In a concerted effort to keep from going broke in this hellhole, an attempt is being made to expedite, that is, tie up all loose ends and personal business in this County in an orderly fashion. Part of that includes resumption of the figurative assault on the egregious deceptive trade practices perpetrated by Wells Fargo. No matter what, this publication will remain up and running.
In an effort to renew pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, an excoriating email was recently sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign.
Voters have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigates, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could be lining his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined. The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed about a year ago. Will do all I can to expose this to voters, both in this publication and elsewhere.

Amazing also, the inability of that very same world community to come together and solve decades-long strife in the Middle East. The thirst for oil finances this strife. So does sale and provision of weaponry to all warring parties. So does abject refusal to completely, fully isolate all offenders.
Insult to injury regarding the beheadings? The Obama Regime may have threatened to prosecute the family of James Foley had they raised funds for his release. The mother of the slain journalist, Diane Foley, made this claim and others to Anderson Cooper of CNN. Paying ransom encourages criminals to kidnap. The government indeed is quite right about that. To take it a step further, however, and threaten the family of the victim with prosecution for aiding and abetting terrorism if in fact true, is goddamned outrageous, unacceptable. The Obama Regime denies doing so.
This Islamic State threat needs to be dealt with. Now. Up to this point, all we've heard is empty talk. Hollow rhetoric. Not only from the President, but other world leaders as well. No one seems to have a concrete plan capable of being quickly implemented, more importantly, successfully executed. With the beheading of a British citizen, however, the British Prime Minister seems to be singing a different tune. Will likely participate in military action to combat this curse. Where is the rest of the world community? Where?
Before Michael Brown in Ferguson, there was the savage beating of an innocent man by Ferguson's 'finest,' Henry Davis. Back in 2009. They had nothing on him. Wound up falsely charging him with drunk driving and four counts of destruction of property, -- bleeding on their uniforms. He stupidly accepted a plea bargain to a reduced charge of careless driving to avoid trial.
A civil suit was dismissed due to sovereign immunity of the goddamned law enforcement thugs responsible for assaulting him. One of the thugs sued by Davis, Kim Tihen is now a member of the Ferguson City Council. ... Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Conveniently, all in the family, right? Davis has asked a court for the suit to be reinstated.
The 'Justice' Department plans to investigate this case as well. It's time to hold 'law' 'enforcement' to the very same standards as the rest of the population. Now.
Harassment of innocent people by jackbooted law enforcement thugs can sometimes perversely be a 'good' thing, -- when it happens to celebrities with the means and wherewithal to legally fight back. Django Unchained Actress Daniele Watts and her boyfriend, celebrity chef Brian Lucas, were falsely accused of being “involved in indecent exposure” in a silver Mercedes by some old biddy or bastard. LAPD jackbooted thugs handcuffed and detained her. Were rough. Reportedly, threw her into the back of the car.
She's black. Her companion, white. The thugs thought she was a prostitute. Put the cuffs so hard on her they inflicted a cut. When they realized no crime had been committed, they let both of them go. LAPD is now conducting an investigation of the incident. Both need to sue the living sh-t out of the department and the officers involved.
-- The only way to stop, end this outrageous bullsh-t. When taxpayers are sufficiently looted to the point of bankruptcy, things will change. If not, hear the rumble?
Diabetic James Neisler was incarcerated in the Arapahoe County Jail in Colorado. Was denied proper medical care. Five toes had to be consequently amputated. The inmate has sued.
Chaumtoli Huq is an human rights attorney. Was in New York City on Times Square 7-19-14 waiting for her husband and children to come out of a restaurant after using the rest room. They were attending a rally in support of Gaza. She was arrested and manhandled by New York's 'finest' for blocking a sidewalk, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. The bogus charges will be dropped if she behaves herself and doesn't get arrested in the next six months. She sued the bastards. Hope she sticks it to them. Too bad every citizen abused and/or falsely arrested didn't have the wherewithal to file suit. That, the bastards and their handlers would truly understand.
Savagery and bullying run rampant. Sadly, tragically extend to parent-child relationships. Adrian Peterson is running back for the Minnesota Vikings. Widely considered to be the best in the League. Was released 9-13-14 from a Texas jail after being booked on a child abuse charge, -- causing injury to a child age 14 or younger. Has reportedly admitted to "whooping" his four-year-old kid. Used a tree branch, what he calls a switch, to beat the child. Left marks, wounds on the kid's body determined to be physical abuse by a doctor.
