Gina Giaffoglione is quite a determined lady.  One hell of a woman.  Hails from Pacific Junction, Iowa.  Planned to get married.  Had always dreamed of walking down the aisle with her dad.  Problem?  Had been injured in a car crash.  Paralyzed.  Waist down.  Confined to a wheelchair for years.  Think that could, would stop her?  Well, fortunately, you'd be wrong.  Quite wrong.

Not only did she plan her wedding, she planned to walk again.  Impossible?  Not for this woman.  Not to be denied, she underwent months of therapy.  Learned how to stand. Tall.  With the aid of a specially-designed brace and crutch.  Informed ABC affiliate KETV she did it for her father:

"I'm my dad's only girl, and I'm the baby. Dad deserves that.  ... When you can't feel anything, and you're doing something you used to do that you used to take for granted ... it's a floating sensation you can't even explain.  ... It's not even talking about the walking; your emotions are floating. Everything just seems to feel so good at that moment."

Kept it from all but her fiancé, John Springhower, and immediate family.  Can you imagine the reaction at the church of friends and other family members?

Secret Service Director Julia Pierson promptly fell on her sword.  Quickly resigned.  Hopefully, an investigation into this agency won't turn out to be a whitewash.  For years, there have been problems.  From lack of security, to alcohol issues and prostitution.  Despite all these problems, all these years, the President inexplicably repeatedly expressed confidence in the agency.  Until 10-1-14, when Pierson resigned.  Under intense pressure.  Interesting, isn't it?

Not clear whether or not her hands were indeed tied by the President during her two-year tenure as Director, -- due to political considerations, political correctness, a well-entrenched good old boy system extremely difficult to change, or whatever else might have been a factor.  Hopefully, an investigation will determine whether or not she indeed had free rein to make all necessary changes, jettison jackasses responsible for needless security breeches as well as the overseas drunkenness and prostitution engaged in by agents.

Hard to believe, as well, she was directly responsible for the latest security breech, -- where jackasses left the front door unlocked, failed to video monitor the grounds, neglected to apprehend the latest intruder until he made it to the East Room.  White House security had indeed been ramped up 9/11/2001 and ever since.  As well it should have been.

For decades, had apparently always been well-thought out.  Hard to believe the latest security breach wasn't simply personal failure of the bastards on duty to do their assigned jobs.  We'll see.  ... Hopefully, Ms. Pierson wasn't conveniently the fall gal for an agency with an intractable systemic problem, that is, the 'good old boy syndrome.'

The police-state we now live in is tightening its grip.  The right to remain silent remains under vicious attack.  Courts are increasingly allowing police to question 'suspects' without benefit of Miranda warnings.  Sometimes for hours.  Until 'interrogation' begins.  Then, they Mirandize 'suspects' they may have already been questioning for quite some time.  Conveniently for these jackbooted thugs, all earlier questioning can and will still be used against the accused in court.  Indeed, nazi justice in Nazi America.

In a California case,  prosecutor Shin-Mee Chang instructed a jury the defendant's silence pointed to "consciousness of his own guilt."  What a crock of unadulterated goddamned sh-t.  The 'judge' clearly in the pocket of the prosecution allowed this bastard to get away with it.  You remain silent for a damned good reason.  Police can and do conveniently and routinely convolute what they're told.  Turn it into something it's not.  Then use it against both the guilty and innocent.

In this goddamned fascist police-state we now live in anything you say and don't say can and will be used against you.  Guilt or innocence?  Irrelevant.  Doesn't matter.  As long as someone, anyone, gets nailed.  Outrageously corrupt, abusive courts legislating their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench have indeed set a trap for the unwary.  You must clearly announce to law enforcement you are exercising your Fifth Amendment rights.  Do so.  Without fail.

Guilty or innocent.  Particularly, if you are innocent.  Otherwise, the bastards will  f--k you.  If guilty and you do not remain silent, the bastards can and will overcharge your crime, or add on ones you did not commit.  It's how things are now done in Nazi America. There is little to no honor among jackbooted law enforcement thugs, 'prosecutors,' and 'judges.'  That died quite some time ago.

