When there is no justice there can be no peace.  When there is no legal redress, no accountability, there will be unrest.  When injustice runs rampant, remains long-term, severe, ubiquitous, the usual response, unfortunately, is rioting, fear.  Nearly always.  The President haughtily reminded protesters in Ferguson at the time the grand jury decision was announced we live by the rule of law.

We don't.  Haven't the last fifty years at the very least.  Rather, the rule of law applies only to the bottom of the food chain and the middle class.
 Certainly, not government goons and their corporate masters.  They do as they please.  Always have, always will.  ... Until the masses say no more.  Appears to be increasingly happening across our formerly great nation.

Not just protests in regard to Ferguson.  Indeed, a host of robust issues people are increasingly profoundly dissatisfied with, appalled by.  Our formerly great country appears to be coming apart at the seams.  There is no trust of government, nor of the clueless jackasses that claim to run it.  Character, principle no longer matter, or exist in many circles.  Worse, violence by law enforcement has exponentially increased.  Sadly, followed by increased violence toward police.

Rioting is low-grade revolution.  Certainly, sends a chill up the cowardly spines of law enforcement as well as their handlers in government.  Threatens authority.  The established order.  Status quo.  To say nothing of the corporate management suite which ultimately runs the show, owns it all.  They know full well what's at stake.

They understand precisely the dire consequences of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution.  Already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Who will suffer the most, bear the brunt of the violence should an unjust system be ultimately overthrown.  Exactly why they place a bootheel on the throat of the masses to keep them in line, subservient, cowering, cowardly, controlled.

Yet, they do fear the masses and what will result should the masses throw off the yoke.  Precisely why government has become as repressive as it has become.  Why the corporate management suite running the show hangs on to record cash reserves at a time of record profits.  While egregiously sticking it to their human chattel.

Controlled.  Owned.  Bought and paid for.  Compensated nowhere near their true worth, however.  Manipulated, used, then thrown away, discarded as trash when convenient.  No more than dog sh-t under the shoes of the elite.  "Let 'em eat cake" is the corporate mentality.  Better beware, however.

The originator of those words several centuries ago lost her head to the guillotine.  -- A fact not lost to a few billionaires like Bill Gates as well as the "Prophet of Omaha."  Men who rightfully seem intent on returning some of the loot to those from whom it was looted.

The President rightfully asserted there is widespread mistrust of law enforcement by people of color.  For damned good reason.  The President, however, grossly underestimates the level of mistrust, resentment throughout the entire population.  Why?  Achingly, simple.  'Law' 'enforcement' has grown increasingly jackbooted in its tactics, egregiously corrupt, abusive, inept throughout our formerly great country.  Certainly, the last 50 years.

Precisely, why "We The People" must never forfeit rights guarantied by the Second Amendment.  Indeed, the last best defense against hopelessly repressive government.  Exactly, why so many in government are doing all they can to abrogate these most precious rights embodied in the Bill of Rights.  So are their shills who benefit from an outrageously corrupt, abusive, repressive system that lines their pockets.

We're all at risk from oppressive 'law' 'enforcement.'  At any time, any place, a jackbooted goon can wantonly kill with virtual impunity.  Not be held accountable.  Has happened here in Llano County.  At least three highly questionable examples the last ten years.  Yet, we gutlessly tolerate this.  We're no longer Americans.  We're cowards.  The Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  They feared we would not be able to keep the republic.

Sadly, they were right.  We've lost it.  Foolishly forfeited all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  For ersatz 'security.'  Franklin wisely opined anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither.  We've lost both.  Protesters in Ferguson and all across our formerly great country understand this.  When will the rest of us wake up?

The Ferguson Grand Jury is a joke.  A ruse.  A facade.  A charade  A prosecutor can indict a pineapple.  The bastard in Ferguson chose to protect a jackbooted cowardly thug who fired six high-powered rounds into an unarmed 18-year-old kid, -- two to the head.  It's called overkill.  Literally.  Excessive force.  Egregious lack of judgment by this goddamned jackbooted thug.  If it were an isolated incident, the reaction to the no bill would have been nowhere near as violent as it turned out to be.  ... Not to justify the violence, looting, mayhem in response.

Decades of this continuous needless violence by officers who wear a badge, carry a gun, and have been granted carte blanche, indeed, a license to wantonly kill do so with impunity.  Happens all over the country.  Usually, with the very same result.  The jackbooted thug is protected, coddled, -- at worst, slapped on the wrist.  There is no justice.  Certainly, not in the courts where 'judges' legislating their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench choreograph the defense.  Nazi America.  A fascist police-state.

