A number of attorneys routinely read this publication.  You've been repeatedly, albeit not-so-gently, cajoled to get up off your asses, do the right thing as officers of the court.  Stand up to injustice rampant in the system.   Here's your chance.  Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones, his hands cuffed behind his back, was cold-cocked to the head by a lunatic Llano County Sheriff's Deputy who identified himself as 007.  Thinks he's James Bond.

Jones was falsely arrested on his property for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.  Demanded a blood test and medical treatment for his injury to no avail.  Had not been drinking that night, committed no offense.  The deputies who abused him know that.  So does the neighborhood.

He desperately needs legal counsel to fight these charges and the lying, corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted sons of bitches who falsely made them. Here's your chance to stand up, counselors.  Do the right thing.  Pro bono.

Hillsboro High School student Abby Snodgrass is a most remarkable young woman.  Happened to be in a dressing room 11-12-14 at a Walmart in High Ridge, Mo. when she heard an emergency call.  Ran out.  Found an  11-month-old infant had stopped breathing.  Adults surrounding the child doing nothing.  Clueless.

Unlike her elders, this high school kid knew precisely what to do.  Began chest compressions.  -- Had learned CPR in school a few months ago.  Saved the baby's life.  Think Ms. Snodgrass does not have a most brilliant future?

It's amazing how shameless law enforcement has grown, worse, ignorant of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Clearly, Pennsylvania police continue to do all they can to unduly influence the jury pool in the case of Eric Frein.  By insisting on publicly releasing information allegedly secured from the ongoing investigation including a letter reportedly addressed to "Mom and Dad."  Do this shamelessly, with impunity.  No one in the judiciary willing to rein them in.  Force some semblance of constitutionality.  Instead of a kangaroo 'trial.'

Readers are reminded Frein has been charged with killing one Pennsylvania state trooper, wounding another.  In addition, now faces a terrorism charge.  ... Nothing quite like piling it on, right, boys?  James Swetz is a veteran criminal defense attorney.  Had been hired by Frein's parents the day he had been arrested.  Swetz claims police denied access to his client the night of the arrest:

"I was told, 'He's an adult and has not asked for a lawyer.'"

Also, claims police failed to tell Frein he indeed had a lawyer.  Before questioning him.  Be interesting to see what effect all this has, -- not so much at trial but the appeals process that will surely come after conviction.  Law enforcement claims $11 million was spent in the manhunt.  Nearly all of it in personnel costs.  Over half on overtime alone.  Since it was one of their own that had gotten killed, think they might have donated their time?  Saved taxpayers millions?  Instead of jerking the sh-t out of them?  Lining their pockets?

In follow up to an earlier edition,  Frein look-alike James Tully, who had been severely abused by Pennsylvania's 'finest' during the search, received a 2007 Subaru Outback courtesy of a fundraiser that raised nearly $25,000 from citizens outraged at his treatment at the hands of jackbooted law enforcement goons.  Fortunately, he no longer has to walk to work.

CNN and others are reporting federal law enforcement agents are flying small aircraft loaded with sophisticated equipment to spy on cell phone calls.  Tricking the phones to believe the planes are cell phone towers to elicit disclosure of identity and location of the phone.  No warrant.  A fishing expedition that drags in millions of innocent users.  The FCC claims it had no knowledge of the ruse.   The 'Justice' Department refused to confirm or deny the operation citing national security, -- but added it's within the law.  Does that make sense?  Doesn't have to.  After all, we live in Nazi America.  Forget?  A fascist police-state.  The bastards do as they please.

Sen. Rand Paul will oppose a Senate bill to halt NSA domestic warrantless spying, claiming it doesn't go far enough.  He's right.  It doesn't.  Worse?  According to one of his aides, it extends the USA 'Patriot' Act through December 2017.  -- That's an atrocity in and of itself.

