This publication has been in suspension since March 2003 for reasons explained on the Home Page.  Much has happened in the United States, as well as the rest of the world, since the last edition.  ... Sadly, most of it disturbing.  Much of it achingly heartbreaking.

Got guts? Tired of being lied to? Like an alternative source of information truly independent and free of government propaganda? Want this publication to continue? Send a donation to P.O. Box 151, Buchanan Dam, Tx. 78609.

Publisher's Note: This publication receives no financial support through advertising.  Although shaken down, looted, and abused by corrupt government, area businesses remain unwilling to stand up.  Locals are too gutless to donate financially, cowardly fearing retribution.  For this publication to survive, national readers need to contribute.  Liberty In Peril is, has been, and will always remain beholden to NO ONE. -- Precisely why there is no financial assistance.  ... From day of launch and certainly a no-brainer to this very day, firmly resolved to walk away first rather than compromise principle. -- To the chagrin of many and delight of few.    T.C. (5-7-13).

For new readers:  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

Before reading the new edition kindly take time to consider the following:

The following Liberty In Peril links, although unhighlighted, are all currently active.  ... At this time.  It is important, however to bookmark each.  Why?  Remember the nature of this publication, -- as well as the fact all sites are hosted free of charge on independent servers.  This means they can be removed at any time due to changes in terms of service or hacking attack.  Since this publication is unfunded, it is the goal to keep at least one up and running at all times.  Bookmark!  -- If one is lost, you'll have access to another.  Should a site or sites not been updated, it may only mean this writer has temporarily lost Internet access.  Patience. ... Pesky issues all associated with an unfunded publication that aggressively challenges the status quo.

Please take time to bookmark the above URLs.  This publication is self-funded. Again, sites are hosted free of charge. That does mean they can be taken down at any time due to changes in terms of service, or hacking attack. Internet access for servicing and update may not always be available.  -- Again, foibles of an unfunded publication. Should you bookmark, at least one site should always remain available.  ... Shortly, the website www.libertyinperil.x10.mx will no longer be used by this publication.

Although unhighlighted, the following Liberty In Peril websites remain up and running:

www.libertyinperil.host-ed.me

www.libertyinperil.twomini.com

www.libertyinperil.wink.ws

www.libertyinperil.t15.org

Sadly, libertyinperil.x10.mx will no longer be one of them.  X10 Hosting does not support 'free' accounts.  There is no Help Desk for these accounts.  The thread to their community forum has been discontinued.  Doesn't matter since communication would be with fellow users, not technical staff or the corporate management suite.  There are no email addresses for corporate management.  No street address for the company.  No telephone number.  Nothing.

The webpage they use to report abuse complaints does not work.  Worse? The CAPTCHA puzzles are deliberately unreadable.  The company wants no contact.  Management has also clearly stated any Help Desk issues contained in the complaint would result in immediate delete of the message and no response.  Abject Aryan arrogance.

The reason this writer considered closing down this URL for quite some time has nothing, however, to do with lack of support.  In fact, this site has worked remarkably well since launch, -- until last Sunday, 4-20-14.  It had been suspended a short time that day since I had recently and deliberately not logged in to the Control Panel at least once every thirty days.

-- Of all the webhosts used by this publication, this is the only one that requires Control Panel log-in.  It is a pain in the ass craftily designed to force upgrade or facilitate tracking.  Readers should understand there is normally no need to access the Control Panel unless there are problems.  There have been none on x10.mx.  Always upload via FTP.  Had been doing this since launch.  In fact, on all the sites.

Run quite a bit of security on my machine.  Always changing, tweaking operating systems, browsers, applications, anti-malware, anti-virus software, etc..  The browser, doing precisely what it was designed to do, repeatedly alerted after logging in to the x10 Control Panel:

"*This website attempted to access image data on a
> canvas. Since canvas image data can be used to discover information
> about your computer, blank image data was returned this time*"

The browser did this every time I logged in to the Control Panel.  With the security in place on the machine and the fact there is deliberately nothing of significance on the hard drive, felt it was worth continuing publication on a free site that worked remarkably well.  ... That is, I had not shut down the site earlier because it seemed the targets of the tracking appear to be webmasters entering the Control Panel, not readers accessing the site itself.

To repeat, was reasonably sure this tracking did not extend to anyone accessing the publication itself. Again, to the best of my knowledge. Why, one might ask, was I reasonably sure?   -- I routinely disable Javascript on all my machines.  Always have since it can be used to hack and track. The X10 Hosting Liberty In Peril site, regardless and as designed, worked properly with Javascript disabled.  As do all Liberty In Peril websites.

Will never use Javascript on any of my sites.  To the best of my knowledge, there was no Javascript embedded in code used by X10 Hosting servers to host the site.  In addition, the canvas warning pop up received from the browser did not occur when accessing the publication itself.  In addition, it was one of two sites that had not been hacked.  Precisely, why I remained reluctant to dump it.

Nonetheless, since the site was temporarily suspended due to my refusal to log in to the Control Panel months after launch, I no longer felt marginally comfortable with this webhost.  -- The problem with trying to do this on the cheap.  While there is nothing for them to track or data to steal from my machine vis a vis the Control Panel, my readers must come first.  Many, if not most of you, likely do not have as much security as you should on your machines.

Consequently, the decision was made to no longer use this website despite the fact it appeared readers were not being tracked.  Intended to make the announcement in this edition.  Didn't turn out to be that simple.  Both the decision and announcement were directly influenced by actions taken by X10 Hosting, the first promptly communicated by the company through email.  The second without any notice or explanation at all.  Before getting to the circumstances of precisely how both went down, another issue must first be addressed.