In Nazi Texas, the public generally tolerates physical assault of children by parents in the name of 'discipline.' Nearly anything goes. This case had to be pretty goddamned bad for a Texas grand jury to have indicted the star running back. When will the public finally smarten up? Indeed, wake up and smell the coffee? Such abuse teaches kids to use violence. Yet, the idiots who raise them can't seem to understand this. Haven't a clue. Do to their kids what was done to them.
Peterson voluntarily testified before the grand jury. Supposedly regrets the physical injuries to his kid. Sees no problem with what he did since he supposedly loves the kid and his heart was supposedly essentially in the right place. Says he did what was done to him as a child. That's-not-good-enough. He needs to be prosecuted and convicted, if guilty. It's time to change the way we think and do things vis a vis our children. Otherwise, societal violence will remain rampant, out of control, at the very least never be reduced.
CBS is reporting the injuries were to the kid's back, bottom, scrotum, legs. There were also reportedly defensive wounds to the kid's hands. The beating was administered to bare skin, -- his pants had been pulled down. ... Begging the question and if in fact true, did this sad, sick, sack of sh-t perversely get his cookies off administering the beating?
Allegedly from police reports: “Daddy Peterson hit me on my face.” ... “there are a lot of belts in Daddy’s closet.”
The child allegedly told his mother his father “likes belts and switches” and “has a whooping room.”
If these allegations and far more in the police report are proven to be true in court and turn out to be what they seem to be, this man has no business around his kid or anyone else's. Saddest of all he has no clue. Told police far worse was done to him as a kid. Thinks this kind of 'discipline' is not a problem.
Has no clue that what is no more than physical assault of a kid is ineffective long-term. Quite the opposite. It increases a kid's aggressiveness. Creates a bully. Has long-term emotional consequences. The Texas Family Code defines child abuse to be "an act or omission that endangers or impairs a child's physical, mental or emotional health and development."
The Code, however, literally talks out both sides its ass. There is an exception for "reasonable discipline." The idiots in the Legislature simply don't, can't understand assault is not discipline, it is and remains assault. Do the same to an adult and your sorry ass would rightfully be in jail. Do it to a kid and its okay, no problem. ... As long as you don't break the skin or inflict a bruise. What a goddamned crock of sh-t. Parents who condone this crap are unfit and have no business being parents.
The effects of this abuse are profound, life-long. One guy I know used corporal punishment on his kids, -- one of whom wound up a felon, at least one other has had misdemeanor problems with police. Uses a fly swatter on his dogs. Amusingly, still do as they please. Robustly, so. Another gal had a fishing pole broken over her back as a kid by her father. So severely beaten she had trouble walking quite some time. To no avail. Had a wild hair then, -- and now. Made incredibly poor choices. Went from guy to guy. Marriage to marriage. Job to job. Futilely, endlessly chasing her tail. Desperately trying to find herself.
About a year ago, amusingly, teasingly advised her she had her latest conquest securely pussy whipped. Her face immediately lit up like a Cheshire cat, -- at least like one who had just eaten the canary. Smiled sweetly and declared, "Yes...I...do." Almost fell over laughing. ... When she realized her faux pas, quickly took it back. Too late. -- Only exponentially increased the level of humor. ... Thought I'd never catch my breath.
The effects of abuse are life-long, debilitating. Not surprisingly, both people still contend corporal punishment to be effective. Had it done to them and employed it themselves as parents so how can it not be effective? To equally highly questionable result, ultimate effect. Yet, the insanity is endless. Generational. Never ends. Our kids deserve better. If things don't change, the bullying and violence will continue unabated, certainly worsen.
... Care to bet Llano County Deputy "007" likely had the living sh-t kicked out of him as a kid? Readers are reminded this son of a bitch is the jackbooted thug who cold cocked Buchanan Dam resident Todd Jones to the head while his hands were cuffed behind his back. Put a Taser upside Jones' head and threatened to Taser him while he was on the ground with his hands still cuffed behind his back. This lunatic thinks he's James Bond. Sheriff Bill "The Thrill" Blackburn continues to protect the identity of this outrageously abusive son of a bitch. Indeed, the insanity never ends.
Certainly, not in the NFL. Peterson was benched for one game. After the team took a beating in that game, he was reinstated. Apparently, the League cares as little about child abuse, possibly less, than it does about spousal abuse. One retired NFL Vikings great certainly does care. Minnesota Vikings Hall of Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton put it best:
“I’m embarrassed...And I was on the very first Vikings team that ever was. And I’m embarrassed. ...These are serious accusations...And the only way you’re going to get the attention of an NFL player is to take away his paycheck and take him off the field. This is way above winning or losing a football game. I strongly disagree with the notion of playing him this week.