Tallahassee Police Chief Michael DeLeo knows he has a problem.  Officer Terry Mahan fired his stun gun into the back of 62-year-old Viola Young as she was walking away from him.  She fell face first into the pavement.  Was helped to her feet by other jackbooted goons at the scene and hauled to jail.  For what?  A phony charge, first degree misdemeanor, -- "resisting and obstructing an officer without violence."  What a crock of sh-t.

The Chief was sufficiently concerned with the video shot by a bystander he immediately ordered an investigation.  The still unidentified bystander was heard to remark on the recording, "done tased a lady for nothing."  You think?  Not the first time these jackbooted bastards have been called on the carpet for egregiously abusive police tactics.

Last year, a video showed one of Tallahassee's 'finest' slamming Christina West into a squad car, before throwing her to the ground.  Apparently, the jackbooted son of a bitch responsible gets his cookies off abusing the sh-t out of women.  Guess what?  The grand jury refused to indict the criminal jackbooted thug, -- yet supposedly "ripped" police for their tactics.

Why the hell didn't you gutless Pied Piper-led turkeys indict the son of a bitch?  Why not?  Why didn't you hold the goddamned criminal jackbooted thug accountable?  Why not?  Too goddamned gutless?  Hopelessly clueless?

Last month the city settled the fiasco for a paltry $475,000.  Despite the fact the thug broke a bone in the woman's face.  Despite the fact the video showed her screaming as the son of a bitch attacked her.  A gun.  A badge.  A license to criminally assault, wantonly kill.  Hear the rumble?

Think the bastards most of you consider gods aren't bought and paid for?  Literally.  The federal government is required by the 'Affordable' 'Care' Act, aka Obamacare, to disclose supposedly legal payments made to doctors, no more than bribes, by pharmaceutical houses and medical device manufacturers.

Reportedly, 4.4 million payments between August and December 2013.  No problem with that? Think they earned it?  Worse?  Think the people they supposedly 'care' for don't ultimately pay the price?  Egregiously looted to line pockets of both the corporate management suite as well as their bought and paid for supposed 'caregivers?'  ... No more than hopelessly greedy goddamned shills?

It was presented under guise of an "Open Payments" website that works about as well as the ACA market place.  -- No easy search function, making it difficult to see just how much each quack was bribed by which corporate management suite.  The bottom line is the fact these goddamned clueless quacks are bribed to hawk drugs and medical devices by these hopelessly greedy corporations.

You, ultimately foot the bill for this bullsh-t.  Either directly out of pocket, by co-payments, and/or as well, by the price of clearly increasing insurance premiums.  Wake up.  You've been royally determinedly, concertedly f--ked.  Too clueless, too aggressively stupid, too enamored of these bastards to even minimally understand?

Much of this data has been redacted. Why?  Why are the corporate management suite and their bought and paid for 'caregiver' lackeys protected from such disclosure?  The people have a right to know who's f--king them, how badly, and precisely how this f--king is perpetrated by these hopelessly avaricious sons of bitches.  Blood money.  Off the backs of the sick and dying.  To line bottomless pockets.

Since most of you remain gutless, enamored, intimidated by these quacks that consider themselves gods,  remain achingly incapable of making healthcare decisions for yourselves without kowtowing to these hopelessly greedy self-serving bastards, guess what?  Consequently, rightfully due to your determined ignorance and aggressive stupidity, you will likely be looted for more expensive medical 'services,' products, pharmaceuticals, and devices than your condition requires, -- or possibly don't need at all.

Worse, the government allows pharmaceutical manufacturers to charge whatever they want.  Consequently, the bastards in the corporate management suite turn the sick and dying upside down and shake the change out of their pockets.  New drugs cost the sick and dying well over a hundred thousand dollars a year.

Oncologists are in on the f--king.  They buy these drugs at wholesale prices and then sell them retail to the people they're 'caring' for.  The mark up for Medicare recipients is by law 6%.  Even if a yearly supply costs the sick and dying 'only' $100,000, the quack pockets a cool $6,000 bucks just for the medication alone.

