The battle has been joined. Nothing motivates this writer more than stonewalling, -- other than egregious injustice. The lack of transparency remains stunning. Speaks volumes. Begs the question what are they so desperate to hide? The following email, last of several, recently sent to the Chase corporate management suite, was conveniently, callously, cowardly ignored. Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it?
It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fully intend to expose these sons of bitches, all of them, for precisely whom and what they are. Criminal complaints are being prepared. Will be filed shortly against both my brother and his shyster with the out-of-state prosecutor and U.S. Attorney. Later, a complaint will be prepared and filed with the State Bar.

Can you explain how a Chase check from an account you claimed I was not a beneficiary to found its way to a Kearney Federal Savings account owned by my late father? Thought I'd give you and Chase one last chance to come clean as to what happened, how, and why. ... Before sending criminal complaints to both the Essex County Prosecutor and the U.S. Attorney.
The Prosecutor has ignored two previous complaints. -- May have been bought off, no? Regardless, have a lot more now than before and intend to refile with her. Since there appears to be bank fraud perpetrated by my brother and his shyster, this indeed becomes a matter for a U.S. Attorney.
There desperately needs to be a full audit of my father's estate for reasons already outlined in earlier correspondence. Since the beneficiary money appears to be so unsubstantial, there is also the possibility my brother and his shyster looted those funds as well. All the more reason to audit to see what went where and to whom.
Regardless, when and/or if this matter is settled, intend to publish every bit of material to date to expose my brother and his shyster to the light of day for precisely whom and what they are. Hope they sue. Will publish all discovery as well no matter the personal consequences.
If Chase has indeed broken no laws regarding this entire fiasco, it's time to come clean. Hard to believe that even possible for a bank that has paid billions to federal regulators. Then again, possibly ole Jaimie may have turned over a new leaf.
Then again, one would have to believe in the tooth fairy to think that, right, Mr Agbana? One final point. Why is it none of the principals involved in this fiasco can seem to get my name right? Aggressive stupidity?

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs. Will continue no matter where, no matter how. Unfunded, however, this writer remains here for one reason and one reason only. Unfinished, unresolved out of state family business.
Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member. -- Three years after my father's death. Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster. This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.
An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored. There has been no transparency. The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer. Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.
Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved. This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account. The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am. Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.
His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality. Truth, indeed, a moving target. Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate. A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.
A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.
Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades. While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down. My mother was so informed at the time. Nothing was done.
Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man. May have looted his estate. Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted. Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication. Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

3-4-15 Update
While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly. Normally, there are two ways to update. Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.
Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload. The Control Panel URL does not work. Tor is indicating it's not secure. Should not be trusted. Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server. Host-ed is aware of the problem. Five open support tickets attest to this fact. We'll see what happens.
Things have worsened, however. The third party software used to access the FTP server now indicates the host-ed.me server certificate is unknown. Quite a security issue.
The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, are properly working, and have been uploaded. The problem with the twomini site has been corrected. There are still other security problems with that site that have not been addressed by twomini, but don't effect readers in any way.
Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running. Properly protected against any security issues. That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and operational.
Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at host-ed.me and they'll finally improve security on their still non-functional FTP server. Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.
Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past. The least troublesome. Unless things quickly improve, both sites may be jettisoned. ... Bookmark. -- So you always have access to at least one site. TC

Todd Jones of Buchanan Dam has again been beaten by Llano County's 'finest.' This time reportedly arrested for an alleged felony. Desperately needs legal counsel. Time to step up and offer this guy assistance. If these jackbooted bastards are not held accountable, this abuse will continue unabated. Right, Sheriff?
Is this the type of jackbooted fascist police-state we all wish to live in? This remains an out of control agency of thugs who need to be criminally investigated by an outside agency and reined in. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They remain jackbooted terrorists. With a mandate to wantonly harass, beat, shake down, and in at least several instances in the last ten years or so, kill. They are and remain predators.

