Ongoing Personal Family Business:

For 16 years this publication continues to be dedicated to exposure of corruption, abuse, ineptness, malfeasance, whenever, wherever it occurs.  Will continue no matter where, no matter how.  Unfunded, however, this writer remains here for one reason and one reason only.  Unfinished, unresolved out of state family business.

Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member.  -- Three years after my father's death.  Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster.  This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.

An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored.  There has been no transparency.  The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer.  Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.

Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved.  This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account.  The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am.  Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.

His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality.  Truth, indeed, a moving target.  Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate.  A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.

A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.

Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades.  While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down.  My mother was so informed at the time.  Nothing was done.

Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man.  May have looted his estate.  Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted.  Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication.  Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

While libertyinperil.host-ed.me remains functional to anyone clicking on the website URL, the FTP server used to upload and update the site is not working properly.  Normally, there are two ways to update.  Either through FTP third-party software or through the Control Panel provided by host-ed.me.

Unfortunately, neither is allowing upload.  The Control Panel URL does not work.  Tor is indicating it's not secure.  Should not be trusted.  Nor is third-party software able to access and upload the host-ed.me FTP server.  Host-ed is aware of the problem.  Four open support tickets attest to this fact.  We'll see what happens.

The three other Liberty In Peril websites are located on different servers, had been properly working, and have been uploaded.  Now, there is a problem with public access to the libertyinperil.twomini.com site.  Contact has been made with technical staff.  -- As always, the problem with doing this on the cheap.

Would be nice, certainly far less work, to have just one site that is constantly up and running.  Properly protected against any security issues.  That doesn't seem possible. Exactly, why I do the best I can to always keep at least one site up and running properly.

Hopefully, the problem will soon be corrected at twomini.com and host-ed.me will finally improve security on its non-functional FTP server.  Precisely, why it's necessary to bookmark all Liberty In Peril websites so if one or more are down, you will have access to another.  Sadly, the two sites this publication has been having problems with recently have been the best in the past.  The least troublesome.

For years, police have harassed motorists who flash high beams as warning to other motorists of speed traps.  Tough, isn't it?  No more than exercise of free speech to protect against predators who care nothing about public safety, -- just lining government coffers.  Getting their cookies off abusing power.  Especially, when the speed trap is located immediately after a thirty mile an hour drop in posted speed.

It's perniciously designed goddamned bullsh-t designed to line government coffers, not promulgate safety.  Technology today has taken such rudimentary warning systems such as flashing high beams a quantum leap forward, however.  Good or bad?  You decide.  There is a cell phone Google app called Waze that has law enforcement shorts currently in a wad.

Before going any further and as stated many, many times earlier in this publication, if you use a smartphone, your digital security is nearly zero.  Worse?  If you use apps, below zero.  Particularly, apps that are run and owned by search engine corporations.  ... Like Google.  That having been said, Waze is employed by users, among other uses, to inform one another of the whereabouts of police.

Tough, isn't it?  Breaks your heart, doesn't it?  It's not the foiling of speed traps that police allegedly claim that so disturbs, that is, 'frightens' them.  It's the possibility they could become targets by criminals out to injure or kill them.  Supposedly, facilitated by Waze.  ... Buy it?  Or, consider it unadulterated bullsh-t?  You decide.

Again, their supposed 'fear' breaks your heart, doesn't it?  Should we get out the violins?  Our jackbooted oppressors apparently desperately now want, need protection from the public they supposedly serve.  -- A public they've abused, used, shaken down, needlessly beaten, and in some cases wantonly killed.  Heart wrenchingly poignant, isn't it?

... Out of control, out of touch, hopelessly clueless police who now feel forced to seek protection from those they've egregiously aggrieved.  Isn't that special?  Tugs at the heart strings?  Apparently, it does.  Or, there wouldn't be marches in favor of these abusive bastards.  Who seem to be finally getting their just verbal comeuppance.  Anything that crosses the line involving threat or violence, however, cannot be tolerated.  Either from jackbooted law enforcement, or their victims.

