In follow up to an earlier edition, 90-year-old Arnold Abbott and two pastors were cited for feeding the homeless in Fort Lauderdale.  Could get sixty days in jail and a $500 fine.  Declares his only crime is to "love thy neighbor."  Intends to do it again.  Proponents of the 'law' claim it enables homelessness.  Is that right?

Know what truly enables destitution, poverty, hunger, homelessness?  Unbridled greed of the corporate management suite and its government lackeys who've cunningly, cleverly, perniciously designed, implemented, and imposed the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.  Where it's now a crime to feed the homeless.  Where nearly all wealth is concentrated at the very top.

Yet, in Nazi Texas, you can pull your four-year-old's pants down, perversely beat him with a switch, inflict bruises and cuts on his bare body including on one of his testicles, guess what?  Get allowed to plea bargain down from a felony to a misdemeanor, plead no contest.  In exchange, you don't do prison time.  Reportedly, probation, a $4,000 fine, 80 hours community service.  Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson.  If he successfully completes probation without incident, no conviction on his record.  Sweet, isn't it?   Nazi justice in Nazi Texas.  A raucous Sieg Heil!?

Do the same to an adult?  Felony conviction, prison time.  Not only is there a war against women in Nazi Texas, but against children as well.  To you goddamned nazis out there who perversely support this sh-t, a raucous Sieg Heil!?  This perverse son of a bitch belongs in a mental institution not on an NFL playing field.  Do this to a kid of yours?  You're a worthless piece of sh-t.

In follow up to last week's edition, an Iranian-British woman named Ghoncheh Ghavami, 25, was sentenced by the savage barbarians in Iran to a year in prison.  Her 'crime?'  She attended a men's volley ball game.  The charge?  "Propagating against the ruling system."  Think this extreme kangaroo bullsh-t won't occur here as our formerly great country continues to nazify?  Turns into a fascist police-state?  Wake up.  It's already happening.

Think the above crap?  Outrageous hyperbole? Wake up.  See the photo of a Texas officer arresting 14-year-old Jacob Herrera recently at a football game at Sam Houston Middle School in Garland?  His 'offense?'  Had a set of rosary beads around his neck.  Refused to remove them.  Last time I checked the First Amendment guaranties both freedom from and freedom of religion.  This publication fights for both.  -- Despite the fact most violations by government sadly involve the former.

The Washington Times, reporting the incident courtesy of CBS News Channel 10, stated the Amarillo Independent School District responded to the fiasco as follows:

“Last night at one of our schools, a student was identified as being in violation of the dress code for wearing an item in a manner which is considered to be gang related by local and national law enforcement.  A school administrator and liaison officer asked the student to either comply with the dress code rules or leave school property. The student repeatedly refused to comply with either option. At that time, the student was arrested for trespassing.”

Goddamned bullsh-t.  Clear violation of the First Amendment right to freedom of religion.  What's next?  A kid wearing the Star of David or a Cross around his neck?  Clearly, police themselves were out of uniform.  Where were their swastika armbands?  There's a double standard at work here.  Been more than a few officers nationwide who insist on wearing religious icons on their uniforms in direct violation of department policy.

Damn good reason for departments ruling such adornment out.  Conveniently used to intimidate.  Certainly, quite effective for an officer if his target happens to be a Moslem or looks like they hail from the Middle East.  Bottom line?  It's called profiling.  Nothing more than blatant bigotry perpetrated by law enforcement.  Has to change.  Hear the rumble?

There's also another equally important reason to prohibit religious adornment from an officer's uniform.  Church-state separation prescribed by The Establishment Clause, First Amendment.  A cop is a government official.  There is to be no state religion.

Poignantly, the boy wore the beads in honor of his late brother who was also his religious mentor.  -- Instructed him to wear them as protection.  Time to sue the living sh-t out of police and the school.  -- Only way this abusive crap will end.

In follow up to last week's edition, alleged Pennsylvania State Police killer Eric Frein has finally been captured.  Law enforcement claims he "meekly" gave up, offered no resistance.  If so, why was his face swollen and bloody?  One agency says it happened before his capture.  Another claims it happened when U.S. Marshals executed the capture, had him face down on the ground.  Which is it?  Someone's lying or misinformed.  If there was no resistance, why was he injured?