The prosecutor could have charged the officer without taking it to a grand jury.  That's what's usually done with anyone other than an officer.  Indeed, a double standard.  Chose not to.  Why?  Bias.  His father, a police officer, had been killed in the line of duty.  Should have recused himself.  Did not.  Yet, another egregious example of nazi justice in Nazi America.  Worse?  Cowardly announced the decision at a time of night that would nearly guaranty a violent reaction.

The bastard got what he wanted.  Cleverly diverted attention from himself and his failure to prosecute an egregious crime perpetrated by a law enforcement goon.  Acted as a defense attorney rather than a prosecutor.  To protect a law enforcement crony.  Dumped a blizzard of 'evidence' on a grand jury of shills carefully selected by a 'judge' in the pocket of 'law' 'enforcement' and its handlers in government.  The fix was in.  Nearly always is, -- when it comes to protecting outrageously abusive jackbooted thugs.

Had it been a civilian who had killed a cop, the defendant would have been immediately arrested, charged, held until indictment.  Not so in this case.  The cop was coddled.  Protected.  Insulated.  Afforded special treatment denied any other citizen who had killed someone, anyone.  Nazi justice in Nazi America.  Egregiously unequal.

Much more to come as this story continues to develop.  Also, it will take some time to intelligently make sense of all the material the prosecutor released.  As this is written, the demand for this material is so great have not yet been able to download much of it.  From what I have downloaded, it is clear the officer was coddled in front of the grand jury.  The prosecutor asked leading questions.  Acted as defense attorney, not a prosecutor.

No matter what, nothing can justify the violence in Ferguson in response to the killing of Michael Brown by an officer who received a free pass, was not held accountable.  Sadly, there will be much more of the same.  The failure to indict sends a message to every goddamned jackbooted son of a bitch across this country.  Without question, you can wantonly kill during performance of your 'law' 'enforcement' 'duties' and will not be held accountable.  This has been a serious long-term problem.  Dating back at least the last fifty years.

The Founders got it quite right well over two hundred years ago in the Declaration of Independence:

"--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

"... But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

The italics in the second paragraph, mine.

An unidentified Cleveland Ohio police officer shot and killed a 12-year-old boy who brandished a toy gun 11-22-14.  Deputy Chief Ed Tomba stated the officer shot twice when the kid pulled the toy from his waistband.  Tomba made it clear the boy made no verbal threats, did not point the 'weapon.'   The officer told him to raise his hands.  The kid reached for the toy.  The officer than pumped two high-powered rounds into him.

Seems the kid had been playing with the toy before the cop arrived.  The cop was allegedly not told the caller had reported the 'gun' as "probably fake."  Had been pointing the toy at others in the park.  This is just the very beginning of the investigation.  Witnesses need to be interviewed.  While it's way too early to make any final judgment, this killing points to a desperate need for a change in how and when deadly force is used.

Two rounds into a 12-year-old kid?  At least six rounds, two to the head of unarmed 18-year-old Michael Brown of Ferguson?  Overkill.  Excessive use of force, disproportional to the level of threat.  Exemplifies a shoot first, ask questions later philosophy that can and will not be tolerated any longer in our formerly great country.  Hear the rumble?

The arrogance of jackbooted law enforcement is clearly the problem.  Exemplified by Tomba's comment regarding the officer's decision to kill:

"When an officer gives a command, we expect it to be followed."

Hey, Eddie?  Wake up.  You're a jackbooted clueless arrogant son of a bitch.  This was a 12-year-old kid.  Where was your officer's judgment?  Up his ass?  It's thinking like yours that is the problem.  It teaches your jackbooted thugs to kill first.  Ask questions later.  -- Let the Creator sort it all out, right, Chief?

This thinking doesn't change?  You and the rest of the clueless 'law' 'enforcement' community will have far, far more than a kid with a toy gun to deal with.  Sadly, frighteningly so.  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Can't hear the rumble?  That deaf?

Law enforcement can be a dangerous job.  Want no risk?  Get out of the 'profession.'  Shoot first, ask questions later is goddamned cowardly, unacceptable.  May very well lead to the violent overthrow of our formerly great country.  Wake up.  Before too late.

Seems jackbooted police still haven't got the message.  An NYPD rookie killed an unarmed man late 11-20-14.  In a Brooklyn housing project called the Pink Houses.  Akai Gurley, 28, and his girlfriend entered a stairwell startling the officer and his partner, also a rookie.  The cop opened fire.  One round to the chest.  No warning.  No verbal exchange.  No weapon found.  Nothing.