To date, there is no evidence such retaliation against law enforcement has been facilitated, a result of such an app.  Should that become the case, however, and police indeed have proof not just achingly convenient self-serving bullsh-t conjecture, then there would be need for at least some consideration.  Unless and until that becomes the case, the public has every goddamned right to track law enforcement thugs.

Report to fellow citizens precisely where these predators are egregiously shaking down, abusing, otherwise f--king their fellow citizens.  To line government coffers.  Get their cookies off abusing power.  Should it extend no further than exposing the exact location of these jackbooted goons so innocent citizens can avoid the bastards, what is the problem?

Police already do the very same to the public they allegedly supposedly serve vis a vis license plate readers, facial scanners, cameras at intersections, cameras ubiquitous in public, etc..  That data is retained by police.  No warrant.  No probable cause.  No justification for such tracking in the first place.  Now, these hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept, jackbooted, invasive, cowardly sons of bitches want privacy protections themselves they deny to the public?  No way in hell.  F--k 'em.

If you're now so worried about your personal safety, officers, why not start treating the public decently, constitutionally, non-abusively, in a professional manner?  Would go a whole lot further reducing tension, improving both officer and public safety, -- than stifling free speech rights vis a vis public sharing of officer location information.

Has to work both ways.  It doesn't.  Never has.  You jackbooted savages simply don't understand this.  Can't, won't grasp the obvious.  Facial scanners, license plate scanning, ubiquitous cameras and video recording in public, etc., are an egregious invasion of privacy.  You jackbooted bastards in law enforcement have conveniently repeatedly made it quite clear, however, there is no expectation of privacy in public.

Is that right?  If so, the very same goddamned principle applies to you.  Don't like it.  Tough.  Wake up.  The public has an increasingly negative view of nazi policing in our formerly great country.  With damned good reason.  You are predators.  An exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

We, the public you supposedly serve, desperately need protection from predators like you.  That's precisely why the public insists on using their phones to record your commission of crimes.  Abuse of fellow citizens.   Don't like being video recorded criminally beating the hell out of someone?  Wantonly murdering those you falsely swear to "protect and defend?"

Then clean up your goddamned act.  You remain a far greater threat now to the public than the criminal or terrorist element.  Few of us ever thought that could happen.  Was even remotely possible.  The last fifty years has certainly changed that achingly naive perspective.  Worse?  The problem extends much deeper and has become systemic.  A cancer.

The public has no way of protecting itself against your abuse, theft of personal property on the road during bogus stops, getting killed in public for simply being a minority, your lying, i.e. perjury on the stand ignorantly bought by carefully selected juries and 'judges' already in your pockets, etc..  -- Have personally seen you lie under oath on the stand in both Burnet and Llano Counties.  With impunity.  You've disgraced yourselves.  Figuratively shot all credibility to sh-t.

Again, the imposition and implementation of a goddamned fascist police-state in our formerly great country has gradually but systematically occurred over the last half century or so.  Like the frog in a pot of water that is slowly brought to a boil, the people have been lulled to sleep by the systemic evil overtaking this country perpetrated by law enforcement goons and their handlers.

The hubris displayed by law enforcement is quite stunning, increasingly expansive, invasive, gallingly intrusive.  Would you believe the DEA aborted plans to place license plate scanners near gun shows?  Why in the hell would they ever do so in the first place? Why?  Their jurisdiction is drugs in a failed drug war, not guns.  Further proof we live in a goddamned fascist police-state, -- where anything goes.  ... Can you say S-i-e-g  H-e-i-l!?

U.S. Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch was conveniently, cowardly afforded stunningly softball questioning at the hands of GOP fascists during her recent Senate confirmation hearings.  This sitting U.S. Attorney sees no problem with Homeland 'Security' trampling of civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Remains unconcerned about egregious warrantless surveillance conducted by NSA on innocent American citizens.  Received no pointed questioning on either.  Clearly, sadly, Republican nazis agree with her.

