What amounts to no more than a blatant land grab continues in Llano County.  The Llano County Sheriff's Office, on behalf of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County, continues to target those least able to resist, fight back.  The Sheriff and other County officials have clearly bastardized statutes to dictate what a property 'owner' can and cannot do with that land. In unincorporated areas of the County.

This is not about dumping chemicals, raw sewage, etc., or other uses dangerous to adjoining property.  Not at all.  It is about money.  Fines.  Lining pockets of the bastards who falsely think they run and own this hellhole.  The Sheriff has appointed an egregiously unfit jackbooted thug to head operations.  'Code Compliance' Officer Les Daughtery.

Readers will recall this thug was formerly a Llano County Deputy, left for reasons the Sheriff cowardly refused to disclose, moved on to Burnet County, got the boot there due reportedly to problems with fellow officers.  None of this has been confirmed yet, but appears to be highly likely, -- coming from trusted sources.  Certainly, something does not quite ring true about this highly abusive bastard, his return to Llano County, his appointment as 'Code Enforcement' Officer, and his failed run for JP2.

Should you have information, now is the time to step forward.  Your identity will be protected.  It's time to stand up.  Otherwise, this egregious abuse of power will continue unabated.  Worsen.  These bastards rule through fear.  Fear only one thing themselves, exposure.   Help me to help you.  This thug continues to shake down local property owners.  Did so again not far from where the Pace Arrow is parked.  Two adjacent properties.  Refused to identify himself when asked.  Why?  What are you afraid of, Les?  Exposure of whom and what you are?  An inept, abusive, cowardly thug?  We're just getting started, 'Deputy.'

Despite the fact the JP2 election was likely rigged, the public, or more likely the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole, rightfully and figuratively swift kicked your most ample gluteus maximi.  May indeed, this time, have shared the public's true disdain for your outrageously callous run for office.  No more than a naked, blatant attempt to exponentially increase law enforcement power and ability to loot, mercilessly f--k innocent citizens.  Forget, Les?  You remain an exigent threat to liberty and property rights of innocent citizens.  Indeed, a disgrace.  Unfit for duty.  Readers?  Can you imagine what life would have been like should this jackbooted thug had become JP2, that is, cash cow of the County?

Indeed, we're just getting started, Sheriff.  Far, far more to come.  When will you require your goons to properly identify themselves?  Give out a business card so innocent citizens know the identities of those oppressing them?  Every time contact is made with the public.  It's cowardly of you, your thugs, and the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County to target those least able to protect themselves against shakedown and outrageous abuse by law enforcement goons.  Then again, it's easy money, right, Bill?  ... Unlike targeting someone of means who would quickly sue your sorry ass, that of your grossly inept, highly abusive 'Code Compliance' thug, and this truly goddamned hellhole County.

Several weeks ago, readers will recall World War II veteran Joseph Teson, 89, had his benefits reduced to $6 monthly.  Amazing how exposure on the boob tube can so quickly work magic, no?  The Veterans Administration 'forgave' the debt, restored full benefits, and refunded what it had taken.  How about that?  Can only imagine how many others in similar circumstances have endured the same.  -- Not to have been quite as lucky to have had kids so willing to fight for their father.

House Speaker John "Blamer" Boehner intends to sue the President for abusing power.  No question, the President has done precisely that.  Highly questionable Executive Orders regarding a wide variety of issues, particularly shoring up Obamacare which appears to be egregiously failing.  (Much more on this in the next edition.)   Don't think such a suit will go anywhere, however.  We'll see.

What is a far greater political threat to the President is Republican takeover of the Senate in the fall.  Should that happen, think the President won't be at the very least impeached next year?  Possibly, convicted in the Senate?  The Senate is currently stalled on seemingly all issues.  Paralyzed.  Bickering is incessant and continues on nearly all issues.

A new CBS poll indicates congressional approval standing at a record low, -- 5%.   ... Hard to believe, however, it's that high.  While it's possible to dump the entire House at one time at election intervals of two years, not so in the most regal Senate.  Since Senate terms are six years and staggered, it is impossible to dump all 100 worthless, useless bastards at one time, essentially clean house.

