As always, any time a cop does something extraordinary, exceptional, heroic, it leads in this publication.  Two Philadelphia transit officers helped a woman deliver a baby boy on a train.  ... With very little time to spare.  A very special Christmas delivery, indeed.  Sgt. Daniel Caban and Officer Darrell James helped deliver the infant.  Both mother and son were transported to the hospital in good condition and later reunited with these remarkable officers there.  Hat's off, gentlemen.  Great job.

Flagstaff, Arizona, Police Department Officer Tyler Stewart, 24, was recently shot and killed after responding to a domestic violence call.  This fine young cop was a rookie.  Had no back up.  Why not?  Domestic violence calls are the most dangerous emergencies most police ever respond to.  There should always be back up.  Always.  The son of a bitch who killed him committed suicide.

Forget?  Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was truly an idiot in office.  An acute embarrassment.  Worse?  Sadly?  Has clearly lost ground since.  This fascist son of a bitch is himself responsible for much of the current enormous, growing criticism of NYPD for outrageous abusive policing.  Why?  How?  The former mayor is responsible for directing NYPD to become "pro-active."  That means, designedly, the City became a fascist police-state during his tenure.

Officers were trained to be aggressive, intrusive, overbearing, Aryan arrogant.  Worse, they were instructed to enforce chickensh-t ordinances that normally never received attention.  Even worse, they bastardized these very same ordinances and ticketed innocent citizens.  The idea was to become so repressive on the small stuff the big stuff would take care of itself and thus be reduced.

The problem with this psychotic bullsh-t is the fact it creates a fascist police-state.  Ultimately leads to the direct opposite of what is purportedly desired in terms of acceptable behavior.  Not only of the public, but the jackbooted thugs themselves who enforce it.  While statistics may look good on paper, in reality you generate the poisonous dangerous lethal atmosphere that is now overtaking our formerly great country.  Goddamned shortsighted.

Coup de grace?  Officers who wantonly kill innocent citizens with impunity and/or engage in excessive force are perversely protected and coddled.  Guilt or innocence of civilians accused falsely or not?  Makes no difference in a fascist police-state.  It's the power, stupid, -- and the money.  One and the same.  It leads to wanton choke hold killings of citizens like Eric Garner who had been convicted of no crime.  Yet, the jackbooted thug responsible for his murder became 'judge,' 'jury,', and executioner.

When the people rise up, including people of all color, and challenge this horrendous murderous bullsh-t, the police quickly learn what it means to be afraid.  Terrorized.  Terrified to the core the jig may indeed be up.  Outraged the most convenient long-standing outrageously unsustainable unjust status quo may be no more.  Tough, isn't it?  -- Duplicitous, condescending fascist sons of bitches who get their cookies off abusing victims.

... Truly perversely believe they're royally entitled to sh-t on the public as they see fit.  Worse?  When the current Mayor stands up against this outrageous criminal activity engaged in by these jackbooted thugs, this truly rattles their cages.  So much so former Mayor Giuliani felt compelled to condescendingly patronizingly self-servingly declare current Mayor Bill de Blasio owes the police an apology for supposedly creating the "impression with police that he was on the side of the protesters."  A crock of sh-t.  Worse?  Aryan arrogant hubris.

Who cares what impression favorable or unfavorable the police have of the Mayor and his stand on police brutality?  It's irrelevant.  The Mayor does not answer to the police.  He answers to the citizenry.  As far as the Eric Garner murder by choke hold is concerned, indeed, the Mayor should be on the side of the protesters.  Not those responsible for the murder.  Wake up, Rudy.  Head's so far up your ass your eyeballs are turning inside out.  Let's finally get this issue straight.  Instead of egregiously distorting reality to placate the jackbooted thugs you cowardly shill for.

An officer murdered a citizen convicted of no crime with a choke hold that is against Department policy for damned good reason.  It kills.  That same murderous son of a bitch is no billed.  Escapes justice.  Is coddled and protected.  The Mayor owes no one in NYPD an apology.  In fact, it's the other way around.  The jackbooted bastards owe the Mayor and the City an apology for the murder committed by one of their own.  That's the reality.  Again, not the other way around.

It is the police department that owes the family of Eric Garner and the citizens of New York an apology for wantonly killing with no justification.  Worse?  The jackbooted bastards continue to perversely 'justify' the murder.  Refuse to take responsibility.  Instead, cowardly blame their victim.  Reportedly, took their sweet time getting him medical assistance after they knew he was in extreme distress.  Murderous sons of bitches.

-- What makes this murder is the fact the officer did not release his death grip despite the fact Garner repeatedly said he could not breathe.  Had it been the other way around, the citizen would have been quickly arrested, convicted of capital murder, and sentenced to death.

