Got guts? Tired of being lied to? Like an alternative source of information truly independent and free of government propaganda? Want this publication to continue? Send a donation to P.O. Box 151, Buchanan Dam, Tx. 78609.

Publisher's Note: This publication receives no financial support through advertising.  Although shaken down, looted, and abused by corrupt government, area businesses remain unwilling to stand up.  Locals are too gutless to donate financially, cowardly fearing retribution.  For this publication to survive, national readers need to contribute.  Liberty In Peril is, has been, and will always remain beholden to NO ONE. -- Precisely why there is no financial assistance.  ... From day of launch and certainly a no-brainer to this very day, firmly resolved to walk away first rather than compromise principle. -- To the chagrin of many and delight of few.    T.C. (5-7-13).

For new readers:  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

Newsletter Text V366

Amazing how both parties conveniently re-write history as suits their fancy, bolsters political expediency, party line.  This time, Republicans are skewering the President for removing troops and ending our involvement in the war in Iraq.  ... Got it ass backwards, ludicrously so.  One of only a few things Mr. Obama has indeed done right since taking office.  His greatest mistake vis a vis Iraq?  Not prosecuting ole George "The Tush," "Slick Dick" Cheney, and their henchmen for war crimes.  Equally pointedly, going to war under egregiously false pretenses.

GOP fascists seemed to have conveniently forgotten the Iraqis themselves wouldn't, couldn't agree to a "status of forces" agreement, protecting remaining U.S. troops from Iraqi jurisdiction.  Perversely, so.  Had we remained, the situation now in Iraq would have likely come far sooner at expense of our troops, casualties, and treasure.  Without question, the Iraqis and their leadership are hopelessly corrupt, abusive, and sectarian to the extreme.  This, the real reason for the present state of affairs in Iraq.  Time for Republicans to wake up, both clueless parties to reject all such mindless, self-serving partisanship.

... Reason why Obama failed to prosecute his predecessor and henchmen?  Simple.  Achingly, perniciously simple.  Feared the same happening to him.  Political expediency always comes first.   Always.  Principle?  ... What's that?  Has come back to figuratively bite hard in the ass, however.  "The Tush" and "Slick Dick" have crawled out from under the rock both have been hiding under to criticize the President.

"Slick Dick" sticks his foot in his mouth every time he opens it, "The policies of the last six years have left America diminished and weakened. Our enemies no longer fear us. Our allies no longer trust us."  A crock of crap, Dick.  Know what's left our formerly great country "diminished and weakened?"  Going to war in Iraq under egregiously false pretenses, torturing and abusing prisoners of war, you sick son of a bitch.

Wake up, Dick.  Our enemies never feared us, you fool.  They despised us.  How can our allies trust us?  We spy on them.  Doesn't such NSA spying date back to your Regime?  The jackass further opined, "Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many."  Doesn't this perfectly describe ole George "The Tush" Bush?  Not smart to throw stones in glass houses, fool.

Know what's truly galling, Mr. Vice President?  You and the President were never prosecuted for war crimes, invading under false pretenses.  You've disgraced yourself and our formerly great country.  Time to crawl back under the rock you and "The Tush" have been hiding under since leaving office.  The public deserves no less.

Big Data.  No clue?  Wake up.  The corporate management suite and its governmental lackeys work in conjunction to eviscerate all privacy for two reasons.  First, control.  Second, money.  Truly, one and the same.  Take a survey?  Pay for pharmaceuticals, other health products with a debit or credit card?  Access a health website without using a browser that covers your tracks?  Guess what?  Big Data collects that information.  Analyzes it to determine what your health issues are.  Sells that information to corporations and the government.  Comfortable with that?  Makes you feel more secure someone is looking up your ass?  Literally?

Want the government and its corporate masters to know if you have a vaginal yeast infection, suffer erectile dysfunction, depression, AIDS/HIV, etc.?  Sign up for any kind of online support, and that's exactly what happens.  Your information is sold, shared.  Can't understand why you submit employment application after application only to be ignored?  Despite the fact your skills are in high demand?  Now, you know precisely why.  How can that happen since you're in good health you ask?  Wake up.

