Despite all the truly horrible business routinely reported in this publication each week with damned good reason, once in awhile somebody in law enforcement does something truly heroic, heartwarming. Anytime that happens, it will lead first on all five websites.
Abby Porter is eight years old, a second grader. She and mom, Shelly, live in Kansas. Both were driving to school in Riverton one recent morning. Mom had a medical emergency, suddenly passed out. Abby immediately grabbed the wheel and steered. On Kansas 66, a four-lane highway. Even did a U-turn to return home. ... To Daddy.
Quite a bit of traffic a little after 8:30 in the morning, -- including trucks. Officer Jimmy Hamilton noticed the SUV swerving, thought he had encountered a drunk. Not so, as he quickly realized when he approached and saw the little girl steering with mom slumped over. Worse, they were approaching an intersection.
This truly remarkable cop got in front of the SUV, trying to bring it to a stop with his vehicle. Abby, however, didn't want to hit him. Kept switching lanes to avoid a collision. -- Must have been truly something to see, no? He pulled alongside her and asked her to put it in park. She didn't know how. Told her she needed to let him slow her down. Have her hit him. She was too afraid. -- Fear etched in her face but didn't cry once according to this truly remarkable officer.
Finally, however, did what he asked her to do. Bumped into him. He slowly braked, bringing all of them to a safe stop. Abby and Officer Hamilton will be honored by the Galena Police Department. Hat's off. Law enforcement at its very best. A little girl who will indeed go great places. -- Mom, Dad, Abby, and Officer Hamilton all okay.
... Despite one brief ray of brilliant, desperately-needed sunshine, true respite noted above, back to business. Horrible business. A gallingly unacceptable outrageously corrupt, abusive un-American status quo. It's going to get ugly. Very ugly. Fasten seatbelts. One hell of a bumpy ride ahead.
Think land grab the only legalized theft practiced by outrageously corrupt and abusive government at all levels? Wake up. Ever hear of civil forfeiture? It's the easy cleverly designed way government 'lawfully' steals private property. Not through the criminal court process, however. No, no, no. No criminal court judge ever signs off on this supposedly constitutional legalized theft of personal property. Has absolutely nothing to do with seizure of assets gained as a result of criminal activity, properly adjudicated by a court as a result of criminal enterprise and subsequent criminal trial. Not at all.
It is legalized theft of property, vehicles, valuables, cash, etc. by law enforcement and prosecutors who suspect someone of criminal activity. Jackbooted thugs and their equally corrupt and abusive prosecutorial masters only have to think you're a criminal, have engaged in crime. Again, the process is not a result of any criminal trial where law enforcement and prosecutors must prove their case. No. Not at all. That would be too easy, too formerly American. Certainly, not in the fascist police-state we now live in.
Ever hear of anyone having cash seized from them by a cop at a traffic stop who thinks it's drug money or a result of some other criminal activity? Haven't? Wake up. The rumors are true. Where have you been? No arrest. No charges. No trial. No criminal court proceeding. On the word, solely, of the officer. The victim of the thieving bastard has to hire an attorney, go to court to get the stolen loot returned. If in fact, he or she can. Worse? Can afford to do so. Going on all over the country. Why? Simple.
-- The jackbooted thug wearing a uniform, a badge, with a license to kill knows damn well cash in the pocket of a 'suspect' is no probable cause a crime has indeed been committed. What to do? Expropriate the money through civil forfeiture. After all, the 'suspect' is 'guilty.' Right? Has to be. Why? Again, achingly simple.
The jackbooted thug and his or her prosecutorial master certainly believe it to be so. That's enough. In fact, in Nazi America, that's more than enough. This saves them the trouble of criminally prosecuting a 'case' they have absolutely no chance of winning. Yet, keep the loot. Expedient, isn't it? Most victims of these corrupt and abusive bastards don't have the wherewithal to challenge the theft in court. Better still. Of ultimate convenience. -- To a jackbooted thug and his prosecutorial master. Hear the rumble?
In Nazi America through civil forfeiture, the government does not have to file charges, prove guilt, obtain a conviction before stealing from an innocent citizen. That is, stealing someone's property, personal possessions, valuables, cash, assets, etc.. No due process required. Clear determined abrogation of at least the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Again, hear the rumble? Not only are the have-nots targeted, however. No, no, no.
