Danielle LeNoue was recently running cross country in North Dakota.  Eastern Dakota Conference’s Cross County Championship.  Near the end of the race, she felt a pop in her knee, went down in horrible pain.  Injured her patella tendon.  Started walking, but no way could she continue.  Other competitors passed her by.  Not Melanie Bailey.

Certainly not this most remarkable woman.  She stopped, heroically asked the injured woman to get up on her back, then carried her across the finish line.  Think this friendship won't endure a lifetime?  Just friends?  Hell, no.  Sisters.  Forever.

Most interestingly, you seldom see men do this for one another.  ... Other than in combat, as firefighters, police, other rescue workers, etc..  Or, under truly desperate survival conditions.  Fascinating, isn't it.  Quite possibly, may be due to fear of being perceived as gay.

Whatever the reason, can remember back years ago seeing an ad for Boys Town.  Showed a picture of a kid holding his brother with a caption that read, "He's not heavy, Father.  He's my brother."

-- Think we'll ever get past the homophobia that seems to be at the root of intense opposition by the 'Religious Right' to same sex marriage?  Or, remain in the cave for yet another generation?  Think gays, lesbians don't deserve the same rights and privileges we as straights enjoy?

Even the Pope has smartened up, remarking, "Who am I to judge?"  -- Not surprising for a Jesuit.  The intellectuals of the Church.  Too bad his Cardinals can't quite seem to see the light.

Amazing how easily, readily, smoothly the President engages in double talk, consequently says absolutely nothing.  Amusingly, like the lawyer he hopelessly remains.  Despite exceptional eloquence, the intended result always seems to be achingly lacking.  Missing in action.  Absent without leave.  Two disturbing examples.  First, the Ebola fiasco.  As always, Mr. Obama does too little, too late.  Can't seem to effectively execute.  Indeed, no more than finely polished "symbolism over substance," -- to shamelessly steal a phrase made famous by fascist radio talk show host Rush "The Former Drug Lush" Limbaugh.

Ebola has been an issue since 1976 in Africa.  Not here, until now.  Could have been solved by the pharmaceutical industry decades ago.  Was not.  Two reasons.  1)Greed.  2)Location.  Had it occurred here decades ago, would have long since been resolved.  Why?  Money.  Nearly unlimited loot shamelessly confiscated from Americans more than willing to forfeit their last buck to stay alive one additional moment.  Indeed, the prime mover in the pharmaceutical industry, not compassion, certainly not human suffering.  Greed.

Now that this devastating disease is here with the economy in such dire straights for those not in the top one percent, this pathetic business model based on unlimited avarice no longer works.  Can no longer be relied on to line the bottomless pockets of Big Pharma.  Precisely, why the industry seems to be at a loss as to what to do, how to do it, most importantly, how to ratchet it up quickly enough to save lives as the catastrophe spreads in Africa and elsewhere.  -- At least make it look good, like they're making some effort.  ... While greedily lining their pockets at home.

Hospitals here claim they can handle the crisis.  Not true.  Obviously are having problems since two nurses have been infected.  ... A Liberian, sent home from the emergency room, despite the fact he was not only infected but highly contagious.  Seems that protective protocols were not implemented or not properly followed,  Or, more likely, both.  Worse, it seems Mr. Duncan's shabby lack of initial proper treatment and care may have resulted in his needless death.

While there is no out of control epidemic here yet, it's time to smarten up.  How could one of the nurses who had treated Mr. Duncan, and was running a fever under voluntary quarantine, be allowed to commercially fly?  How about the lab worker who handled Ebola samples from the sick Liberian and then went on a cruise ship?  Can you say stupid?  ... Despite the fact this worker had luckily not been infected.  Equally pointedly, why didn't hospital staff have all protective gear, equipment, protective clothing, etc.?  How could money have been an issue when hospitals are charging obscene fees for 'services?'

Why is the President more concerned with the economies of African countries at the center of the epidemic than he apparently is with the spread of the disease here by unrestricted travel?  While the military and caregivers must be free to come and go under carefully controlled conditions to these countries to provide aid, why hasn't all other unnecessary travel been prohibited?  At least, until the epidemic is brought under control?

