately needs legal counsel. Time to step up and offer this guy assistance. If these jackbooted bastards are not held accountable, this abuse will continue unabated. Right, Sheriff?
Is this the type of jackbooted fascist police-state we all wish to live in? This remains an out of control agency of thugs who need to be criminally investigated by an outside agency and reined in. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They remain jackbooted terrorists. With a mandate to wantonly harass, beat, shake down, and in at least several instances in the last ten years or so, kill. They are and remain predators.

Subsequent to the above, Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones provided this writer notarized copies of two affidavits of non-prosecution in cause/case numbers C15--098, unlawful restraint, and C15-099, assault by contact, for the two most recent charges involving Beverly Frasier. -- The latest of repeated charges apparently brought by Llano County's 'Finest' on behalf of this very same woman.
What's the game, Sheriff? Not the first time Frasier has backed off prosecution, right, Bill? Couldn't be she's a stooge, could it? Paid informant? Pressured? Bribed? Got something on her, Bill? Or, is she just nuts?
Interestingly, Jones showed me two Jackass-style police show videos regarding this latest fiasco featuring Llano County's 'Finest.' -- Same officers involved in earlier extremely abusive phony arrests on highly questionable charges you and the County Attorney continue to drag your feet on prosecuting. Why is that Sheriff? No evidence? -- Never stopped you jackbooted bastards from manufacturing fiction in the past, did it?
Why are your goons involved in production of police show 'entertainment' videos? To deliberately influence the jury pool? Deprive a defendant of civil and constitutional rights? Get their cookies off behaving like juvenile jackasses? Goddamned pathetic, Sheriff. Unbecoming. Best you have to offer? Why are taxpayers paying for officers who self-servingly star in phony trumped up videos not worth the cost of media used to generate them?
Both videos were of incredibly low quality. Heavily edited. Poorly produced. Rank amateurs. Involving little more than self-serving commentary by your goons on their merry way to 'legally' f--k an innocent man. Is this what now passes for witness testimony on the stand? Or, do they simply perjure themselves as I've seen them repeatedly do?
How did the 'production crew' get advanced warning to know when to roll? -- Conveniently coordinate matters with ole bought and paid for Bev? Further restriction in Internet access necessitates an urgent request for area businesses to finally courageously step up and donate use of a wireless router 24/7. In addition, being online for hours outside daily in the heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. has grown increasingly difficult and is taking its toll.
Businesses benefit from exposure of government malfeasance. How many of you have privately complained to me of being abused by government officials? All around this lake. Throughout this entire area. Looted by greedy tax appraisers and collectors, LCRA, building inspectors, etc.. Yet, you remain too greedy and/or cowardly to support this publication.
As those of you who have provided assistance know full well, I protect the identities of those who have provided assistance and/or information. Always have, always will. If you can't, won't support this publication, don't complain you're being screwed. Rings hollow. Find some backbone. If things don't change in this hell hole, many, many, many more of you I've known for many years will sadly, tragically lose your businesses.
It's time to wake up. Sadly, it's been each owner for himself, herself. You don't look out for one another. Don't help each other. Cooperation? What's that? Lip service. Don't hang together? In follow up to the last edition, the following publisher's note was subsequently added to the section on the letter sent by 47 GOP Senators to the Iranian leadership. Decided to subsequently include it in the posting the very next day, after considerable additional reflection.
-- Since a firestorm of controversy was added to the entire fiasco when the President, Secretary of State, and others declared what was in the Senate GOP letter was inaccurate and not truly reflective of the law and/or the Constitution.
-- Also, most overseas signed agreements are not treaties. Happen to be less formal executive understandings between governments. As this one will likely be, -- if ever agreed to by our government and the Iranians.
-- Worse? This letter sent by the Senate behind the back of the Chief Executive is a direct assault on the constitutional powers of the President. At the same time, this writer did not want to give the letter any more coverage, worse, credence, than it deserved since it was so off the wall and broke with all earlier precedent.
Regardless, still think, in the interest of completeness, I should have included the following additional thoughts in the original piece:

Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson resigned effective 3-19-15. Will receive a severance payment as well as continued health insurance coverage for a year. Why? The bastard deserves a jail cell. Should be criminally investigated for the operation of the Department under his command. His resignation is not enough.
Ferguson City Manager John Shaw resigned 3-10-15. A municipal court 'judge' also resigned. As here in Llano County, innocent citizens have been falsely charged and looted for 'crimes' they did not commit. The sons of bitches responsible for doing this both here and in Ferguson deserve prosecution and jail cells. Not severance packages.
Two senior Secret Service agents allegedly drove a government vehicle into security barricades at the White House. ... After returning from a retirement party where they had been drinking. One of the officials was a top member of the President's security detail. This happened March 4th. Officers who witnessed the crash rightfully wanted to make an arrest and conduct sobriety tests, but were overruled by a supervisor who ordered them to let the bastards go.
The Washington Post reports:
"The agents under investigation are Mark Connolly, the second-in-command on Obama’s detail, and George Ogilvie, a senior supervisor in the Washington field office. "
Keystone Kops? Clueless idiots? Can't this agency get ANYTHING right? Anything at all? Why weren't these bastards held accountable? To the very same standard any other drunk(s) would and, most certainly, should have been? Why did they receive special treatment? Why? Had it been anyone else their sorry gluteus maximi would have been promptly hauled to jail. Why should law enforcement receive special treatment? Enjoy special privileges? Why? Catch a break no one else is ever afforded these days? If it's good enough for a drunk peasant, why not for an intoxicated officer?
In follow up to the last edition, the name of the naked man who was killed by an officer near Atlanta is Anthony Hill, 27. He was an Air Force veteran suffering from bipolar disorder. Officer Robert Olsen pumped two rounds into him when he allegedly charged the officer. The guy, clearly deranged, was unarmed.
The cowardly son of a bitch who killed him has seven years of experience on the force. The victim was nude, unarmed. Off his medication, allegedly due to its unpleasant side effects. The judgment of the bastard who killed him appears non-existent. This piece of crap couldn't have used a Taser, night stick, his hands to defend himself? This does not appear to be a deficiency in training, but an officer who succumbed to fear. Achingly unqualified to be a cop.
We'll see what comes of the 'investigation.' Likely, a white wash. These senseless killings by police must stop. The problem is systemic. Top-down. Bottom-up. When there is no weapon involved and the pending struggle is one on one, there is no excuse for an officer to open fire before physical contact even occurs. If you want to guaranty you will not get hurt by an unarmed perpetrator by opening fire, you have no business being a cop. Find another line of work. You are a danger to yourself and the public you allegedly serve.
Two police officers standing guard outside the Ferguson Police Department were shot early Thursday morning, 3-12-15. Both will fortunately recover and have been released from the hospital. Police are searching for the shooter. Have questioned three individuals. Not clear yet at time of writing if police know the identity of the shooter, or if an arrest has been made.
This criminal behavior is unacceptable, counter productive, and will worsen police-community relations. Protest MUST remain non-violent. Both sides. Protesters in the area of the shootings have been cooperative with police regarding the investigation. Do not believe a protester was involved, however. Hope not. Otherwise, such violence enables, ensures police violence in return. The killing, all violence, must end.
Not clear yet what will satisfy protesters. Most want the police department disbanded. With damned good reason. Appears rotten to the core. Must be replaced. So should the mayor. A top to bottom purge needs to occur. Not just there, but here in Llano County as well. There needs to be a federal investigation of how Llano County and the Sheriff's Office do business. Deliberately abrogate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Line County coffers and the pockets of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.
The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund claims the number of cops shot and killed in the line of duty rose more than 50% last year. Sadly, law enforcement fails to understand they reap what they sow. Interesting, isn't it, government knows precisely how many officers die in the line of duty, but has no clue how many civilians are killed by police? Incredibly, there is no requirement for a centralized data base for these killings.
This must change. So must police procedure. Which is directly responsible for these needless civilian deaths. It is in the interest of police to make these changes. Otherwise, the officer death count will sadly, outrageously, unnecessarily continue to rise. No one protesting wants or tolerates killings of officers. As repeatedly stated, it is not only wrong but counter productive.
Police are now cowardly blaming protesters for these increased ambushes. That's goddamned bullsh-t. Stop the abuse, end the needless killings of civilians, and the problem will solve itself. Corrupt, abusive officers are directly responsible for the present unsustainable deterioration in police-community relations.
Have become jackbooted thugs. Concertedly abuse authority. Falsely, insanely, ludicrously believe the public wishes to live in a goddamned abusive fascist police-state. Are willing to tolerate false arrests, tickets, etc. designed to line government coffers and the pockets of the assholes who falsely believe they run and own the citizenry, and our formerly great country. Until all this changes, again as repeatedly stated ad nauseum, an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution perniciously catastrophically looms on the horizon.
Craig Floyd is CEO and chairman of the police fund. He claims:
"With the increasing number of ambush-style attacks against our officers, I am deeply concerned that a growing anti-government sentiment in America is influencing weak-minded individuals to launch violent assaults against the men and women working to enforce our laws and keep our nation safe. Enough is enough. We need to tone down the rhetoric and rally in support of law enforcement and against lawlessness."
That's abject distortion, ignorance, and re-write of reality. This guy can't tell you how many civilians have been killed by police. It is estimated to be well over 1,000 per year. The police death count? According to his group, 126 last year. Yes, one dead officer is indeed one too many. How about the hundreds of civilians unnecessarily killed by these cowardly jackbooted thugs each year?
Clearly, they don't matter to this guy and those who think like him. Precisely, why this problem will not be solved any time soon. Why the carnage will sadly continue. Both sides. Unnecessarily so.
The rhetoric doesn't need to be toned down. On the contrary. It needs to be ratcheted up. The only way to force desperately-needed change. The jackbooted bastards need to wake up. Change tactics. Fully understand a goddamned fascist police-state cannot, and will not, be tolerated in this country.

