Brailey Hall, 14, had just come out of a Burnet convenience store having paid for gas.  Saw friends Hannah Smith and Vanessa Escamilla,16, running to a woman holding a lifeless girl.

"Help me! Help me! My baby is dead. Help me.  ... Please help me. Don’t let my baby die.”

Ms. Hall immediately began CPR.  Saved the young girl's life.  EMS arrived shortly thereafter and transported Jordan Johnson, 5,  to Dell Children’s Hospital.  -- The ending, profoundly happy.  The girl's mother, Roshanda Johnson, so extremely grateful to all three young ladies, said her daughter was diagnosed with a heart murmur.  All five were reunited at the child's bedside in Austin.

Brailey had received no previous instruction or training on how to perform CPR.  Mimicked the procedure she had seen done on several television programs.  Can you imagine the brilliant future awaiting these three gifted bold young women and the child they saved?  This story was reported by Connie Swinney in The Picayune and Daily Trib.

Know what a struggling, determined, dying hero is?  Truly is?  Jessica Arrendale, 37, of Georgia.  Died valiantly protecting her six-month-old daughter.   Her husband, Antoine Davis, 30, a Marine combat veteran, drunkenly used a bat on her and their infant daughter.  Desperately trying to get away from the bastard, Jessica and the baby sought refuge in the bathroom.

He got in with a rifle, opened fire on her.  Dying, she deliberately, concertedly safely dropped the infant into the toilet rather than on the hard floor.  She contorted her body as she went down thus covering her daughter, hiding, shielding her from the bastard.  He then killed himself.  The baby survived 13 hours before being rescued by police.

The infant had head injuries believed to be inflicted by the bastard's bat.  Was also suffering from hypothermia from being in the water so many hours.  Is still being treated.  This outstandingly courageous woman is survived by both her infant and a 15-year-old daughter.  Reported by Fox.

It's amazing how jaded National Right To Life has become.  Worse?  How anti-woman.  Kira Kazantsev was recently crowned Miss America.  What was her 'crime?'  Did she assault, kill, steal, plunder, sexually abuse anyone?  Hell, no.  Are the fascists who run and belong to National Right To Life accusing her of having a legal, constitutional abortion?  Again, hell no.

Her 'crime?'  Ms. Kazantsev did a three-month internship at Planned Parenthood.  Horror of horrors.  Couldn't be, could it?  The lunatic president of this outrageously anti-woman organization, Carol Tobias, indeed has her knickers in a wad over the issue:

"It would be a tragedy if someone who is looked up to by many young women actually buys into the Planned Parenthood abortion agenda. Unfortunately, most people in the country don’t know that Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider. This will cast a shadow on her entire reign."

How so, Ms. Tobias?  Who the hell are you and your organization to dictate what a woman can and cannot do with her uterus?  Who the hell are you to judge anyone, period?  Was it the Christian thing to do?  Equally pointedly, who the hell are you and your colleagues to force your perverse ideological and religious views on anyone?  Don't wish to abort?  Don't.  Don't, however, force others to adhere to your exceptionally jaded, perverse religious views.  They're patronizingly, condescendingly, disingenuously insane.

Ms. Kazantsev interned at a Planned Parenthood affiliate that provides sex education in the community and schools.  Have a problem with that as well, Ms. Tobias?  What's the issue?  Wish to impose your views of what and how sex education should be taught?  Must tow the line as imposed by the outrageously fascist Evangelical Right?  That is, the Lunatic Right?  Since when did the Creator die and crown you or them God?

Most want to die at home and as free of pain as possible.  The direct opposite often occurs.  Even with a living will.  The bastards, who not only enrich themselves off the suffering of the sick and dying, remain determined to cover their sorry asses vis a vis liability regarding those quite inevitable deaths.  At the expense of the terminally ill.  That's why the dying are effectively tortured, subjected to feeding tubes, intubation, powerful drugs with side effects, unnecessary painful procedures that make their last days unnecessarily painful, unpleasant.