The bastards haughtily tried to steal a Massachusetts motel valued at $1.5 million owned by Russell Caswell. Fortunately, he had the help of the Institute of Justice to go to court and fight. Guess what? He won. More galling? ... To think he had earlier cooperated with these very same jackbooted thugs. ... Who subsequently tried to royally f--k him. ... Despite the fact he had previously, most generously donated rooms for stings conducted amounting to no more than legalized entrapment. Cleverly designed to line government coffers. Certainly, paid him back for his cooperation, didn't they? Indeed, the American Way.
With all this going on, clearly there is increasingly little discernible difference between the criminal element and the jackbooted thugs charged with enforcing the law. In most cases? A badge and a license to wantonly kill, steal. Sadly, too often, that's all.
Think Snowden should return to the United States to face charges? Think he'd get a fair trial? Buy the goading, no more than unadulterated bullsh-t, disingenuously promulgated by the Obama Regime and his national 'security' thugs? That is, if Snowden supposedly believes what he did was truly right and heroic he should return and courageously defend himself in a court of law? What these nazi traitors in government fail to disclose to the public is the fact that criminal defense is severely restricted, effectively obliterated in our formerly great country.
A fascist 'judge' dictates to defense counsel what is and is not 'proper' defense, that is, what is and is not admissible at 'trial.' Our failed nazi court system does not believe you, the jurors, can properly determine what is or is not guilt of those charged. They limit what you can and cannot consider in determining guilt. Why? Why else? To guaranty a guilty verdict.
The greatest threat to a thoroughly corrupt system is jury nullification. Precisely, why they falsely allege it is not constitutional or legal. Why outrageously corrupt and hopelessly abusive prosecutors and shill 'judges' abrogate the right of any defendant and counsel to put on an effective defense. Worse and equally pointedly? Refuse to let you, the jury, decide whether that defense is indeed viable, credible, reasonable, worthy of exoneration of those charged. Or, conviction.
Jury nullification is the only true defense to outrageously unconstitutional laws and their enforcement by corrupt, abusive law enforcement and their prosecutorial masters. These bastards think you're too damned stupid to convict the truly guilty, violent predators. They'll do it for you. Only problem? They conveniently protect white collar thugs, truly vicious predators who line their pockets and financially rape the public. Two radically different systems of 'justice.'
Precisely, why only one Wall Street white collar goon has been convicted after the 2008 financial meltdown and subsequent financial depression we now live in. Exactly, why the middle class has nearly vanished. As the oligarchs who falsely believe they run and own this formerly great country take it all. -- This bought and paid for 'government' owned by its corporate masters protects these bastards.
Falsely charge, convict, imprison whistle blowers such as Snowden who expose this profound corruption and abuse within the system to the glaring light of day. Expose them, and bastards like them, for the vicious predatory criminals they truly are. Use "national 'security'" as a ruse to defend themselves and their egregious sh-tting on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. These cowardly sons of bitches need to be asked for proof when they falsely claim the country has been placed in danger as a result of such disclosure.
It has not. Never has been. It's a sad clever ruse the cowardly public has bought hook, line, and sinker. Dopes duped. These treasonous, traitorous bastards only seek to cover their sorry pathetic criminal asses. There is no way Snowden would receive a fair trial in Nazi America. In matters of "national 'security,'" the nazi 'judge' presiding would not permit a whistle blower defense. The poor bastard charged would be summarily railroaded, convicted, and sent to prison. Precisely, why Obama and his henchmen want him back. Silence whistle blowing. Nazi America. A fascist police-state. The best 'government' money can literally buy. ... Still don't know that?
When will the State of Texas rein in murderous law enforcement? A Hearne police officer recently shot and killed a 93-year-old woman named Pearlie Golden under highly questionable circumstances. An autopsy revealed she had been shot twice with a third round having grazed her. Not the first kill for Officer Stephen Stem, however. He was no-billed for an earlier killing. -- Two killings since joining the force in 2012. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Couldn't be, could it? The Mayor wants him gone. ... You think? The Texas Rangers are 'investigating.' In Nazi Texas, as well as throughout most of our formerly great country, usually nothing comes of these 'investigative' charades. The killers almost always are exonerated. Protected. As has been the case in Llano County. Repeatedly. At least three times in the last ten years. Right, Sheriff?
Texas Needville High School student Mason Michalec received a two-day in school suspension for refusing to stand during the Pledge of Allegiance. Had reportedly been doing so most of the year until a different teacher noticed and wrote him up. The 15-year-old kid is protesting government abuse, including warrantless NSA spying of innocent citizens. Can't have that, can we? Goes against the corporate-government line and their shills in the classroom.
