Got guts? Tired of being lied to? Like an alternative source of information truly independent and free of government propaganda? Want this publication to continue? Send a donation to P.O. Box 151, Buchanan Dam, Tx. 78609.

Publisher's Note: This publication receives no financial support through advertising.  Although shaken down, looted, and abused by corrupt government, area businesses remain unwilling to stand up.  Locals are too gutless to donate financially, cowardly fearing retribution.  For this publication to survive, national readers need to contribute.  Liberty In Peril is, has been, and will always remain beholden to NO ONE. -- Precisely why there is no financial assistance.  ... From day of launch and certainly a no-brainer to this very day, firmly resolved to walk away first rather than compromise principle. -- To the chagrin of many and delight of few.    T.C. (5-7-13).

For new readers:  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

Newsletter Text V392

As always, any time a cop does something extraordinary, exceptional, heroic, it leads in this publication.  Tarrant, Ala. Police Officer William Stacy is quite an exceptional officer.  Second to none.

There's never an excuse to steal.  There are reasons why this happens, however.  Never an excuse.  Never justification.  A cop often has to make a judgment call.  Take a little time to consider this one.  See if you don't agree the officer did the right thing.

Helen Johnson, 47, has two children, two grandchildren, and a niece.  All live with her.  Her daughter gets $120 a month in a welfare check.  Happened to be lost in the mail this month.  Never got it.  Ms. Johnson, herself, gets a disability check which is about to arrive.  The day of the incident, however, the family had already gone two days without food.

Johnson had $1.25 when she went to Dollar General to buy a carton of eggs.  Small problem.  Didn't have quite enough money.  Short.  Fifty cents and the tax.  Should then had walked out the store.  Did not.  Made a 'mistake.'  Chose instead to steal.  A big 'mistake.'  Stuffed five eggs into her pocket.  Second big mistake.  They broke.  Told the media, "I'm not a good thief at all."  ... Wouldn't want to be, would you?

The store called the police.  Officer Stacy responded.  Ms. Johnson expected to be hauled to jail.  Not to be.  Stacy had been called before to the Johnson home.  Knew their plight.  Had memories himself of his mother having trouble feeding him and his sister as kids growing up:

"The story she told me Saturday matched up with what I had seen when I was there. I felt like it was the right thing to do. I didn't want to pass judgment on her."

This quite stunning coming from a cop.  More stunning?  He bought her a carton of eggs.  Someone in the store uploaded video of the encounter.  Quickly, went viral.  The response, tremendous.  Overwhelming.  The food that came to her house subsequently, consequently was like nothing that ever happened to her before.  She promised the officer she would never steal again.  Should she?  ... Well, there's always a jail cell waiting, isn't there?

While the store is certainly no social services agency or police department, seems the manager could have quickly determined the circumstances.  Made an arrangement for her to clean the rest rooms in restitution, -- or do whatever to atone for the theft.  After all, it wasn't cosmetics, electronics, beer, etc..  It was food for a hungry family.  Mitigating circumstances, but still there must be consequences.

Hat's off to Officer Stacy.  Indeed, a class act.  ... While it's highly unlikely you'll ever receive a similar call again for Ms. Johnson, Officer, should it happen?  Haul her gluteus maximi to jail.

... As a clearly not-so-elegant or interesting follow-up to the above (forewarned is forearmed), this writer hasn't bought eggs since the Stone Age.  -- When a dozen went over a half dollar, simply considered it not worth the half buck.  Most store-bought are not.  They're old.  Sometimes, as much as several months.  -- Despite the date on the carton.  Tasteless.

If you ever eat a fresh egg from a free-roaming, well-cared for hen, you're in for quite a surprise.  Indeed, a culinary delight.  Yokes are orange, not yellow.  -- That's how you know they're fresh when you crack one.  ... Might even be a little less likely to be infected with salmonella, -- although certainly can't claim that to be fact.

You should thoroughly cook them to be absolutely sure.  ... No more raw eggs in a malted or eggnog, -- despite the heaven-sent flavor.  With all the super bugs out there and their increasing resistance to antibiotics, it's wise to be careful.