This is how things are done in Nazi America.  The people are tired of it.  Precisely, why protests continue all over our formerly great country with no let up.  For all the recent and not so recent unjustified killings perpetrated by police.  The Mayor, instead of courageously continuing to stand up to an out of control NYPD, however, asked protesters to cease protesting until after the funerals of both slain officers.  To appease the jackbooted law enforcement thugs defending the murder by one of their own.

Why the hell should protesters let up?  What for?  Police did not stop wantonly killing and using excessive force after Eric Garner was murdered by one of New York's 'finest.'  The Mayor delivered an eulogy for one of the slain officers.  The bastards in blue turned their backs on him.  Who the hell do these jackbooted thugs believe they work for?  Certainly, not the people.  ... Or, the Mayor.

-- Speaking, now, only of the officers who turned their backs, -- not others in blue who are equally outraged at the murder of Garner, appalled with the abuse that goes on within law enforcement ranks, however.  Yet, remain too cowardly to step up and take the heat.  Again, it's time for good officers to say no more to the outrageously criminal behavior of their colleagues.  Hold the thugs in their ranks to account.  Put an end to these abuses.

Worse, when the Mayor addressed a graduating class of cadets, they heckled him.  This is goddamned bullsh-t.  Clearly, they're out of control even before they hit the streets.  These jackasses work for the people.  Not themselves.  They seem to have conveniently forgotten this.  Care to bet the new crop will be as bad, or worse, than what is already out there?

Insult to psychotic injury?  Idiots in police unions blame the Mayor for the murder of both officers.  Claim the Mayor fomented public hatred of the police, leading to the murders.  These clueless jackasses are delusional.  Do they really think the public that gullible, that stupid they don't know it's the excessive force and murder after murder committed by jackbooted thugs that are the issue? Not the Mayor.  ... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t?  Right, 'Officers?'

Police perpetrate two radically different standards of justice.  One for themselves.  The other for the rest of us.  They insanely believe they're entitled to special treatment.  Dispensation from the rest of the laws the rest of us are expected to follow.  When they egregiously f--k up, they demand it be swept under the carpet. No more.  -- Ongoing protest proof positive the unsustainable status quo must change.

NYC Police Commissioner William Bratton said on Meet The Press recently cops feel under attack by the President, the Attorney General, and the 'Justice' Department.  Yet, another crock of paranoid bullsh-t by a Commissioner so clueless he has no business being a law enforcement officer.  Under attack?  How?  Wake up.

Who the hell in law enforcement has been recently tried and convicted of wantonly killing?  Who?  Where?  How many?  How often?  It's goddamned pitiful.  An outrage.  At best, the 'Justice' Department will try errant thugs on civil rights violations.  How often does even that happen?  Almost never.  Police are not held accountable.  The problem is top-down.  Bottom-up.

The Commissioner and his jackbooted thugs clearly live on a different planet than the rest of us.  Bratton opined:

“They really do feel under attack, rank-and-file officers and much of American police leadership, that they feel they’re under attack from the federal government at the highest levels.   ... So that’s something we need to understand also, this sense of perception that becomes a reality."

What goddamned clueless psychotic bullsh-t.  Delusion is not reality, Commissioner.  Day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells sweet in his achingly clueless perverse world.   This jackass seems to conveniently forget the hundreds of citizens killed by police each year.  Many of these deaths were highly questionable.  The Commissioner seems to most conveniently ignore rampant excessive force, that is, egregious police brutality.  It's the public that is under siege thanks to these bastards, not the other way around.  To claim otherwise is to pervert reality.

More of the same?  Florida Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco speaking of yet another killing of an officer declared:

“I can tell you the anxiety level is extremely high right now with our families.  ... What we’ve dealt with in the Tampa Bay region the last several days, burying Charlie yesterday, these are the things that are in our heads."

Tough, isn't it?  Now, these clueless bastards are beginning to understand how the rest of the community feels when threatened by jackbooted law enforcement thugs.  Not too pleasant, is it, Sheriff?  Adding insult to injury, Nocco further ludicrously opined:

“The pendulum has swung against law enforcement.  There’s a lot of violence going on in our community, and there are a lot of people threatening law enforcement for unjust reasons.”

That's a crock of sh-t for two reasons.  First, no pendulum has swung against police.  They're still wantonly killing.  Employing excessive force.  Doing both with impunity.  Unaccountable.  Second, Nocco delusionally confuses rampant growing intolerance of jackbooted police tactics for threat.  They are not one and the same.

Those of us severely criticizing law enforcement condemn all violence, all terroristic threat.  On both sides.  We want the violence to end.  Law enforcement has no intention of doing so.  Continues to defend its jackbooted tactics.  Wishes to kill with impunity.  Is outraged when the public condemns the murder of a 12-year-old with a toy gun gunned down by an over eager murderous gutless cop determined to shoot first, ask questions later.

