Bullies in Grand Prairie recently got theirs.  Royally.  Big time.  Had falsely, cruelly informed Lillian Skinner she'd been nominated for Grand Prairie High School Homecoming Queen.  Sick 'joke.'  These sad sacks of sh-t had no idea what was coming.

“They make fun of my teeth, my hair — you know I have short hair — people call me Chucky and buck teeth.”

Cruel savages, aren't they?  Two of her classmates, Anahi Alvarez and Naomi Martinez, however, were nominated. Rightfully outraged.  Made a pact.  Promised to relinquish title to Ms. Skinner should either win the contest.  That's precisely what Ms. Anahi Alvarez did when she took the crown at the homecoming game and placed it on Lillian's head.

Doesn't get any better than that, does it?  Principal Lorimer Arendse was informed just before half time, -- of the pending, exceptionally unusual homecoming queen announcement to be made.  Appointed principal about a month ago, he couldn't have been more pleased.  Proud of these ladies.  Think all three young women won't have brilliant futures ahead of them?  ... Indeed, no greater love.  Reported by NBC.

Have sat on publicly undisclosed developments in the Linda Ballard election fiasco for months.  Waiting for supposed resolution by state authorities.  A heretofore credible source has left the area under highly questionable circumstances.  Despite assurances to the contrary, may have been pressured and/or threatened by local authorities.

Still not clear if the denials are credible.  Haven't yet decided how best to present these developments since the identity of the source must and will continue to be protected.  No matter what.  Despite the fact the source seems to be stonewalling, apparently due to fear or other personal issues.  Again, not yet clear.

How to fully present this story without jeopardizing the source seems to be insurmountable at this time.  Suffice it to say for the moment, the election was hopelessly dirty, laws have been broken, the principals involved continue to lie, stonewall.  -- So what else is new in nazi Llano County?

As a footnote to the above, have strongly advised in no uncertain terms every source the last 15 and a half years, I will protect the identity of that source no matter the personal cost, -- provided they've told me the truth, haven't lied.  Conversely, lie, prevaricate, bullsh-t, 'massage' the 'truth,' try to play me, -- and I'll aggressively expose you for the goddamned liar you truly are.

With absolutely no justification, a South Carolina trooper opened fire 9-4-14 on an unarmed man, Levar Jones, 35, he had just stopped after ordering him to produce his drivers license.  Fired at least four rounds.  Jones survived the shooting, sustained a wound to the hip.  Thank God the son of a bitch had the proficiency of Barney Fife.  Was fired.  Police have released the dash-cam video.  Clearly shows former Trooper Sean Groubert perpetrating the crime.

The jackbooted thug has been charged with a felony, aggravated assault and battery, which could land him in prison twenty years.  Public Safety Director Leroy Smith was unequivocal:

"The force administered in this case was unwarranted, inconsistent with how our troopers are trained, and clearly in violation of department policies. ... I believe this case was an isolated incident in which Mr. Groubert reacted to a perceived threat where there was none."

Amazing.  First time in quite some time a law enforcement agency has quickly held one of its own accountable for wantonly shooting someone.  Thankfully, the victim was not killed or seriously injured.  ... All over an alleged seat-belt violation that never occurred.

It's unspeakably truly atrocious women are still blamed for their rapes by clueless idiots in the office of an attorney general.  It's 2014, not 1954.  This time, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.  In 2013, state prison inmate Omar Best choked a typist unconscious and raped her for nearly half an hour.  The bastard had a history of sexual assault both outside and inside prison yet was granted unfettered unsupervised access to prison offices.

The son of a bitch was convicted of the rape.  Multiple failings of the prison were found by review.  The Superintendent lost his job.  Yet, the senior deputy attorney general, in response to a lawsuit filed by the victim wrote in response to the suit the victim: "acted in a manner which in whole or in part contributed to the events."

This is 2014, yet the unidentified bastard still 'thinks,' acts, behaves like it's 1950.  Got the attention of Attorney General Kathleen Kane who claims to have been blind sided. Hope the lawsuit so successful it brings the state to its knees financially.  Never happen.  Only way, however, to force not only the end of negligence in prisons, but outrageous behavior on the part of employees within the office of any attorney general or prosecutor's office.

Remember the outrageously unjustifiable killing of John Crawford III by police recently covered in this publication?  Mr. Crawford was in the store carrying an air rifle he intended to purchase in an Ohio Walmart while talking on a cell phone to his wife when gunned down by police.  The grand jury declined to indict the officers.  Imagine that.  Murder of innocent civilians by police is growing increasingly legally sanctioned in this goddamned fascist police-state we now live in.  Hear the rumble?