Subsequent to writing the above, police have made an arrest in the shooting of the two officers recently shot in Ferguson. St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch disclosed the identity of the suspect as Jeffrey Williams, 20. A black man. The race of the officers was not disclosed. The public provided information that led to the arrest.
CBS reported:
"St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch said 20-year-old Jeffrey Williams is charged with two counts of first-degree assault, one count of firing a weapon from a vehicle and three counts of armed criminal action. Williams is being held on $300,000 bond. McCulloch said Williams already had a warrant out because he had violated his probation "for receiving stolen property." McCulloch said the suspect "claims he had a bit of a dispute with some other people there" and wasn't aiming at the officers. "We're not sure we completely buy that part of it," McCulloch said, adding that there might have been other people in the vehicle with Williams. The prosecutor said they were still investigating the claim, but did admit there were civilians positioned between the shooter and the officers struck during the time of the shooting."
Hope they get to the bottom of this quickly and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Honestly do so this time.
A nazi Texas State Legislator has gallingly introduced a bill that would make it a Class B misdemeanor to video police making an arrest any closer than 25 feet. To protect jackbooted thugs from bloggers who remain determined to expose them for the corrupt, abusive, criminal sons of bitches an increasing number of them truly are.
Not surprisingly, this outrageous piece of legislation is being hailed by these officers. Clearly, they don't want to be held accountable for their crimes. Will not apply to news media, however. News media can't be everywhere, all the time. Bloggers and other citizens are indeed a valuable additional resource to hold these jackbooted criminal bastards accountable. Can't have that, can we?
Be interesting to see if this bill stands up in court if it passes and is signed into law by our nazi governor. -- Who, himself, earlier refused to be held accountable as Texas Attorney General. Sadly, this bill would likely be upheld since our courts have become no more than shills for corrupt, abusive law enforcement goons. As well as all government lackeys.
Apparently, a bill is also being considered that will force police to determine immigrant status of anyone they suspect to be here illegally. Papieren Bitte! Papers Please! Nazi America. Equally outrageous, seems 'judges' have increasingly ruled open records laws are enforceable only if the requester is a citizen within the state where the request is made. Guess what? Another nazi Texas State Legislator has introduced a bill to make the same true here. All, clearly in an effort to restrict public access to government information, bureaucrats, elected officials, all accountability. As well as to protect the jackbooted criminal bastards in law enforcement.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani remarked at a Fox news conference 3-12-15 former Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson deserves to be "commended" for allegedly doing his duty:
“A man committed a robbery, attempted to assault a police officer, and the police officer, to save his life, shot him. ... The police officer did his duty. The police officer should be commended for what he did. He did exactly what you should do.”
This piece of sh-t has clearly lost his mind. When was Brown convicted of any such crime? He didn't get the chance to defend himself against charges that were never brought. Was gunned down. Six rounds. Two to the head. By a cowardly cop unfit to be a police officer. Worse? Giuliani cowardly neglected to mention Wilson did not know at the time of the confrontation Brown was indeed a suspect in any crime.