Must have cleaned him up for the mug shot since although he looks bruised and bloodied in it, nowhere near as bad as other released photos.  Good he has been captured, however, since he remained a threat to all officers while on the lam.  Still must question whether or not he had been abused at time of arrest.  Certainly, not out of the realm of possibility since they had already cowardly abused his look-alike as reported in last week's edition.

Police unprofessionally and perversely deliberately handcuffed Frein with the dead officer's cuffs and transported him in the dead trooper's cruiser.  ... Had to have taken quite some time to arrange this since they did not know where he was and happened to have luckily stumbled into him at time of capture.  Made sure, however, the public was so informed of this outrageously perverse gesture for their dead comrade in arms.  -- Some thirty miles from the scene of the crime.  Begs the question, did the bastards work him over while waiting for the cuffs and cruiser?

Have to wonder if Frein will indeed receive a fair trial before they execute him.  And execute him they will.  Hasn't even received legal counsel several days after capture.  Didn't, however, stop police from deliberately divulging details of the investigation every step of the way since the crime occurred as well as after capture.  Apparently, to influence the jury pool. ... Not to worry, boys.  He'll get his.

Count on it.  Forget?  This is Nazi America.  A fascist police-state.  Fair trial?  What's that?  What for?  Everybody knows he's guilty, right?  No need for no stinkin' kangaroo 'trial,' no?  Just line him up against the wall and shoot him, right, boys?  Spare taxpayers expense of a 'trial.'  -- A 'trial' charade in which a 'judge' will ultimately dictate his 'defense,'  what's admissible, what's not. The Fourth Reich.  The Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  Has nothing to do with guilt or innocence, rather loss of principle dating back decades.  ... Principle emblazoned in the Bill of Rights.

Afraid to have killed him at time of capture?  Fear of prosecution?  Not to have worried.  Happens all the time in the fascist police-state we now live in.  Why fear accountability?  A clueless jury likely never would have convicted jackbooted thugs killing in the line of 'duty,' right, boys?  Indeed, happens all the time.  Of course with the ongoing turmoil in Ferguson and elsewhere across the country it's getting harder and harder to murder with impunity on duty, isn't it?

What about Frein look-alike James Tully?  Skip your mind, boys?  Indeed, out of sight out of mind?  The guy you cowards repeatedly abused?  When will he get his?  From you hopelessly gutless sons of bitches and your controllers?  Where's his compensation and justice for the abuse he suffered at your goddamned cowardly hands?

Much more to come as this story unfolds.  While Frein indeed needs to be prosecuted, think the jackbooted bastards in Pennsylvania who captured him any better?  ... Other than they wear a badge, legally carry a weapon, have the license to wantonly abuse, loot, and kill?  Think things are any different here in nazi Llano County?  Right, Sheriff?

In follow up to last week's edition, 'ain't' hypocrisy grand?  To say nothing of hubris and irony?  Homeland 'Security' took another pounding in the last edition.  Will in this one, as well.  Seems a guy who worked for them recently resigned his job in the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General's Office.  Remember?  David Nieland was the official responsible for earlier drawing attention to "shortcomings" in the probe of the Secret Service prostitution fiasco.

Seems the bastard himself got ensnared in a Broward County, Florida police prostitution sting.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  What's particularly galling about this is the fact his resignation 8-9-14 came months after the 5-2-14 sting.  Worse, all this took six months to publicly see the light of day.  Why are taxpayers looted billions to support this outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept agency, indeed, a goddamned cancer?  As reported in the last edition, these bastards remain proficient at panty raids.  Anything else?

Nurse Kaci Hickox is a hero.  Not only for her courageous selfless service treating those sick with Ebola in Africa, but equally importantly for standing up for civil and constitutional rights and liberties here in the United States.  Judge Charles C. LaVerdiere rightfully refused to impose a quarantine, citing there was no need to do so since she was not sick, therefore not contagious.  Science finally trumps fear and political correctness.

Ms. Hickox declared after the ruling she would still adhere to the public's wishes and not mingle until the 21-day incubation period is over.  She challenged the quarantine on the basis of principle.  Rightfully, so.  The government cannot imprison or restrict anyone simply because the public wants or desires it.