The bastard 'prosecutor' Mark Piepmeier gallingly crowed:

"The grand jury listened to all the evidence, voted on it and decided that the police officers were justified in their use of force that day."

Is that right, you corrupt, abusive, haughty, inept, son of a bitch?  Readers are reminded a grand jury prosecutor is indeed a Pied Piper.  That is, he or she can indict a coconut, -- or exonerate a murderer.  Right, Mr. Piepmeier?  Plenty evidence of the very same chicanery in nazi Llano County.  For decades. Right, Sheriff?  This latest failure of the state of Ohio to prosecute a murderous law enforcement goon is further proof positive we now live in a fascist police-state.  Nationwide.

There is no justice.  Precisely, why an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution menacingly, catastrophically looms on the horizon.  There will be a federal civil rights 'investigation' that will likely turn out as well to be a whitewash.  Hopefully, the family will sue the living sh-t out of the two jackbooted thugs involved, the Department, as well as the city.  Hopefully, bring all to their knees.  We'll see.  Not likely, however.

Then threatened to Taser Jones to the head while he was on the ground, hands still cuffed behind his back.  Too gutless to identify this sick sad sack of sh-t, Sheriff?  Why are you protecting this jackbooted son of a bitch?  At the very least, he's a lawsuit waiting to happen.  A danger to himself, other officers, and last but not least long-suffering abused citizens of this goddamned godforsaken hellhole County.

Why is the Obama Regime now demanding racial information from gun purchasers be obtained and held on file?  Why?  To what end?  How is this legal, constitutional?  What part of the Second Amendment doesn't the President and his henchmen not understand?  How is it relevant to the identification process outrageously necessary to purchase a gun at a dealership?  How is it outrageously necessary for a background check?

It is clearly nothing more than prelude to establishing a national data base of all gun purchases in Nazi America.  Clearly, the President and his henchmen know an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon.  -- The Founders quite clear a well-armed public is the last best defense against tyranny.

Remember the case of Shaneen Allen, 27, the Pennsylvania woman who inadvertently wound up driving into New Jersey?  A case recently covered in this publication.  Got stopped by police and was arrested for having a handgun she indeed had a concealed carry permit from Pennsylvania for.  She had been denied a pre-trial intervention program granted to the NFL son of a bitch who had literally knocked out his now wife in an elevator.  Seems Ms. Allen will similarly be now granted the very same treatment.

Same judge.  Same prosecutor as in the NFL Ray Rice atrocity.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  While this is certainly a step in the right direction, why weren't all charges simply dropped since she did have an out of state gun permit and inadvertently drove into New Jersey?  There was no criminal intent.  No assault.  No brandishing of the weapon.  -- New Jersey, a state that indeed has insane gun control laws and absolutely no respect or regard for the Second Amendment.

Allen had been arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of hollow point rounds.  Unbelievable.  Outrageously shameless sh-tting on the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms.  Constitutionally protect oneself.  Quite an indication of just how much a threat New Jersey officials and others in government consider the Second Amendment to be.  Apparently, they've clearly heard the rumble.  Of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

Saddest of all?  Ms. Allen had only owned the weapon a week.  Had bought it to protect herself.  Had been robbed twice in the year before her highly questionable unjust arrest in New Jersey.  Indeed, nazi justice in Nazi America.

Remember the case recently covered in this publication of Marlene Pinnock, 51, who had been repeatedly punched to the head on the shoulder of an LA freeway by California Highway Patrol Officer David Andrew?  Good news.  Ms. Pinnock will receive $1.5 million as a result of a negotiated settlement.  The jackbooted thug will resign.  Could and should still be prosecuted for his crimes.  We'll see.  ... Not holding my breath.  Not clear whether the son of a bitch will be permanently barred from law enforcement, however.

CBS is reporting the Social Security Administration, despite claiming it's not, is still collecting supposed debts of the deceased from family members.  Debt such as supposed overpayments that can be decades old.  Has been unjustly collected by seizing tax refunds of survivors.  No proof.  No judicial process.  Confiscation with no due process.  Indeed, Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.

ISIS, aka ISIL, aka Islamic State barbarians must indeed have their shorts in a wad.  Tough, isn't it?  Maj. Mariam Al Mansouri, 35, is a jet fighter pilot for the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E).  Flies an F-16 Desert Falcon.  The first female fighter pilot to do so in her country.  Not only did she bomb the bastards in Syria, she led the mission.

