As declared earlier, any time law enforcement does something heroic it will always lead first in this publication. Always.  NYPD officers Ryan Gargan, Erika Malave, Thomas Clark, Christopher Britton are heroes.  Gargan and Malave were on patrol and saw a 60-year-old woman on railroad tracks running towards an oncoming train.  Clark and Britton heard the call and responded as well.

Clark and Gargan scaled the twelve-foot barbed wire fence.  Britton, using his flashlight, signaled the engineer of the emergency.  Clark and Gargan ran to the woman, got her off the tracks.  All four officers formed a human chain to get her back over the fence and transported to the hospital for observation, apparently a suicide attempt.  Gargan received treatment for a cut on his hand.

Hats off to all four of New York's finest.  Coincidentally, a far different story about an egregiously abusive and thieving NYPD cop appearing later in this Edition was written before the above.  ... Quite a contrast.  The very best in law enforcement juxtaposed to the very worst.

Jenna Haley had the right to do with her uterus as she pleased.  Did precisely that.  Her baby had been diagnosed with anencephaly.  This is a fatal condition where portions of the baby's brain and skull are missing.  She chose not to abort.  Instead, both she and her husband, Dan, set up a "bucket list" for their soon to be born infant.

Heartbreakingly, Dan opined:

"He's still our little boy and even though he's been given such a short life expectancy because of anencephaly, we wanted to make sure that we gave him a lifetime worth of adventures and love while he's with us."

While pregnant with Shane, they visited pumpkin patches, zoos, the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, and many, many other places.  He died in his mother's arms a few hours after he was born.

Yes, this is profoundly sad, achingly tragic.  Exceptionally, poignant.  Yet, women must indeed have the right to do with their uterus as they damn well please.  Whether it's to do as this remarkable couple did.  Or, abort.  Must remain the woman's choice no matter what.  Not the decision of a nazi governor, fascist legislature, narrow minded pastor, or anyone else other than the woman herself.

The FDA just approved a new drug to fight hepatitis C manufactured by Gilead Sciences Inc..  Harvoni.  The medication costs $1,125 a pill to be taken for a duration of 12 weeks for most suffering from the illness.  For approximately 40% of those afflicted, however, that time may indeed be shortened to eight weeks.  The twelve week regimen costs $94,500 as opposed to the eight week version which 'only' loots those in danger of dying a mere $63,000.  If you don't have the money?  Can't raise the funds?  Unable to secure charity?  Guess what?  You die.  -- As the greedy bastards at Gilead and their shareholders laugh their financially portly asses off all the way to the bank.  After properly giving thanks to the Good Lord each Sunday on bended knee.  ... For their good fortune.

The insanity never ends.  Yet, another incident of out of control law enforcement.  This time in Indiana.  Lisa Mahone was stopped for an alleged seatbelt violation in Hammond on 9-25-14.  Her boyfriend, Jamal Jones, was a passenger.  Her 14-year-old son was in the back seat and used a cell phone to video record the encounter.  Police asked Jones to provide identification.  He didn't have his license with him.  Didn't have to.  Wasn't driving.

Nowhere I know of in Nazi America are passengers in a motor vehicle required to have identification with them.  There is no national identification card despite the fact we do live in what has become a fascist police-state.  They are required, however, to provide police with their name, not a false identity.  That wasn't good enough for Henderson's 'finest', however.  The jackbooted thugs drew their guns and ordered him out of the car.  Mahone immediately called 911.

The bastards then smashed the passenger side window and tased Jones.  Two kids in the back seat suffered minor injuries from flying glass.  Both adults have already filed suit.  Their lawyers have sued the jackbooted bastards for false arrest, battery, and excessive force.  ... You think?

Officers Charles Turner and Patrick Vicari indeed have a history of federal suits filed against them.  One for Turner.  Three for Vicari.  ... Can you say testosterone?  Excessive force and arrest of citizens with no probable cause.  Short of an unwanted dreaded revolution, the only way this goddamned abuse will end is bankrupt the communities these thugs allegedly 'work' for by quickly filing suit.

Bring them to their knees.  Sue the living sh-t out of these jackbooted bastards every time this crap occurs.  Attorneys?  It is your civic duty to take these cases.  Instead of greedily lining your pockets, playing the system and long-suffering clients.   Cowardly, conveniently ignoring the abuse, -- despite the fact you indeed remain officers of the court.  An outrageously, corrupt, abusive, self-serving court.  A good ole boy system.  Hypocrisy, greed unconscionable.  As lawyers you serve only yourselves, not the Constitution you've so falsely, callously sworn to protect.