-- Any animal free-ranged, raised humanely, well-cared for, will always be a far superior, more nutritious food source.  If you ever saw how caged chickens are treated in a corporate operation, you'd likely lose your appetite for poultry.

Worse, increasingly early pubescence of younger and younger girls, as young as six or seven, may be due to all the antibiotics and other pharmaceutical additives required where millions of birds live in close proximity to each other.  That's why when they get sick they're slaughtered by the millions.  -- We've got to get a whole lot smarter about how we do things, what we believe to be acceptable.  Humane treatment of sentient food sources is truly cheaper and healthier in the long run.  It's time we realized it.

Yet, another small business bites the dust.  -- Not just the end result of a poor economy and no water in the lake, however.  Directly due to the greedy f--kers in Llano who can't ever seem to get enough.  They're killing small business.  Bleeding it dry.  -- Taxes, egregiously confiscatory at a time of severe economic stress.

The clueless bastards in Llano stupidly still treat the Lakes Area as County cash cow.  Haughtily believe they're entitled.  Many former visitors no longer come due to falsely issued tickets for 'offenses' that never occurred, -- to line County coffers.  The waste throughout the County  is horrendous.  --The schools and 'law' 'enforcement' the greatest source of waste, abuse, egregious corruption.

The Golden Goose, -- strangled.  On life support.  Yet, the hopelessly corrupt, abusive, nazi sons of bitches in Llano remain determinedly clueless.  Stupidly, cluelessly insist on driving business into the ground.  Fail to understand every time a business closes it means a loss of desperately needed cash flow in the area.  -- As well as another nail in the coffin of the small business community.

Indeed, the backbone of the economy.  It's time for tax revolt.  Time for small businesses to unite.  Courageously challenge the unacceptable unsustainable status quo.  This writer knows many of you small business owners.  Certainly,  understand your suffering is dire.  Chambers remain toothless paper tigers, achingly ineffective.  Without question, if you don't hang together, you'll hang alone.

Every Commissioners Court meeting, School Board meeting, every one of them, need to be attended by overflowing raucous take-no-prisoners business owners demanding change.  Settling for nothing less.  The bastards in power need to know you're, indeed, a force to be reckoned with.  Certainly know you're busy, but you need to attend regardless.

Otherwise, the clueless bastards haughtily believe you're okay, tolerant of the ongoing f--king they're deliberately and haughtily perpetrating and perpetuating.  Organize.  Take turns attending.  Above all, wake up.  Otherwise, you won't survive.  Put aside your petty differences.  In a poor economy, you can't afford to be cutthroat with one another.

You'll wind up going under.  Wake up.  Before too late.  The true enemy remains corrupt, abusive, repressive, oppressive government, --not each other.

Another egregious unresolved County issue at the end of this year is the stolen JP2 election fiasco.  A trusted source lied, apparently was threatened.  First time in all these years this writer has had this problem.  From someone I would have least expected it from.  First inclination was to expose the source.

... Despite the fact the stonewalling and lies did not effect the veracity of anything previously published regarding this fiasco.  -- Always very careful about sitting on information until absolutely sure it's true.  There was much about this election that was not published.  While unable to be any more specific, suffice it to say this person was not straight up and straight out with me.  Did not deliver information promised repeatedly.

Won't expose the identity of this person due to safety concerns for this individual.  Someone apparently threatened this individual.  Since this publication originally launched in March of 1999, this writer has never been threatened by a sitting government official.

Received a threat, however, from Buchanan Dam resident Richard Grayum that was disclosed throughout Burnet and Llano Counties, the Llano County Sheriff's Office, as well as this publication.  Still remains on all four websites.

Have always made it abundantly clear to all these outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless sons of bitches I should be the one they come after.  ... Not an unidentified source they believe to be the source.  Then again, what else can, would you expect from gutless jackbooted bastards?

The cowardly House passed a budget bill just short of deadline that no one is happy about.  Either side.  Passed 219-206.  Shouldn't have passed at all.  Eases regulations on campaign spending as well as the banks, particularly involving risky hedge deals.  The GOP is equally displeased since it does not address the President's Executive Order on immigration.