Not only bogus liability concerns are prime mover, however.  No, no, no.  Not by a long shot.  Greed rules.  Indeed, the true ultimate prime mover.  The more procedures, indeed, the more doctors, other care givers, and their institutions steal, loot from the sick and dying.  Perverse profit motive. Not what's in the best interest of the dying, -- or the sick.  Doesn't matter.  It's the money stupid.

Fee for service is the problem.  It allows these hopelessly greedy bastards to mercilessly gouge and turn the sick and dying upside down to shake the change out of their pockets.  They keep referring the sick and dying to each other (fellow physicians), perversely keeping the gravy train alive and well.  At the expense of those they allegedly care for.  Precisely, why they die indigent, bankrupt, -- as well as their families.  So the greedy bastards can line their pockets.

You are responsible for your care. Not your physician, other caregiver, or the institution.  You. You run the show.  Not them.  Don't cede control.  Make it clear to your family well ahead of time.  Put it in writing.  Instruct your loved ones to not only insist but demand your wishes be followed.  This remains a continuing outrageous problem.

Never forget, Obamacare requires every procedure, every diagnosis, every prescription, every doctor visit, etc.,  all of it be reported in full to the government.  Why?  Control.  Where?  ACA databanks.  These government computers continue to be hacked.  This information can and will be made available to law enforcement goons, the corporate management suite, all employers, and ultimately to credit reporting agencies.  Think not? Wake up.  ... As well as to hackers and/or those willing to pay them for your data.  It's called control by the corporate management suite and their government bought and paid for lackeys.  Not good care.  What's that?

ACA, aka Obamacare, despite declining enrollment, remains a curse.  Further lines pockets of hopelessly greedy providers, institutions, all care-givers.  Worse, provides your corporate masters and their bought and paid for government lackeys direct access to all healthcare recipient personal data. All of it.  Why?  Why do you cowardly tolerate it?  Why?  Indeed, that hopelessly cowardly?  Achingly, dependent on your corporate and government masters?

Too many physicians truly believe they're gods.  ... At least, the older ones.  Some refuse any regulation or oversight at all.  Last April, FDA pulled a device called a laparoscopic power morcellator from the market.  Some doctors and institutions complied and stopped using it.  Others didn't.  It's used by gynecologists to remove non-cancerous fibroids.  The U.S. Food and Drug Administration states the device can spread undetected cancer.

FDA usually issues warnings for damned good reason.  Most of the time, however, sadly drags its feet to protect the 'health' 'care' industry.  So, when it does have something to say, it usually bears consideration.  Not so to some of these arrogant sons of bitches who 'practice' 'medicine.'  Case in point?  Dallas gynecologist Jeffrey Thurston, 58, opines:

"It is none of their business."

Say what???   This clueless arrogant haughty son of a bitch will take 'good' 'care' of the 'lil' woman himself, right, 'Doc?'  This piece of crap has apparently forgotten he is no more than a technician and not a god he seems to think he is.  Licensing standards and training desperately need revamp to weed out bastards like him who perversely falsely insanely apparently believe they're omnipotent.  Serve only themselves.  Line their pockets off the sick and dying.  Goddamned leeches.

Apple is beginning to smarten up vis a vis smart phone 'security.'  It's new iOS 8 operating system will marginally and rightfully make life a bit more difficult for police to invade privacy.  Although achingly inadequate and severely limited in scope, it's certainly a step in the right direction.  About time.  In a privacy statement Apple claims:

“Unlike our competitors, Apple cannot bypass your passcode and therefore cannot access this data.  So it's not technically feasible for us to respond to government warrants for the extraction of this data from devices in their possession running iOS 8.”