In a recent Sixty Minutes interview Dr. Peter Bach declared to Lesley Stahl:

"They said to the doctor, "Buy Zaltrap from us for $11,000 and we'll send you a check for $6,000." Then you give it to your patient and you get to bill the patient's insurance company as if it cost $11,000. So it made it extremely profitable for the doctors. They could basically double their money if they use Zaltrap.  High cancer drug prices are harming patients because either you come up with the money, or you die."

It's called unbridled greed.  Both 'professional' and corporate.  Unlimited, shameless avarice.  ... Hippocratic Oath?  Hell, no.  What's that?  More accurately? Hypocritical Oath.  ... The very same bastards who go to church each Sunday, get down on bended knee and thank the Good Lord for their good fortune.  While craftily f--king their brothers and sisters.

This unbridled greed is precisely why capitalism is dying on the vine.  The people can no longer withstand the concerted egregious ass f--king, sans Vaseline, imposed, viciously administered by those who do it for one reason and one reason only.  Because they can.  ... Much, much more to come as the smoke clears and the extent of this craftily engineered fiasco becomes much more fully known.

Despite the above, clearly and without question, they're not all hopelessly greedy quacks.  Remember the plight of 3-year-old Victoria Wilcher, the Mississippi girl mauled by pit bulls who had allegedly been asked to leave a KFC restaurant as earlier covered in this publication and elsewhere?  Three doctors from three different states are treating the girl free of charge, that is, the horrible damage inflicted by the dogs.  They are Dr. Frank Stile of Las Vegas,  Dr. Raymond Peters of Naples, Fla., and Dr. Kyle Lewis of Jackson.  Hat's off to all three.  Truly, great humanitarians.

Remember radical cleric Anwar al Awlaki?  The first American targeted for death by a drone attack?  Fox is claiming documents released recently support claims he was working with the FBI.  Fox is reporting al Awlaki in 2002 was released from custody by the FBI at JFK in New York.  Interesting, isn't it?  Despite the fact the jackbooted bastards had a warrant for his arrest.  Fascinating, isn't it?

Judicial Watch has also compiled quite a collection of documents through Freedom of Information Act requests on this seemingly duplicitous fiasco.  They claim al Awlaki was emailing and leaving voicemails with an FBI goon back in 2003.  Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton claims, "I have little doubt that President Obama assassinated a terrorist that was an asset of the U.S. government."  ... Goddamned Keystone Kop operation gone terribly wrong?

Be interesting to see what comes of this.  That is, what the truth is.  In Nazi America, truth indeed remains a moving target.  One thing for certain, the President and his henchmen executed an American citizen sans trial and due process. Frightening when a United States President is deemed to have the authority to act as judge, jury, and executioner.  Equally frightening, the President has no basis for arguing exigent circumstances in a battle zone overruled, trumped the rule of law.  Goddamned bullsh-t.  -- The President, a dictator.  As well as a liar.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is indeed an increasingly desperate man.  Certainly, knows his latest Palestinian land steal has flown over like a lead balloon, -- both in the region and, guess what, right here.  The Obama Regime is certainly not a happy camper.  Made no bones about it.  Will that deter the insane Israeli fuhrer?  Hell, no.

In an NPR interview, the Prime Minister disingenuously, ludicrously, insanely claims Israel is earning support in the region as a result of regional fears of ISIS.  From all Arab accounts, however, the direct opposite appears true.  Arabs appear to be throwing support to Iran.  ... Whom the Israeli aggressor has indeed gone all out condemning for its supposed nuclear ambitions.  -- While conveniently neglecting the fact Israel has either itself developed or been given nuclear capability by its American benefactor.

Insult to injury, Mr. Netanyahu criticized Washington's recent reaction to his country's latest land steal as “against American values.”  How so, Mr. Prime Minister?  The United States has always returned militarily occupied territory.  Always.  Unlike Israel.  Are you in fact speaking of what was done to Native Americans?  That is, the absolute shameless f--king perpetrated by the United States on the original inhabitants of this land?  On that account, you would indeed be quite right.  Sadly, tragically, gallingly so.