Another American has been beheaded by an ISIS savage.  Peter Kassig was a former Army Ranger who had served in Iraq and later became an aid worker in Syria.  Question, Mr. President?  If you can't or won't protect these valiant people who so courageously volunteer to offer aid to the defenseless in Syria and Iraq, why is the State Department allowing free travel to this extremely dangerous region?

Senseless insane carnage continues in Jerusalem.  Four rabbis were savagely killed in a Jerusalem synagogue while praying by two Palestinian cousins who were then themselves killed by police.  Sadly, an Israeli policeman later died of his injuries.  A despicable, psychotic, atrocious attack by two men with knives, an ax, meat cleaver, and gunfire .  Yet, sadly, far more of the same to come.  Prime Minister Netanyahu blames "libels against the state of Israel."

What "libels," Mr. Prime Minister?  An earlier hanging that may or may not have been a suicide?  The synagogue is in Jerusalem, occupied territory.  Israeli terrorists invaded Palestine in 1948, stole Palestinian territory through use of modern-day terroristic tactics they developed, implemented.  With American and European approval.  Have been stealing and killing Palestinians ever since.

While these most recent killings in a synagogue are indeed despicable, horribly unacceptable, so were Israeli atrocities committed in its recent massacre of innocent civilians during the war last summer.  As well as countless other Israeli atrocities from 1948 to this very day.

You promptly bulldozed down the homes of the two cousins, Benny.  What about their family members?  They did nothing to deserve being homeless.  Yet, to date, you have not bulldozed the house of an Israeli who burned a Palestinian alive last summer. You sir, yourself, are a savage, Mr. Prime Minister.  A repeated war criminal who belongs at The Hague for trial.  Yet, you remain protected by your U.S. benefactor who allows you to do as you please.  With impunity.  Arms and finances the atrocities you commit.

Should you continue to employ a "heavy hand" as you claim you will, this will only enable more of the same.  Increasingly more vicious, more horrendous insanely brutal attacks as the Middle East deteriorates and the powder keg finally blows.  All your savagery to date has been achingly ineffective, counter productive.  Quite the opposite.  It enables, fuels more of the same.  That stupid?  Hopelessly clueless?

The Palestinians perversely celebrated the latest senseless attack in the synagogue.  Clearly, they see no difference between that attack and endless attacks by the Israeli aggressor on highly-populated civilian areas using American-supplied F-16s and ordnance.  To say nothing of indiscriminate shelling.  Know what?  From their perspective, they're right.  Morally, there is no difference.  Atrocities remain atrocities no matter who commits them.  Until the Israelis and their American benefactor understand this, there will be no end to them.  Time to set political correctness and failed policies to the side.

While President Obama rightfully condemned the killings, he continues to do absolutely nothing to rein in his proxy, the Israeli aggressor.  Refuses to hold his proxy accountable for anything it does.  Continues to finance and arm the proxy.  Pays lip service to Palestinians who have been suffering at the brutally barbaric hands of the Israeli aggressor from 1948 to the present.

Israeli 'Defense' Forces now chillingly, remarkably resemble their jackbooted Nazi oppressors during the Second World War.  It's time to end the occupation, pave the way to immediate statehood for the Palestinians.  It's not Hamas and other groups Israel must now fear.  Sadly, it's individual Palestinians who are now taking the war themselves to the Israeli aggressor.

Terrorists who belong to no group.  Are therefore far more difficult to apprehend before they attack.  It's called the beginning of a revolution by the masses.  Should send a chill up the spines of the aggressor and its benefactor.  This is not to justify the carnage and what's surely coming, however.  Both there and here.  Only to sound the alarm.  Urge all to wake up before too late.

While this writer excoriates much of what the President has done, have to give him credit, however, for refusing to lie down and be the lame duck Republicans so desperately  want him to be.  Don't think GOP fascists will impeach him for overstepping his authority as Chief Executive, though.  -- Despite the fact he clearly has done so, particularly vis a vis warrantless domestic spying of innocent, law abiding citizens, as well as Obamacare.

