The battle has been joined. Nothing motivates this writer more than stonewalling, -- other than egregious injustice. The lack of transparency remains stunning. Speaks volumes. Begs the question what are they so desperate to hide? The following email, last of several, recently sent to the Chase corporate management suite, was conveniently, callously, cowardly ignored. Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it?
It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fully intend to expose these sons of bitches, all of them, for precisely whom and what they are. Criminal complaints are being prepared. Will be filed shortly against both my brother and his shyster with the out-of-state prosecutor and U.S. Attorney. Later, a complaint will be prepared and filed with the State Bar.

Can you explain how a Chase check from an account you claimed I was not a beneficiary to found its way to a Kearney Federal Savings account owned by my late father? Thought I'd give you and Chase one last chance to come clean as to what happened, how, and why. ... Before sending criminal complaints to both the Essex County Prosecutor and the U.S. Attorney.
The Prosecutor has ignored two previous complaints. -- May have been bought off, no? Regardless, have a lot more now than before and intend to refile with her. Since there appears to be bank fraud perpetrated by my brother and his shyster, this indeed becomes a matter for a U.S. Attorney.
There desperately needs to be a full audit of my father's estate for reasons already outlined in earlier correspondence. Since the beneficiary money appears to be so unsubstantial, there is also the possibility my brother and his shyster looted those funds as well. All the more reason to audit to see what went where and to whom.
Regardless, when and/or if this matter is settled, intend to publish every bit of material to date to expose my brother and his shyster to the light of day for precisely whom and what they are. Hope they sue. Will publish all discovery as well no matter the personal consequences.
If Chase has indeed broken no laws regarding this entire fiasco, it's time to come clean. Hard to believe that even possible for a bank that has paid billions to federal regulators. Then again, possibly ole Jaimie may have turned over a new leaf.
Then again, one would have to believe in the tooth fairy to think that, right, Mr Agbana? One final point. Why is it none of the principals involved in this fiasco can seem to get my name right? Aggressive stupidity?

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs. Will continue no matter where, no matter how. Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member. -- Three years after my father's death. Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster. This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.
An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored. There has been no transparency. The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer. Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.
Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved. This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account. The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am. Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.
His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality. Truth, indeed, a moving target. Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate. A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.
A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.
Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades. While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down. My mother was so informed at the time. Nothing was done.
Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man. May have looted his estate. Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted. Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication. Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.
2-25-15 Update
While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly. Normally, there are two ways to update. Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.
Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload. The Control Panel URL does not work. Tor is indicating it's not secure. Should not be trusted. Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server. Host-ed is aware of the problem. Five open support tickets attest to this fact. We'll see what happens.
Things have worsened, however. The third party software used to access the FTP server now indicates the host-ed.me server certificate is unknown. Quite a security issue.
The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, are properly working, and have been uploaded. The problem with the twomini site has been corrected. There are still other security problems with that site that have not been addressed by twomini, but don't effect readers in any way.
Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running. Properly protected against any security issues. That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and operational.
Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at host-ed.me and they'll finally improve security on their still non-functional FTP server. Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.
Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past. The least troublesome. Unless things quickly improve, both sites may be jettisoned. ... Bookmark. -- So you always have access to at least one site. TC

Todd Jones of Buchanan Dam has again been beaten by Llano County's 'finest.' This time reportedly arrested for an alleged felony. Desperately needs legal counsel. Time to step up and offer this guy assistance. If these jackbooted bastards are not held accountable, this abuse will continue unabated. Right, Sheriff?
Is this the type of jackbooted fascist police-state we all wish to live in? This remains an out of control agency of thugs who need to be criminally investigated by an outside agency and reined in. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They remain jackbooted terrorists. With a mandate to wantonly harass, beat, shake down, and in at least several instances in the last ten years or so, kill. They are and remain predators.