American tanker pilots apparently were so taken aback they remained radio silent for some twenty seconds after she requested refueling.  ... Hey guys?  It's 2014.  -- Not only here, but there as well.

The Major was born in Abu Dhabi.  Has a degree in English literature.  Before becoming a pilot, had been in the Army.  Her government is extremely proud of her.  Presented her with The Pride of the Emirates Medal earlier this year for her excellence.  Has to really piss off ISIS barbarians, you think?

In the last edition, the debut of Apple's new smart phone operating system iOS 8.0.1 had been critiqued in depth including some serious caveats.  There have been so many problems, however, it has been pulled.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?

Human rights lawyer Samira Salih al-Nuaimi recently posted on Facebook that ISIS bombing of mosques and shrines in Mosul is barbaric.  For that she was tortured for days and killed by a masked firing squad, -- the bastards too goddamned cowardly to show their faces.  The President of the United States has publicly stated the only thing ISIS understands is force.  That simply is not true.  They perversely believe they go to heaven as martyrs.

The world community will be forced to permanently remove them from the battlefield one by one.  This cannot be successfully done by American boots on the ground, however.  Doesn't work in this area of the world.  Only mobilizes locals in the region to kill and maim Americans.  En masse.  The boots on the ground must be those who live in the region.  It is their fight, not ours.  ... With a little logistical and air support, however, from the United States, Europeans, and countries in the region who understand the need to destroy this outrageously barbaric group.  Savages.

As reported in an earlier edition of this publication, Johns Hopkins Hospital agreed to pay out a paltry $200 million in a class action settlement to thousands of women victimized by gynecologist Dr. Nikita Levy.  Readers are reminded this cowardly criminal son of a bitch suffocated himself with helium rather than face charges.  CBS followed up with several of his victims.

One example is extremely indicative of the persistent failure of care receivers to take charge of their care, rather than cede it to the haughty bastards who falsely believe they're gods.  These sons of bitches take advantage of the cowardly reluctance of those they supposedly 'care' for to pointedly question them.

Joshulyn Brown went to see this bastard for 25 years.  Opines:

"Certain ways examinations supposed to go just didn't feel comfortable, but I thought I am young and naïve. Like, OK, maybe this is right. They are the professional one; I am just the patient. It just didn't seem right."

Have to admire the courage of young people in Hong Kong to stand up to their oppressive Chinese masters in Beijing.  Something seldom done any longer in our formerly great country.  On the contrary, we cower before our masters.  No matter how unacceptable, criminal their behavior becomes.  Hear the latest in Ferguson?  The city is stonewalling all records requests related to the Michael Brown killing.

Despite the Missouri Sunshine Act, the cowardly bastards running the show remain determined to withhold public information to protect themselves and the bastards responsible for and covering up the facts behind the homicide.  Charging ten times employees salary costs to retrieve and disclose public information.  Despite the fact the law itself allows this information to be disclosed free of charge if it is determined to be in the public's interest.

It's not in the interest of authorities to shine the light on their failures, however, precisely why the stonewalling continues.  Despite and in spite of the law.  It's time to dump every goddamned corrupt, abusive, callous, inept, son of a bitch in office ultimately responsible for this stonewalling.  The people have a right to know.  If the killing by cop was indeed justified, warranted, what are these pieces of sh-t so damned afraid of?  What?

It's amazing the level of abject bullsh-t coming from Washington tolerated by the American public.  The President is now blaming the 'intelligence' community for its failure to provide early warning to him of the rise of ISIS.  That very same 'intelligence' community hotly denies Obama's assertions.  They're lying.  Guess what?  So is the President.

Can remember quite some time ago the President haughtily referring to ISIS as JV.  Junior Varsity.  Both the President and his henchmen in the 'intelligence' community failed, neglected to do their duty, stay on top of things.  Now mud is being slung.  For what?  Why haven't they already exponentially ramped up all efforts?  Why are Kurds heroically and effectively fighting these bastards desperately warning, fruitlessly complaining they are not getting weapons they desperately need to fight this barbaric aggressor?  They are the boots on the ground.

Kurdish women are also fighting the bastards.  Are said to be highly respected and regarded by their commanders.  Taking it to the enemy.  Yet, Washington, the UN, other countries in the Middle East can't seem to get their act together and provide the support the boots already on the ground desperately need.