Not just healthcare data is collected.  Every phase and facet of your life is of great interest and a target of Big Data.  How do they get this information?  You're careless with personal data.  Readily forfeit it to anyone who asks.  Got nothing to hide, right?  Facilitate tracking perpetrated by these bastards.  Stupidly, ignorantly so.  Fail to run and update enough security on your machines.  The list can, and will, go on and on.  In this, and editions to come.

Looking for a discount from outrageously greedy pharmaceutical houses?  Desperately submit your information to them to get a break?  Guess what?  They sell it.  Think the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protects you from such disclosure and misuse of information?  Wake up.  It doesn't.  HIPAA only applies to healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and billing clearinghouses.  Everyone, everything else is fair game for these hopelessly greedy determinedly underhanded turds.  Republican fascists in the House and Senate don't want to rein in these bastards who  royally f--k the public.  Why?  They're lining their pockets courtesy of lobbyist loot.  Wake up.  Doing so at your expense.

If you insist on accessing these 'resources,' there are ways to lower but not eliminate risk.  When registering for a site, use a false name and email address you use for no other purpose than accessing this site alone.  Carefully examine offers such as 'free' screenings, drug discounts, etc..  Often, they are no more than fronts for information collection and sale.  READ all privacy agreements carefully and in their entirety.  If it states information will be used, shared, sold to "third parties,"  run for the hills.  Pay with cash.  -- If you don't wish the world to know you have genital herpes or some other highly personal issue.

Careful what you publicly share.  Twitter and Facebook are fertile happy hunting grounds for Big Data and its government lackeys.  ... With all the government and corporate tracking going on, it's stupid to have a Twitter and Facebook account.  You don't, can't understand?  Both are forever.  Information you post can never be erased.  One reason why you may not have a job, or are being ignored by prospective employers.

The Federal Trade Commission rightly claims you have virtually no control over what the corporate management suite and its government lackeys collect and how vis a vis personal data.  Particularly, since you do not believe in Internet security and are unwilling to do all you can to frustrate such tracking.  Wants a central, easily accessible website that would allow the public to know what's collected and how to opt out.  ...  A bit disingenuous, however, coming from a federal agency that has been remarkably ineffective regulating the corporate management suite, particularly, the financial community.

They rightfully claim Big Data often knows more about you than your family and friends.  Comfortable?  Don't care?  That clueless?  World Privacy Forum claims there are hundreds of "secret" consumer data scores that are compiled and sold to law enforcement, finance, marketers, wireless providers, employers, etc..  Including your ability, likelihood to hold a job, steal, commit fraud, etc..  Still comfortable?  Don't care?  Still can't understand why you may have been denied a job?  Think the information they have on you is accurate, timely?  Wake up.

Here are a few Big Data scores.  Churn score.  If you competitively shop, prices offered are lower than those afforded considered more "stable." Translation?  If you go along to get along, you get royally f--ked.  Mercilessly, looted.  Fair game since you are an easy mark and don't question prices.  Always shop around online to get the best price.  Then go to brick and mortar to make the purchase.  Pay for it with cash.  Don't disclose your identity.

Medication adherence score.  Allows doctors and pharmacies to know should they need to patronizingly remind you to take your medication.  Based on all kinds of personal information collected over the years including age, home ownership, etc..  Provided by Big Data.  How?  They peer up your ass vis a vis your entire life history.  Courtesy of your determined carelessness with personal data and unwillingness to do all you can to frustrate tracking.  Still comfortable?  Reassured?  Taken care of?  Secure?  Don't care?

Fraud scores.  Used by retailers, credit card companies, and many, many others to determine if you may be involved in fraudulent and other criminal activity.  Sounds good at first blush, doesn't it?   Wake up.   Do this, however, by invading your privacy, collecting every bit of personal information they can.  Worst of all?  You have no idea how this information is collected.  What standards have been set.  Whether or not it's accurate.  Who has that information.  No way to challenge inaccuracies or opt out.  You can be perfectly law abiding yet be harassed unjustly by law enforcement, or denied credit for absolutely no legitimate reason.  Or, a job.  Victim of identity theft?  Takes years to correct, if ever.