There has to be just cause.  Had she committed a crime or been contagious with a deadly disease, things would and should have been different.  Not so.  Should she become ill during the 21-day incubation period, she still is not contagious until she exhibits symptoms.  She has and will continue to be monitored daily by CDC.

The judge criticized the "misconceptions, misinformation, bad science and bad information" regarding this horrible disease.  Again, rightfully, courageously so.  The police car stationed outside her home immediately left after the ruling.  Why?  The Governor declared the police were there to "protect" her, not track her movements.  If there indeed was a threat from the public, the Governor certainly did not provide any details.  Interesting isn't it?

Maine Gov. Paul LePage is no happy camper:

"As governor, I have done everything I can to protect the health and safety of Mainers. The judge has eased restrictions with this ruling, and I believe it is unfortunate."

Said he would abide by the decision.  What choice does he have?  Did, however, bitterly lash out later against the nurse:

"She has violated every promise she has made so far, so I can't trust her. I don't trust her. And I don't trust that we know enough about this disease to be so callous."

That's insanity, Governor.  Are you that misinformed, sir?  That callous yourself?  Forget your oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States including the Bill of Rights?  Clearly, sir, in your mind and apparently in the minds of some 80% of the country fear trumps science.  Until it's your liberty at stake.  Wake up.  You've proven you remain unfit for office.  Rabid emotion over reason, indeed, your greatest liability.  In addition to absolutely no regard for civil and constitutional rights and liberties you callously and falsely swore to protect and defend.

Hickox appeared on Meet The Press 11-2-14.  Rightfully, skewered N.J. Gov. Chris Christie for falsely imprisoning her in bogus quarantine several days before finally relenting and releasing her:

“When Gov. Christie stated that it was an abundance of caution, which is his reasoning for putting health care workers in a sort of quarantine for three weeks, it was really an abundance of politics.  And I think all of the scientific and medical and public health community agrees with me on that statement."

She's right.  They do.  Not enough, however.  Nowhere near.   Achingly, insufficient. The Governor needs to be sued.  Otherwise, he'll take it as carte blanche to do it again in that or other circumstances.  Appears to be out of control.  -- Not only over the quarantine issue, but his subsequent outrageous recent abuse of a heckler several days later in regard to his abysmally poor performance and that of the state in response to Superstorm Sandy.  Temperament?  Lacking.  Certainly not of Presidential caliber.

Ms. Hickox's boyfriend, Ted Wilbur, states he's still barred from his nursing school campus.  Her attorneys plan to consult with him to see what he wants to do between now and November 10 when the 21-day incubation period ends.  Needs to sue, -- as does Ms. Hickox.

Sadly, we're not getting the truth from government, haven't been quite some time on a variety of issues.  The President has not been upfront about what's going on in Afghanistan or Iraq.  As reported in an earlier edition, military experts claim Mr. Obama has been dragging his feet on bombing ISIS.

Now, the Green Berets are contradicting statements regarding proficiency of Afghan forces made by top NATO commander Gen. John F. Campbell including the following:

“They’ve taken on the security mission from last June of ‘13. They had it mostly entirely by themselves for the summer of ‘14. I think they’ve done very well, supporting both the elections and through some of the major events.  ... The Afghan military is the most respected institution in Afghanistan. Every poll taken in the last two years, they’re at the very, very top.”

According to the Green Berets, however, it's unmitigated bullsh-t.   Afghan National Army troops are not reliable.  Fail to show up in numbers as promised.  Run and hide in battle.  One Green Beret spoke of the upshot of a conversation he had with an Afghan commander:

“I then told him that we needed to set up a security perimeter. They instead huddled behind a rock.”

There is far more unflattering criticism reported by a Green Beret Team Leader Captain.  Granted it's anecdotal.  Then again, Green Berets are elite war fighters.  Know what they're talking about.  Should be listened to.  Conversely, a NATO commander has political considerations, a public relations fine line to tow.  Otherwise, he gets the boot from the Commander In Chief.  Relieved of command if he tells the unvarnished truth.

Seems troops on the ground in Afghanistan remain quite pessimistic about prospects for the Afghans when they leave.  They should.  Can you say "Iraq?"  "ISIS?"