Seems day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet in the convoluted world of this lawyer and the fascists who softball questioned her.  As reported in an earlier edition, she has championed asset forfeiture by government goons without court action or any due process at all.  At least her outgoing predecessor attempted to make some changes regarding this ongoing atrocity.  Highly unlikely, however, this candidate will follow suit if confirmed.

Appears to be a most convenient rubber stamp for an increasingly repressive, outrageously oppressive Executive Branch, -- although strongly denies she will be such.  She has no credibility.  Cluelessly, remains part of the exigent assault on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Despite phony claims to the contrary.

GOP fascists will likely confirm her since they fear being labeled racists if they don't.  Since the only major disagreement at time of writing seems to be immigration, why wouldn't they vote for her?  The fix is in.  The unsustainable will conveniently continue unabated.  ... Until the second unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon becomes reality.  Hopelessly, achingly clueless.  Sadly, they just don't get it.  Too deaf to hear the rumble.  Too blind to see the storm clouds.

Ever hear of Rene Enriquez?  He's a convicted Mexican Mafia hit man.  Guess what?  LAPD goons escorted this murderer at taxpayer expense to address a group of local police chiefs and extremely wealthy business tycoons in Los Angeles.  Amazing, isn't it?  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  Certainly clearly demonstrates current priorities of law enforcement as well as the business community, doesn't it?

What could they possibly have been thinking? What?  There will be an investigation.  ... You think?  Would you believe the spokesman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation couldn't say whether the trip at taxpayer expense had been approved?  ... Say what?  How the hell did the convicted felon get out of his cell block otherwise?  ... Magic?

Think priorities for law enforcement would be better placed against such chicanery?  ... Rather than whether or not a fed up public tracks police vis a vis Google Waze?  The lack of professionalism, cluelessness remains stunning.  Incomprehensible.  Day is night, night is day, manure smells perversely sweet in the diabolical, fascist world of law enforcement, their government handlers, as well as the corporate management suite that runs and owns it all.  ... Or, thinks it does.

Would you also believe LAPD considered it served an 'educational purpose?'  ... Can-you-say-f--ked up?  In a statement to NBC, LAPD declared:

"LAPD in conjunction with local police chiefs from Los Angeles County and Young Presidents Organization (YPO) met this evening with a convicted criminal who was part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.  ... The purpose was to learn how a transnational criminal enterprise was built, branded and marketed. Threats to our region remain terrorism and transnational criminal enterprises. It is the hope that we can learn and develop better strategies to counter these threats to our region."

Is that right?  Clueless. Achingly, clueless.  What could they possibly have been thinking?  What?  ... How to set up and execute a similar criminal enterprise?  Teach police how to better, more efficiently wantonly kill the public they've falsely sworn to 'protect and defend?'  The true ongoing outrageous exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is not the criminal and terrorist elements, nor any foreign power.  Rather, again, it is all levels of government and their corporate masters who seem to think they run and own it all.

Pope Francis is finally cleaning up the Vatican Bank.  Much to the chagrin of the good ole boys who have done as they've pleased for decades.  The Bank secretly did business with the Nazis during the Second World War.  Hid these actions from the United States and many, many others.  This was quite an evil enterprise.

The Bank cheated beneficiaries of insurance policies.  The Germans exterminated their Jewish policy holders.  When their beneficiaries approached the Bank after the war, this outrageous Aryan arrogant Bank disingenuously demanded death certificates.  Of course, there were none.  How could there be?

Why would there be?  Refused to pay off these policies.   Coup de grace?  The Church was never held accountable for its collusion with both German Nazis and their Italian Fascist compadres.  Convenient, isn't it?  Achingly diabolical for a 'religious' organization that supposedly follows the example of the Son of God.