The Founders intentionally set things up this way.  As a way of maintaining stability, continuance of government.  Worked too well.  So well in fact fiefdoms lasting decades have been the result.  Until this changes, gridlock continues.  Next to impossible, however, to make a constitutional change since a two-thirds vote in both the Senate and House are required, three-quarters of State legislatures would have to agree.  Virtually, impossible.  Consequently, an unacceptable status quo remains.  Aren't we lucky?

Ramifications?  Achingly, simple.  Sh-t squat happens, no legislation of consequence passes, the corporate management suite continues to line pockets of its bought and paid for government lackeys vis a vis lobbyist loot, egregious waste and fraud remain unabated, taxpayers are mercilessly looted, and the American Dream continues to die a long, slow, painful death on the vine.

Former Qwest CEO Joe Nacchio was prosecuted for insider trading.  Highly likely for refusing to play ball with NSA, dating back to 2001.  NSA had asked Quest at that time to cooperate with a surveillance program Nacchio questioned as illegal.  Asked NSA to provide legal justification.  NSA failed to do so.  Instead and apparently in return, the former CEO was prosecuted and imprisoned.

Got out recently and appeared on FBN’s Opening Bell hosted by Maria Bartiromo.  Nacchio continues to declare his innocence.   Is still not free to talk fully about the issue due to outrageously bogus "national 'security'" restrictions  imposed by the bastards who falsely believe they run and own our formerly great country.  In reality?  To protect their sorry, corrupt, abusive, inept, criminal, treasonous asses.  ... Right, Mr. President?

The former Qwest CEO strongly asserts the NSA request had nothing to do with telephone records, however.  Interestingly, Nacchio further claims the alleged insider trading occurred before he knew Qwest lost a government contract it had been expected to receive.  Interesting, isn't it?  Again, someone's lying.  Guess who?  Still clueless?

Until we stand up to this galling, ongoing, outrageous bullsh-t, this out of control government will continue to abuse power.  Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  Cowardly dopes, duped.  You're no longer free.  Owned.  By government and its corporate masters.  -- The corporate management suite that usually controls its government lackeys.  ... Not so with NSA, however.  -- Not yet.  Clearly, that will likely change.  We'll see.  Money talks, forget?

Alleged Libyan Benghazi mastermind Ahmed Abu Khatallah has pleaded not guilty in federal court in Washington.  At time of capture, government declared he was singing like a canary, cooperating with interrogators.  Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich now claims otherwise, "compliant but not cooperative."  Is that right, Congressman?  Clearly, again, someone's lying.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?

The Republican went on to declare, "You can imagine that he was not obstinate, he was not pushing back, but he was likely not providing information ... not to the point where an FBI agent would say, 'Hey, bingo, here we go. We've got something that would turn into actionable intelligence.'"

Interesting, isn't it?  Even when the government tortured "enemy combatants," the 'information' was what interrogators wanted to hear.  Not once has this government provided evidence this outrageously criminal practice of torture and other abuse led to "actionable intelligence."  Not once.  Bogus "national 'security'" claims are just that.  Bullsh-t.  We've lost ourselves.  Heart and soul.  Principle.  Gone.

Before covering the last two major Supreme Court decisions rendered this session, follow-up to last week's ruling against 35ft. exclusion zones to abortion clinics is necessary.  The Supreme Court clearly believes women seeking an abortion are fair game, -- for verbal abuse, intimidation, threats imposed by psychotic abortion opponents desperate to force their perverse religious views on these women.

Clearly and rightfully, one cannot falsely yell fire in a theater, nor physically threaten anyone with bodily harm, violence.  Yet, without question, that does not apply to psychotic harassers of women seeking an abortion, however.  Nazis on the Court clearly remain equally desperate to legislate and impose their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  In direct violation of their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.