Would waste a considerable amount of time, however, only to go nowhere in the Senate which requires a two-thirds majority to convict.  Can you imagine the national uproar, however, should the House indeed vote to impeach with only a simple majority necessary to do so?  Could easily happen since Republicans own the House.  Will own both in January.  But lack a sufficient majority to ensure conviction in the Senate.  Both parties need to go.  Remain absolutely worthless.  Serve only themselves.  Yet, the clueless electorate keeps returning the same old sh-t to office, no matter the party.

Republicans ludicrously claim aggressive imposition of Executive Orders, especially on immigration, would "poison the atmosphere." How?  How could the atmosphere be any more poisonous and non-productive than it already is?  -- Sorry.  Almost forgot.  ... The House could impeach.  Certainly, thus guaranty absolutely nothing would get done the next two years.  -- Then again, might not be such a bad thing after all, no?

It's amazing, despite false claims to the contrary by Republicans, the war against women continues unabated.  What's so encouraging, however, is a growing number of ladies are courageously standing up to sexual abuse, assault, rape.  Unafraid to take on offenders on the local level but celebrity icons as well.  About time.

Sadly, however, the public, despite perversely following these allegations likely out of prurient interest or titillation 'value,' remains achingly unwilling to force a desperate change in 'group think.'   -- Absolutely necessary for substantive change.  Despite all hollow meaningless rhetoric to date.

Bill Cosby certainly earned his well-deserved reputation for being a great actor and comedian.  Can remember back in the mid-Sixties when he broke the color barrier playing a spy on the boob tube.  Sometime in 1969 saw him perform his comedy routine at the old Madison Square Garden in New York with two young friends who also found this guy truly gifted, hilariously funny.

What made the performance stunning was the fact it was totally G-rated.  -- You could have brought your children and grandchildren.  Cosby went on to a brilliant acting career, playing a physician in The Bill Cosby Show.  Certainly, the acting and writing were superb.  The show was treasured by millions, including this writer.

Nonetheless, there had been troubling allegations for years that Cosby had sexually assaulted a number of women.  Earlier settled a law suit before it went to trial.  Other women have also stepped forward recently.  Cosby had always denied these allegations in the past.  That changed, Saturday, 11-15-14, when NPR asked him about these allegations during an interview.  The man remained silent.  Shook his head when asked for a verbal reply.

His deafening silence, a problem.  Subsequently canceled an appearance on Letterman.  Also, a problem.  -- There is no worse thing that can happen to a man than to be falsely accused of a sex crime.  Reputation, permanently ruined.  For something he didn't do.  For most men, including this writer, they would not remain silent under such circumstances.  Would loudly protest their innocence.  To anyone who would listen.

Many men over the years have been falsely accused.  An exponentially greater number have likely never been held accountable for sex crimes they have indeed committed.  It is extremely important for women to courageously step forward when they have been assaulted.  Always.  Should be believed.  Conversely, a woman should never use a false allegation to get even with a man in a failed relationship.  Not only does it ruin the reputation of an innocent man, worse, it leaves the credibility of those truly assaulted in question.

In the case of Bill Cosby, it's time for him to step up.  Deny the allegations vociferously if in fact untrue.  Conversely, accept responsibility if they are.  Someone's lying, Bill.  Hard to believe it's all the ladies who have stepped forward over the years.  These continuing charges repeatedly brought up for quite some time have certainly done great damage to your credibility.  Certainly, made your determined public criticism of 'wayward' young blacks particularly irksome, galling, hypocritical.

Insult to injury?  After writing the above, it occurred to this writer sexually assaulted women are still being wrongly charged by hospitals for rape kits they are not supposed to be charged for due to bureaucratic foul ups.  Worse?  Police have left many unfollowed up.  Sitting on a shelf.  Indeed, a disgrace.