Peter Liang was the shooter.  His partner, Shaun Landau.  The stairwell was dimly lit.  The bastard told fellow officers it was an “accidental shooting.”  Is that right?  Is that what it's now called?  An 'accident' when an officer wantonly kills?  For absolutely no reason.  Is that the new definition?  The cop drew his weapon.  Released the safety.  Pulled the trigger.  No verbal exchange.  No communication of any kind.  No weapon brandished by the victim.  Nothing.

Had it been a civilian who perpetrated the killing, an arrest would have been immediately made.  No matter whether the victim was a cop or a civilian.  Yet, there is no equal justice.  None.  Be interesting to see how this case develops.  Whether or not the cop will be held accountable.  It may or may not been murder.  At the very least, it's certainly not justifiable homicide.  An innocent man is dead.  For no reason.  The jackbooted bastard, cowardly thug responsible is being coddled.

At the time of writing the above, there has not been a decision from the Ferguson Grand Jury.  While the officer in that sad, sad case may or may not have been justified in pulling the trigger, at least six high powered rounds were pumped into the unarmed victim.  Two to the head.  For what?

New York certainly has a problem with its 'justice' system.  Richard Rosario is from the Bronx.  Has been incarcerated 18 years for a crime he did not commit.  Despite 13 alibi witnesses including a federal corrections officer, a sheriff's deputy, and a pastor.  Claims he was in Florida at the time of the murder.  Will certainly closely follow this case as well.

Loretta Lynch will likely endure quite rough sledding during confirmation hearings as the next U.S. Attorney General.  Currently, she is U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.  During her tenure, she championed civil forfeiture.  -- No more than legalized theft by government.  No due process.  No criminal conviction necessary.  Imposed by fiat.

Both political parties understand the abuse has been horrendous.  Republicans reportedly intend to do something about it when they own both houses of Congress.  We'll see.  One thing for sure they will likely ferociously grill Lynch during confirmation hearings.  She certainly haughtily, strongly believes in civil forfeiture as does the 'Justice' Department.  Why not?

Why not administratively steal assets since it is remarkably easy money.  Steal first.  Then let the poor bastards fight to get it back.  The bar for doing so (civil forfeiture) much less than that in criminal court.  Of course, the fascist bastards face an increasing risk of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution.  Hear the rumble?  All across the country, -- on a variety of outrageously abusive issues.

Lynch haughtily boasted her office looted citizens under her jurisdiction a whopping $904 million in criminal and civil actions last year alone.  That money went to law enforcement.  Lined the pockets of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted sons of bitches.  Again, hear the rumble?  A goddamned fascist police-state.

This publication has sat on quite a bit of information vis a vis asset forfeiture.  Quite some time.  Have not decided how best to present it.  Will likely cover a bit at a time as relevant to current events.  Such as the matter above as well as an earlier edition that presented Tewksbury, Mass. motel owner Russell Caswell's successful fight against FBI goons.  Who desperately tried but fortunately failed to steal the motel from its rightful owner, falsely calling it a "den of drug-dealing and prostitution."

It's remarkably easy for government to steal assets.  For almost any reason.  Worse, now, than ever before.  In direct violation of the Fifth Amendment since no charge or conviction is necessary to do so.  Conversely, extremely difficult and costly to fight the sons of bitches.  Caswell had the money.  Most do not.  Consequently, nazi government egregiously, determinedly, designedly, perniciously royally f--ks the bottom of the food chain as well as the long-suffering middle class.  Indeed, Nazi America.  A fascist police-state.

Without question, one of the greatest scourges ever to face our formerly great country.  An integral part of the failed "war on drugs" over the last 45 years.  Has certainly become a most useful tool to line the pockets of these outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' criminal sons of bitches.  -- Corruption and abuse having infested virtually every law enforcement agency in our formerly great country.  Civil forfeiture takes this abuse and corruption to a whole 'nother' level.   Again, hear the rumble?

The bastards in the 'Justice' Department certainly have their panties in a wad over new encryption used in Apple phones.  Tough, isn't it?  Have disingenuously placed enormous pressure on Apple.  In person.  In front of Apple executives.  Disingenuously, falsely declared they could be hindered, a child could in fact die if they indeed can't get into a phone.  A crock of sh-t.

Apple executives rightfully dismissed it as “inflammatory.”  ... You think?  Correctly informed them that information can be obtained elsewhere.  Any excuse, any excuse at all to f--k the innocent in our formerly great country.  Invade their privacy.  Look up their ass.  A perpetual goddamned fishing expedition. Nazi America.  A fascist police-state.