What remains particularly goddamned galling, outrageously hypocritical about this ruling, however,  is the fact the nine bastards ensconced on the throne have an exclusion zone around the Supreme Court itself.  Didn't know that?   Nazi justice in Nazi America.  A raucous Sieg Heil!?

The United States Supreme Court perversely believes closely held private corporations are people too.  What a crock of crap.  Corporations, no matter their charter, are legal entities.  Not people.  Deserve no religious rights.  Even sole proprietors have no right to force their religious beliefs on their employees.  Clearly, this nazi Court believes otherwise, that companies indeed literally own the asses of their employees.  Literally.

Don't want to pay for abortion or contraceptive services as an employer?  Despite the fact your employees worked for these benefits?  Earned them?  This nazi Court ruled no problem.  Do as you please.  Think a corporation run by Scientologists won't consequently refuse to pay for psychological and psychiatric care?  Use this ruling as an excuse?  Think many others won't find other 'religious' objections to regulations or services they must provide?  This case had nothing to do with religious liberty.  Nothing at all.  It's clearly about control.  Corporate control.  Ownership.  Power.

Corporations literally own the asses of their employees.  Precisely, why they require cowardly compliant employees to bare their asses for corporate inspection by a company doctor, closely supervise employees pissing into a cup for drug analysis.  To sit at a keyboard all day or stock shelves.  This ruling further reinforces corporate control of employees, now including their reproductive life and choices.  You tolerate this?  You get what you deserve.  Stupidity and cowardice always deserve to be amply 'rewarded.'  Always, are.

This ruling is further evidence of the war against women.  This time, reproductive liberty.  Interestingly, the 5-4 decision came courtesy of five men in the majority.  Clueless bastards that have no respect or regard for women.  Boys, not men.  Consider women chattel to be controlled, guided by their corporate masters.  Aren't they lucky?   Even worse?  These five nazi bastards effectively ruled discrimination against women is not discrimination at all.

Day is night, night is day, and sh-t smells perversely suite in our formerly great country.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Indeed, Nazi America.  A raucous Sieg Heil!, 'Justice' Alito?  The nazi bastard who wrote the ruling.   Remaining four egregiously fascist 'Justices' who cowardly concurred.  True worthless sons of bitches.

Forget?  Corporations don't practice religion.  Don't take the sacraments.  Don't attend church, temple, mosque, etc..  Don't marry, that is merge, courtesy of a cleric.  Don't divorce, that is divest subsidiaries, courtesy of a prelate.  Don't engage the services of a cleric to conduct funerals for businesses that fail.  To expand non-existent religious rights to businesses that have no conscience, follow few principles other than wealth generation at expense of corporate-owned employees no more than human chattel, looted purchasers of goods and services mostly shoddy, remains the height of folly and unbridled hubris.  This bullsh-t is precisely why this country is failing, an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

Once again, the United States Supreme Court took a raucous hard dump on unions.  Ruled that home healthcare workers cannot be forced to pay union dues.  This case is quite different than others, however, since most of these workers are family members taking care of close relatives, reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid for their services.

The point missed in this narrow ruling, though, is the fact that if it were not for unions, corporate greed would have dictated no minimum or livable wage, to say nothing of unbridled price gouging.  Precisely what the corporate management suite desperately wants, -- despite sitting on record profits and cash reserves.

No such thing as a 'free' market.  The market is owned, operated, manipulated by those with the wealth, that is, the power to do so.  Precisely, why the gouging and abuse continue unabated.  Be it healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, insurance, food, housing, and every other service or commodity people must have to survive.

A paper was recently released by researchers at Harvard and Boston University that declares NSA will be able to conduct extensive surveillance  of the American public through secret loopholes.  Seems data from U.S. citizens will be deliberately routed overseas where American law allows for collection of all data, foreign and domestic.  What makes it different this time is the claim the re-routing would be intentional.  To get around U.S. statutes.

Have a safe and happy Fourth.  Remember the true meaning of this holiday.  Liberty.  Catastrophically, under savage attack in our formerly great country.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