One reason of many this republic is failing is due to the fact amendments totally irrelevant to the issue are added to every bill.  Much of the time it's no more than pork.  Often it includes egregious abrogation of civil and constitutional rights and liberties, including abortion rights.  For this system to work at all, it's time to drastically simplify the process.  Pass 'clean' bills.

Limit all bills, any bill at all, to no more than 250 words.  About a typewritten page.  No longer.  If it has to be any longer, it usually isn't worth a crap and is too difficult to understand due to the fact it is written in legalese by lawyers.  If the issue is that complex, handle it in bits and pieces, solve one problem at a time, legislatively.  Then, move on.

No one should have to be an attorney to understand a law.  It needs to be written in plain English.  Bills that are thousands of pages long, written in legalese that no one but the writer understands, are so long that no legislator reads them in their entirety, is egregiously unacceptable.  A broadside against liberty since all laws in some way always abrogate someone's civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Precisely, why we need far less legislation, much shorter legislation, and legislation that can readily be understood by all.  Otherwise, the process remains a sham.  When the President finally signs the budget bill, and he most certainly will, you can rest assured one thing is for certain.  He will have no clue what he has just signed.  None at all.  Why?  Simple.  He will not have read the bill anywhere near its entirety.  He relies on others to do so.  -- People who understand it no better than the President, his aides,  to say nothing of the general public, -- that is, you and me.

This is the problem.  Until this changes, the looting will continue unabated. Services will be poorly provided, if at all.  Unless you're extremely impoverished, -- or at the top of the food chain, you get little to nothing of value in terms of services from government.  Like most of you, this writer gets absolutely nothing, -- other than grief, bullsh-t, and a royal f--king by this goddamned government.

Subsequent to writing the above, the Senate passed the $1.1 trillion spending bill that certainly does the bidding of the corporate management suite, particularly banks too big to fail.  It's another step backwards the President is eager to sign for one reason and one reason only.  It temporarily 'solves' the current problem of great concern to Mr. Obama, -- keeping the government open and in business.  Egregiously f--king the bottom and middle class.

In regard to the above, sent the following two messages to our Senate and House delegations from Texas vis a vis Public Citizen:

12-11-14

It's time to rein in the corporate management suite.  Hold them accountable
as the rest of us.  Instead of lining your pockets with lobbyist loot
from these hopelessly greedy, avaricious bottom feeders.

Sadly, they've become your masters, -- certainly not the dolts who keep
returning you to office.  Too deaf to hear the rumble?  An unwanted,
dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the
horizon.  Time to wake up.

Senator:

It's time to roll back the corporate management suite and its determined
assault on the pocketbooks of all Americans. To say nothing of the
abrogation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties to line
pockets of these robber barons. Moreover, it's time to say no more to
the Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged national socialism that's infested the
Grand Old Party.  ... Too deaf to hear the rumble?

Former CIA director Michael Hayden continues to defend 'rectal rehydration' as a 'medical procedure' on CNN.  According to the medical profession, it's not.  There is no legitimate reason to do this, -- or force food into the rectum.  None at all.  This is abuse.  Torture.  Sexual assault.  Current CIA Director John Brennan continues to 'justify' the torture of 'enemy combatants.'

It's time to prosecute anyone who had anything to do with this starting at the top:  George "The Tush" Bush, "Slick Dick" Cheney, all the way down to the lowest grunt directly responsible for carrying these outrageous abuses out.  They are all war criminals.  Belong at The Hague since our nazi government to date continues to protect and defend these war criminals.  Refuses to prosecute them.

Worse?  The clueless American public was polled regarding torture.  Despite the fact Japanese and German military personnel were executed at the end of the Second World War en masse for war crimes including torture, the American public believes these remarkably similar tactics imposed by Bush, Cheney, and their henchmen are acceptable.  51%.  NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.  Makes me goddamned ashamed to be an American.  We've lost our country.  All  principle.

NBC's Meet The Press again gave air time to former Vice President "Slick Dick" Cheney.  Why?  To defend the indefensible?  Why give a war criminal free air time?  Worse?  Why wasn't the questioning withering?  Indeed, a take-no-prisoners approach?  Why effectively coddle this bastard?  Provide him with a forum to declare:

"With respect to trying to define that as torture, I come back to the proposition torture was what the al Qaeda terrorists did to 3,000 Americans on 9/11.  There's no comparison between that and what we did with respect to enhanced interrogation."