The traitorous bastards at the CIA want emails of most of their employees destroyed when they leave the agency.  Why not?  Eminently convenient, no?  How else could they better cover up their egregious, treacherous, treasonous trampling of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties?  Surprise, surprise.  Only the top 22 in the agency would have their accounts saved.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  Most of the dirty work is done by the grunts.  If you protect them, the head of the snake will also be protected.  Clever, isn't it?

The President, once again 11-20-14, figuratively and robustly poked the GOP in the eye.  This time, on immigration.  Proved once again he will be no willing lame duck.  As expected, rhetoric and delivery of his speech was second to none.  As usual, however, sorely lacking in substance.  Then again, no President in recent history has received anywhere near as much GOP opposition and determined stonewalling as the current jackass warming the seat in the Oval Office.  Some of it deserved.  Some not.

Highly unlikely Republicans will pass any immigration legislation any time soon.  Why would they?  Goes against every fiber of their being.  Anti-immigrant sentiment certainly dates back to Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy.  Sadly, Republicans remain determined to do their best to resurrect national socialism in our formerly great country.  The Fourth Reich.  Sadly, in fact, they're doing a remarkably good job of doing precisely that.

Despite the fact the President's Executive Order is extremely limited, ignores the needs of much of the 'illegal' immigrant element, is no more radical than other similar orders by nearly every President since at least Nixon, the GOP is determined to vigorously block it.  Will certainly not bode well for Republicans with Latino voters and others in 2016.  Worse, only approximately 4 million undocumented out of a population that may be as high as 30 million will be affected by this Executive Order.

Doesn't matter to GOP fascists since ideology and corporate needs always trump human needs and concerns.  Always.  An Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged mentality.  Worse, can only wonder how many undocumented immigrants will take 'advantage' of this Executive Order since when the President leaves office, the next will be free to remove and/or change it.  Why would the undocumented come out of the shadows?

Give the government all kinds of personal information including address, phone number, etc..?  Why?  The promise to not deport is only good while the President is in office.  After that, a change could come leading to deportation.  Why would they make it easier for government goons to find them by signing up for something that may only be temporary?  At least some will consider it a ruse.  It is, isn't it?

The GOP has conveniently, hypocritically forgotten nearly all of us trace our origins elsewhere.  With the exception of the Native American population whose land we've stolen for hundreds of years, broken treaty after treaty.  Now, these nazi bastards in the Republican Party want to break up immigrant families?  Deport family members who work hard, break no laws other than having illegally entered the United States, in some cases, decades ago?  Despite the fact Republicans are allegedly pro-family?  What a crock of sh-t.

Goddamned fascist bullsh-t.  Despicable double-speak.  Makes this writer ashamed to be an American.  The President's Executive Order is sadly, sorely lacking.  Goes nowhere near far enough.  It's time for Republicans to wake up.  Figuratively, remove their swastika armbands.  Embrace all civil and constitutional rights and liberties instead of sh-tting on them.  Wake up before too late.  Hear the rumble? ... Or, is that goddamned jackbooted Sieg Heil! just too powerful for you fascist sons of bitches?

CNN reports NATO fighter jets scrambled more than four hundred times to intercept Russian war planes, including bombers this year.  Here in North America as well as in Europe.  Only a matter of time before something goes terribly wrong in this high stakes game of 'chicken' and one of the bastards gets shot down.  Quite remarkable that hasn't happened yet.  Hopefully, won't.  Then again, with the recklessness shown by Putin for quite some time now, anything's possible.

Seems the failure of Europe and the West to effectively deal with the crisis in Crimea has emboldened the Russian bastard, a former KGB officer.  A lunatic who likes to ride horses bare-chested, perversely gets his cookies off annexing portions of another country.  Has to relish the fact Europe, the United States, NATO, and other allies across the globe have effectively done extremely little in response.  While not yet in the class of Chamberlain and the appeasement of Hitler,  we're sadly well on our way.

The  House has finally sued the President over Obamacare.  Seems Speaker "Blamer" Boehner finally found a lawyer willing to litigate a highly questionable issue.  No easy feat.  ... Hey, John?  You and the boys need to find an effective alternative to Obamacare.  Your inability to do so to date remains proof positive the GOP is indeed out of new ideas.  Has run out of gas.  Should this atrocious program continue much longer unsuccessfully challenged, the cancer it has certainly become will remain too embedded to ever root out.  Precisely, what the President and his henchmen desperately hope and want.