We hear talk.  Blame.  Bullsh-t.  Excuses.  Pandering.  When will the world community finally wake up?  Ramp up and effectively take it to this most barbaric, psychotic, dangerous enemy?  Indeed, a scourge unparalleled the last seventy years.  Exponentially eclipsing, far outclassing even the Israeli aggressor.

The Afghans have finally signed the security agreement allowing U.S. forces to remain in country.  What a mistake.  Not for them.  Us.  This war, as Iraq, has been lost.  Never could have been won.  The first few months were justified after 9/11.  After there was clear indication bin Laden had likely left the country, it was time to go.  The tremendous build up of forces was clearly a mistake.  Led to recruitment of terrorists from all over the world to kill and maim Americans.  Both there and Iraq.

Afghanistan is not stable.  Never will be.  Certainly, not for the foreseeable future.  Our continued presence will exacerbate matters.  The invasion of Iraq under false pretenses led to not only the fall of Saddam, but the rise of ISIS, aka ISIL, aka Islamic State.  Indeed, the legacy of two unprosecuted war criminals named George "The Tush" Bush and "Slick Dick" Cheney.

When the hell will we ever wise up?  Hold the bastards we elect accountable.  ... Especially, the treasonous sons of bitches who steal office as executed by Bush, his cronies, and a nazi Supreme Court who outrageously rubber stamped that first-term theft.  We have ourselves to blame.  We tolerate this bullsh-t.  Make excuses for it.  Cowardly allow it to occur over and over and over again.  Then, we wonder why our formerly great country has gone to hell.

What ever happened to the U.S. Secret Service?  Things have slid progressively downhill.  Even with appointment of a new female Director.  She still hasn't apparently been able to rein in the bullsh-t.  Clearly, part of the problem is the President's politically correct repeated assertions he has full faith and trust in them.  Why?  How?

The Service recently lied when it said the last intruder who scaled the fence and walked in an unlocked door was immediately arrested.  He wasn't.  Managed to get into the East Room.  What if he had been a suicide bomber instead of a combat veteran allegedly suffering from post traumatic stress?  Testifying before Congress, U.S. Secret Service Director Julia Pierson declared:

"It's clear that our security plan was not properly executed.  ... I take full responsibility. What happened is unacceptable, and it will never happen again."

How do we know?  If you "take full responsibility," why haven't you promptly resigned?  Your words are meaningless, ring hollow. The only remotely plausible 'excuse' for the latest fiasco is if the President has indeed tied your hands, not provided the proper support and backing so you can effectively do your job.  That is, control the jackasses who work for you.  Otherwise, you, and they, need to go.

The latest intruder made it past five rings of security.  Was one of six to jump the White House fence this year alone.  Anything wrong with this picture?  To say nothing of numerous past scandals and egregious security failures.

Why?  Simple.  Achingly, simple.  They concertedly, deliberately, repeatedly arrest and falsely incarcerate the innocent to generate money for the County from fines.  Has become big business.  In the State of Texas, the County is responsible for inmate healthcare.  Rightfully, so.  No one in their right mind asks to be incarcerated.  As a ward of the state, inmates must be properly fed, housed, and receive proper medical care.  Courtesy of mercilessly looted taxpayers.  Again, rightfully so.

Should that change, hear the rumble?  Could be one factor triggering an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Precisely, why it is the responsibility of government to incarcerate only those they have probable cause to believe committed a crime.  Not do what is done in this goddamned hellhole, -- incarcerate and abuse innocent citizens to line County coffers and the pockets of the jackbooted bastards who falsely believe they run and own this goddamned County.  Right, Sheriff?

Republican fascists are accusing the President of 'failure to lead the world.'  Say what?  Why do these nazis haughtily believe it is our place to do so?  Why?  Because we can?  It's such phony belief, thinking, and execution of policy that has led to our formerly great country being despised throughout much of the world.

Especially, in the Middle East.  Haven't enough of our best and brightest been killed and maimed in the last 69 years since the end of the Second World War ludicrously pursuing such phony ideology and haughty false belief?  Have we conveniently forgotten Korea, Vietnam, Iraq 1, Iraq 2, and Afghanistan?

With the exception of 9/11 and the first few months in Afghanistan, every goddamned war we've fought has been prosecuted to line the pockets of war profiteers.  The corporate management suite.  Not principle.  Not justice.  Boundless greed.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards.  Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always.  You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