No First Amendment in public government-run schools. What for? -- Not that there is any in the private arena. Students are 'free' to do what they're told. Right? Why not? Supposed to be controlled, aren't they? The kid refused to stand. Sat. Didn't cause a ruckus, hoot, holler, disturb the peace, etc.. Apparently, had been ignored most of the year. Some in the town haughtily condescendingly believed he had the 'freedom' to stand, -- and should have. A combat veteran wisely thought the opposite, opining the kid was properly exercising personal rights. He was. ... Rights the veteran fought for. Then again, wouldn't want to confuse hopelessly ignorant goosestepping idiots with the truth would we? Too late, anyway, they've already drunk the Kool Aide.
Had it been boisterous, truly disruptive, the school would indeed have had a legitimate issue. It was not. They did not. Did warn the kid they'd take further action should he continue the protest. Exactly, what Michalec should do. Needs to be challenged in court. What's next? Requiring all to take a loyalty oath to school and government officials? Bow and curtsy? Promise to kiss their ass? Pay homage to the jackass 'educator' element who have raised political correctness to a level never seen before? ... Yet, have difficulty tying their shoes?
Most troubling? The kid had apparently been ignored by his fellow students. No one joined him. Says volumes for the sheep raised and 'educated' in the school system today. Mindless, unquestioning, compliant dolts. The Sarah Palins of the world. Does not bode well for the future, sadly. They'll meekly do what their corporate masters and bought and paid for government lackeys order them to do without question. ... Jump! -- How high, master?
Yet, another hopelessly greedy U.S. corporation wishes to be domiciled in the United Kingdom for tax purposes. Precisely why the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the world, Pfizer, is trying to buy UK AstraZeneca. Should the merger go through, Pfizer would retain corporate headquarters in New York, be domiciled in the British tax haven. Convenient, isn't it?
No more than treason on the part of the Pfizer corporate management suite. They want the benefits of living and doing business in the U.S., that is, egregiously mercilessly looting the public they allegedly serve, at the same time greedily seek a clever way to evade paying U.S. corporate taxes. Yet, another clear example of the egregious failure of capitalism in our formerly great country as the wealth skews further and further to the top one percent, that is, the oligarchs. ... Class envy? Bullsh-t. Egregious class injustice in Nazi America. Hear the rumble?
The idiots who run and own our formerly great country are driving it straight into the ground. Not only has the President been made to look like a bamboozled jackass vis a vis Syria, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq, but now Ukraine. Seems the Russians in response to sanctions imposed by Washington assert the U.S. will summarily be denied Russian transportation to the International Space Station beyond 2020, as well as denied purchase of Russian-made NK-33 and RD-180 rocket engines used to launch American military satellites.
What the hell is wrong with this picture? Why are we buying foreign rocket engines and dependent on the Russians for transportation to the space station? Why? In the last sixty years, we developed and manufactured our own. Got there ourselves. No longer? Why? Why have we grown deliberately aggressively stupid, hopelessly ignorant? Dependent on anyone? Other than ourselves? What happened to rugged individualism that made our formerly great country once truly great? Formerly promulgated and championed by Republicans.
We've lost ourselves. Capitulated to our corporate masters and their bought and paid for government lackeys. Indeed, a one world economy literally owned and operated by a handful of oligarchs. What's happening in Syria, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Sudan, North Korea, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Palestine, Israel, elsewhere in the Middle East and many, many other places serves as a severe wake up call. Indeed, it's time to wake up. Smarten up. Smell the coffee. Fully understand how betrayed we've truly been. Sold out. Egregiously f--ked by our corporate masters and their bought and paid for government lackeys. Sole driving principle? Worse? Only principle? Corporate bottom line. Earnings. Clearly, nothing else matters. The President, Congress, and the Courts are and remain a dismal miserable failure. Bought and paid for. You don't know that?
Obama a liberal? Certainly, appears not with two recent judicial nominations. One is David Barron, Harvard Law School professor, nominated to 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. Seems this fascist bastard aided the Obama Regime in legally 'justifying' killing of American citizens allegedly aiding al Qaeda sans trial and conviction in a court of law. That is, the President, little more than a dictator, has become 'judge, 'jury,' and executioner. Indeed, Nazi America.
The second? Michael Boggs, U.S. District Court for Northern District of Georgia. This nazi son of a bitch is strongly opposed to same sex marriage, gay rights, and abortion. Despite being a Democrat. We already have more than enough GOP fascists legislating their perverse and immoral ideological and religious beliefs from the bench. We need two more Democrats to do the same? Obama a liberal? How?

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.
Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