You're right, Mr. Vice President.  Indeed, there is no comparison.  What we did was worse.  Far worse.  We're supposed to be principled.  Claim to be so.  We're not.  The United States willingly, deliberately, intentionally tortured in direct violation of international law.  No question, water boarding is torture.

Certainly, was considered such when the United States executed Japanese Gen. Tomoyuki Yamashita at the end of the Second World War for, among other war crimes, waterboarding committed by his troops.  Allegedly, without his knowledge.  Can't have it both ways, Mr. Vice President.  You, former President George "The Tush" Bush, and all the way down to the lowest grunt who tortured and abused 'detainees' need to be tried as war criminals.

Interestingly, Mr. Cheney clearly implicated the former President:

"We got the authorization from the President and authorization from the Justice Department to go forward with the program.  It worked."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Time for an investigation by an independent prosecutor.  If not, certainly would not be a good idea for all principles involved to travel anywhere they could be arrested and transported to The Hague for trial as war criminals.  This perverse criminal former Vice President considers rectal feeding and hydration to be medical procedures, not torture.  Despite the fact the medical community has come out squarely against this unadulterated bullsh-t.

Proponents of torture claim Nancy Pelosi and others were aware of what the CIA and others were doing.  If true, anyone who had knowledge, did nothing, should be prosecuted as well.  Be interesting to discover who knew what and when.  Then again, it's up to the public to make sure this fiasco is not swept under the carpet.  ... By officials too damned gutless to hold war criminals accountable.

U.S. Supreme Court 'Justice' Antonin "Tony Boy" Scalia remains term limit poster boy par excellence.  --  Time to make damned sure the jackasses that shamelessly legislate their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views from the bench are indeed forced to retire long before they become egregiously unfit for duty.  Too late, however, for this son of a bitch.

Irrational fear is certainly prime mover, right next to bottomless greed, for the Nazi Right.  Tony Boy, no exception.  Like former Vice President "Slick Dick" Cheney, 'Justice' Scalia is obsessed with fear of terrorists.  Precisely, why the 'Justice,' as the Vice President, remains so callously willing to sh-t on the Bill of Rights, that is, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Perversely eager, desperate to trade liberty for security.  Direct abrogation of their falsely sworn oaths to protect and defend the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.  Certainly making cowardly fascist bastards such as both the true threat to liberty.  No terrorist organization, foreign government, or criminal element holds a candle to these gutless sons of bitches. Nowhere close.  Cowardly nazis like Scalia, Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, Condoleezza Rice, and many, many others are an embarrassment, the true threat to liberty.  All civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Clearly, it's not nazis such as Cheney and Scalia that have to deal with jackbooted law enforcement goons at all levels of government.  It's the citizenry.  These hopelessly ignorant sons of bitches have no clue precisely how repressive, stiflingly oppressive the police-state we now unfortunately live in has become.  Not only against the masses, but the small business community as well.  Small business remains concertedly strangled by these clueless turds.  Including every business in Buchanan Dam that's being royally f--ked and looted by these goddamned leeches.

With all the recent protest across the country regarding jackbooted law enforcement and achingly repressive government, some in determinedly unresponsive government may be finally beginning to get the message.  Certainly, not by very much, however.  If things don't change, this area will take decades to recover, -- if ever.  As people who have invested life savings in these businesses lose their ass to County officials and their bottomless greed.

Instead of doing something about egregious avarice, all kinds of corruption, abuse on the local, county, state, and federal levels, the idiots in Washington such as Cheney, Scalia, and many, many others, including most Republicans prefer to argue in favor of torture.  Ignore a country that is coming apart at the seems.  Torture for which we executed so many at the end of the Second World War.

Torture we all knew was going on at the time the former President lied to the people and declared, "We do not torture." Mr. Bush bold faced lied.  So did Cheney.  So did many, many others.  All liars  -- Perpetrators of egregious war crimes that should and must be prosecuted.  From the grunts and their handlers right up to the President and Vice President.  All complicit. All must be held accountable.  There is no excuse or justification for ignoring these egregious crimes.