It's stunning nazi government truly believes anything goes, anything's permissible to entrap and prosecute an alleged offender, resolve a purported threat.  Unquestionably, the ends justify the means in view of the law enforcement community.  FBI goons faked an AP story, then placed it on a fake Seattle Times website they created to entrap a kid who allegedly made a bomb threat.  The AP certainly wasn't happy declaring the FBI:

"ploy violated AP's name and undermined AP's credibility.  ... We are extremely concerned and find it unacceptable that the FBI misappropriated the name of The Associated Press and published a false story attributed to AP."

The Seattle Times was no happier:

"Not only does that cross a line, it erases it.  Our reputation and our ability to do our job as a government watchdog are based on trust. Nothing is more fundamental to that trust than our independence — from law enforcement, from government, from corporations and from all other special interests. The FBI's actions, taken without our knowledge, traded on our reputation and put it at peril.

"We hope that this mistake in judgment by local federal law enforcement leaders was a one-time aberration and not a symptom of a deeper lack of respect for the role of a free press in society. It cannot be repeated."

Nor tolerated.  Amazing how determinedly myopic law enforcement turds conveniently define what's exigent, then execute outrageously unconstitutional tactics in the name of that 'exigency.'   Raucously sh-tting on the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Fourteenth Amendments in the process. ... The Constitution?  An anachronism to these bastards.  An unnecessary unwanted hindrance, roadblock to jackbooted storm trooper thugs.  As well as their apologists, that is, their shills on the 'law' and 'order' Nazi Right.

The FBI clearly doesn't think it needs a warrant to illegally search.  It doesn't.  Usually does as it pleases with impunity.  Courtesy of 'judges' eager to legislate their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  Especially critical to these jackbooted bastards when they have no probable cause to constitutionally obtain a warrant from a judge.  Next best thing?  Turn off Internet service to a target in a luxurious Las Vegas hotel.  Then, pose as repair techs to gain illegal, outrageously unconstitutional access.

Worse?  According to lawyers for four of eight guys charged in the gaming 'investigation?'  Assistant U.S. attorney Kimberly Frayn recommended against the goons pulling the ruse.  To no avail.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  The jackbooted bastards nonetheless entered the premises with no probable cause, no warrant, and video recorded the rooms containing massive amounts of computer equipment and an ongoing gaming operation, then obtained the warrant to arrest the men.  Conveniently, cowardly neglected to inform the judge of their subterfuge, however.

Did it achingly ass backwards.  Cleverly, deceptively 'manufactured' probable cause.  Think the charges won't ultimately rightfully be thrown out?  Have to be if indeed the Constitution, that is, the Fourth Amendment is to be upheld.  These goddamned jackbooted sons of bitches don't believe they have to play by the rules.  Specifically, the United States Constitution.  Consequently, an illegal gaming operation investigation, sadly, will likely quickly head south.

If law enforcement is indeed allowed to get away with this appalling unconstitutional ruse, what's next?  Who's next?  The truly innocent as has repeatedly happened in the past across this formerly great country?  Yet another nail driven into the coffin of the Fourth Amendment.  Precisely, what the jackbooted thugs in law enforcement hope and pray for.  Goddamned nazis.

The FBI is seeking new, greatly expanded authority to hack into computers to carry out surveillance.  It is requesting a change to rule 41 of the federal rules of criminal procedure.  Seeking that expanded authority through an 'advisory committee on criminal rules' that will meet 11-5-14.  This is yet another highly obscure rubber-stamp charade that will give 'investigators' and 'judges' new power to hack into any computer anywhere in the world to obtain information, introduce malware and spyware to control a target computer as well as download data.

Up to this point, access to any computer as part of a criminal investigation is rightfully restricted by the Fourth Amendment to specific information sought at a specific location where a judge has specific jurisdiction.  That's no longer good enough for these jackbooted thugs.  They want it all.  Are particularly chagrined with the privacy provided by an exceptionally secure browser called Tor.