Custom scores.  This is one of the most outrageous.  Companies compile all kinds of personal information from their customers.  Use it to predict highly personal issues such as pregnancy.  Example?  Target's pregnancy predictor score.  The bastards used one customer's buying habits to predict she was pregnant before she had even told family.  -- This, from a corporation that recently compromised the personal data of millions in our formerly great country.

Law enforcement scores.  Virtually nothing is known about this other than their existence.  Particularly, frightening in the fascist police-state we now live in.

Ever hear of a database called The Work Number?  It's owned and operated by one of the most corrupt, abusive, and outrageously inept credit bureaus ever known.  Equifax.  Only Experian is worse.  Payroll data that is sold all over the country.  The federal government is now using this database instead of IRS to determine eligibility for all kinds of federal benefits.  Many, if not most employees don't know this personal information is being sold to the government by the corporate management suite.

Have no choice, however, since their employers make it mandatory.  -- Sold out by their goddamned corporate masters.  -- Doing this despite the fact the government already has this information vis a vis IRS.  Clever, isn't it?  Exceptionally profitable as well, -- for Equifax.  Where is your outrage?  Too damned stupid, cowardly, compliant?

Unlike government databases, The Work Number is not held to the very same accuracy and privacy standards.  Convenient, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.  Since all kinds of issues and problems you may have in your life may be directly related to such databases.  Yet, you have no clue since they are not required to allow informed consent and true opt out.  You wouldn't even know where to look since all these databases are proprietary and kept top secret from consumers.  Sold to the corporate management suite and their government lackeys including law enforcement.  ... All the more reason to do all you can to frustrate tracking.  Yet, as determined fools, you clearly couldn't care less.  In return, you get what you so richly deserve.  F--ked.

Did you hear about a recent FTC study?  Certainly, confirms what's been widely known for quite some time.  There are errors  on the credit reports of some 42 million citizens.  Despite what these bloodsuckers falsely claim, correction of these mistakes is not quick and easy.  You can be denied a job, housing, etc. due to an uncorrected report.  No more than fraud that should be prosecuted.  Never is, however.  The bastards are, indeed, protected.

Most pointedly, why in the hell would you allow an employer or landlord to do a credit check on you?  Cowardly, compliant, aggressively stupid, hopelessly ignorant sheep.  You're willingly controlled by your corporate and governmental masters.  "But what can we do," whine the cowardly compliant owned sheep?  Wake up.  Stand up.  Grow a pair.  Refuse to comply.  Tell the bastards where they can shove it.  They pull this bullsh-t for one reason and one reason only.  Because they can.  Why?  Simple.  Achingly, simple.  You cowardly comply.  Wake up.

Still willingly, compliantly piss in a cup under supervision by Walmart and others who require a drug test?  Compliantly, literally bare your sad, cowardly asses for corporate inspection by a company doctor for a job that pays sh-t squat, offers no job security, treats employees as human chattel?  To sit at a keyboard all day or stock shelves? Wake up.  You're royally f--ked by your corporate masters who literally own your ass.  Human chattel.  Grow a pair.  Rugged individualism?  Where?  Gone.

Ever mindlessly give a clerk your zip code at checkout if asked?  Big mistake.  This information is used by Big Data in conjunction with public records, other sources of personal information, and credit/debit card data.  To link this information with what you purchase to determine whether or not you smoke, are selling your home, getting divorced, married, pregnant etc..   This is ostensibly done to target consumers with relevant coupons, deals, etc..  If this information was used only for this, it would be no more than an outrageous invasion of privacy.  In the wrong hands, however, it can be used far more perniciously.  ... Still can't understand why you're not employed?  Think it all paranoia?  Wake up.  You've been duped.  Dopes, duped.

Own a cell phone?  A smart phone?  Your company is selling aggregate personal information to websites you visit, retailers you patronize.  They know where you are, when you're there, where you go, who you shop with, your predilections, those you associate with, etc..  Don't care?  Comfortable?  Secure?  Unconcerned?  Verizon is reportedly the first carrier to publicly admit it directly sells aggregate personal information to the business community.  No problem with this?  Truly think it's only aggregate?  Will remain so?  Wake up.