Dawnne Sulaitis, 54, works for an Oklahoma Walmart.  She happens to be a department manager.  Has a heart.  Organized a food drive for fellow Walmart employees.  Walmart is reportedly the largest employer in the country.  Remains quite a lucrative operation.  Yet, its people need assistance.  Some are on food stamps.  Hard to believe this ever would have happened while Sam Walton was alive.  Must indeed be spinning in his grave.

Nothing ever seems to change for the better in Nazi Texas.  Seems the Texas State Board of Education has once again crossed the church-state separation line and approved textbooks featuring an exaggeration of the influence of Moses on our republic as well as taking a raucous hard dump on Moslems.  The 'Christian' thing to do, -- according to these goddamned fascists who remain hellbent on forcing their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on all.  These bastards shamelessly rewrite history to fit their agenda.

The vote 10-5.  All ten Republicans in favor.  All five Democrats opposed.  Children in Texas will be saddled with this goddamned phony propaganda for at least the next ten years.  Since Texas is such a large book purchaser, this decision will also be adopted by other states.  A raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil! to all you fascists out there that support this outrageous national socialist bullsh-t.

Big Coal sued Public Citizen after the latter challenged the cartel vis a vis its efforts to block new measures designed to improve worker safety and reduce pollution.  Can't have that, can we?  Seems the cartel is further bastardizing the Citizens United decision.  Readers are reminded this is the outrageously fascist Supreme Court ruling allowing unlimited corporate funding of elections.

That is, the fascist bastards in the corporate management suite buy elections. Literally.  -- Conveniently facilitated, outrageously rubber stamped by a goddamned U.S. Supreme Court that's determinedly, perniciously legislating its perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  All nine kings and queens have egregiously, deliberately abrogated their oaths to protect and defend the United States Constitution.

Murray Energy is now haughtily taking things a step further.  Claims corporations have privacy rights.  Not surprising, is it?  After all, Mitt Romney announced to the nation quite some time ago, "Corporations are people too."  Goddamned bullsh-t.  Corporations are not people.  They don't seek benefit of clergy when they 'marry,' that is, merge.

They don't attend church, temple, mosque, etc. as do people.  They don't hold a religious service when they 'die,' that is, go out of business.  They are legal entities carefully, craftily designed to protect management and owners from liability.  Secure unparalleled tax advantages not available to the peasants.  That's it.  In no way are they human.  They are staffed by humans.  Big difference.  They have no heart, no soul.  In fact, they are used to avoid, evade human responsibility, accountability.  For egregious, unethical, abusive corporate activity.  Public Citizen declares:

"In response to our motion to dismiss the lawsuit, Murray Energy is arguing that radio ads we ran about it challenging new worker safety and clean air protections 'invaded its privacy' and caused it 'mental anguish and emotional distress.'"

Who protects "We the People?"  Against this outrageous deliberate contrived shameless bastardization of the United States Constitution?  Certainly, not the goddamned self-serving, corporate-owned, bought and paid for United States Supreme Court.  Instead, all nine fascist bastards on the Court raucously sh-t on this most precious document.  The United States Constitution.  Hear the rumble?

Once again, we see 'mission creep' in Afghanistan.  Indeed, the President conveniently, cowardly talks out both sides his ass.  Now, troops will remain in combat in Afghanistan into 2015 rather than ending by the end of this year.  Damned outrageous.  Should have been long since out of that hellhole when it was clear bin Laden was no longer there.

Operation Enduring Freedom states 2,351 American military personnel have died in combat there.  For what?  Line pockets of war profiteers?  Yet, the President remains unwilling to end the insanity.  Bet he'll find another excuse to remain after 2015?  It's time to demand Congress declare war in lieu of open-ended conflicts prosecuted usually for one reason and one reason only: to line pockets of the corporate management suite.  Goddamned war profiteers.

We can't trust the President, any President to do the right thing of his or her own volition.  Time to rein in these bastards.  Hold them accountable.  Time for term limits.  One term.  Every office in the United States.  All levels of government.  Time to remove these bastards from what has become a lifetime on the government tit.

The situation is indeed deteriorating in Israel.  The Israeli Cabinet has approved a nationality bill.  That is, Israel will be defined as the nation-state of the Jewish people.  ... If it passes Parliament.  Clearly, these outrageously short-sighted fascist bastards have conveniently forgotten Arab Israelis and Palestinians live within the confines of the State of Israel.  Approximately 20% of the population.

-- Land that was stolen from the Palestinians in 1948 and continues to be stolen ever since.  Using modern terrorist techniques these invaders developed, implemented to kill Palestinians and steal their land.  Think this bill won't exacerbate problems in the region?  Won't lead to further bloodshed?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
