Back in July this publication reported the outrageously wanton choke hold killing of Eric Garner by one of New York's 'finest.'  Officer Daniel Pantaleo.  In direct violation of Department policy.  Why does it violate Department policy?  Simple.  Choke holds kill.  The jackbooted bastard responsible knew this.  So did the goddamned 'prosecutor.'  So did the gutless grand jury that refused to indict the killer.

When a cop places his victim in a choke hold, then refuses to release pressure when his victim repeatedly says he can't breathe eleven times, there is one word that aptly describes it.  It's not manslaughter, -- voluntary or involuntary.  It's murder.  The fact the 'officer' did not release his death grip is clear evidence of intent to kill.  The murderous son of a bitch was given a free pass by the grand jury.  ... As well as the Pied Piper 'prosecutor.'  Where?  Where else? Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police state.

The death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.  What does that tell you?  The video clearly shows the 'officer's' crime.  Yet, government protects its own.  Loads a grand jury with people it believes will no bill a murderous cop.  The 'prosecutor' was not impartial.  Protected an 'officer' that works with the district attorney's office on an ongoing basis.

A problem throughout our formerly great country.  A problem that will likely continue for quite some time since there is no willingness, anywhere to date, with the possible exception of New York State, to hire a special prosecutor unbeholden to the district attorney every time an outrageously abusive criminal cop rightfully appears before the criminal 'justice' system.  This must change.  It's not only unjustified killings that remain an egregious issue, however.

It's all abusive behavior that sadly runs rampant in the jackbooted law enforcement community that has a profoundly terrorized public securely, viciously gripped by the gonads.  Giving them a hard twist as they see fit to keep the peasants in line.  Worse, it's not just a racial issue.  This abuse is directed at all ethnicities, -- despite the fact Blacks seem to bear the brunt of most, but clearly not all of it.  This must change.  Otherwise, the unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon will sadly become reality.

Pantaleo didn't even have the guts to speak directly to the public or Mr. Garner's family himself.  Cowardly spoke through his union:

"I became a police officer to help people and to protect those who can't protect themselves. It is never my intention to harm anyone and I feel very bad about the death of Mr. Garner. My family and I include him and his family in our prayers and I hope that they will accept my personal condolences for their loss."

This statement is outrageously callous bullsh-t.  Simply untrue.  Goddamned double-speak.  Direct opposite of reality.  Carefully canned to appear 'reasonable,' contrite, caring, concerned.  ... When the goddamned opposite remains the case.  This cowardly son of a bitch, his colleagues, and their clueless shills are clearly protecting their collective ass.

Know damn well this perpetual ongoing unjustified killing could indeed trigger much more violent widespread public unrest.  Spark an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  The handwriting is clearly on the wall.  Fifty years and counting of atrocities committed by those who've falsely sworn to protect and defend the Constitution.

Nearly all these bastards get into policing for two reasons and two reasons only.  First, it allows them to get their cookies off egregiously abusing power.  Second, they criminally line their pockets stealing from the public they target.  What we're seeing here is out of control cops who've turned into jackbooted nazi thugs.

This 'officer' and his fellow goons wouldn't know truth if it bit them hard on the ass.  This bastard knew choke holds were against Department policy.  Used it to wantonly kill, nonetheless.  For what?  A chicken sh-t 'crime.'  Selling loose cigarettes.  Depriving our goddamned corrupt government and its lackeys a few bucks in taxes it did, and does, nothing to earn,  Other than use, abuse, loot, and then kill its citizens as it sees fit.  Pathetic.  Pitiful.  Yet, the corrupt, abusive bastards in law enforcement and their clueless shills continue to defend these atrocities.

Patrick Lynch is President of the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association.  Callously, outrageously remarked:

"There are no winners."

The hell there aren't you jackbooted, disingenuous, lying son of a bitch.   The murderous thug who wantonly killed Garner is certainly a winner.  Won't be prosecuted for murder.  Isn't he lucky?  What about his victim?  Had it been the other way around and the 'officer' had been killed, think the perpetrator wouldn't be prosecuted for capital murder?  Summarily executed after years rotting on death row?

When will we apply the same standard to murderous cops?  When?  Instead of protecting, coddling, buying their lies, distortion of reality, phony excuses?  When? When will these criminal sons of bitches be held to the same standard as the rest of us?  How many more have to die at the hands of murderous officers? How many?

Lynch further remarked:

"It is clear that the officer's intention was to do nothing more than take Mr. Garner into custody as instructed and that he used the take-down technique that he learned in the academy when Mr. Garner refused.  No police officer starts a shift intending to take another human being's life and we are all saddened by this tragedy."