Have been doing all they can to crack it.  Tor has the great benefit of anonomyzing Internet browsing activity.  Extremely difficult for jackbooted law enforcement to crack since the civil libertarians at Tor are constantly working to improve it, eliminate bugs, security threats, risks, etc..  Remains the bane of NSA as well.  There is no safer way to browse the Internet at this time.  Should not be taken, however, as license to engage in criminal activity.  You will be ultimately caught.

After all, legitimate law enforcement has many other ways to investigate criminal activity, prosecute, and convict the truly guilty.  Tor is a way to make it extremely difficult, costly for government and its corporate masters to track, invade privacy of innocent citizens.  Put their goddamned corrupt, abusive, inept noses where they truly don't belong.

That is, in the private affairs of honest, law-abiding citizens.  Despite the fact a relative few are abusing the system, the goddamned nazis in government are determined to remove all privacy from the vast majority of us who commit no crimes.  Indeed, determined, calculated, determined expansion of the fascist police-state we now live in.

This publication has and will continue to feature and promulgate the absolute necessity to frustrate all government and corporate tracking and downloading of personnel data of innocent citizens.  It remains an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Must be fought tooth and nail.

This publication will certainly follow up and report all efforts of this corrupt, abusive, inept government in its latest pernicious attempt to egregiously abrogate the Fourth Amendment through a change in rule 41 of the federal rules of criminal procedure.  FBI goons are desperate to make this change without public consent or debate in Congress.  These bastards have clearly egregiously abrogated their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.  Remain traitors.  The worst is yet to come.

Without question, the revelations of a national hero, a whistle blower named Edward Snowden have only served to reinforce the determination of federal jackbooted thugs to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Falsely, in the name of "national 'security.'"  You've been bamboozled.  Dopes duped.  The men and women doing so in these agencies are traitors.  Need to be prosecuted for treason.

Facebook is reporting a 24% increase the first half of this year in government requests for user data.  Facebook Deputy General Counsel Chris Sonderby declared:

“We’re aggressively pursuing an appeal to a higher court to invalidate these sweeping warrants and to force the government to return the data it has seized.”

You remain a fool if you are on Facebook.  Fool to use Google products.  ... Google reports a 15% increase during the very same time period.  It's time to smarten up, protect privacy, not cave in to the oppressors in government.

The USA 'Patriot' Act was supposedly designed to combat terror.  Abject bullsh-t.  It was cunningly crafted to consolidate Executive power, facilitate creation, imposition of a fascist police-state.  Today, it's hardly ever used against terrorism.  Rather,  outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement is using it primarily in drug and many, many other investigations.

Nazi bastards in government assured the sheep "sneak and peek" would be used only against terrorism 'suspects.'  Unadulterated bullsh-t.    First, it is outrageous anyone can be subject to a search by law enforcement goons without having to be notified of it.  That is, these bastards can come into anyone's home, take, download any data they please from any source in your house without telling you they were ever there.  This is goddamned jackbooted nazism in a fascist police-state.

Yet, you cowards out there after 9/11 granted these corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches authority to do whatever they pleased.  You remained gutlessly silent when they did so. And continue to do so.  Sucked your thumbs rather than standing up.  Sh-tting in your pants rather than sucking it up that terrible day and every goddamned day since.  You're cowards.  Have no clue what liberty is, truly means.

That it is guarantied by the Constitution, particularly the Bill of Rights you cowardly allowed your legislators to egregiously take a raucous hard dump on, gallingly abrogate, falsely in the name of "national 'security.'"  Abject, cowardly, bullsh-t.  Few legislators even read this trash legislation before gutlessly voting for it.  -- Even fewer nazis on the Hard Right who support this bullsh-t, its perpetrators in Congress, as well as the Bush "The Tush" bastard war criminal even took the time to read this atrocious piece of legislation turned into nazi law.  It's called determined ignorance.  Aggressive stupidity.

Now, surprise, surprise.  Outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, jackbooted nazi storm troopers are using this achingly unconstitutional law to evade, that is, deliberately abrogate the Fourth Amendment.  Ubiquitously.  Yet, you remain gutlessly silent.  "But what can we do?," you cowardly whine. You  stand up.  Say no more to these corrupt, abusive sons of bitches.  Both in law enforcement and all government agencies.  At all levels of government.