Scalia was interviewed 12-12-14 on Swiss National Radio.  This sad excuse for a 'jurist' has no issue with torture depending on the circumstances.
This is frightening for two reasons.  The first is abject ignorance displayed by his clueless acceptance of the efficacy of torture.  The second is his readiness to allow government goons to make the decision when this outrageous abuse is to be imposed and why.  In direct violation of international law.

Not only does a Senate investigation lasting years indicate it does not produce actionable, accurate intelligence, so do many independent studies conducted for decades.  So do military personnel such as Sen. John McCain who was tortured by the North Vietnamese.  So do many, many other members and former members of the military.

One can't confuse the hopelessly ignorant, abjectly gutless with the truth.  Impossible.  ... Once again proving you can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.  Worse?  The ignorance passes generation to generation.  No way to figuratively cut off the head of this most pernicious truly evil serpent.  Keeps growing back.  Over and over and over again.  Brings to mind a study that was commissioned by the Nixon Administration over forty years ago.

A blue ribbon panel was created by ole Tricky Dick to determine once and for all whether or not pornography led to sexual assault.  Surprise, surprise.  The panel came back stating there was no link.  What did Nixon do?  Refused to accept the findings, claiming everyone knows pornography leads to sexual assault.  The achingly ignorant fascist bastard refused to be confused by the truth.

His personal beliefs, views, attitudes took precedence over reality.  Cheney and Scalia are guilty of the same.  Torture does not successfully force the tortured to provide accurate, timely information that can prevent attacks.  Despite claims to the contrary, these bastards have not provided any proof of their false claims.  On the contrary and self-servingly,  they do all they can to 'justify' the unjustifiable to cover their sorry war criminal gutless asses.

Regardless, it's beside the point.  It does irreparable damage to the already severely tarnished image of our formerly great country.  Worse, it's been inflicted on many, many innocent people.  At least some of whom still remain locked up at Gitmo.

Scalia opined during the interview torture isn't "an easy question."  It's not?  -- Only to a gutless narrow minded idiot who refuses to remove the blinders, Mr. 'Justice.'  To express an idiotic view not based on reality is an embarrassment, Tony Baby.  Once again, demonstrates your aching unfitness for office.  Insult to injury, this national socialist lambasted the "self-righteousness of European liberals" who supposedly oppose torture as well as the death penalty "so easily."

While Europeans, indeed, participated and provided material assistance for these atrocities, does Mr. Scalia insanely believe there wasn't widespread European opposition to this torture and abuse?  Does he psychotically think all Europeans went along with the British?  It's not a matter of "so easily" rejecting war crimes.

It's the crimes themselves and the fact they have not been prosecuted that is not "so easily" excused, callously overlooked.  Wake up, Tony.  Your gutless stupidity, ignorance are an embarrassment to all Americans.  An affront to the Constitution which you have so raucously sh-t on.  Falsely sworn to protect and defend.

There is more than ample evidence, decades of evidence dating back to  Korea of the ineffectiveness of torture and other abuse to elicit accurate information from prisoners.  The Geneva Conventions outlaw these tactics.  Our goons and their government masters are war criminals who must be prosecuted, held accountable. So this never happens again.

Scalia declared:

"I think it is very facile for people to say 'Oh, torture is terrible.  You posit the situation where a person that you know for sure knows the location of a nuclear bomb that has been planted in Los Angeles and will kill millions of people.  You think it's an easy question? You think it's clear that you cannot use extreme measures to get that information out of that person?"

This man is an idiot.  A moron.  Has watched Jack Bauer and "24" far too many hours.  Bought the bullsh-t.  First, it's never that clear or timely that anyone knows "for sure" the location of a nuclear bomb or any other weapon of mass destruction.  Never that simple.  Never that obvious.  ... Hey, Tony Baby?  You need to turn off the goddamned boob tube.  It's fried your brain.

Yes, it's wrong, morally reprehensible to torture and abuse in an attempt to elicit information.  Wrong on principle, especially since it doesn't work.  Do you think a U.S. Navy SEAL or a U.S. Army Green Beret would ever give up accurate information under torture?  Wake up.   You're a goddamned cowardly fool.  An idiot.  You foolishly underestimate our enemies.  That's not only stupid, it's dangerous.