No, it is not clear.  Far from it.  Only clear to a jackbooted thug.  This is more goddamned falsely pious bullsh-t, double talk, re-write of history.  Distortion of reality.  To protect the murderous thug, minimize further legal action which will certainly rightfully come.  It doesn't matter what this goddamned attack dog was taught in the academy.  It was no longer Department policy because it is well-known such tactics kill.  This bastard knew this.  Should have been held criminally accountable.

His goddamned apologist in the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association also knows this.  His assertion is disingenuous, to say nothing of being self-serving, callously, gallingly making an excuse for the inexcusable.  While a presumed innocent, unconvicted citizen remains dead courtesy of this jackbooted bastard who appointed himself judge, jury, and executioner.

From the number of wanton killings and violent abuse of the citizenry over the last fifty years, Lynch's latter statement in the last quote rings achingly hollow.  This disingenuous jackbooted son of a bitch and his equally clueless colleagues couldn't care less a man died for no legitimate reason.  They only care because the public quickly got wind of this killing and is ferociously outraged.

Not only across the country, but here in nazi Llano County.  Where our jackbooted thugs routinely abuse the citizenry.  Where our clueless Sheriff refuses to release the identity of "007."  The criminal jackbooted son of a bitch who thinks he's James Bond.  Cold cocked Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones to the head with his hands cuffed behind his back.  When will this criminal son of a bitch be prosecuted for criminally assaulting a citizen, Sheriff?

'Officer' Pantaleo is no choir boy.  Has already been twice sued for false arrest, false imprisonment, civil rights violations, as well as other charges.  The President remains clueless.  Claims he will do all he can to improve police-minority relations.  That's bullsh-t.  This problem extends far beyond race.  These jackbooted thugs target all.  Are a threat to the entire citizenry.  Until police are held accountable for their crimes and prosecuted, there cannot, there will not be peace.

Surprisingly, there may finally be justice in a South Carolina police-perpetrated killing of a black unarmed man in 2011.  Remarkably on the very same day a New York grand jury refused to indict 'Officer' Pantaleo in the killing of Mr. Garner, former Eutawville Police Chief Richard Combs was charged with murder of Bernard Bailey.  Be interesting to see where this goes.  Remains a step in the right direction, no matter what.

Hillary Clinton has certainly been skewered by the Right for opining the U.S. should "empathize" and show "respect" for our enemies.  Can't have that, can we?  After all, would be un-American, wouldn't it?  After all, we routinely shoot first, ask questions later.  We've got power, overwhelming power, second to none power, don't we?  Why not force our way?  Remains the American thing to do, doesn't it?  Despite the fact it's led to debacles in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq 1, Iraq 2, Afghanistan, etc..

Can't, won't have sanity, will we?  Again, that would be clearly un-American.  Worse, the admonishment gallingly comes from a hated source, the former First Lady.  While Ms. Clinton certainly needs to find something other to do than run for President, her argument for restraint, empathy, and respect, although wise, falls on deaf ears.

Remains particularly remarkable since it comes from a woman who is clearly a hawk.  Yet, equally clearly, amusingly, her statement is not politically correct.  Far from it.  Has nazis on the Right in an uproar.  Apparently, remains a bit too nuanced for the determined ignorant on the Right.  Tough, isn't it?  Some truly have their shorts in a wad over it.

Former Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North views Clinton's recent comments during a speech at Georgetown University as "irrational."  Crowed on Fox:

“I can’t think of a presidential candidate who would have said those kinds of things.   ... Think about December 7, 1941 and then FDR going to the Congress of the United States the next day saying, ‘We need to have more empathy for Japan.’  “If you’re going to run for president of the United States, you cannot talk that way about the people who intend to kill us. Who are dying to kill us. … This is capitulation.”

Consider the source.  Mr. North traded arms for hostages to Iran.  Forget?  Iran-Contra.  Was never prosecuted.  Despite the fact he broke the law.  This fiasco should have brought the Reagan Administration down.  Did not.  The late President should have been impeached, convicted, removed from office.  Received a free pass, however.  After all, he was Ronald Reagan, a bona fide national socialist, beloved by a clueless, achingly ignorant population.

Did horrendous damage to the poor and middle class, -- while lining the pockets of the corporate management suite, particularly war profiteers.  Tripled the national debt doing so.  A 'conservative?' Hardly.  Yet, this late fascist son of a bitch remains the darling of the Nazi Right.  The Aryan arrogance of the psychotic Right is precisely why we remain as unsafe as we do vis a vis the Middle East.  How?  Why?  Wake up.  It's just not mindless, clueless support of the Israeli aggressor, however.

These gutless bastards willingly tolerated the fleecing of the American public vis a vis energy prices the last 42 years since the first embargo, gleefully allowing the merciless f--king to go on to line the bottomless pockets of Big Oil.  As well as the government in terms of taxes and fees.  The clueless public and the yellow belly Right seem to have conveniently forgotten this.