When this website was launched months ago, the X10 Hosting server was supposedly located overseas.  Apparently, that is not true.  At least their 'corporate offices' reportedly are in the "Live Free Or Die" State of New Hampshire.  More accurately, a P.O. Box.  ... Explains a lot, doesn't it?  -- Not the fact they're in N.H., but the U.S..  More importantly?  Who are they really?  A kid operating out of a garage?  No street address?  No telephone?  No email address?  Nothing?  Absolutely no reliable way of contact?  None at all?  Could they be a front for nazi government?  Or, just a kid, a juvenile delinquent getting his cookies off?  Too smart, too arrogant, to think he or she would, could get caught, exposed.

The following message appeared to have been blocked on the complaint page 4-21-14 by an egregiously unresponsive X10 Hosting corporate management suite.  After it, two earlier emails received the day before from X10 Hosting regarding the first suspension and re-instatement of the x10.mx Liberty In Peril website have also been posted.  The message apparently had gotten through despite the fact it was deceptively made to have appeared to have been blocked by X10.  After readers have had a chance to review all three documents, what happened next will follow.

************************************************************************

"With the exception of your Control Panel log-in requirement at least once every 30 days, your hosting service has been excellent for an unfunded investigative publication figuratively targeting outrageously corrupt and abusive government officials.  Precisely, why I've continued to use your services.  That is about to change, however.

"I use an extensive amount of security on my machine.  Constantly tweaking and changing operating systems, applications, browsers, anti-malware, anti-virus, etc.. in attempt to hopefully stay at least somewhat ahead of government lackeys and their corporate masters in regard to tracking and intrusion of privacy.

"I constantly log in and update all Liberty In Peril websites, including that of x10.mx, via FTP.  Your server logs will certainly show that.  Why are you the only webhost that requires log-in to the Control Panel at least once every 30 days?  Every time I have logged in to the Control Panel as per your requirement have received the following pop up from my browser:

"*This website attempted to access image data on a
> canvas. Since canvas image data can be used to discover information
> about your computer, blank image data was returned this time*"

"Are you tracking users?  You temporarily suspended the site yesterday for failure to log in.  Despite all the security at least some of us run, do you really think your policy is sustainable?  That users will be willing to put up with this indefinitely?  Despite all the security we run?  This publication, among other issues, figuratively targets egregious government and corporate tracking and intrusion of privacy.

"Precisely, what you appear to be doing at least to those accessing the Control Panel. Have not shut down the site because it seems the targets of the tracking appear to be those entering the Control Panel, not people accessing the websites themselves.  With the fact you temporarily suspended the site for not logging in yesterday, am certainly having second thoughts regarding the security of my readers, -- who do not run as much security on their machines as I do.  Respectfully, have you conveniently forgotten this unfunded publication and others like mine are fighting for your civil and constitutional rights and liberties?  At great personal expense and risk."

Apparently, the supposedly blocked first message above made it through the complaint page to X10 Hosting.  Sometime between supposed blockage of the first message above on Monday, 4-21-14 and Tuesday afternoon, 4-22-14 the site was removed.  Not only the site itself, but FTP access as well.  Those responsible did not even have the cajones to email notice.  No explanation.  No contact.  No email.  Nothing.

Then miraculously, three days later early Friday afternoon, 4-25-14, the site was noticed to be up and running, fully operational, including FTP access.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  Magic.  Apparently, someone smartened up.  Realized how bad things looked.  ... Behavior expected of, and remarkably similar to that of a kid with his hand caught in the cookie jar.  Behaving guilty as hell.  Such duplicitous behavior, should it continue, will likely result in ultimate loss of the business.  Worse?  Prosecution, depending on what country has ultimate jurisdiction.

This, dear readers, is precisely the function of this unfunded publication.  That is, to aggressively expose egregious abuse and corruption of the corporate management suite and its bought and paid for government lackeys to the glaring light of day.  Too bad so much time has been, and will likely continue to be, devoted to keeping the sites logistically up and running.  Due to continuing hacking and seemingly endless recurrent issues with webhosting services.  Instead of being able to devote all time and effort to exposing other far more outrageously corrupt and abusive government lackeys and their corporate management suite masters to the blinding light of day.

Saddest of all?  Time wasted this week on the above in light of the following:

1) The Russian dictator is making a fool of our President, Europe, and the world community vis a vis Ukraine.

2) The U.S. Supreme Court, determinedly dictating its perverse ideological and religious views from the bench, falsely believes racism to no longer be an ongoing issue in our formerly great country.  Precisely, why it haughtily gutted Affirmative Action.  Now, allows voters to dictate to universities and others race can no longer be a factor in selection of applicants.  Who the hell are they kidding?  What's next?  Bastardization of the Thirteenth Amendment?  That is, abolition of slavery?  These fascist bastards on the Court do not live in the same world as the rest of us.  They need to come to Texas.  Would certainly find racism to be quite alive and well.  It's ugly effects pervasive, ubiquitous.

3) Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, while certainly having a valid beef, pun unintended, with an out of control federal government, made an absolute jackass of himself recently expressing outrageously racist comments.  Sadly, detracts from the very real issues  of continuing abuse of power and corruption by the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own our formerly great country.

The list can go on and on. Yet, what was this writer forced to waste valuable time on?  A webhost too arrogant and clueless to understand fraudulent theft and misappropriation of data that does not belong to them are intolerable and unacceptable in a supposedly free country.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse?  There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