Ever hear of the Death Master File?  Any identity thief with ten bucks to spare can access this Social Security Administration database to get a full name, Social Security Number, and other personal information regarding the dead.  Need unlimited access?  $995 buys an annual subscription.  Ludicrously, this database was supposedly created to combat fraud.

Wake up.  Smell the coffee.  You're being egregiously, royally f--ked.  When will you stand up to this tyranny?  Too stupid to get it?  Clueless?  Expect a continuing expose of these issues in future editions.  Annoyed?  Too bad.  That's exactly what's intended.  Tough.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.  Before too late.

For once, the Extreme Right on the Supreme Court got it right, but the Fascist Four nonetheless were on the losing end of a gun rights issue.  Straw purchases of a gun remain illegal in Nazi America.  Even if both the recipient and purchaser are indeed legally qualified to own the weapon.  A Glock 19 was bought by a nephew and transferred to his uncle.  Both were legally qualified to own it.  The Court upheld the conviction, nonetheless.

Writing for the majority, Justice Elena Kagan opined the sophisticated system of background checks and record checking are intended to facilitate crime investigation and tracing weapons to their owner.  Madam Justice?  Where the hell in the Second Amendment does it authorize the government to do so at the expense of the privacy of the law abiding?

The Second Amendment clearly affirms the right of the people to own firearms shall not be infringed.  You don't, can't understand that?  Two law abiding citizens.  Not convicted felons.  No domestic violence.  What is your goddamned problem?  What if the purchaser had gifted the weapon to his uncle?  Still have a problem with that as well, Madam Justice?

Forget the true purpose of the Second Amendment?  Not hunting, self-protection, target shooting, etc..  While all indeed worthy activities, the true intention of the Founders was the last best defense against tyrannical government.  Isn't this precisely why the fascist bastards who run and own our formerly great country are so desperate to impose gun control?

Use every gun crime as a convenient excuse to eviscerate the Second Amendment as they have nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties?  Desperate to consolidate Executive power, establish and impose a fascist police-state.  To control the masses.  Line the pockets of the corporate management suite and their government lackeys.

The U.S. Supreme Court seems to be all over the spectrum in regard to its rulings.  Over a month ago, it falsely affirmed as constitutional Christian prayer at the beginning of town council meetings in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause.  This time it left a lower court decision in place that rules public high school graduations in churches adorned with religious symbols are unconstitutional.  Violate church-state separation.

Despite implementation of Obamacare, the United States ranks lowest in an international healthcare survey.  We spend more in healthcare than any other industrialized country yet rank lowest in terms of overall health, quality of care, equity, efficiency.  Where the hell is the money going?  Who's getting rich off what remains nothing more than blood money looted from those least able to afford it?

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C opined on  Face The Nation  6-15-14:  "I think it's inevitable. The seeds of 9/11 are being planted all over Iraq and Syria. You don't have to believe me, this is what they're telling you they're gonna do. They're not hiding their agenda. They want an Islamic caliphate. They plan to drive us out of the Mideast by attacking us here at home."

This man is a lawyer, a Senator with years of experience.  Yet, despite all this, he is an idiot.  Clueless.  Drunk the Kool Aide.  Seems the Senator has clearly forgotten the State Department is ultimately responsible for allowing the 9/11 terrorists into this country without full background checks.  Failed to remove visas even when flight schools informed authorities they wished only to learn how to fly, -- not how to take off and land.

Yet, not one head rolled at State.  No one was prosecuted for criminal negligence.  Instead, we forfeited all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, falsely in the name of "national 'security.'"  Now, this outrageously ignorant piece of crap wishes to re-write history.  Play Chicken Little.  Why don't you suit up, Lindsey?  Lead a group of the similarly insane back into battle?