Ole "Bebe Boy" seems to be figuratively whistling in the wind while walking past the proverbial graveyard.  This lunatic just doesn't seem to get it.  Without a Palestinian state and full autonomy from the Israeli aggressor, there will be no peace.  Not ever.  Worse?  This has gone on so long, now, the point of no return may have indeed been reached.  May have even come and gone.  Certainly, hope not.  For the sake of both the Arabs and the Israelis.

Despite his oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution, Supreme Court 'Justice' Antonin Scalia continues to legislate his perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  With gusto.  Ole "Tony Boy" can't quite seem to understand The Establishment Clause, First Amendment prescribes church-state separation.  For damned good reason.

This outrageously clueless fascist shamelessly continues to bastardize the Constitution to impose his perverse political and religious agenda.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion.  'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.  Mr. Scalia cowardly opined before a most sympathetic clueless audience at Colorado Christian University:

“I think the main fight is to dissuade Americans from what the secularists are trying to persuade them to be true: that the separation of church and state means that the government cannot favor religion over nonreligion.”

That outrageously false statement displays Scalia's abject ignorance of the Founders' ubiquitous distrust of the disastrous impact and effect religion clearly determinedly has on government and policy.  ... This extremely narrow interpretation of The Establishment Clause egregiously ignores the Founders, their writings, fears of oppressive religion.  Precisely, why the colonists came to this hemisphere.  To escape religious persecution.

Instead, modern-day oppressors such as Scalia desperately legislate, that is, impose their perverse religious and ideological views from the bench.  This cowardly bastard is too gutless to subject himself to less friendly audiences who would aggressively challenge his goddamned national socialist views if given the chance.  Hold his feet to the fire.  Expose the fascist son of a bitch to the light of day.  A raucous, goosestepping, bootclicking, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Tony?  Where's your swastika armband, Mr. 'Justice?'

Sadly, tragically, we live with the consequences of these bastards appointed for life so eloquently, haughtily, conveniently illustrated by this fascist himself:

This fascist makes no apologies for his narrow minded "strict constructionist" 'interpretation' of the Constitution.  Precisely, why he readily admits he has no problems, does not stay awake nights agonizing over his decisions.  Why would he?  Blinders exponentially reduce rumination, all difficulty in arriving at decisions.  So does naively viewing all issues as black and white, no shades of gray, no brilliant hues of color.

Sadly, a national socialist lacks the level of reasoning ability, that is, comprehension necessary to thoroughly think through issues, preferring to conveniently and easily view all over-simplistically in terms of no more than right or wrong, yes or no, all or nothing 'thinking.'  The real world and its immense complexity are well over the heads and ability of fascists such as Scalia to understand.  Fully appreciate.  Precisely, why they have no business ensconced on the bench a lifetime.  Remain an exigent threat to liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Some stories just keep on giving.  Seem to have a life of their own.  Refuse to die.  Truly, tickle the fancy of this writer.  In an amusing aside, readers will recall the Donald Stripling fiasco and his loss of the LA Clippers and lifetime ban from the NBA for egregious racism.  -- Courtesy of his girlfriend, V. Stiviano who had recorded his comments and exposed him for the racist son of a bitch he hopelessly remains.  Recently, his wife, Shelly Stripling, called LA police to report a burglary at their home.  As reported by AP.

Police arrived.  Found no burglary.  No criminal activity at all.   Just Stripling's invited guest, guess who?  Who else?  V. Stiviano.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Question.  Why wasn't his wife charged with making a false report?  Seems Mrs. Stripling had sued Stiviano recently for return of some $2.5 million in gifts given Ms. Stiviano by Mr. Stripling.  -- Must be nice, no?  A Sugar Daddy or Momma willing to take care of your every need and want.  -- Will certainly never know what that feels like.  ... Don't care to.  Clearly, too much of a son of a bitch, anyway.