Why did the President appoint yet another czar to oversee the Ebola crisis?  Isn't that precisely what the head of CDC is charged to do under his job description?  Why wasn't the bastard simply fired and replaced?  Why extend an already bloated, highly ineffective bureaucracy that can't seem to do anything right?  How can it work anyway since the czar is not a healthcare professional and has no experience controlling highly contagious diseases?

Equally troubling is the fear and over reaction to the threat by government authorities.  Here and abroad.  The lifetime of the Ebola virus is severely limited when not in a human host.  Yet, people quarantined have had most if not all their possessions destroyed by authorities.  Civil and constitutional rights and liberties egregiously abrogated.

Not out of dire necessity, but improper protocols, failure to follow protocols already in existence, worse, driven by unreasonable irrational fear.  Within both authorities and the public they supposedly serve.  Yet, nothing of substance happens to those high up in the foodchain who think these protocols don't apply to them.  Example?  The ABC Medical Editor, a former surgeon, who led a news team to Africa to cover the Ebola crisis.

Unfortunately, her photo journalist caught the disease.  The entire team consequently returned to the United States.  Was supposed to remain in voluntary quarantine.  The former surgeon did not think it applied to her.  Was seen at a restaurant.  The quarantine was then made mandatory for the entire group.  ... Don't do as I do, do as I say, right, Nancy?  Fortunately, the journalist has now recovered at time of writing.

The second example of the President concertedly talking out both sides his ass regards the ISIS crisis.  Again, the Chief Executive speaks well, does little.  Warns the public this fight will go on for years.  Why?  More of the same old bullsh-t highly reminiscent of ole George "The Tush" Bush and "Slick Dick" Cheney.  Same old, same old.  Reason?  Rationale?  To line pockets of war profiteers.

Military experts claim airstrikes have been nowhere near the intensity of what they could be.  Why not? Seems they've now picked up in intensity 10-16-14 as Baghdad is threatened.  If true, about time.  Worse, what is the President doing to get countries in that region to take on the fight?  After all, they are most immediately threatened by these barbarians.  Not us.  While it's not yet clear the exact number of ISIS fighters, it is has been estimated to be somewhere around 30,000.

Why should it take years to solve this problem other than for the fact only a relative handful of regional powers have been willing to provide assistance and/or boots on the ground?  The Kurds can't do it all on their own.  Iraqi 'security' troops aren't worth a crap.  How many of them fled back in June, leaving behind billions in American-supplied heavy weapons?  Now, used extremely effectively by ISIS.

We're got advisors now training them in country.  Question?  Weren't these the very same forces earlier trained and equipped by the American military only to have these hopeless cowards abandon billions in heavy weaponry last June, turn tail, and run?  -- So cowardly, they callously removed their uniforms so as not to be recognized by ISIS as they fled.

Saddest of all?  The situation is so desperate the Netherlands has allowed a biker gang to go fight on the side of the Kurds.  Despite assurances to the contrary by the Obama Regime, the United States will likely re-introduce thousands of American troops.  Sadly, only a matter of time.  This would be an horrendous mistake.  Non-ISIS fighters would likely wind up fighting our troops as invaders.  As happened earlier in both Afghanistan and Iraq.  Will we ever learn?

ISIS remains a regional problem, must be solved by countries in the region.  Their boots on the ground, with logistical and air support provided by others including the United States.  The President seems to be chasing his tail, remains sadly highly ineffective, egregiously unproductive, distracted.  Overwhelmed.

Worse?  Gallingly, Republican nazis have granted him no quarter regarding this growing fiasco.  Have nothing productive, useful, however, to offer themselves.  Suit up John, Lindsey.  Lead the charge.  Worse?  Despite the fact all this dates back to the Bush-Cheney decision to invade Iraq under false pretenses.  The President is right about not re-introducing troops to the region, however.  Should stick to his guns.  Would likely quickly turn into a disaster.

Should he foolishly do so, -- and it is highly likely he will feel pressured to do precisely that ultimately, can guaranty Republicans will surely blame him for the fiasco when it likely fails.  Leads precisely to the quagmire Obama was desperately trying to get us out of when he took office.  The 2003 invasion by Bush and Cheney was a costly mistake.

Repeating that mistake would be the height of folly, aggressive stupidity.  Bet it likely to happen again nonetheless?  After all, in the last fifty years or so we can't seem to get or do anything right.  Lost our edge.  Determined aggressive stupidity.  Fatal shortsightedness, tunnel vision.  Paralysis so severe day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards.