Apparently, this Pope is in the process of making desperately needed changes.  Has clearly rattled the cages of the most intransigent.  Knows full well the status quo is unsustainable.  Reportedly, brought in outsiders to make these desperately needed changes.  Closed hundreds of highly questionable accounts.  Improved transparency.  NPR and others seem to think all this change remains contingent on how long this guy remains Pope.  ... All change could be for naught should it be reversed by the next papal incumbent.

CBS is reporting Seattle Police Officer Cynthia Whitlatch is being investigated for a July 2014 incident caught on a dash board camera where she falsely arrested 69-year-old William Wingate for supposedly swinging a golf club at her.  The incident never occurred.  Yet, he was arrested, forced to accept a bogus plea bargain for "unlawfully using a weapon" that was to be dismissed if he supposedly behaved himself for two years.  All a ruse.  Phony abuse of power.

Would be laughable if not so goddamned outrageous.  Seems the officer in her cruiser saw the man, who was hard of hearing, on a sidewalk with the golf club in hand.  -- He had used it 20 years as a cane.  Informed her of that fact.  She insanely ordered him to drop the 'weapon.'  Falsely accused him of swinging it at her.  He promptly denied her psychotic false charges.  ... She insanely responded her charges would indeed be backed up by her dashboard camera.  Problem?  It was all goddamned bullsh-t.  Not true.  None of it.  A ruse.

A state lawmaker wisely questioned the arrest.  The City Attorney took another look at the case.  Imagine that.  Prosecutors dismissed the conviction.  ... You think?  Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole apologized for the fiasco.  ... Hey, Chief?  Where the hell you been all this time, madam?  Where?  Out to lunch?  This your idea of good, professional police management, ma'am?  Wake up.  You've disgraced yourself.

The police gave the man his golf club back.  Racist comments made by the white officer on social media complicate matters.  Not yet clear where this will all go.  Two questions.  First, how could incompetent 'prosecutors' falsely charge and allow conviction of a man they obviously knew, or should have known, was innocent?  Second, why hasn't this officer been fired and convicted of at least official oppression?

She's received 'counseling' and is confined to desk duty.  The Chief seemed to have thought 'counseling' was sufficient resolution to the fiasco prior to subsequently learning of the officer's racist comments on Facebook back at the time of the incident.  -- The victim is black, the officer white.  Where have you been, Chief?  Where?

Sounds like dereliction of duty by someone who's supposed to be in charge.  Couldn't be you've been just lamely covering your sorry gluteus maximi and hers, could it?  Then again, the Seattle Police Department had been under prior scrutiny by the 'Justice' Department for bias and excessive force.  Couldn't be, could it?

Saddest of all?  This gives female police officers an unwarranted, undeserved black eye.  Usually, they're far better, more professional, less confrontational than their male counterparts.  Even here in nazi Llano County they've generally done a far better job than their male colleagues.  There have been exceptions, however.

The problem seems to be improper psyche screening prior to employment.  Clearly, a problem for both genders.  Indeed, all over our formerly great country.  Worse?  Sheriff's Offices hire their friends and other good ole boys for what turns out to be patronage jobs.  Most of these turds are unqualified.  Are not educationally, mentally, physically up to par.

Obesity within the ranks remains a problem.  The standards for these hires here are nowhere near that required by DPS and the major cities.  Consequently, the quality of most of these officers is achingly piss poor.  This must change.  Or, the abuse, corruption, ineptness will continue unabated.  Not only is the public at risk, but the misfits themselves.  Right, Sheriff?

Fairfax County Police Officer Adam D. Torres shot and killed Springfield resident John B. Geer while his hands were up in the air back in August 2013.  He claims he saw Geer reach for a gun.  According to four other fellow officers present at the scene, that was not the case.  Did not happen.  Yet, almost two years after the fact, the officer has not been prosecuted for murder.  Why not?