Especially since the kit, usually performed by a trained nurse practitioner, is so extensive and intrusive it amounts to a second sexual assault.  One reason why women do not always come forward and report the rape.  Coup de grace?  Insult to injury is then added when no rape kit investigation is conducted or the woman is not believed.

The Obama Regime has been notoriously untransparent vis a vis The 'Affordable' 'Care' Act, i.e. Obamacare.  The President certainly at least 'misspoke' when he assured the public they could keep their plan, as well as their caregivers.  Worse, not only cost of 'services' and premiums are going up, be extremely careful where you seek care. Very careful.  -- If, indeed, you've been stupid enough to buy the bullsh-t and have enrolled.  Make sure your plan will pay where you seek care.

Megan Rothbauer has insurance.  Sadly, almost died from a heart attack.  Indeed, the number one killer of women.  While she fortunately survived, recovered quite nicely due to great care from her physicians, she was taken to the wrong hospital.  Received a bill in excess of $300,000 her insurance would not pay.

Wisconsin law requires anyone needing emergency care be taken to the nearest hospital.  Makes sense, doesn't it?  Obamacare?  Clearly doesn't.  Should certainly have required payment to any hospital, any doctor, any caregiver, anywhere in the world.  Doesn't.  Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  Continue to be had.  This coming from not only this writer and many others, but now one of the architects of the Obamacare ruse itself, Jonathan Gruber.  Dopes duped.  Royally.  Personal information at risk at a central location.  Easily accessible to any government goon, the corporate management suite, and hackers.  Insist on remaining stupid?  You rightfully get what you truly deserve.  Enjoy.

Doctors are now routinely testing the elderly for illicit drug use.  Making a fortune off it.  All in response to excessive urine testing required by medical guidelines to cut down on abuse of prescription pain killers.   Medicare cracked down on this testing.  Not to be denied a lucrative source of income, however, these greedy bastards started ordering more expensive drug testing including for street drugs that Medicare would pay for.  High tech, highly lucrative testing that handsomely lines the pockets of wealthy quacks.  Makes sense?  Does it have to?  Forget?  This is Nazi America.  Day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards.  Greed rules.  So does the fascist police-state we now live in.

Ted Cruz remains intellectually challenged.  In plain speak?  An idiot.  True to his exceptionally ignorant embrace of an Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged mentality, the Senator falsely claims “In short, net neutrality is Obamacare for the Internet.”  The Senator truly believes Internet Service Providers should be free to discriminate as to how they charge for 'service,' what you access or don't access as a consumer on the Internet, that is, what is available and to whom and when, worse, slow down service as they please to those unwilling to be shaken down for additional loot, -- required so as to not be so shabbily treated by these hopelessly greedy bastards.  'Ain't' life grand?

Sadly, the list can go on and on. Teddy boy clearly embraces the agenda of these modern-day robber barons.  Indeed, a throwback to the early railroad and oil tycoons.  Apparently, hasn't encountered a corrupt, abusive, inept, greedy corporate management suite he can't and will not champion.  A raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Senator?  How much have you received in bribes, excuse me, lobbyist loot from these sons of bitches, sir?  How much?

Keystone?  Down to defeat in the Senate by one vote.  Not to worry.  The Republicans will re-introduce it next year when they own both houses of Congress.  The President will likely veto it for a number of reasons.  It benefits Canada, not the United States.  It will not lower oil prices here since the oil will be shipped overseas.

Should it pass, property owners from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico will have their land commandeered, receive far from adequate compensation for that seized land.  Should there be a spill, guess who gets hurt?  The number of jobs generated by the pipeline will be temporary.  The oil is 'dirty,' that is will add to the CO2 problem, enhance the global warming problem.  ... Despite GOP phony claims to the contrary.  The list can go on and on.  Doesn't matter.  Will likely pass eventually due to idiots in this country who remain determined to be aggressively stupid no matter what.

At time of writing, the Ferguson Grand Jury remains close to a decision.  Hopefully, the result won't be violence.  Much more to come after that decision.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor-Elect, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-Elect, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