Hold these bastards accountable.  Demand their prosecution.  Pressure these corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches.  Pressure legislators who are directly responsible for this egregious bullsh-t codified into 'law.'  Vote them out of office.  Deny them all peace of mind.  Resist.  Struggle every inch of the way.  Grant no quarter.  Before too late.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation published their analysis of how government has abused "sneak and peak."  Radley Balko of The Washington Post brilliantly summarized it recently:

"Law enforcement made 47 sneak-and-peek searches nationwide from September 2001 to April 2003. The 2010 report reveals 3,970 total requests were processed. Within three years that number jumped to 11,129. That’s an increase of over 7,000 requests. Exactly what privacy advocates argued in 2001 is happening: sneak and peak warrants are not just being used in exceptional circumstances—which was their original intent—but as an everyday investigative tool."

This should frighten the living sh-t out of anyone who treasures liberty, that is, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  It's time to wake up.  Realize you've been hoodwinked, deceived.  Bamboozled.  Dopes duped.

The Red Cross is not what it appears to be.  NPR and ProPublica recently published horrendous malfeasance.  In full disclosure, this writer received appalling treatment from this agency over ten years ago after having been burned in a fire.  The circumstances of this fiasco can be found by clicking on links on the homepages of this publication, all four websites.  What follows here is not about that fiasco, however.  It's about what happened after Superstorm Sandy.  The appalling Red Cross response to the disaster.

Incredibly, the Red Cross "diverted assets for public relations purposes."  A former official stated some 40% of their trucks were used as props at news conferences.  Not to deliver supplies.  Worse, distribution of these supplies was driven by political considerations, not need.  Food was wasted due to staff that was not experienced, "political pressures," communication problems.  A Red Cross memo declared in one shelter, "sex offenders were placed in a special area off of dorm, but they weren't there, they were all over, including playing in children's area."

One senior official opined, "We didn't have the kind of sophistication needed for this size job."  Another stated, "Multiple systems failed."  Incredibly, workers were ordered to provide 200,000 meals over and above what had already been ordered one day.  To falsely drive up statistics vis a vis those served.  Problem?  There were no recipients.  Most of the food was wasted.

Richard Rieckenberg was one of those leading the response, opining, "It was just clear to me that they weren't interested in doing mass care; they were interested in the illusion of mass care."

NPR further published:

"Richard Rieckenberg is a former head of mass care for the American Red Cross and a retired Navy chief engineer for nuclear submarines. "I think that they lost confidence in their ability to do the right thing," he says, "and they did the next best thing: 'What can we do to make people think we're doing the right thing?' "

The above is small sample indication of the recent Red Cross horrendous response to Sandy.  Just as bad was their handling of Hurricane Isaac in 2012.  The problem with all this is the fact the Red Cross has lost itself.  This goes back years.  Ineptness, self-promotion, publicity, arrogant management are systemic.

From the bottom on the local level right up to the highest echelon in Washington.  Until this changes, it remains a mistake to donate.  Your money will likely be wasted.  Misappropriated.  No follow through.  Certainly, happened to this writer after the fire and shabby handling of that disaster over ten years ago by the Austin Red Cross.

Darin Welker is an Army veteran suffering from post traumatic stress.  Had some pet ducks he claims helped relieve his symptoms.  Was fined $50 and court costs in West Lafayette, Ohio for having them.  The ducks were in his fenced in yard and sometimes in his house, sitting on a recliner.  Also, Mr. Welker suffers from a service-related back injury incurred in Iraq.

The government paid for surgery, but wouldn't follow up with physical therapy recommended by his surgeon.  Refused as well to provide counseling.  His love and care of the ducks seemed to improve his outlook according to his wife.  The prosecutor opined the judge had no choice, the ordinance clear.  Doesn't this make you proud to be an American?

Despite the above piss-poor treatment of a combat veteran, Oxfam reports the number of billionaires has doubled since the financial crisis.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  The top 1% take it all.  The rest?  F--ked.  Indeed, the American Way.  As American as mom and apple pie.  Class warfare?  Hell, no.  Egregious class injustice in Nazi America.