2-3-15 Breaking News.  The Jordanian F-16 pilot captured by ISIS has been killed.  Savagely murdered.  Doused.  Burned alive in a cage.  Reportedly, a month ago.  The following was written shortly after the Japanese reporter was killed a few days ago.  What follows is all the more pressing:

A Japanese national.  Recently butchered by ISIS.  Beheaded.  World reaction?  Lacking.  Gutless.  Reminiscent of earlier 20th Century failure to quickly respond to true threat.  This is world failure.  Not just that of the Middle East.  The lack of meaningful response to ISIS?  Achingly pitiful.  Pathetic.  How do we so quickly forget recent past history?  Particularly, when it always comes at such an horrendous price?   Incalculable cost in terms of blood and treasure?

Not even one hundred years ago, Germany lost the First World War.  Conditions of armistice were so heavy-handed they facilitated the rise of Hitler and the Third Reich.  ... Not even twenty years after the end of the First World War.  Certainly, fueled, facilitated, enabled Mussolini's Fascist Italy.  What has the world community learned as a result?

Apparently, very little.  ISIS is a true threat.  There is no political solution to this scourge.  The solution will sooner or later have to be military.  The longer the world waits, the costlier it will be in terms of blood and treasure.  This is not just a U.S., European, and Middle East problem.  It is a world problem.

Yet, little but lip service is paid to this growing crisis.  Family members beg for release of their loved ones.  Sadly, this tragically enables, motivates the psychotic bastards committing these atrocities.  ISIS will likely ultimately have to be rooted out, captured or killed, one by one by overwhelming force.  By those who live in the area that have the most to lose.  With help from the world community.

Sadly, the world community falsely believes it has no dog in this fight.  As it did with Germany and Japan prior to Hitler's invasion of Poland in 1939 and Japan's bombing of Pearl Harbor in 1941.  Remarkably, both former enemies remain two of our very best, most trusted allies today.  Despite the fact our treacherous government has unleashed NSA on them.  It's time for the world community to join forces, root this ISIS scourge out now.  Before the price exponentially increases.  Very unlikely this will happen, however.  We never seem to learn.

GOP nazis continue to urge the President to declare war on ISIS.  These clueless, self-serving, achingly fascist bastards seem to have forgotten, or are too goddamned ignorant to know, Congress declares war.  Not the President.  It is their constitutional responsibility.  A responsibility they have conveniently, cowardly shirked, avoided, determinedly abrogated since the end of the Second World War.  With disastrous consequences.

'Precision' medicine.  The President wants Congress to approve $215 million so one million people can 'volunteer' to have their gnomes sequenced.  Every bit of personal information including DNA, lifestyle, health, etc. would be collected.  Studied for years.  Stored centrally.  Supposedly, to enable engineering of genetic-specific treatments for individuals.

Sounds good?  Promising?  Wake up.  Think this information will not be easily available to the corporate management suite, law enforcement, anyone with hacking skills or the money to pay for them?  Think your corporate masters won't use this information to make hiring, firing, and promotion decisions?  Won't just seek but demand such valuable information to management from all vendors?  Make it a condition of doing business?

No matter the law?  No matter 'privacy' 'protections' included with initial congressional funding authorization?  Think they won't find a way to make such mandatory disclosure of such personal information compulsory as a condition of employment?  You already literally bare your cowardly asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Cowardly piss in a cup under supervision for your corporate masters.  To sit at a keyboard or stock shelves all day.

Think you won't ultimately submit to gnome sequencing by the corporate management suite as a condition of employment?  Think their bought and paid for congressional lackeys won't eventually facilitate and authorize such compulsory testing?  Wake up.  Currently, it costs a grand.  Is constantly dropping in cost.  Think the bastards wouldn't be willing to lay out a few bucks of your hard earned money for such valuable information?  Think you won't ultimately cowardly allow it?  Why not?  You're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Hopelessly, gutlessly stupid.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