Careful, now.  Don't be taken in.  It's not as good as it sounds or seems to be.  There are serious caveats.  Before addressing them shortly, however, if search warrants were targeted solely to child porn and other bona fide felonies investigated by law enforcement, the invasion of privacy would not be such an egregious issue.  Not so.

The bastards go on fishing expeditions.  Throw a net.  See what they can catch.  No probable cause.  No warrant.  Despite a Supreme Court ruling.  The citizenry no longer has any right, expectation of privacy according to these goddamned jackbooted thugs.  They've deliberately concertedly abrogated it.  This has to change.

The Fourth Amendment has been so eviscerated, bastardized by these goons, it is time for technology to effectively protect us from these sons of bitches.  It doesn't.  Encryption by itself is not good enough.  If they can find and access the encryption key, they quickly easily obtain access to data.  We, the innocent, need to be effectively protected from such law enforcement abuse of power.  Even if determined to be innocent, these goddamned jackbooted thugs still retain all data seized permanently, forever.  Warrant or no warrant.

While not clear how Apple has developed a work-around the encryption issue, they strongly claim only the user will be able to access their data.  That remains hard to believe, however. Certainly, hope so.  Again, if true, about time.  Will it make life tougher for investigators conducting bona fide investigations?  Certainly.  The pendulum must swing back to privacy, however.  Despite all the whining coming from these bastards and their ludicrous insane false claims they are currently being obstructed from doing their jobs, the reverse is true.  Their self-serving false claims are unadulterated bullsh-t.  Simply, untrue.

Officers will just have to work harder.  Indeed, a trade off that must occur if we are to remain supposedly a 'free' country.  Unfortunately, Apple remains cowardly virtually mum on "national 'security'"  requests.  That clearly remains a problem.  So does Cloud backup of all files including supposedly deleted ones that are not erased.  -- Despite Apple assurances it supposedly has improved security after the most recent hacking of nude celebrity files.  Don't believe it.

All recent claims regarding supposed improvements to security nonetheless remain achingly disingenuous.  Why?  Simple.  The police can still extract information from third-party apps on this new iOS8 operating system.  Social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and most, if not all, the other 'free' apps you've downloaded.  Nearly all Web browsers as well.  ... With at least one exception.  The bastards can also get to third-party videos, photos, etc..  As well as to data Apple backups to Cloud.  Clearly, in view of all this and while IOS 8 is indeed a step in the right direction, you remain at risk.

Best to trust none of this.  For the foreseeable future.  Leave nothing of substance on any digital device, whether a cell phone, smart phone, tablet, lap top, desk top, etc..  No matter how much security you run, assume the bastards can access it.  With or without a warrant.  Any time they wish.  Indeed, a goddamned fascist police-state.  Nazi America.  Those supposedly 'free 'apps you download for your smart phone are not free.  The price?  They track.  Invade privacy.  Provide police and your corporate masters with virtually your life's history. Wake up.

Not to be outdone, one of the alleged all-time greatest trackers and cooperators with nazi government and the fascist police-state we now live in, that is, Google, plans to automatically encrypt data in its next Android operating system to be released shortly.  Prior to this, users had to follow an extremely sophisticated procedure to do so.  Most did not.

Yes, these changes will make it more difficult for police to abuse their authority.  Nowhere near enough, however.  Until technology makes this abuse impossible and the system truly failsafe, if ever, we will continue to live in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Give the bastards an inch, they take a mile.  Liberty always comes at a price.  Up to now always borne by the innocent public who cowardly puts up with this outrageously abusive repressive bullsh-t.

Not our oppressors who perversely, immensely enjoy their ability and power to control, manipulate, intrude.  Near limitless power wielded by these jackbooted thugs.  Enabled by software engineers at firms who've written poorly-designed code for operating systems and apps that conveniently allow these bastards to so easily penetrate them.  Windows one of the worst offenders.

Yet, no one is holding the feet of the corporate management suite and their underlings to the fire.  Why would they?  They're bought and paid for.  The almighty buck rules.  After all, government and the corporate management suite are nearly one and the same.  Will be totally one and the same only in a matter of time.  Sadly, the worst is yet to come.

