Personal Family Business:

Finally received my father's death certificate from the Executor who is also a family member.  -- Three years after my father's death.  Prior to the last several weeks, all contact has been with my father's estate shyster.  This shyster, and now the Executor, have stonewalled all requests for information regarding my father's care and treatment the last several years of his life.

An earlier written request by this writer for a welfare check of my father by his local police department was ignored.  There has been no transparency.  The shyster has repeatedly refused to release inheritance funds he claims supposedly belong to this writer.  Has repeatedly provided false bank account information.

Recently received a PDF file sent by email by one of the banks involved.  This bank official states in no uncertain terms this writer is not a beneficiary to this account.  The Executor, again a family member, continues to falsely claim I am.  Apparently, this bank official provided the Executor notice of my recent inquiry. This family member then made snail mail contact with this writer for the first time in nearly three years.

His recent three letters include the very same false bank account information as well as a continually changing re-write of history as well as that of reality.  Truth, indeed, a moving target.  Apparently, he remains increasingly desperate.  A renewed complaint will be sent to the local prosecutor who has neglected to respond to the last two.

A complaint will also be sent to the U.S. Attorney since the shyster, my family member, and at least one of the banks appear to be in collusion and involved in bank fraud.

Complicating matters is the fact this family member suffers from severe emotional problems dating back decades.  While completing my masters degree, a professor informed this writer my family member was under extreme stress and in danger of having a break down.  My mother was so informed at the time.  Nothing was done.

Both the shyster and this family member appear to have taken advantage of an old man.  May have looted his estate.  Both have been informed by this writer an audit needs to be conducted.  Both are also quite aware upon resolution of this issue, this writer intends to expose both for whom and what they are in this publication.  Also, a complaint will be filed against the shyster with his state bar.

The recent three-day terrorist atrocity in France is the latest appalling example of man's inhumanity to his fellow man.  An egregious attack on freedom of speech and free expression.  Conducted by psychotic cowards, fanatics who desperately fear anyone unwilling to embrace their brand of insanity.  Where does this extremism originate?  What is its source?  What drives it?

Intolerance is too simple an answer.  Is more an expression of a deeper, far more profound distorted dynamic.  Can remember years ago when an 'artist' thought a Crucifix in a bottle of urine was 'art.'  Certainly, set off a firestorm in this country at the time.  Why wouldn't it?  Without question was interpreted by most as a profound insult to their religious beliefs.

Yet, no one murdered the 'artist' in revenge, -- to 'avenge' the Son of God.  ... Wouldn't want to be too smug if you are indeed a Christian, however.  After all, abortion providers have been murdered by the insane of your religion.  Without question, though, the prevalence of such murders is far less than that displayed by Islamic extremists.

Yet, many in this country and throughout the world cannot make the distinction between Islamic extremists and mainstream Moslems who are no more murderous than Christians.  Yet, falsely believe they're one and the same.  They're not.  Fear, however, continues to drive this fallacy.  Just as anti-Semitism is falsely equated with being anti-Israeli aggression.  As the former, they're not one and the same.

Growing opposition to Israeli aggression has nothing to do with religion or ethnicity.  Has to do with Israeli theft of Palestinian territory in 1948 continuing to this very day.  Equally, has to do with the Israeli boot heel on Gaza and the West Bank.  Also, has to do with Israeli refusal to withdraw to pre-1967 borders.

Anything else?  Certainly.  Greatest stumbling block of all to peace?  -- Abject refusal of Israel and its most generous benefactor, the United States, to allow creation of a Palestinian State.  This is insanity on the part of both the Israeli and U.S. governments.  Remains proof positive both remain achingly blind to reality.

This is what initially drives the terrorist violence in the Middle East as well as elsewhere in Europe and throughout other regions in the world.  Now, it's expanded to a variety of ancillary issues.  Sadly, the U.S. and Israel cannot seem to grasp this fact.  Deny reality.  Consequently, terrorism spreads, has taken on a life of its own.  Interestingly, the Right now blames the French for appeasing terrorists.

... While ludicrously ignoring the fact the Right itself in its clueless zeal has done the very same with the Israeli aggressor.  That is, it either continues to ignore or justify Israeli aggression as no more than self-defense.  While ignoring the fact Zionists, with American, European, and UN approval stole Palestinian territory in 1948 by employment of modern terroristic tactics they (Zionists) so brilliantly developed and implemented.

This international approval of what amounts to no more than a land grab, that is, theft, is what has fueled the Middle East cauldron.  Yet, the idiots still can't seem to grasp this.  Unwilling to finally make it right.  Aggressively stupidly, cling to an unsustainable unworkable failed status quo.  Precisely, why there is no hope for meaningful change at this time, -- and for the foreseeable future.