Scalia skewered the Europeans on their anti-death penalty stance:

"What are human rights is not written up in the sky, and if it were written up in the sky, it would not be up to judges, lawyers, just because they've gone to law school, to know what human rights ought to be and therefore are."

... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t, Tony?  This is outrageous carefully convoluted crafty bullsh-t unworthy of a 'Justice.'  Again, further evidence of Scalia's dire, haughty unfitness for office.  This son of a bitch is unduly impressed with himself and his phony ersatz 'intellect'  Precisely, why the legal profession is as despised as it is.  That impression of the profession will continue unabated due to idiots like Scalia.

Scalia was nowhere done demonstrating his determined aggressive stupidity, however:

"And therefore each society's perception of what it believes human rights should be ought to be up to that society, and I think it's very foolish to yield that determinations not only to a foreign body but to a foreign body of judges.  I don't know why anyone would want to do that."

You don't?  Haven't you and your fellow nazis on the bench already done precisely that, Mr. Scalia?  Memory so impaired you've already conveniently forgotten?  Virtually unlimited corporate election spending to buy any and every election???   ... So, Tony, if American society decides it wants a return to slavery, so be it???  Amend the Constitution?  The people deserve any and every injustice they want to be perpetrated on someone else???  This is the not-so-logical end result of your perversely convoluted 'reasoning.'

This clueless son of a bitch shrugged off criticism of unlimited corporate spending on elections declaring,

"the amount of money that is spent on all elections -- state, local and federal -- in the United States, is less than what women spend on cosmetics for a year, OK?"

This goddamned chauvinistic national socialist mentality readily, stupidly exposed by this sad, sad excuse for a Supreme Court 'Justice' not only insults women, but the intelligence of the citizenry who are forced to live under his perverse ideological and religious tenets haughtily legislated from the bench.  A raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Mr. 'Justice?'

All nazis perceive in terms of black and white.  No shades of gray.  No brilliant hues of color.  When pressed by his interviewer, Scalia opined the alternative to virtually unlimited corporate electioneering spending would be to dictate "who can speak and how much who can speak."  Really?  Wake up.  That's no more than goddamned all or nothing 'thinking.'

Why not take a truly novel approach to all this?  How about outlawing all campaign spending?  All of it.  Every penny.  Consider the following.  How about returning ownership of the airwaves to their rightful owner?  The people.  Instead of auctioning it off to corporate interests.  How about as a public service all television and radio stations be required to provide 'free,' that is, donated airtime for public debates and/or forums so candidates for all offices at all levels of government can make their case to the electorate?  Instead of endless political advertising.  Spare the people the misery of listening to all this seemingly endless goddamned negative bullsh-t.

Can't have that can we?  How else could outrageously corrupt, abusive corporations buy elections?  How else could media so easily line its pockets?  Why would any of these bastards want to lower public irritation with all the negative, dishonest, offensive, callous electioneering existent on the airwaves every election cycle?  It's how these bastards line their pockets.  To so easily control and manipulate the hopelessly gullible masses.

Several months ago, this publication briefly reported a story about a most heroic unidentified nurse at Gitmo.  He refused to force feed 'detainees.'  Will likely be court-martialed.  Hope not.  Indeed a hero.  The best this country has to offer.

Once again, law enforcement has embarrassed itself.  New York's 'finest' no longer want the Mayor to attend police funerals.  Why? New York Mayor Bill de Blasio  took an heroic stand against the failure of the grand jury to indict a killer cop in the choke hold murder of Eric Garner.  Can't have that, can we?

The murderous bastard must be protected and coddled.  The Mayor took this stand for a most personal reason.  His wife and children are Black.  Hat's off, Mr. Mayor.  You've done the right thing.  If it winds up costing your job, at least you will always be able to hold your head high and know you did the right thing.

Cleveland police wantonly kill a twelve-year-old kid.  Then get their shorts in a wad when Cleveland Browns player Andrew Hawkins wears a t-shirt during a game warm-up calling for justice?  Are these jackbooted thugs that stupid?  Never heard of free speech, the First Amendment?  Then again, what the hell can be expected of police hell-bent on imposing a fascist police-state?