Subsequent to the above, Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones provided this writer notarized copies of two affidavits of non-prosecution in cause/case numbers C15--098, unlawful restraint, and C15-099, assault by contact, for the two most recent charges involving Beverly Frasier. -- The latest of repeated charges apparently brought by Llano County's 'Finest' on behalf of this very same woman.
What's the game, Sheriff? Not the first time Frasier has backed off prosecution, right, Bill? Couldn't be she's a stooge, could it? Paid informant? Pressured? Bribed? Got something on her, Bill? Or, is she just nuts?
Interestingly, Jones showed me two Jackass-style police show videos regarding this latest fiasco featuring Llano County's 'Finest.' -- Same officers involved in earlier extremely abusive phony arrests on highly questionable charges you and the County Attorney continue to drag your feet on prosecuting. Why is that Sheriff? No evidence? -- Never stopped you jackbooted bastards from manufacturing fiction in the past, did it?
Why are your goons involved in production of police show 'entertainment' videos? To deliberately influence the jury pool? Deprive a defendant of civil and constitutional rights? Get their cookies off behaving like juvenile jackasses? Goddamned pathetic, Sheriff. Unbecoming. Best you have to offer? Why are taxpayers paying for officers who self-servingly star in phony trumped up videos not worth the cost of media used to generate them?
Both videos were of incredibly low quality. Heavily edited. Poorly produced. Rank amateurs. Involving little more than self-serving commentary by your goons on their merry way to 'legally' f--k an innocent man. Is this what now passes for witness testimony on the stand? Or, do they simply perjure themselves as I've seen them repeatedly do?
How did the 'production crew' get advanced warning to know when to roll? -- Conveniently coordinate matters with ole bought and paid for Bev? Fifty years ago, as this is written, Bloody Sunday was in full swing. Literally. Alabama's 'Finest' were beating the living sh-t out of civil rights marchers in Selma on their way to Montgomery. Seeking voting rights for blacks. -- The very same rights whites took for granted. The carnage took place on a bridge obscenely named after a Ku Klux Klan 'leader.' -- A bridge so named to this very day.
Not only were truncheons the size of baseball bats used on peaceful marchers, so too were dogs, bull whips, horses, etc.. President Johnson had no choice. Had to quickly react. Did. So did white America. Stood tall. Marched alongside blacks. Protected by nationalized federal forces. Later that same year, the Voting Rights Act was passed.
Only to be obliterated by Republican fascists across our formerly great country nearly fifty years after the fact. Rubber stamped by GOP-appointed nazis on the United States Supreme Court. Papieren Bitte! Papers Please! Nazi America. Despite the fact there is no widespread voter fraud. None. None at all.
-- A blatant effort on the part of GOP national socialists and their nazi shills on the Supreme Court to deny minorities access to the polls. ... Why all progress remains at a snail's pace. Law enforcement is out of control. The civil rights 'investigation' recently conducted by DOJ in Ferguson revealed ongoing egregious abuse. To line City coffers and the pockets of the bastards who run and own the City.
The very same occurs right here in Llano County. The arrogance so well-entrenched and pervasive, a former Llano County 'Judge' attempted to impose a ticket quota on the four Constables and the Sheriff's Office several years ago. Yet, DA "Sonny Boy" failed to investigate and prosecute the criminal son of a bitch. In direct violation of his oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Clearly, the DA protects his own.
Unless there is immediate and drastic change across our formerly great country, not only does the doomsday clock strike ever closer to midnight, the unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon will become reality. When will we finally wake up? Demand far better from the assholes who rule the roost? Do as they please. With impunity.
Subsequent to writing the above, two Ferguson police officers resigned in disgrace for racist emails. The Ferguson top court clerk was fired in connection with these emails. The municipal court judge is on his way out. So may the city manager. The outgoing U.S. Attorney General claims he may disband the Ferguson police department. We'll see, won't we?
Despite a few token actions in the last few days as a result of a scathing 'Justice' Department report just released, there is still no substantive change. Some seven months after the atrocity. Our Pollyanna President chimed in he doesn't believe what goes on in Ferguson is pervasive across the country. Wake up, Mr. President. Ignorance is unbecoming a President of the United States.
The carnage never ends. Law enforcement is apparently unable to learn from its excesses. Latest incident? A white Madison, Wisconsin police officer pumped five rounds into an unarmed black 19-year-old kid, killing him. The officer claims to have been assaulted. Officer Matt Kenny reportedly forced his way into the apartment of the victim, Tony Robinson, on Friday night, 3-6-15 after allegedly hearing a disturbance. Had reportedly been called to the apartment.
The officer was not wearing a camera. Police Chief Mike Koval said the cop had been injured, but declined to disclose any details. Would not say whether or not Robinson was alone. Kenny had been an officer there for over 12 years. Had been cleared in a 2007 killing ruled a "suicide by cop." Was it? Certainly, hope so. The press needs to closely investigate.
The Chief is worried the latest killing may bring violence to the community. Too late, Chief. Police have already done so. Your officer killed an unarmed teenager. A trained cop with at least a dozen years experience couldn't handle an unarmed kid without killing him? The kid reportedly had quite a 'colorful' history. Including having pled guilty to felony armed robbery.
Not clear yet whether or not the officer was justified. One thing for certain, the fact the kid has a criminal history virtually ensures this latest killing by police will likely be whitewashed. As usual, nearly always is. Any excuse. To protect and coddle the Blue. No matter what they do. We'll see. Hope I'm wrong. Certainly, don't want to be right about this.
Coup de grace? The police chief opined he hoped the family of the victim would forgive the officer. Timing? Galling. Clueless.
Still yet another incident of a highly questionable killing by law enforcement. A Metro Atlanta police officer, 3-9-15, pumped two rounds into an unarmed naked man he alleges charged him. The officer, white. The deranged victim, black. Much more to come.
Despite all evidence to the contrary, still think there is such a thing as a "'free' market"? Wake up. Electric utilities are alarmed how many of their customers are buying solar panels and selling power back to the utilities. What to do? Use lobbyist loot to literally buy legislators. Get them to tack on a monthly surcharge for "net metering." Makes it unaffordable for customers to buy and install solar panels. So much for the fiction of a phony "'free' market."