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham has been a frequent target of this publication.  The Senator wants to be President.  Is considering a run.  Seems Mr. Graham  remains an unabashed good ole boy.  In front of a private club audience back in October the Senator declared,

"I'm trying to help you with your tax status.  I'm sorry the government's so f---ed up. If I get to be president, white men in male-only clubs are going to do great in my presidency."

The Senator claims he was joking.  Think so?

Sweden courageously recognized Palestine 10-30-14.  The Israeli reaction was immediate, predictable.  Recalled their ambassador.  Rhetoric shrill, hopelessly irrational:

"The Swedish government needs to understand that relations in the Middle East are more complicated than a piece of furniture from IKEA that you assemble at home, and [Sweden] should act with responsibility and sensitivity."

Crock of sh-t.  It's the Israelis who display absolutely no "sensitivity" nor "responsibility."  They continue to behave as jackbooted thugs.  Relentlessly, continuously steal Palestinian territory.  Egregiously, abusing, killing Palestinians who determinedly resist the aggressor.

Time for other nations to courageously step up, do the same as Sweden.  Over a hundred have done so to date.  Sadly, myopically, most non-Western.    Only way, however, to force removal of the Israeli jackboot from the throat of the Palestinians.  Must never be forgotten the Israeli aggressor squats on land owned by the Palestinians.  Land invaded, stolen from them by Israeli terrorists back in 1948, continues to this very day.  Time to send the Israelis the unmistakable message things must change.

Relations remain highly strained between the Israeli Prime Minister and the Oval Office.  With damned good reason.  It's time to reassess  U.S.-Israeli relations.  For too long, the Israeli aggressor has been funded, protected, coddled, excused for atrocities committed against the Palestinians for decades.  Precisely, why there is no peace.  Will be no peace.  Should the unacceptable status quo continue unchecked, the situation in the Middle East will continue to deteriorate.  Indeed, sadly, a powder keg.

Interestingly, the head honcho of Naval Warfare Special Command advised, reiterated Navy SEALS not disclose details of the Osama bin Laden raid days before the recent CBS Sixty Minutes interview.  -- Not surprising, since bin Laden had been summarily executed by the SEALS rather than returned to the United States for trial.

Still not clear whether or not this was done under orders of the President to avoid the political uproar.  Nonetheless, the bastard should have been tried in a U.S. court.  That's how things used to be done.  Still should be.  Had the bastard offered resistance to capture, that would have been a far different story.  From all accounts, he didn't.

The GOP has taken the U.S. Senate.  Be interesting to see what passes in both houses since Republicans in each don't like one another, often disagree.  Their majorities in both insufficient to override the President's veto no matter what.  Kentucky Sen. Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell, a long-term figurative target of this publication, likely to be new Majority Leader.  Fodder seemingly endless, profoundly appreciated.  Gift that keeps on giving.

With Abbott as Texas Governor-Elect, fodder on the state level appears equally endless as well.  On a far more sinister note, however, expect the war against women to exponentially increase since Gregger "The Beggar" is well to the right of ole Rick "The Prick."  Expect as well the fascist police-state we now live in to tighten its strangle hold on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Anticipate existent record corporate profits and cash reserves to increase at expense of the middle class as our formerly great country continues to nazify, perniciously deteriorate on the road to Third World status.  Indeed, sadly, this election advances the proverbial doomsday clock ever closer to midnight and an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

The November 4th election, despite the Republican sweep on both state and federal levels while impressive, was truly meaningless in the greater scheme of things.  Same old, same old.  Status quo vis a vis the war against women as well as civil and constitutional rights and liberties, though, will again determinedly continue to deteriorate. Both parties at fault.

Each hopelessly gutless, achingly irrelevant.  This sad fact the greatest lesson to be learned from this latest election fiasco.  Voter turnout less than stellar not only due to the fact it was midterms, but more strikingly due to the fact an increasing number of citizens are losing faith in not only the process but the system itself.

Coup de grace?  Republicans were again successful suppressing the vote courtesy of Voter ID for a supposed voter fraud issue that continues to remain significantly non-existent.  Courtesy of a hopelessly fascist U.S. Supreme Court determinedly legislating its achingly perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  What a goddamned pathetic disgrace.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several weeks ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed about a year ago.  This material figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor-elect has been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards knowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always.  You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