Subsequent to the above, Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones provided this writer notarized copies of two affidavits of non-prosecution in cause/case numbers C15--098, unlawful restraint, and C15-099, assault by contact, for the two most recent charges involving Beverly Frasier. -- The latest of repeated charges apparently brought by Llano County's 'Finest' on behalf of this very same woman.
What's the game, Sheriff? Not the first time Frasier has backed off prosecution, right, Bill? Couldn't be she's a stooge, could it? Paid informant? Pressured? Bribed? Got something on her, Bill? Or, is she just nuts?
Interestingly, Jones showed me two Jackass-style police show videos regarding this latest fiasco featuring Llano County's 'Finest.' -- Same officers involved in earlier extremely abusive phony arrests on highly questionable charges you and the County Attorney continue to drag your feet on prosecuting. Why is that Sheriff? No evidence? -- Never stopped you jackbooted bastards from manufacturing fiction in the past, did it?
Why are your goons involved in production of police show 'entertainment' videos? To deliberately influence the jury pool? Deprive a defendant of civil and constitutional rights? Get their cookies off behaving like juvenile jackasses? Goddamned pathetic, Sheriff. Unbecoming. Best you have to offer? Why are taxpayers paying for officers who self-servingly star in phony trumped up videos not worth the cost of media used to generate them?
Both videos were of incredibly low quality. Heavily edited. Poorly produced. Rank amateurs. Involving little more than self-serving commentary by your goons on their merry way to 'legally' f--k an innocent man. Is this what now passes for witness testimony on the stand? Or, do they simply perjure themselves as I've seen them repeatedly do?
How did the 'production crew' get advanced warning to know when to roll? -- Conveniently coordinate matters with ole bought and paid for Bev? Amazing how so many insist on figuratively living in the cave. It's 2015, not 1955, yet, people continue to be discriminated against due to gender and sexual orientation. Dr. Vesna Roi at Eastlake Pediatrics in Roseville, Michigan refused to treat the newborn child of a married lesbian couple. Refused to do so due to her religious views against homosexuality. What the hell do they have to do with treatment of an infant?
This doctor has no clue the practice of medicine is a privilege, not a right. Apparently, believes she's entitled to do as she pleases. The American Medical Association clearly states a physician cannot refuse to treat anyone based on sexual orientation. It also conveniently gives physicians an out by stating that a doctor can refuse to provide treatment if such treatment runs counter to the physician's religious, moral, or personal beliefs. Quite a convenient Catch-22.
Clearly, the AMA cowardly talks out both sides its ass. Even by the convoluted, outrageously twisted standards of the AMA, however, the doctor cannot refuse to treat a newborn who clearly has not yet even had the chance to determine his or her sexual orientation. Despite the fact it doesn't matter anyway.
The physician appears to be a homophobic bigot who callously uses achingly twisted religious propaganda to deny treatment to an infant. Indeed, the least of the least, most innocent of the innocent. For no legitimate reason. None. That's goddamned cowardly. Should lose her license to practice medicine. Permanently.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has again stupidly, securely lodged his foot in his mouth. Declared the President doesn't "love America." ... Hey, Rudy? Wake up. Remove your head from your ass. It's shoved so far up your eyeballs are turning inside out. At a private dinner, Mr. Giuliani opined:
“I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that the president loves America. He doesn’t love you. And he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up through love of this country.”
You're sick, Mr. Mayor. Insane. What a crock of sh-t, Rudy. You're a product of a Jesuit education. Your former teachers must be appalled. Where did you lose yourself? So damned aggressively stupid can't differentiate between love of country and what the Nazi Right, including yourself, have done to deliberately twist, convolute, sickeningly pervert all civil and constitutional rights and liberties? For self-serving, perversely sickening, ideological reasons.