Most ludicrous of all?  It has been conveniently forgotten by Republicans two of their war criminal henchmen, George "The Tush" Bush and "Slick Dick" Cheney are directly responsible for the rise of ISIS.  -- Toppling Saddam after invading Iraq under outrageously false pretenses.  Proof positive you reap what you sow.

Sadly, thousands of Americans paid for it with their lives.  To say nothing of well over 100,000 Iraqis who also died for absolutely nothing.  Continue to die for nothing.  All those maimed on both sides.  Again, for nothing.  All that treasure and blood expended.  For nothing.  While both war criminals remain retired and living in the lap of luxury.

Instead of being tried at The Hague as the war criminals they truly are.  To say nothing of the war profiteering corporate management suite, still laughing their financially portly asses off all the way to the bank.  ... After properly giving thanks to the Good Lord each Sunday in church on bended knee for their good fortune.  Blood money.  The Fourth Reich.  Nazi America.

Once again, the FBI is whining.  Complaining it needs a backdoor to your smart phone.  New encryption provided by manufacturers is supposedly making life difficult for these jackbooted bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Doesn't it make your heart bleed?  Snowden, the gift that keeps on giving, is proof positive we live in a fascist police-state.  That what the FBI, NSA, and others are saying regarding the need for back door access to digital devices is certainly not only bullsh-t, but an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Designedly, perniciously so.

Law enforcement has egregiously abused its power, so have NSA, FBI, Homeland 'Security,' ATF, and many other jackbooted federal agencies.  -- Agencies both perpetrating and perpetuating outrageously dictatorial executive power, engaged in creation of a fascist police-state, not "national 'security'" as falsely claimed.  You've been callously lied to.  Bamboozled.  Hoodwinked.  Dopes, duped.  Hopeless cowards, desperate to be led by pernicious self-serving dictatorial government.  Gutless sheep.

FBI Director James Comey addressing the Brookings Institution falsely, lamely declared:

"The law hasn't kept pace with technology. This disconnect has created a significant public safety problem. We call it 'going dark,' and what it means is this: those charged with protecting our people aren't always able to access the evidence we need to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism."

Abject bullsh-t.  Simply untrue.  The FBI is not protecting the people.  Quite the opposite.  It oppresses them.  The Director is a liar.  Police have many, many ways of effectively developing evidence without invading privacy of innocent citizens.  Takes work, effort.  These bastards want an easy way in.  A back door.  The private data of an innocent citizen is just that, private.  Should be, although no longer true thanks to jackbooted jackasses like the FBI Director and his clueless apologists.  To say nothing of jackbooted police.

These bastards no longer need a warrant.  Simply seize data.  In a variety of ways.  The courts have done little to nothing to effectively rein them in.  They go on fishing expeditions.  Our liberty, gone.  Privacy, non-existent.  That must change.  If it means a few get away with crimes, that's the price to be paid for liberty.  A false issue, however.  Indeed, a red herring.  Cowardly conveniently forget?

Criminals were caught, tried, and imprisoned long before the digital age.  Clueless, fascist bastards such as the FBI Director have disingenuously chosen to ignore this fact.  Conveniently ignore as well the fact the public is no longer willing to put up with this goddamned highly intrusive bullsh-t.  Honest, law abiding citizens are increasingly doing all they can to frustrate government access to material that is none of government's goddamned business.

Criminal prosecutions of law breakers will, and should, continue no matter whether law enforcement goons are provided with a back door to digital devices or not.  For the Director and others to claim otherwise is no more than blatant deception.  A threat to liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  We have a jackbooted bastard with an agenda falsely crying wolf, as a fascist police-state continues to be aggressively implemented in our formerly great country.  That's not acceptable.  Never will be.

This jackass seems to think only the criminal element is interested in protecting its data.  Not so.  Not by a longshot.  There are millions of us that are law abiding and give this goddamned corrupt, abusive, inept government absolutely no quarter.  Do all we can to protect that data, determinedly frustrate this goddamned government from prying into the affairs of innocent law abiding citizens.  For the sake of principle.  With nothing criminal to hide.