At the risk of seeming hopelessly impudent, something, of course, this publication has never, and will never, truly give a rat's ass about, there can only be one of two possibilities at work here.  Either 1) Mr. Stripling has simply lost all his marbles and remains totally unable to manage his affairs as legally claimed by his long-suffering wife,  or, -- 2) this young woman apparently does something for this old son of a bitch no one, apparently including his wife, has done in a long, long time.  ... Possibly, decades.  If not ever before.  Sad, isn't it?  -- Achingly amusing, as well.  ... Not just talking about sex per se, however, but indeed far, far more.  ... The webs we weave.  The complexity of life exponentially greater than most suppose.  Or, tolerate.

Some have rightfully pointed out this may lead to "Ebola tourism" as may have already happened with the Liberian who recently brought the disease to Texas.  Too early to tell.  ... What better place to seek treatment for this usually fatal disease than here?  We need to rethink how we do things vis a vis this truly horrible scourge.  Yet, provide care and resources to these hard-hit regions with such profound suffering and death.

Saddest of all this problem has been well-known since approximately 1976.  Yet, pharmaceutical houses have done so little to develop a vaccine and cure due to economic considerations, that is, unbridled greed.

"There's a reason fewer Republicans, you hear them running about ObamaCare --- because while good, affordable health care might seem like a fanged threat to the freedom of the American people on Fox News, it's turns out it's working pretty well in the real world."

That's unadulterated abject bullsh-t, Mr. President.  Wake up.  You're clueless.  With all due respect, a goddamned jackass.  First, the cost of care and insurance policies are going up, not down.  Secondly, participants stupidly forfeit all privacy to government since all procedures, every doctor visit, prescription, any and every 'service' is reported to ACA computers.  That is, to nazi government.

Not only is goddamned government privy to private personal health consumer data, but their corporate masters, hackers, and anyone with the cash to pay for the services of a hacker.  Security remains non-existent and privacy has been determinedly, egregiously abrogated by you, your henchmen, and Democrats who continue to support this fiasco.

As cost of 'care' continues to rise.  Courtesy of hopelessly greedy 'providers' and the insurance cartel.  Clearly, you and your henchmen, Mr. President, have egregiously f--ked the public you allegedly 'serve.'  Continue to line the pockets of these very same 'caregivers' and the insurance cartel.  Despite the fact approximately 40,000 of us remain uninsured and will remain so.

... Even more to be uninsured as Walmart and other hopelessly greedy corporations deny coverage to part time employees working under 30 hours a week.  -- Which is quickly becoming the norm as corporations cut back hours despite enjoying record profits and cash reserves.

The Colorado Jefferson County School Board remains hopelessly fascist, national socialist, achingly politically correct.  Cluelessly divorced from reality, the Board insists its students be taught a carefully controlled curriculum, highly massaged view of American history, emphasizing 'patriotism,' deliberately ignoring civil unrest, disorder.

This Board is determined to impose its jaded national socialist views upon students and their teachers.  Protest has rightfully, thankfully, been intense.  Students, parents, teachers, concerned citizens.  Should be.  Clearly, the bastards in charge do not want an unacceptable highly abusive, corrupt, inept, status quo compromised.  In any way.

Remain determined to maintain it at all costs. Why not?  It's how the bastards line their pockets, reinforce their power to control, dictate, manipulate a gullible, cowardly, dependent public.  Get 'em while they're young, malleable, impressionable, right, you hopelessly clueless fascist sons of bitches?  The nazi way.

The Board needs to be recalled.  Remains an embarrassment.  Nazism must and will be challenged every step of the way.  Otherwise, the Fourth Reich, already alive and well in our formerly great country, will successfully eviscerate whatever civil and constitutional rights and liberties still remain.  In the fascist police-state they've so callously created the last four decades, particularly since 9/11/2001.

U.S. Border Patrol agent Aldo Arteaga wantonly punched a teenager in the stomach.  His superiors saw the video.  Did nothing for some eight months after the assault.  The bastard has finally been charged by the State of Arizona with misdemeanor assault of the 15-year-old kid who has since been deported.