These thugs haughtily expect an apology they won't get.  Certainly, don't deserve.  Rather, a prison cell.  Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association  President Jeffrey Follmer declared:

"It's pretty pathetic when athletes think they know the law. They should stick to what they do best on the field."

Hey, Jeff?  You're an arrogant son of a bitch, aren't you?  A kid is dead.  For no reason other than at best cowardice of the jackbooted thug responsible for killing him.  You and your thugs know the law?  A crock of sh-t.  You make it up as you go along.  Then, have it rubber stamped by a 'prosecutor' and a 'judge' clearly in the pocket of your thugs.

Justice?  What's that?  You wouldn't know it if it bit you hard on the ass.  The law?  Think it authorizes you and your bastards to murder?  Wake up.  Hear the rumble?  Your thugs murder.  The public is tired of it.  This has to change.  Too stupid to understand this?  ... Or, is it the Aryan arrogance?

The U.S. Supreme Court, 8-1, once again took a raucous hard dump on the Fourth Amendment and the requirement of probable cause for a cop to stop a motorist.  This atrocity took place 12-15-14.  Nicholas Heien got stopped by a North Carolina cop for a broken brake light.  It's not against the law in North Carolina to drive with one faulty break light.

During the stop, the cop asked for permission to search the vehicle.  Helen stupidly gave permission.  The officer found cocaine.  The defendant argued the cop had no probable cause to stop him in the first place and the search was illegal.  The Court stuck it to him.  The end result of this convoluted decision is the fact cops will now have carte blanche in North Carolina to stop anyone without probable cause under similar circumstances.  All they have to do is lie they did not know only one working brake light is necessary by law.

Only one Justice voted against this atrocious decision.  Justice Sonia Sotomayor clearly stated an officer's mistaken interpretation of law "no matter how reasonable, cannot support the individualized suspicion necessary to justify a seizure under the Fourth Amendment."  She's right.  This decision facilitates police abuse of power, enables them to lie when convenient or useful.

According to The Washington Times, the Health and Human Services Department plans to share all your medical records with over 35 federal agencies.  The government is forcing all medical providers to transfer all paper medical records to a centralized data bank accessible to  government goons, the corporate management suite, insurance companies, and anyone with the money and/or wherewithal  to hack into this data.

Tammy Bruce declares:

"With the release of the Federal Health IT Strategic Plan, the HHS is required to seek input from the public and has opened a two-month period ending Feb. 6, within which you can be heard. If there is one thing that represents everything dangerous about an expanding federal government, this is it. Take a stand and make sure they know you reject this unacceptable violation of your privacy and expansion of the federal government’s control of our lives."

If this indeed goes into effect as appears to be the case and you put up with it, that is, cooperate and accept it, you're hopelessly stupid.  Achingly, gutless.  Get what you deserve.

San Jose Police Department Officer Phil White has been placed on leave.  In response to protests in Ferguson and New York, he tweeted:

"Threaten me or my family and I will use my God given and law appointed right and duty to kill you. #CopsLivesMatter."

In another tweet, he advised he would be at the movies with his gun if anyone "feels they can't breathe or their lives matter."

In response, San Jose Police Chief Larry Esquivel declared:

"It is extremely important for the community to know the comments made on Officer White's private social media account do not reflect the thoughts or feelings of the men and women here at the San Jose Police Department."

That's certainly the politically correct response, Chief.  How about following it up with charges and prosecution for terroristic threat?  That is, subject this thug to the very same justice anyone else would face had they made such a terroristic threat.  Step up, Chief.  Do the right thing.  Prove to the public there is, indeed, equal justice.

The San Jose Police Officers' Association also was quite politically correct in declaring:

"Offensive, disrespectful and inappropriate social media comments have no place in the public discourse surrounding the tragic loss of life from recent officer involved incidents.  We condemn these comments."

Again, that's certainly a positive response.  It's not enough, however.  This goon made a terroristic threat.  Had he made that threat to any political figure he would have been quickly arrested.  Rightfully, so.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Emily Donahue, News Director, KUT Public Radio.  Copies of it were also sent to both offending Wells Fargo employees.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 15, 12-15-14.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