“They have a better chance of winning with their best player, that’s the message they’re sending. That is the message that’s being sent by this action. Winning is more important than defending a 4-year-old child.”
Radisson Hotels courageously pulled its sponsorship of the Vikings 9-15-14. Pressure was so intense after the bastard's reinstatement, the Vikings reversed themselves and have again benched him 9-17-14.
The failure of the South African government to convict blade runner Oscar Pistorius of the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, is indicative of a war against women not only here in the United States, but elsewhere. Incredibly, it was a verdict handed down by a female judge, Judge Thokozile Masipa. She wound up convicting the bastard of culpable homicide, that is, negligent homicide. The sentence by law is to be no more than 15 years. The victim's mother, June Steenkamp, claimed her daughter received no justice. Justice was not served. Sadly, she's right. The blade runner remains free on bail and will be sentenced in October.
Back in 2008, Yahoo cowardly capitulated to the government and released user information after being threatened with a $250,000 a day fine. This cowardly failure of the bastards at Yahoo to stand tall and continue to resist a goddamned egregiously unconstitutional warrantless data dump inspired other corporations to do the same, -- such as Google, Microsoft, and many, many others that followed suit. Nazi America. Home of the free and the brave? Hell, no. Home of the enslaved and cowardly.
Can finally follow up a story written years ago in this publication about two F-16 fighter pilots. Both flew unarmed jets. Were ordered to intercept and bring down Flight 93 that terrible day, 9-11-2001. Flight 93 was one of four hijacked commercial airliners and was believed to be on its way to Washington. Opined in that earlier story the horrific task ahead for those two pilots once they intercepted the airliner.
Unbelievably, the United States at the time had no fully-armed and fueled fighter-interceptors ready to go at a moment's notice to defend the nation's capital. The task ahead for these pilots was to ram the airliner to bring it down. Think about that, readers. Not only were these pilots ordered on a kamikaze mission, they were to kill fellow innocent citizens on board. In an effort to prevent an attack on the nation's capital.
Lt. Heather “Lucky” Penney was one of the first female fighter pilots. A rookie. She sat in the cockpit of one of those jets on the runway not knowing at the time if the pilot of Flight 93 was indeed her father. Her father, as well, had been a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. She had followed in his footsteps.
Col. Marc Sasseville piloted the other F-16. It would have taken an hour to arm the jets. There was no time. They had to go. Earlier, before suiting up, the Colonel had told her, “Lucky, you’re coming with me.” A few minutes later as he struggled to get into his flight suit, he looked her in the eye and remarked, “I’m going to go for the cockpit.” Without an instant of hesitation, she replied, “I’ll take the tail.”
Despite all her training, she had never scrambled a fighter jet before. It means you go. Now. She started doing the pre-flight. Normally takes about a half hour. “Lucky, what are you doing? Get your butt up there and let’s go!" She did. Powered up, ordered the ground crew to remove the wheel chocks. Started to nudge the fighter forward while the crew chief still had his headphones plugged into the plane. She had to go.
The chief started to run beside the jet removing safety pins from it as she prepared to launch. Prayed to herself, “God, don’t let me [expletive] up.” Immediately took off behind the Colonel. No weapons. Unarmed. Both jets.
The Colonel thought about ejecting at the moment of impact, “I was hoping to do both at the same time. It probably wasn’t going to work, but that’s what I was hoping.” The Lieutenant was far more worried about failure than death, “If you eject and your jet soars through without impact ...”
Both fighter jets screamed over the still smoldering Pentagon at low altitude and high speed. Went north desperately trying to down the approaching airliner before it had the chance to hit a second target in the nation's capital. The interception never happened. Nor did they encounter any other planes on the way to attack the capital.
Both pilots learned hours later the passengers themselves had already heroically brought Flight 93 down. They spent the rest of the day providing air cover for the capital, enforcing a no-fly zone. The Lieutenant escorted Air Force One and ole' George "The Tush" Bush and his entourage through that air space.
The Lieutenant, now a Major, did no interviews until recently, speaking to Steve Hendrix of the Washington Post:
“The real heroes are the passengers on Flight 93 who were willing to sacrifice themselves. I was just an accidental witness to history. ... I genuinely believed that was going to be the last time I took off. If we did it right, this would be it.”
Both pilots were National Guard. The Major went on to do two tours in Iraq. Is a part-time National Guard pilot. Also works for Lockheed Martin where she is a director of the F-35 program. Is a single mother of two. The Colonel is now stationed at the Pentagon.