The President promised his would be the “most transparent administration in history.”  Guess what?  He lied.  The Center For Regulatory Solutions recently released a report regarding Mr. Obama's egregious stonewalling of nearly all information requests.  FOIA requests are routinely denied due to "national 'security.'"  Conveniently, so.  8,496 denied last year alone.   Insult to injury, 36% in 2013 were either fully denied or censored.  196,034 other times records couldn't be found, requester refused to pay for copies,  or the request was declared “unreasonable or improper.”  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  So much for transparency in Nazi America.

Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee opined, “I'm concerned the growing trend toward relying upon FOIA exemptions to withhold large swaths of government information is hindering the public's right to know.   If you screw up in government, just mark it top secret.”  ... Hey, Senator?  How many times have we heard the same?  Empty rhetoric.  When will you and the other royalty in the Senate finally get off your financially portly pathetically sorry gluteus maximi and finally do something about this egregious bullsh-t?  The public is tired of the ongoing never ending royal f--king perpetrated by all branches and levels of government.

Victoria Wilcher is all but three years old.  Indeed, a beautiful, precious, angelic, cute little girl who was viciously mauled by pit bulls back in April.  The bastards broke both jaws, her nose, cheekbones, right eye socket.  Lost that eye as well.  The right side of her face remains paralyzed.  Wears a patch with a cartoon character on it.  Uses a feeding tube and will need further surgery after bone regrowth.

Despite her horrific injuries, smiles so sweetly can make a grown man cry.  ... Could be anyone's daughter, granddaughter.  No one, especially a 3-year-old, should have to go through such trauma, suffering, endless pain.  Yet, recently was asked to leave a KFC in Jackson, Miss. by an employee who claimed her injuries 'disturbed' other patrons.

Indeed, utterly devastated the little girl.  Will no longer look in the mirror.   Her family, outraged, posted the fiasco on Facebook.  When the KFC corporate management suite learned of the incident, acted quickly to make it right.   Promised an investigation.  Apologized.  Declared such employee behavior is not condoned and will not be tolerated.  Donated $30,000 for her medical expenses.  Another KFC franchise stepped up as well, -- offering the family "a big KFC picnic."

While no doubt in the best interests of KFC, indeed, was the right thing to do and must be commended for acting immediately.  Most heartbreaking of all?  The little girl had just left her doctor and was hungry.  The family bought her mashed potatoes since she could then eat without chewing.  Only to get asked to leave by someone with no heart, no soul, no feeling, no clue.  Somewhere along the way, we've lost ourselves.

A feather in his cap, the President's troops recently captured alleged Benghazi ringleader Ahmed Abu Khattalah.  Once again, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC made a supreme jackass of himself.  This sad sack of human excrement is indeed a lawyer.  Has clearly forgotten his oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  This piece of crap opines, "We should have some quality time with this guy. Weeks and months. Don't torture him, but have some quality time with him. I'm glad they caught the gentleman and at the end of the day I hope we gather intelligence through the law of war and interrogation.  If they bring him to the United States, they're going to Mirandize this guy and it would be a mistake for the ages to read this guy his Miranda rights."

This, coming from an attorney who should be immediately disbarred.  Clearly, he has no belief, faith, or trust in the United States Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.  This most precious document applies to all under its jurisdiction, including those indicted by our grand juries for federal crimes, including Ahmed Abu Khattalah.  Clearly, this piece of sh-t does not think so.  Believes there should be an exemption for a foreign national who has been accused by federal authorities of crimes against the United States.  It's time to retire in disgrace, Senator.  You've, indeed, been in Washington way too long.  You're egregiously out of touch.  An embarrassing has-been.  Time to go.

Already, the wheels of nazi 'justice' in Nazi America have been set into motion.  Ahmed Abu Khattalah according to the military is on a "slow" trip back to the United States.  Has not, will not, be Mirandized until the President sees fit.  Clearly, our formerly great country remains clueless to the fact abrogating justice and railroading this terrorist will appear to the world as no more than that.

Our credibility is shot to sh-t precisely because we no longer believe in our Constitution and rule of law.  Rather, we fear it.  Precisely, why we railroad the accused, make absolutely sure they do not get a fair trial.  "National 'security,'" forget?  Then, incredibly, we wonder why we're so hated and despised throughout the world.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