Have certainly done all they could to strangle the Golden Goose, precisely why fuel prices have precipitously dropped recently.  There is little more to steal from the bottom and middle class.  They're broke.  Be interesting to see how long this continues.  When it seems they've pushed the envelope too far, they've always wisely backed off.  Just in time.  Temporarily.  One of these times, they'll miscalculate, get one hell of a surprise.  The handwriting is already on the wall.  Widespread protests of police killings remain a tip of the iceberg.

Like all national socialists, Ollie North distorts reality.  Re-writes history.  To impose his achingly perverse ideological and religious views on all.  ISIS, while certainly a scourge that needs to be dealt with,  is no Pearl Harbor.  This clueless fascist can't quite seem to grasp this.  His shrill expression of paranoid fear about his perceived purported pending attack by ISIS, apparently against the homeland, rings hollow.

The greatest threat remains overseas.  Certainly sadly punctuated by the recent failed mission of U.S. Navy SEALS 12-6-14 to secure release of an American photojournalist as well as a South African both killed by al Qaeda during the raid in Yemen.  -- Sadly, it may have been a dog that gave away the SEALS, took away the element of surprise.  Have to nonetheless give the President great credit for ordering the daring rescue attempt.  As well as the SEALS themselves who remain second to none.  ... Despite their summary execution of bin Laden.

On Tuesday, 12-9-14, the Senate Intelligence Committee released its summary of torture report.  It's hellacious.  No question, Bush, Cheney, their henchmen, all guilty of war crimes.  From the top to the very bottom.  The summary is a PDF file nearly 500 pages long.  When this writer downloaded it, the Senate server unsuccessfully attempted to canvas my hard drive.  Precisely, why it is critical to use a browser that not only notifies the user, but prevents this from happening.  Tor does precisely that, returns a blank canvas to such prying bastards desperately attempting to track.  Much more to come on this report as time is taken to carefully digest it.

A few salient points for now, however.  Torture yielded no actionable intelligence.  Did not result in the capture of bin Laden.  One victim died of hypothermia, having been chained near naked to a concrete floor.  The CIA deliberately misled the White House, Congress, other agencies.  Victims were subject to "rectal rehydration," "ice water 'baths,'" threats of harm to family, including to "sexually abuse the mother of a detainee."

They were subject to pitch black rooms, loud noise, a bucket to relieve themselves in.  The rooms were freezing.   Sleep deprivation up to 180 hours.  -- "Usually standing or in painful stress positions, at times with their hands shackled above their heads."  Nude prisoners were "hooded and dragged up and down corridors while being slapped and punched."  Nude "detainees" had cold water thrown on them.

Feinstein's office claimed, "At least five CIA detainees were subjected to 'rectal feeding' or 'rectal hydration' without documented medical need."  One CIA medical officer opined, "While IV infusion is safe and effective, we were impressed with the ancillary effectiveness of rectal infusion."  What this means is these bastards pureed foods such as pasta, sauce, nuts, raisins, etc. then rectally 'fed' it to their victims.  'For behavior control.'

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was waterboarded, nearly drowned at least 183 times.  Endured sleep deprivation standing many, many hours, endured beatings including continued abdominal and face slaps, was cold water doused, endured hours of extremely painful stress positions.  Although no medical need, was subjected to "rectal hydration."  That is, these outrageously perverse bastards pumped water into his rectum.

Anyone who would perversely inject food or water into anyone's rectum to gleefully abuse them is indeed one sick puppy.  Certainly requires immediate mental healthcare.  Republicans continue to perversely defend torture.  The CIA continues to defend its practices, calling them productive and within the bounds of law.  The Democratic Party refuses to hold these bastards accountable for war crimes.  Clearly, our formerly great country has lost itself.

Makes me ashamed to be an American.  Much more to come on this outrageous fiasco. One thing for sure.  If they didn't want to already kill us before, they do now.  Exponentially, so.  Especially, after years of torture and horrendous abuse at the hands of psychotic U.S government goons.  Think this won't further radicalize young would-be terrorists?

The Justice Department determined that there is a profound pattern of use of excessive force by Cleveland police.  Readers are reminded Tamir Rice, 12, was recently gunned down by Cleveland police for no legitimate reason.  Much more to come on this and other horrendous examples of police brutality across our formerly great country.

Texas Governor-Elect Greg Abbott haughtily and falsely claims he filed suit as Texas Attorney General against the President's recent immigration Executive Order to 'protect' the Constitution.  -- This, while deliberately sh-tting on that very same Constitution vis a vis Voter ID, abortion rights, as well as refusing to enforce the Deceptive Trade Practices Act against banks "too big to fail."  Example?  Wells Fargo.  Keep reading.  Next ongoing issue.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