Indiana indeed has serious, systemic, profound problems in the law enforcement community.   Indianapolis resident Ellen Bogan was stopped by state trooper Brian Hamilton and repeatedly asked questions about her faith, handed out religious materials informing her she's indeed a sinner, asked if she accepts Christ as her savior.

It's none of the jackbooted thug's goddamned business.  She sued.  Rightfully, so.  Violations of the First and Fourth Amendments.  You think?  Yet, there are jackasses in the community who support, condone this outrageous behavior by these goons.   Micah Clark, Executive Director of the American Family Association of Indiana is certainly one of them.  Told The Indianapolis Star:

"I have people pass out religious material all the time. Mormons come to my door all the time, and it doesn't offend me.  ...[This case] might not be the most persuasive time to talk to someone about their faith, but I don't think that a police officer is prohibited from doing something like that."

This man is a clueless jackass.  First, this is not an instance where a Mormon or Jehovah's Witness knocked on someone's door.  It's an officer who apparently stopped this woman for no other reason than to distribute religious literature and force her to listen to a sermon.  His sermon.  Apparently, he gave her a 'warning' to make it look good.

Having been stopped by a jackbooted thug, you are indeed his or her captive, a prisoner during the stop.  The thug must have probable cause to initiate the stop.  That a crime has indeed been committed.  Otherwise, it's at the very least official oppression.  Yet, since this perverse jackbooted thug's behavior is in line with the Executive Director's religious views, he sees no problem with this officer forcing these views on someone he stopped for no legitimate reason.  Sick religion.  Perverse religion.  Determined sh-tting, indeed a raucous hard dump on the First and Fourth Amendments.  Where?  Where else?  Nazi America.

Once in awhile the 'Justice' Department gets it right.  Acts on principle.  Certainly, in the case of Edgar Vargas Arzate, 27,  -- despite the fact Mr. Arzate is an undocumented immigrant.  With a long rap sheet.  No choir boy.  Was facing multiple felony charges.  Yet, even all that does not justify jackbooted thugs beating the living sh-t out of a suspect who did not resist.

For no reason other than the fact he fled from them, -- and my oh my were they pissed, insanely angry.  The feds, however, subsequently freed him.  Took him into custody as a material witness.  To a case they were investigating.  Guess whose?  His.  That very same savage beating that occurred last June at the hands of law enforcement goons in Santa Ana, California.  ... Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?

Indeed, he gave Santa Ana's 'finest' quite a chase.  Jumped over fences.  Climbed roofs.  Must have given these officers quite a bit more exercise than they were usually accustomed to.  When they finally got him, they pinned him down.  -- Then one of the bastards viciously delivered six hard body blows to his abdomen.  Yet another delivered a beating to his legs with a baton.  Goddamned jackbooted nazis.

... For you cluelessly perverse national socialists out there, clearly made in the spitting image of Adolph and Benito, think he got what he deserved?  Think that?  If so, you are among millions of sad sacks of sh-t who have absolutely no respect, no regard, no belief in civil and constitutional rights and liberties hard won and subsequently defended by millions at great personal expense since the founding of our formerly great nation.

The place where these officers delivered the beating luckily had a surveillance system.  Captured it all.  Fox News Latino reports:

“He (the officer) started hitting him hard, with anger,” Miriam Grajales, who witnessed the arrest, told the Orange County Register. “The guy (Edgar Vargas Arzate) was yelling, ‘Help me! Help me!’”

Jackbooted nazi justice in Nazi America.  Amazing how 'brave' these gutless sons of bitches are in overwhelming numbers.  Alone, however, cowards.  A perverse gang mentality at work. The Blue Wall.  This sh-t must end.  Before it's too late.  Hear the rumble?

Raleigh, N.C. police entered a home and pepper sprayed DeShawn Currie, 18.  He lives there.  He's black.  His foster parents, white.  They allegedly entered the house in response to a neighbor's false report of a break in.  There was no break in.  CBS reported:

"Responding to a neighbor's report of a break-in, police in the suburban Raleigh town of Fuquay-Varina said they used pepper spray Monday when 18-year-old DeShawn Currie "became profane, threatening and belligerent" and "refused to follow instructions" from officers.  Currie told ABC affiliate WTVD in Raleigh he became angry when three officers showed up inside the home and noted that he was not included in family photos on a mantle.
"They was like, 'Put your hands on the door,'" DeShawn told the television station. "I was like, 'For what? This is my house.' I was like, 'Why are y'all in here?'"

This crap has to end.  Police refused to disclose what orders the kid failed to obey, the number of jackbooted thugs who entered the house, their race, or service time with the department.  Time to sue the living sh-t out of these bastards and the taxpayers who fund and support these thugs.  No one was charged.  Why not?  Why weren't the jackbooted thugs who criminally assaulted this kid arrested?