The U.S. Attorney's Office refused to prosecute the son of a bitch.  The unidentified prosecutor opined the assault of the kid "did not appear egregious enough to warrant prosecution."  This is precisely the problem with nazi justice in Nazi America.  Punch a federal goon and your sorry ass winds up in prison, even if done in self defense.  Do it to a kid if you're an agent, and it's considered not serious enough to warrant consideration.  A goddamned double standard.  Hear the rumble?

Three nazis on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court ruling and will force 13 abortion clinics in Texas to close, leaving eight.  There is indeed a war on women in Nazi Texas.  These three fascist bastards on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals have legislated their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench imposing them on women seeking an abortion.  Like our outrageously fascist Governor and nazi Legislature, these three bastards insist on dictating to the 'lil woman' what she can and cannot do with her uterus.  Essentially, effectively practice medicine without a license.  Goddamned nazis.

The eight remaining clinics are in urban areas leaving rural women high and dry.  F--ked.  By their goddamned fascist judicial masters.  These nazi 'judges' need to be impeached, convicted, and removed from office.  They, along with the Governor and Legislature, remain an exigent threat to freedom, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has amusingly been denied refinancing of his mortgage.  Tough, isn't it?  Hey, Benny?  Now understand what millions of other Americans are currently having to contend with?  While the corporate management suite sits on record profits and cash reserves.  Readers?  ... Consider what you would do if placed in the position of Lee Wollard.  Mr. Wollard lives in Florida.  His nightmare began six years ago.  His youngest daughter dated a homeless 17-year-old kid.  The kid had no place to live.  Mr. Wollard and his family took him in.  Things didn't go well.  The kid began taking his 16-year-old daughter out of the house after they had all gone to bed.

His daughter would be gone for days.  They tried to dump the boy, get him to leave.  He wouldn't.  One night Wollard heard quite a bit of noise and his daughter screaming for help.  He loaded his .357 and went to the aid of the girl.  The boy allegedly lunged at him, knocking a whole in the wall.

Wollard then fired a warning shot into the wall, told the kid the next round would be between his eyes.  Big mistake.  Big, big mistake.  -- Despite the fact the kid wisely took off and left the house.  ... Under insane mandatory sentencing laws, Wollard got a twenty year mandatory sentence and unless he receives clemency will spend every damned day of those twenty years in prison.

Guess what?  Nothing happened to the kid.  Dear old dad?  Got charged and convicted for aggravated assault.  ... A father simply trying to defend his family, shoots a warning shot, hits, kills no one, yet gets twenty years.  Nazi justice in Nazi America.  Thank 'law and order' GOP fascists for these goddamned draconian laws.

Hear about Carmen Segarra?  This heroic woman, an attorney, was a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve in New York.  Surreptitiously recorded officials working for the Fed vis a vis regulatory decisions regarding Goldman Sachs back in 2012.  There was nothing illegal in the conversations, but they had discussed "legal but shady" operations.  Fretted about how to approach the bank about them.

Think carefully about that last statement, readers.  The Feds supposedly regulate the banks.  They're worried about how to confront banking officials involved in questionable activities? Why?  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?  Why are they being paid, ultimately by looted taxpayers and consumers, to essentially be in bed with the banks they supposedly regulate?  Clearly, they serve themselves and their banking masters.  Not consumers.  Certainly, not taxpayers.

The President and his henchmen, as well as the GOP Nazi Right, haughtily declare we're out of the recession.  Indeed, a crock of sh-t.  First, it was not a recession for most of us, rather a profound financial depression reminiscent of the Great Depression.  Still is.  Most of us have not recovered.  While the corporate management suite sits on record profits and cash reserves.

While their bought and paid for government lackeys continue to tax the living sh-t out of the bottom and middle class vis a vis all kinds of taxes and "user fees" that are no more than taxes.  While the greedy rich and the corporate management suite pay nowhere near their fair share of taxes.  Yet, cry poverty and continue to traitorously move corporate operations overseas to evade taxes.  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?  Excluding the fact the dolt warming the seat in the Oval Office has egregiously failed to prosecute not one goddamned criminal bastard in the financial community for the 2008 crash?  Not one.

In an effort to renew pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was recently sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed about a year ago.  This material figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' has been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always.  You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