This internationally approved legalized theft of Palestinian land will ultimately go down in history as one of the greatest blunders of all time.  It's already given our formerly great country quite a black eye.  Now, the Israeli aggressor is denying Palestinians millions in collected taxes.  Why?  The Palestinians had the audacity to secure membership in the World Court.  Can't have that, can we?

-- Much to the consternation of the United States and its proxy, the Israeli aggressor.  Why?  The Palestinians intend to seek war crimes trials against the Israelis.  So, in addition to stealing Palestinian land since 1948, commandeering Palestinian homes to further their military objectives, wantonly destroying Palestinian housing, killing and imprisoning Palestinians, denying them a Palestinian State to keep them under their boot heel, they now steal Palestinian taxes.

Sadly, Palestinians have concluded their only alternative, -- violence.  This powder keg will ultimately blow.  Taking the Middle East with it.  The United States and its proxy, the Israeli aggressor, are both achingly on the wrong side of history.  Will greatly regret this continuing outrageous injustice.

Republicans are again pressuring the President to more vigorously combat terrorism.  Remain clueless jackasses.  They stupidly demand a military solution while determinedly ignoring the root causes.  Consequently, nothing changes.  Can't.  Won't.  Compounding the problem is the fact terrorism is financially relatively inexpensive for extremists.

Nearly impossible to prevent even with the near total loss of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Worse?  Each time an attack occurs the government determinedly becomes more oppressive, stifling.  Leading to more terror.  Not only by foreign extremists, but those domestic grown who resist the repression.

This is precisely why we now see increased killings and other unprovoked attacks against cops, here, who had nothing to do with the original implementation of these repressive measures.  The process clearly feeds on itself.  Sadly, the cycle of violence sees no end in sight.  ... As society continues to break down.

Don't blame the messenger.  Blame clueless, abusive, corrupt, inept, greedy government, -- and its corporate masters.  They think in the box.  Blinders on.  In terms of black and white.  No shades of gray.  No brilliant hues of color.  -- Whether it's nearly sixty years of failed Cuban policy, the failed war on drugs going on some 46 years, every failed war since Korea not-so-cleverly designed to line pockets of war profiteers in the corporate management suite, etc..

Sadly, this list can go on and on.  Seemingly, endless.  This government of ours, the best money can literally buy, refuses to be confused by the truth.  The people who theoretically are the government remain too aggressively stupid, ill-informed, and hopelessly gutless to exercise their power.  Consequently, nothing changes.

Worse?  The public has embraced the insanity of the Radical Right.  -- The Right so afraid of the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon, has even ludicrously accused the Pope of having embraced socialist, collectivist, Marxist principles.  For what?  Boldly declaring the Emperor indeed has no clothes?

The obscene raging disparity in income?  Top 1% nearly taking and controlling it all?  Near extinction of the middle class?  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves?  What is their problem with the Pope?  The fact he's exposing the truth?  A truth they don't want to hear?

The status quo is unsustainable.  We witnessed the abject failure of communism some twenty years ago.  Was quite evident for decades as Five Year Plan after Five Year Plan miserably failed.  What truly terrifies these fascist bastards in the corporate management suite is the very same fate.  Unbridled, what amounts to laissez-faire capitalism is dying on the vine.

These very same greedy bastards know as they take it all, they remain at increased risk of an unwanted dreaded revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  A violent overthrow.  This possibility keeps them up nights.  -- Worst nightmare could indeed become reality.

Unless and until there is substantive change, the doomsday clock advances ever closer to midnight.  Not too late, yet.  Will be soon.  Time to wake up.  Now.  Handwriting, clearly on the wall.  The pernicious Ponzy scheme we in principle foolishly live under is coming apart at the seams.  Precisely, why gutless law enforcement has its shorts in a wad.  -- Knows full well when the sh-t finally hits the fan, they'll be standing front and center.

The best defense, the proper response to offensive speech is more speech.  Reasoned, well-articulated, well-thought out logic.  Not murderous terror.  Certainly, not increasingly rampant growing anti-Semitism across the world that has nothing to do with the Israeli-Palestinian impasse.  Jews in Germany, France, Italy, and elsewhere in Europe and the rest of the world are not responsible for barbarism displayed, practiced by the Israeli aggressor.

Should not be threatened, harassed, suffer bigotry at the hands of the Radical Right in these countries.  This bigotry is barbaric, horribly unjust.  It has gotten so bad in France and Germany many Jews are considering leaving or have already left.  The Right is either terribly misinformed about what is truly going on in the Middle East and who is directly responsible, or has more likely simply re-embraced the anti-Semitism of the Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy eras of the 20th Century.

This must change.  Particularly, the blatant bigotry embraced by the Tea Party and others here against undocumented immigrants crossing the Mexican border.  Highly smacks of the bigotry practiced against Jews, Roma, homosexuals, and many, many others by German Nazis and Italian Fascists during the last century.