Amazing how a supposedly rising star in the GOP can so easily and repeatedly figuratively shoot himself in the ass. Over and over and over again. Texas U.S. Senator Ted "The Boos" Cruz. This guy is truly turning out to be an embarrassment. To himself and the increasingly not-so-great state he supposedly 'represents.' Seems the Senator was in Washington 9-10-14 giving a speech to the “In Defense of Christians” dinner conference when hecklers began to work their magic.
Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? First, that hecklers could get into such a gala. Second, that Cruz was incapable of handling them. Lost his cool and left the podium. Tough, isn't it? He seems to think those critical of Israel hate the country. He's too damned ignorant and shortsighted to know that simply is not true. They despise the atrocities committed by the Israelis on the Palestinians. -- The latest massacre of some 2,000 killed while the aggressor lost three civilians and 64 troops killed when they invaded Gaza.
The heckling started when Cruz claimed Christians are being "exterminated" in the region. That's absolute bullsh-t and the fascist son of a bitch knows it. If not, he's not qualified to be U.S. Senator. He also claimed those who "hate" Israel "hate" America. -- More pejorative language simply not based on reality. Speaking for this writer alone, I have no hatred towards Israel or the United States.
Simply ferociously deplore and excoriate what both governments falsely do in the name of their people. It's goddamned bullsh-t. Remains self-serving, cleverly designed to consolidate power. Create a fascist police-state, particularly, here in the United States. Truly no different in Israel, either. The same damned thing, -- just a little different flavoring added to the stew.
Further evidence the Senator remains achingly clueless:
“I will say this -- I am saddened to say that some here … are so consumed with hate... ... If you will not stand with Israel and the Jews, then I will not stand with you.”
What a crock of sh-t. The problem with Cruz is universal on the Right. They refuse to remove the blinders. Suffer from tunnel vision. See only in black and white. No shades of gray. No brilliant hues of color. Determinedly, cluelessly shortsighted. Trapped in the box. Cannot think outside it.
The clueless fascist bastard then walked off stage. Couldn't handle strident dissent. Later disingenuously, falsely lamented a:
“vocal and angry minority of attendees at the conference tried to shout down my expression of solidarity with Israel” but they “cannot shout down the truth."
Truth, Senator? You wouldn't know truth if it figuratively bit you hard on the ass. Distortion, convolution, bastardization ot the truth is what you know best, are extremely proficient at. You cowardly walked off the stage. Instead of engaging them point by point. What's the matter, Ted? Afraid you might have lost the argument? A debate you should have certainly vigorously engaged in, -- if your ideas had merit and you had the guts to defend them. As Cornyn, you remain a disgrace and embarrassment to the people you allegedly serve.
Amazing how sensitive and touchy the Nazi Right in our formerly great country is to comparisons drawn between itself and Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy. Particularly, when it comes to anything in the public school system even remotely critical of it. An unidentified sixth grade teacher in a Washington, DC school remains in one hell of a heap of trouble.
She asked kids to compare and contrast George "The Tush" Bush and Adolph Hitler while teaching a unit on "War and Peace." Big mistake. Big, big mistake. Especially, in Nazi America. Indeed, the truth rings a little too true and close to home for these disingenuous bastards. No question, "The Tush" did not exterminate six million Jews, kill some 20 million Russians, countless Europeans and American soldiers. Many, many, many others.
He did, however, go to war, invaded Iraq under egregiously false pretenses, -- that at least a few of us futilely challenged at the time. The country clearly bought the bullsh-t promulgated by the President and "Slick Dick" Cheney. Consequently, some hundred thousand innocent Iraqi citizens died for absolutely nothing as well as thousands of Americans killed and maimed. For what? "Slick Dick's" legacy? The Islamic State, aka ISIS, aka ISIL?
These two American nazi war criminals were also responsible for torturing enemy combatants and "extraordinary rendition" where CIA goons kidnapped and transported prisoners to countries where they could be summarily tortured and abused. Lied like hell, when the former 'President' claimed, "We do not torture." While George W. Bush is no Adolph Hitler, there are enough valid comparisons to warrant a teacher asking her students to compare and contrast. It's called thinking. Something the Right clearly has no ability to do, nor any proficiency at.
It myopically sees all in black and white. No shades of gray. God forbid, no brilliant hues of color. Can't have that. To those calling for the unidentified teacher's firing, a raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!?
The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.
-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.
Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.
This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.
... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.
The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.
Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.
Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.
Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.
Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