Who says jackbooted thugs are no better than the criminals they arrest?  Some are.  Most are not.  The Brooklyn DA's office is investigating one of New York's 'finest.'  Seems the officer frisked and stole some $1,300 from Lamard Joye.  Then pepper sprayed him and his sister, Lateefah Joye.  Her 'crime?'  -- She had the audacity to ask the bastard for his badge number.

Clearly, all this occurred due to the fact the jackbooted son of a bitch did not like being verbally challenged about roughing up a third party.  Can't have that.  Jackbooted thugs must be free to do as they please, right?

... Right, Sheriff?  Llano County Sheriff Bill "The Thrill" Blackburn.  Is that why you continue to protect and coddle the corrupt, abusive jackbooted sons of bitches who work for you?  Protect the identity of "007?"  The jackbooted bastard who coldcocked Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones to the head while his hands were cuffed behind his back?  Threatened to taser Jones to the head while he was on the ground still cuffed with his hands behind his back?  These corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches your pride and joy, Bill?

... But clearly, I digress and getting back to New York's 'finest...'  -- Regarding the cash looted by the cop and certainly not that it's anybody's goddamned business or relevant, Joye claims he was carrying that much money since it was his birthday and was planning to do the town with his wife.

Sadly, it's getting to be the case there frequently is no longer any difference between officers and the people they rightfully arrest.  Other than the fact these jackbooted goons sport a badge, gun, and the license to wantonly abuse, assault, and kill.  Conversely, in the case of ubiquitous arrests on phony charges to line government coffers and the bottomless pockets of corrupt law enforcement goons, these jackbooted thugs are themselves the only criminals. Not the people they falsely arrest.  To get their cookies off,  line their pockets, those of their government masters.  Right, Sheriff?

Luckily, there is a video in the Joye case.  Be interesting to see if it elicits, that is, results in any justice.  ... Or, more of the same goddamned bullsh-t, that is, protection and coddling of corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement goons.

Detroit police have suspended a sergeant investigator who was caught wearing a watch owned by a murder victim, the death of whom was being investigated by the bastard.  Seems the thieving son of a bitch had replaced the stolen watch with another that other officers determined not to have been the original.  The FBI aided in recovery of the watch which the sergeant was wearing at a training session conducted out of state.

Achingly pathetic to steal, period.  Worse?  To steal from a kid, the sick, poor, disabled, or elderly.  In a class all of its own?  To steal from a cadaver.  The bastard has not been charged.  The victim, not identified.  The 'investigation' still not complete.  ... Has to be absolutely incomprehensible and an egregious insult, an affront to the sadly decreasing number of truly honest cops remaining out there.  Cops we desperately need.

Finally after all this time, a courageous federal judge in Nazi Texas has done the right thing.  Reversed Voter ID.  U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos ruled Voter ID akin to a poll tax, intended to suppress minority voter turn out.  She's right.  That's exactly the intent.  GOP fascists have produced no evidence voter fraud is indeed any more than insignificant.  On the contrary, those thus disenfranchised were of far greater number than any possible voter fraud.

Republicans remain hellbent on preventing the impoverished, minorities, the disaffected from voting for Democrats or Independents.  It's clearly not enough Texas has indeed gone right wing, hopelessly national socialist, that is, determinedly fascist.  The bastards want it all.  No dissent.  No opposition.  Guarantied maintenance of an outrageously unacceptable unsustainable status quo.

Hours before, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked a similar law in Wisconsin.  These goddamned nazi laws disenfranchise still others such as this writer who on principle will not under any conditions present anything other than a voter registration card to vote.  Papieren Bitte!  Papers Please!  Routinely perpetrated in Nazi Germany.

Will not be tolerated here in Nazi America.  At least not by this writer and others who refuse to goosestep along with other hopelessly cowardly sheep.  Will not cooperate, not comply with a goddamned nazi law.  With the state having gone securely national socialist, there is no point to vote anyway.  Why bother?  The status quo will continue for quite some time, regardless.  Hear the rumble?

-- For you hopelessly fascist, clueless jackasses out there, not to worry.  "Be happy!"  Our corrupt, abusive, inept Attorney General will appeal.  The Court of Appeals will likely stay the ruling, allowing you bastards to continue to disenfranchise anyone who refuses to goosestep along in cadence to the hopelessly nazi Republican Party.  Indeed, Adolph and Benito must be smiling from their fiery perches.  The Fourth Reich.  Right here, right now.  A raucous, goosestepping, bootclicking, traitorous, treasonous Sieg Heil!?  ... Not that Democrats are any better, however.