Reportedly, here in Texas, homeowners who have installed solar have to reapply each year for a tax exemption. Proponents of change intend to fight this requirement that clearly benefits the utilities rather than taxpayers. When will we hold the corporate management suite accountable for what it does and doesn't do? When? As communism rightfully died on the vine some twenty years ago, the same is happening to the opposite extreme.
In follow up to last week's edition on Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, the Wisconsin Legislature recently passed a "right to work" bill. All such bills are inaccurately named. Should be labeled precisely what they are: "right to enslave." Not surprisingly, this sad piece of human excrement quickly signed it into law.
... Why the moniker "right to enslave?" Wake up. Government nor its corporate masters want or readily tolerate unionization. Why is that? Got a clue? No? Not at all? Stumped? Wake up. In follow up to last week's edition, Putin has taken a 10% pay cut. Imposed the same on all Russian government workers. Ordered a reduction in the number of government officials up to 20%. Tough, isn't it? The drop in the price of oil and sanctions are apparently the cause. Breaks your heart, doesn't it? Still, the sanctions remain nowhere near stiff enough.
NPR reports the American taxpayer has been looted some $30 billion since 2009 for doctors and other healthcare providers to centralize all medical records. Supposedly, this is done to facilitate better treatment and save lives. In reality, to collect, consolidate, manipulate data, place it in one central location. Thus making it easier for government goons and their corporate masters to access it. Profit from it. Sell, distribute, trade it to line their bottomless pockets. ... Not to mention anyone with hacking skills or the ability to pay for them.
Data is both money and power. One and the same. Why shouldn't they f--k you, abrogate your privacy? Sell, manipulate, abuse your personal data? After all, you're determinedly aggressively stupid. Hopelessly cowardly. Willing to tolerate anything to secure one additional moment of life. Willing to sell your soul, even your first born, rather than suffer any pain. Gutless cowards.