Precisely, why police remain so afraid of people like the Mayor of New York who courageously challenge the achingly unacceptable.  Refuse to rubber stamp an unjust status quo.  Police wish to remain free to kill and abuse with impunity.  Refuse to be held accountable.  Precisely, why the jackasses cowardly turned their backs on the Mayor at recent public events.  What you see here is no more than blatant gut wrenching fear expressed by these gutless jackbooted bastards.

Crux of the issue?  Police continue to be trained to immediately shoot when someone points a gun at them, -- or more accurately, they think someone has pointed a weapon at them.  That 'weapon' in all too many cases has turned out to be a wallet, cell phone, or some other benign object.  Police cowardly claim their first priority is to protect themselves.

That's bullsh-t.  A fallacy.  Their first priority is to protect the public.  Many of whom have been killed by them were innocent.  As officers, if you place your safety ahead of that of the public, you need to leave the job.  You are grossly unqualified.  An extreme danger to yourselves and the public you clearly do not serve.

You falsely consider yourselves military.  You're not.  Never should be.  This militarization perversely falsely fosters the view the public is the enemy.  It's you against us.  That's bullsh-t.  Precisely, why you have so little problem shooting first, asking questions later.  You're out of control.  Need to be reined in.  If not, there will be a second American revolution.  Too deaf to hear the rumble?

Did it ever occur to law enforcement that criminals may indeed change tactics?  In response, to this shoot first ask questions later issue?  Police nearly always immediately opening fire when they rightly or wrongly believe a weapon is pointed at them?  That is, the criminal element may simply decide it best to cowardly shoot any officer on sight that appears at the scene during commission of their crimes.  This would be an horrendous frightening unwanted development should it occur in response to current police tactics.  Sadly, this is where this could wind up if wanton killing by police doesn't end.

Precisely why protests continued unabated.  -- Protests after yet another recent killing near Ferguson by police of a Black kid did not cease even when crowds learned the kid was shot after he allegedly pointed a weapon at police.  Much to the chagrin of police and city officials who believed the officer was in the right.

Officials complained the protesters think all cops are bad.  They miss the point. The kid never got a round off.  His gun was never fired.  The cop 'preemptively' shot and killed him.  The presumption is made by police the kid would have fired.  That's not always a reasonable assumption.  Despite the fact the right decision indeed often has to be made in a split second.

Yet, police nearly always err on the side of shoot first ask questions later.  That's not acceptable.  ... And an increasing number of people are beginning to question this tactic.  Doesn't mean, however, anyone wants to see officers wantonly killed.

Readers?  Think very carefully about the following.  Can the very same assumption be reasonably made of a police officer who points his weapon at you?  That is, if he or she points a weapon at someone they will likely shoot them?  Unload a high-powered pistol into their target?  Rightly or wrongly?  After recent events all over the country, as well as dating back the last fifty years, the answer can certainly seem to be yes.  Especially, if you are a minority.  This has to change.  Otherwise, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon may indeed become reality.

Listen to the eulogy of the first NYPD officer recently murdered and it becomes quickly clear shills for the police and the rest of us do not live in the very same universe.  Perceptions of reality remain diametrically opposed.  Insult to injury is the fact both murdered officers will have their mortgages paid off by charity, -- while the same was not offered to the family of Eric Garner who had recently been murdered by one of New York's 'finest.'  Proof positive we have one hell of a long, long way to go to achieve justice and equity in the fascist police-state we now live in.

NSA was forced to release supposedly detailed accounts of how its goons invaded the privacy of innocent American citizens after 9/11 right up to 2013 as a result of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.  Problem?  It was heavily redacted.  The bastards remain intent on covering their asses.  Yet, had the goddamned gall to crow the following:

“By emphasizing accountability across all levels of the enterprise, and transparently reporting errors and violations to outside oversight authorities, NSA protects privacy and civil liberties while safeguarding the nation and our allies.”

Unadulterated bullsh-t.  A lie.  Deception.  Egregious self-serving distortion of reality.  What transparency?  Where?  You cowardly, conveniently redacted much of the material not too protect "national 'security,' but your sorry, corrupt, abusive, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous, cowardly asses.  You would never have even released the redacted material had you not been pressured by a lawsuit.  Indeed, a crock of sh-t coming from an agency that has repeatedly egregiously failed to protect the Constitution it has falsely sworn to protect and defend.  Goddamned gutless traitors.

The U.S. Navy has sold the The USS Ranger for literally one penny as scrap.  Readers may recall this aircraft carrier has quite a storied combat history.  Was where Top Gun was filmed as well.  ... How many billions did that ship cost taxpayers?  -- Not the first time the Navy has sold a carrier for a penny.  There have been several recently.  Where is the outrage of the Nazi Right?  ... As long as their corporate masters f--k looted taxpayers, no problem?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