While nothing is truly secure, make it as determinedly difficult as possible for these corrupt, abusive, traitorous, treacherous sons of bitches to obtain data that are none of their goddamned business.  Shameless, haughty, corrupt, abusive, bottom feeders.  It's not about national security but control.  Control of the masses.  An iron fist.  Power.  Unbridled.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Let them spend enormous amounts of taxpayer money, waste resources, expend effort only to discover that which was being protected is benign.  Not criminal.  When they find this out and then angrily in a rage ask why, promptly tell them to f--k off.   Go to hell.  Specifically and pointedly, what they can go do to themselves.  Stick it where the sun doesn't shine.  Without the Vaseline.

Must not be forgotten, consequently, the last several elections as well as the one to come in November are designedly not truly reflective of the electorate since many have been disenfranchised. Voter suppression.  So Republicans can assure themselves there will be no threat to the unacceptable, unsustainable, truly unjust status quo.  A brazen attack on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

In follow up to the Supreme Court decision to stay draconian regulations imposed by our nazi Governor and his henchmen in the Legislature?  -- That is, allow abortion clinics to reopen until the appeal is fully adjudicated?  Is certainly without question not the victory it appears to be.  Too late.  Some of the clinics that closed will remain closed.  Too bad.

Women in outlying areas are deliberately egregiously being denied care by GOP nazis determined to impose their outrageously perverse jaded views of religion on all.  A direct violation of the Establishment Clause, First Amendment.  Rubberstamped by nazi 'judges' legislating their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.

This is indeed a war against women waged by GOP fascists.   They haughtily believe the "little lady" too damned stupid to decide for herself what she can and cannot do with her uterus.  So much so, the nazi in the Governor's office and his fellow nazis in the Legislature have chosen to practice medicine without a license and impose their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on Texas women.  Apparently, they want them barefoot, pregnant, in the kitchen.  Nazi Neanderthals.  Right, Governor?  Legislature?  Mr. Attorney General?  A raucous Sieg Heil!, boys? There's certainly a war against women in South Africa.  Oscar Pistorius got five years for killing Reeva Steenkamp.  Could get out of prison in 10 months and placed under house arrest.  Readers will recall the Bladerunner fired his weapon at what he falsely claimed was an intruder in his bathroom.  The court found him guilty of culpable homicide.  A manslaughter conviction.

Sends a horrible message to South Africans:  Kill your girlfriend?  No serious problem.  Expect a sentence of five years, likely to be reduced to house arrest after ten months of incarceration.  Especially, if you're a celebrity.  Again, catastrophically, who says there's no war against women?  Who?  The judge seems to have callously ignorantly forgotten a gifted, brilliant young woman with an entire lifetime ahead of her is summarily dead.  Gone.  For nothing.  Absolutely no reason at all.

DEA goons have set up sting operations on Facebook.  Without permission, have used fake profiles to entrap Facebook users.  Facebook is quite chagrined since their policy is that all users use real names and profiles.  Stupid enough to use Facebook, period?  Worse, a drug user?  Then you are aggressively stupidly, effectively demanding, asking for precisely what DEA jackbooted goons are more than willing to illegally and unconstitutionally deliver.

In the name of phony 'justice.'  In Nazi America.  Home of the free and brave?  Hell, no.  Home of the clueless, enslaved, gutless.  Insult to injury?  The jackbooted bastards set up a false profile of a real woman without her permission or knowledge, used suggestive photos they got off her cell phone.  When will these gutless, arrogant, nazi, criminal jackbooted sons of bitches be prosecuted?  Then sued?

Attorneys?  It's time to take on these cases.  Now.  Uphold your oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Instead of cowardly playing the system, f--king your clients to line your pockets.  Going along to get along.  Enriching yourselves instead of standing up for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

When  Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen speaks people listen.  In a speech, she declared this country is experiencing the greatest rise in income disparity over the last century.  You think?  Has been going on for decades, now reaching the unsustainable.  Again, you think?  Hear the rumble?

AP is reporting since 1979 at least 38 of 66 Social Security recipients suspected of being German Nazi war criminals and summarily removed from the United States were allowed to keep their monthly benefits.  Amounting to millions.  These guys were the worst of the worst, including Nazi SS troops responsible for extermination of Jews.  More to come as more is learned of this outrageous travesty.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several weeks ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed about a year ago.  This material figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' has been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Cheryl O'Marley, President, Kingsland/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce.  Copies of it were also sent to both offending Wells Fargo employees.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 7, 10-20-14.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always.  You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