Mr. Giuliani was unbowed by the firestorm he created. Continued his criticism of the President claiming Mr. Obama doesn't believe in American "exceptionalism." That's abject bullsh-t. The President does. Has repeatedly said so. What is so sad about this is the fact the truly exceptional never say so. Always remain humble. Don't toot their own horn. Are horrified when they receive attention they truly don't believe they've earned.
Medal of Honor winners are one extremely clear example of this. How many of these men thought others deserved it far more than them? Said so publicly. Claimed to have only been doing their jobs.
Then along comes a clueless ignorant pompous asshole like Mr. Giuliani. Who remains so unduly proud of himself, he has no idea he's disgraced himself and the country with his phony blow hard rhetoric. Exactly, why so many overseas truly hate and despise our formerly great country. Has clearly missed the point that extremely pointed criticism of this country is due to individuals like him who have deliberately ridden our formerly great country determinedly into the ground. To line their pockets. Satisfy their twisted ego and perverse views of what liberty is or should be.
Giuliani further opined:
"The reality is, from all that I can see of this president, all that I’ve heard of him, he apologizes for America, he criticizes America. ... This is an American president I’ve never seen before."
The former New York City Mayor has indeed lost his mind. The President has gone nowhere near far enough in his criticism. For political reasons. More accurately, political correctness. He seems to have conveniently forgotten two Giuliani fellow GOP fascists named George "The Tush" Bush and his sidekick, "Slick Dick" Cheney pompously invaded Iraq under outrageously false pretenses. Committed war crimes for which they were never held accountable.
The removal of Sadam had disastrous consequences for Iraq. Gave birth to the greatest terrorist scourge to date, ISIS. Now, assholes like ole Rudy blame the President. What a crock. What webs we weave. Worse? What bullsh-t, abject twisting of reality we engage in to justify this insanity, our egregious mistakes, abuse of authority overseas that never seems to end.
Perfidy of the GOP doesn't end there. Texas Republican fascist Sen. Ted Cruz is off his rocker. Condemned the President for recently declaring we are not at war with Islam. This insane sad sack of sh-t excuse for a Senator seems to think we are. The President is right. We're at war with Islamic extremists, not mainstream Moslems. Big, big difference. Clearly, the Senator is too aggressively stupid to understand this.
Sen. Ted seems to think this President is an “apologist” for terrorist groups. How? In fact, the military is doing an excellent job killing them under his command. The Senator has lost his mind. While the President has much to answer for, this is not a valid criticism. It's fascist bullsh-t, determined distortion of reality by a sad excuse for a U.S. Senator who clearly has a perverse agenda.
Both parties conveniently shamelessly distort reality and history to score political points. Precisely, why the public has such a low opinion of politicians, particularly those in Congress. Both parties. Despite the recent GOP congressional 'win.'
One of the bloodiest, costliest battles of the Second World War occurred 70 years ago. Iwo Jima. The bloodiest battle of the Marine Corp. Hell on earth. Several square miles of sand, dirt the United States desperately needed to base B-29s to bomb Japan. Remember the truly ageless iconic raising of the Flag by U.S. Marines near Mount Suribachi? That's where it happened. The cost? Staggering. Incomprehensible. Both sides.
Some 800 U.S. Navy ships bombarded this extremely tiny island for weeks. On 2-19-45, United States Marines began landing. The military believed it would take 10 days to conclude operations. It didn't. Thirty-six days of abject hell. An understatement. No way to put in language how bad it truly was.
The Japanese were no fools. Decided not to confront the Marines on the beaches. Shrewdly withdrew to caves, tunnels, pillboxes. Inflicted hellacious casualties. Would not surrender. Chose to die fighting, -- and did. The Marines were forced to get dangerously close to the enemy to root them out. Grenades, flamethrowers. Hand to hand combat.
The Washington Times reports Hershel “Woody” Williams, 91, is returning to the island 70 years after the fact. This man earned the Medal of Honor. Mr. Williams opined:
“My searing memory is of being charged by a group of the enemy, the rifles and bayonets trying to get to me. If I hadn’t had any fuel left in my flamethrower, you and I wouldn’t have been talking. In my citation, it cites that they came charging in around one of the pillboxes to try to get me. I was able to get them with flames before they were able to get to me with bayonets.”
Some were not quite as fortunate as Mr. Williams. Ran out of fuel. Others were incinerated themselves when a Japanese round hit the fuel tank. Some 30, 35 years after the end of the war can remember my mother remarking about combat newsreels shown at theaters during the war. She said the audience would erupt in wild cheering when images of Japanese on fire running out of the caves were shown on screen.
Having had decades to think about it, she further remarked, "What were we cheering?" No question, these tactics were necessary. There was no other way to get them out of the bunkers, caves, etc.. It had to be done, but was nothing to 'celebrate.'
The same was true of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Military strategists opined at the time it would have cost approximately one million American casualties, killed and wounded, should Japan had to have been invaded. The Japanese were believed to have been willing to fight to the last man, woman, and child. With pitchforks if necessary.
Mr. Williams believes Iwo Jima should never have been returned to the Japanese. Wanted it to be a memorial to all who lost their lives. The losses were staggering, truly stunning. So was Mr. Williams' courage. According to The Washington Times part of his Medal of Honor citation read:
“Quick to volunteer his services when our tanks were maneuvering vainly to open a lane for the infantry through the network of reinforced concrete pillboxes, buried mines, and black volcanic sands, Cpl. Williams daringly went forward alone to attempt the reduction of devastating machine gunfire from the unyielding positions. Covered only by 4 riflemen, he fought desperately for 4 hours under terrific enemy small-arms fire and repeatedly returned to his own lines to prepare demolition charges and obtain serviced flamethrowers, struggling back, frequently to the rear of hostile emplacements, to wipe out 1 position after another.”
The casualties for 36 days of fighting were immense. Nearly 7,000 Marines were killed in action. Approximately 19,000 wounded. Nearly 20,000 Japanese were killed in action. Including their commanding general. Approximately, a little over 1,000 surrendered. The last two, reportedly, six years after the end of the Second World War.
-- Brings back an early high school memory of the last Japanese soldier to surrender, twenty years after the end of the war. Back in 1965, authorities tried to convince the last survivor discovered somewhere in the South Pacific to surrender and go back home. Took the Japanese government to convince him the war was indeed over. Had been twenty years.
Most of the Marines on Iwo Jima were teenagers. The Japanese were older. Consequently, there will be no Japanese survivors returning for the memorial. Their families will be there, however. Mr. Williams will present two Japanese families with national flags of their loved ones. -- One happened to be an officer he had personally killed. ... The other from a Marine who had himself died a few years ago. Mr. Williams is concerned about how he will be received by both Japanese families.
Semper Fi. Semper Fidelis. Always Faithful. Any Marine will tell you there is no former Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine. "Improvise." "Adapt." "Overcome." They did.
In follow up to last week's edition, newly crowned Secretary of Defense Ash Carter declared the President is re-thinking the time schedule for removing all U.S. forces from Afghanistan. Couldn't be, could it? Why would he leave? It lines the pockets of war profiteers. How else could the President's masters, that is, the corporate management suite, so easily line corporate coffers? Has nothing to do with terror, national security, etc.. Has everything to do with corporate cash reserves, profits, the bottom line. Power.
Since 2011, the Defense Department has reportedly spent $294 million on drugs for erectile dysfunction. The Military Times states this could have bought four U.S. Air Force F-35 Joint Strike Fighters. Fascinating, isn't it? Outrageously overpriced as well. Resisting a golden opportunity to insert a joke here, -- and on a more serious note, these pharmaceuticals cost remarkably little to manufacture. The cost of research and development has long since been recouped. It's bottomless corporate greed. At taxpayer expense.
The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.
Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.
The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.
Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording
Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