Legitimate law enforcement will always be able to effectively investigate crime no matter what.  They'll just have to ultimately play by the very same rules as the rest of us.  Instead of conveniently dragging the innocent into their goddamned quagmire they so enjoy, take great pleasure perversely slogging, waddling through.  Without question, these jackbooted bastards remain a far greater threat to liberty than the criminal element, any foreign power, or terrorist organization.

Indeed, themselves, have become the domestic terrorist element terrorizing an innocent public they've so falsely sworn "to protect and serve."  Yet, the very same cowardly, aggressively stupid public won't force desperately-needed change.  End the goddamned bullsh-t.  -- Not that anyone wants to protect predators and felons, however.  But it's well past time to swing the pendulum back the other way and re-instate the Fourth Amendment and the right to privacy guarantied by that Amendment.

Continue to use a smart phone to do anything other than communicate?  You remain a fool.  You store personal data on a tablet, lap top, desk top, any other digital device? The same is true.  No matter what security you run, nothing is truly secure.  Nothing.

The FBI now has a new facial recognition program it will make available to law enforcement.  How many innocent people need to be victimized by these goddamned jackbooted bastards before the public wakes up and puts an end to this egregious bullsh-t, outrageously unconstitutional invasion of rights, determined decimation of privacy in Nazi America?

An idiot leaves a door to the White House unlocked.  Enabling a lunatic access.  The public will pay the price by further evisceration of civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Jackasses in the Secret Service are considering setting up checkpoints up to a block away from the White House.  ... Hey, guys?  Gals? You're idiots.  Lock the goddamned door instead of further eviscerating rights.  Improve the goddamned fence so it's extremely difficult, dangerous to climb.

No one's video monitoring the grounds?  Was the bastard or bastards responsible asleep?  Why was no one outside walking, patrolling the perimeter?  How did this lunatic from Texas have the time to climb the fence, run all the way to the building, and enter an unlocked door before being stopped by the idiot responsible for guarding the door?  What if this intruder who turned out to be a combat veteran allegedly suffering from post traumatic stress had indeed been a suicide bomber?

Idiots in the State Department are directly responsible for allowing the 9/11 terrorists into this country without full background checks.  The very same idiots didn't give them the boot when flight schools informed them the bastards only wanted to learn to fly, not take off and land.  Instead, the public forfeited nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  The American Way.  Nazi America.

There has been Secret Service scandal after scandal.  Some of these bastards have problems with alcohol.  Don't know how to conduct themselves while overseas protecting the President and his entourage.  Certainly, has been a problem with Presidential advance parties sent ahead to prepare for the President's arrival.

Now, these incompetent idiots, Keystone boobs in the Secret Service want check points?  Lock the doors, fools.  Spare us the goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Almost forgot.  -- We're already living in one.  How 'bout 'dat?' Phoenix police are reporting running back Jonathan Dwyer of the Arizona Cardinals was arrested for head butting his wife, breaking her nose after she refused to have sex with him.  The next day he allegedly punched her in the face.  This, now, the definition of 'manhood' in our formerly great country?  ... No war against women?  Wake up.  The high-profile domestic and child abuse in the NFL is but the tip of the iceberg.  Both remain ubiquitous throughout all social strata.  Top to bottom.  Bottom to top.  All professions, walks of life.

William Lopez spent 23 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.  Was finally exonerated and released by a court.  Had filed a $124 million suit against New York's 'finest' for false imprisonment.  Was about to go to court when he died of an asthma attack.  Wanted to travel and attend law school.  His survivors need to file suit themselves.  Otherwise, the bastards will get away with this outrageous injustice, atrocity perpetrated on this innocent man.

As stated in the last edition and in an effort to renew pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was recently sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers.  A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign.

Voters have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