As expected and several days after the above was written, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals indeed stayed the lower court ruling, falsely claiming there wasn't enough time to make the change before the election, would supposedly cause "confusion."  For whom?  What goddamned bullsh-t.  What we have here is nazi 'judges' legislating and imposing their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views from the bench.

Interestingly and at about the same time, the United States Supreme Court stayed recently imposed rules that would have forced many Texas abortion clinics to permanently close.  Far more on both rulings in the next Newsletter.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is clueless.  Not only does he preside over a corporation that creates crappy software that easily allows users to be tracked, remains hopelessly buggy, and is extremely overpriced, he has no sensitivity, understanding, appreciation for inequities that remain for women in the workplace.  Despite the fact women earn 78 cents on the dollar compared to men and yet when asked how women should go about asking for a raise, he replied:

"It's not really about asking for a raise, but knowing and having faith that the system will give you the right raise."

What a crock of crap.  Certainly, not true for women who remain egregiously sh-t on in the corporate world.  Despite some progress, the glass ceiling is alive and well, remains a problem.  His disingenuous quote above is certainly also outrageously untrue for men on the bottom or lower rungs of the foodchain.  The corporate management suite continues to treat both genders shabbily at a time of record profits and cash reserves.  Women have it far worse, however.

Not leaving well enough alone, the jackass advised women to embrace their "super powers."  ... Think a woman a cartoon character, a superhero, Mr. Nadella?  He's out of touch.  Ludicrously, believes it's good karma for women to 'trust' the very same corporate management suite that's determinedly, egregiously f--king them.  Viciously.  Without the Vaseline.   Indeed, day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely sweet to this hopelessly ignorant dolt.

Nadella immediately knew he stepped in it as reaction in social media was swift, heated, far from complimentary.  Tried to walk back his pathetic ignorance.  Not possible.  Too late.  The damage already done.  What was particularly unforgivable, aggressively stupid, egregiously shortsighted on his part is the fact the questioner was a female Microsoft board member named Maria Klawe.

Imagine that.  That clueless.  The questioner, again, a female Microsoft board member.  His judgment, where?  Sorely lacking.  Hopelessly, patronizing, condescending.  ... He'll take care of the "'lil' woman."  Just you watch.  Keep the faith.  Pathetic bullsh-t.  Yet, Ms. Klawe still remains supportive of this jackass.  Remains a loyal corporate gal to the bitter end.  No matter what.  Pitifully, sad.  His sorry ass needs to go.

It's time to wake up, ladies.  Start your own businesses.  Become your own bosses.  Control the purse strings. Stop taking and tolerating this sh-t.  You don't have to kowtow to these clueless pricks.  Stand up for yourselves.  Take no prisoners.  Above all, take no sh-t.  From anyone.  You don't have to.

Susan Mellen of Torrance, Ca. spent 17 years in prison for a crime she did not commit.  Was falsely convicted of murdering a homeless man.  Sole 'evidence' against her?  Testimony of a habitual liar who falsely claimed she had confessed to the murder.  Time to hold outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept police, prosecutors, and judges accountable for their actions.  Instead of protecting them with sovereign immunity statutes that perpetuate their criminal behavior.

Twitter has sued the 'Justice' Department for outrageously abrogating its First Amendment right to disclose gag orders imposed on it by our nazi government.  The government, falsely claiming "national 'security,'" prevents Twitter and many others served with warrantless National 'Security' Letters to disclose this fact to those targeted and other users that their personal information has indeed been forcibly taken, forfeited to government goons.  No warrant.  No court order.  Nothing other than a warrantless National 'Security' Letter.  No due process.  Nazi America.

Twitter seems to be one of the few that are ferociously fighting this outrageous abrogation of civil and constitutional rights and liberties in this goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.  The bastards are so repressive the companies can't even disclose to users they received zero requests.  This is no more than blatant nazi justice in Nazi America.  A cover-up of intentional, determined, concerted abuse of authority.  Not national security. A goddamned fascist police-state.

The courts are clearly not properly working.  Not serving justice.  Remain in the pocket of nazi prosecutors and the government goons they represent.  It's time for these corporations to simply refuse to disclose user information unless they receive a warrant signed by a judge.  Should immediately alert users what they've been forced to do no matter the personal consequences.  When a few CEOs, CFOs, CIOs go to jail for contempt or worse in an effort to protect users from outrageously unconstitutional, warrantless search and seizure in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, things will finally change.  Otherwise, hear the rumble?

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several weeks ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed about a year ago.  This material figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' has been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to reporter Connie Swinney of The Picayune and DailyTrib.  Copies of it were also sent to both offending Wells Fargo employees.  This latest material can be found by clicking on

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always.  You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