The problem is not only bad software, however. No, no, no. Apparently, physicians are not willing to give up your (their) data, fearing loss of business to other doctors. Greed rules. Forget?

The only way centralized medical data could, would be acceptable and truly useful in saving lives, limiting suffering, is if no one, including government and its corporate masters, had 1)absolutely any access to it without permission of the owner of that data, that is, you, and 2)the data would be absolutely secure against hacking. Neither will occur, -- or is possible. Wake up.

Back in 2013, Rice and Gen. Keith Alexander had a meeting regarding NSA spying on foreign officials. ... Wouldn't you have loved to have been a fly on the wall?
She pointedly asked him, “Why the f--k are you listening to Angela Merkel’s phone calls?” Good question. Quickly gets to the heart of the issue. Nothing quite like a man or woman who insists on being straightforward, to the point, no nonsense, no bullsh-t, etc.. Let's you know exactly, precisely, where things stand. Indeed, a refreshing change.

Alaska Republican lawmaker Rep. Don Young haughtily hyperbolically ignorantly proposed the way to solve the homelessness problem in our formerly great country is to let the wolves run free. This legislator is hopelessly achingly stupid. Anyone who has spent time in the wilderness or lived under survival conditions knows wolves are usually no physical threat to humans.
They are curious animals, however. Will approach a campfire to see who's there. ... To their credit, indeed, have far more intelligence than the 'honorable' 'gentleman' from Alaska. -- Whose head's so far up his ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. ... Can you say, wake up, Mr. Young? Yes, sir, they are vicious predators, indeed, a threat to livestock and must be managed very, very carefully.
Seventy years ago this month, American B-29s firebombed Tokyo with conventional weapons. Reportedly, 105,000 Japanese were killed. The General who ordered the raid remarked he'd be tried for war crimes should the Allies lose the war. It took two additional atomic firebombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to secure surrender.
Also, it took saturation bombing of Nazi Germany including the firebombing of Dresden to secure German surrender. These tactics were necessary. Otherwise, today, the eastern half of the U.S. would likely be speaking German. The western, -- Japanese. The point of this revisit of Second World War history the last few weeks in this publication is not to glorify war. -- There is no glory in armed conflict. None at all. Only death, maiming, suffering, pain, destruction.
The point of this is not to reminisce, but to avoid repeat of history. As appears to be happening in Ukraine, the Middle East, and elsewhere. We seem to have learned nothing.
Forty-seven Republican Senators recently sent a letter to the Iranian leadership disavowing the President's efforts to secure what amounts to a non-proliferation nuclear arms agreement with Iran. Clearly, these GOP fascists have no clue the President constitutionally negotiates foreign policy. Not the Senate. The Senate, however, is responsible for ratification of treaties. Negotiations are nowhere near that point.
The letter has already backfired. Had to have been perceived as condescending, patronizing by the Iranians, who quickly gave it the back of the hand. After all, they attend universities, colleges. Are well aware of how our government operates. Indeed, the reaction of the President, his party, and the Iranians themselves has, to say the least, been exceptionally caustic. The letter smacks of treason since heretofore politics ended at the water's edge. Was not extended overseas. GOP fascists have now changed the rules of the game.
The letter has been counter productive. What do Republicans want? Another war? To line pockets of corporate management suite war profiteers? The hopelessly corrupt, abusive bastards responsible for lining not only their pockets but their bought and paid for shills in government? The treasonous, traitorous, treacherous bastards who have falsely sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
Off the backs and blood of the military. Courtesy of looted taxpayers. The GOP has clearly lost itself. The Democrats are no better. If the union is to indeed survive, the unsustainable status quo must change. Sadly, however, the possibility of change right now is about that of a snow ball in hell.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