The Extreme Right seems to conveniently forget that one of the cops killed guarding the French media office targeted during the recent attack was himself a Moslem.  Yet, this man, profoundly offended by the material published by this office, died defending its right to publish it.  One of the leaders of the raid against the terrorists was also himself a Moslem.  These two facts are further indication not all Moslems are terrorists or extremists.

The fact the second business targeted was a Kosher grocery store is further indication Islamic terrorists are anti-Semitic bigots.  The Jews who run and own this business are not beholden to the Israeli aggressor.  Yet, patrons were mercilessly murdered by this bastard.

The end result of these horrendous attacks will likely be further expansion of the fascist police-state already in place.  Governments, including ours, are too damned stupid to understand this remains proof positive the terrorists have already won.  Our own government is certainly a far greater threat to liberty than any terrorist organization, government power, or the criminal element.

Equally pointedly, our very own government was directly responsible for failing to act on repeated warnings by flight schools the 9/11 terrorists only wished to learn to fly, not take off and land.  Extensive criminal background checks were not conducted by the State Department prior to issuing them visas.  Not one head rolled.  Instead, we lost nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

That is, a fascist police-state was established in direct contradiction to all our formerly great country used to stand for.  Jackbooted bastards in the CIA and elsewhere in the military tortured and abused "enemy combatants."  In direct violation of the Geneva Conventions.  Creating the greatest recruitment drive ever seen for Islamic extremists, as well as other unwanted consequences we're still living with to this very day.

The image of the United States has been severely, irreparably tarnished.  All for what?  Consolidation of Executive power.  Creation of a fascist police-state.  Public unrest not seen since the Sixties.  Unless this changes, expect more repression culminating in an unwanted dreaded second American revolution.

"As the new Congress begins, I notice that the pressure on you from the
White House and corporate lobby to give up your constitutional trade
authority is intensifying. Fast Track probably was a bad idea back when
it was cooked up by President Nixon in the 1970s. But now it is a
totally inappropriate today given the broad scope of non-trade policy
that would be rewritten in pacts like the Trans-Pacific Partnership
(TPP). Congress’ job is to write our domestic laws on medicine pricing,
bank regulation, food safety, Buy American and all of the other
non-trade issues into which TPP meddles.

Plus, the last thing that our country needs is more of these trade deals
 that offshore our jobs. President Obama’s trade negotiators used his
2011 Korea Free Trade Agreement as the template for the TPP. And in just
 two years, that Korea deal led to a doubling of our trade deficit with
Korea, which equates to another 60,000 American jobs lost to bad trade
policies.

Thus, I write today as a constituent deeply concerned about efforts to
revive this extreme Nixon-era Fast Track procedure. If you give up your
constitutional authority over trade by supporting Fast Track, you will
set us up for the railroading through Congress of trade deals that would
 destroy American jobs and undermine American food safety, health and
the environment.

Will you commit to me that you will oppose Fast Track? The only way we
will reverse our failed trade agreement policy is if Congress exercises
its constitutional authority over trade. We need you to take advantage
of this fresh start in the new Congress and create a process that
imposes a steering wheel and emergency brake over runaway executive
branch trade negotiators.

I would like you to please write back to me to share your position on
Fast Track. I don’t care what they call it this time around: if it lets a
 president sign a trade deal before Congress approves it and then
railroads the done deal through Congress with no amendments and limited
debate in a set number of days, I want you to oppose it. We need a new
form of trade authority that provides Congress and the public with a
meaningful role from start to finish in trade negotiations and approval
processes.

Please demand that any new trade authority includes the basic features
enumerated below. This is necessary to ensure the process is more
inclusive, transparent and balanced. An acceptable new trade authority
must:

-  Allow Congress to determine which nations are appropriate partners by
 establishing criteria for inclusion in negotiations and providing for a
 congressional veto of countries proposed by the White House that do not
 meet those standards.
-  Provide for mandatory negotiating objectives on what must and must
not be included in an agreement.
-  Empower Congress to determine if negotiations are complete by
certifying that Congress’ objectives have been satisfied, giving
Congress meaningful oversight of executive branch negotiators;
-  Provide for enhanced consultations with Congress and the public
throughout the process and access to draft agreement texts.
-  Require Congress to vote to approve a trade agreement before the
president can sign and enter into it.

Also, I do not believe that U.S. trade agreements should provide foreign
 investors and corporations operating within the United States with
greater substantive or procedural rights than are provided by U.S. law
and our courts to U.S. investors or firms. Can you please also share
your view on this matter?

Prosecutors in New Mexico have finally woken up.  Two Albuquerque Police Department officers will now be tried for murder in the death of James Boyd in the Albuquerque foothills last March.  About time.  What took them so long?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Linda Moreau, Owner-Broker, RE/MAX Highland Lakes.  Copies of it were also sent to both offending Wells Fargo employees.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 19, 1-12-15.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