Planned Parenthood declares:
"A group of senators is twisting a bipartisan bill meant to protect victims of human trafficking to push their anti-abortion agenda. It's a deeply disturbing political ploy — and we have just hours to stop it.
"Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) has taken a bill to expand protections for victims of human trafficking, and inserted language to withhold funding for safe, legal abortion. Victims deserve care — not political attacks."
They're right. These fascist bastards in the Senate are determined to force their perverse religious views on all. That's unacceptable. Un-American. A direct violation of their oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution. The Bill of Rights, First Amendment, is quite clear. It not only guaranties freedom of religion, but freedom from it as well. The Establishment Clause.

Planned Parenthood sponsored an online petition this writer gladly signed. Provided additional space for a personal message this writer sent Cornyn. Planned Parenthood also sent it to Cruz. Cruz, as always, demands a phone number as a condition of reception of the message. As usual, this writer provided 000-000-0000, which the Senator's office has always accepted. -- Be goddamned if I give any government lackey a phone number.

I am deeply disturbed by the latest attempt to restrict access to safe and legal abortion. Using a bipartisan bill meant to protect victims of human trafficking as a weapon to push an anti-abortion agenda shows just how out of touch some politicians can be.
You must stop this disgraceful political attack.
Expanding protections for victims of human trafficking should be a bipartisan effort -- and it was, before this bill was hijacked to serve the ideology of a group of senators. The majority of human trafficking victims are women and girls, and they need access to the full range of reproductive health care services without barriers. These victims deserve care -- not political attacks.
I urge you to stand up
for them, and remove abortion restrictions from the human

Subsequent to writing the above, Senate Majority leader Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell threatened to delay the confirmation vote on U.S. Attorney General Designate Loretta Lynch, apparently in retaliation. Need to cancel the vote, period, Senator. She is not qualified. Supports asset forfeiture with no due process. Supports, champions warrantless NSA spying on American citizens.
As earlier stated in this publication, Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu is indeed an extremely well-educated, articulate, gifted, brilliant human being. As Israeli Prime Minister the last six years, however, an unmitigated disaster and unprosecuted war criminal. His possible re-election, sadly, will guaranty more of the same. Worse? Endless war since he promised just before the election there would be no Palestinian State.
His defeat at the polls would indeed be a breath of fresh air. The Israeli electorate needs to courageously give the boot to a truly evil war criminal who has sadly become an exigent threat himself to the State of Israel. With Netanyahu in power, there is no chance of peace. None at all. With a change in leadership, the unsustainable status quo might indeed finally change.
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
