Government owns it all.  Certainly, arrogantly believes so.  As do government's corporate masters.  Extends well beyond government 'ownership' of real estate, however.  -- Where residents 'buy' property only to pay taxes, that is, rent on property they truly don't own.  Never will.  Think not?  Wake up.  Don't pay 'rent,' that is, taxes?  Guess what happens?  Government seizes property you never truly owned anyway.  Sells it to yet another hapless sucker.  Ingenious, isn't it?  Perpetual income generation.  To line pockets of the privileged few.

Not enough for bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County, however.  They dictate what you can and cannot do on land you falsely believe you own.  Ask the Sheriff why he won't rein in and control his jackbooted thugs including Code Compliance Officer Les Daughtery.  Outrageous government arrogance, unbridled hubris, abuse, corruption extend well beyond this as well.  Another egregious example?

Long-term Buchanan Dam residents can remember an outrageously condescending sign at the entrance of the Dam.  "Owned And Operated By The Lower Colorado River Authority For The People Of Texas."  Certainly, generated quite a bit of anger.  First, the citizens of Texas own the lake and dam.  Certainly, not one of the most outrageously corrupt, abusive, intrusive, inept, wasteful, and extravagant government quasi corporate agencies ever known.  Second, the people of the State of Texas own LCRA and the rest of the government of Texas.  Again, not the other way around.  Third, the hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept fascist bastards who run this government are our employees.  Yet again, not the other way around.

Taking it a step further, this very same level of arrogance extends to the federal level.  Ever take a look at Bureau of Land Management (BLM) maps of the country?  Did you know approximately half of the western half of the United States is federal land?  That is, public land?  Owned by the citizens of the United States. Not the federal government.  Certainly, not the hopelessly corrupt, abusive corporate fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own our formerly great country.   Including, government lackeys bought and paid for by their corporate masters who certainly and arrogantly believe otherwise.

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, federal goons recently murdered a homeless guy 'illegally' camping in the foothills managed by BLM.  In Nevada, long-term rancher Cliven Bundy certainly raised the ire of these jackbooted thugs.  Didn't like the fact the rancher for decades was grazing cattle on their land.  Family history of doing so extends back much further, reportedly some 140 years.  Certainly, enraged them he wouldn't pay grazing fees.  So much so, they started impounding his cattle.  Big mistake.

Didn't expect hundreds of armed protesters including militia groups.  Government bastards at least temporarily backed off due to 'security,'  safety concerns.  Laughably, ostensibly, government doesn't want him on the land due to an endangered tortoise.  ... Who couldn't love a tortoise or turtle?  Not want to see it survive?  Who?   ...But, and it's a big but, isn't this taking it a bit too far?

BLM goons only had court authorization to seize cattle.  Reportedly, took it much further.  Killing two bulls.  Destroying tanks, water lines, corrals, etc..  Clearly, government does at it pleases.  Almost always rubberstamped by fascist 'judges' legislating their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.  Ever see damage, carnage left by local law enforcement here in Llano County after a drug raid?  This writer has.  The bastards even destroyed  statues in a religious shrine owned by the Mireliz family of Kingsland years ago.  Jackbooted nazi sons of bitches.  The Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET.)

Government is out of control.  Knows you're sheep.  Will do as you're told.  Too frightened and ignorant to remember "We the people" are the government, -- not fascist government lackeys executing the will of their national socialist corporate masters.  "But what can we do?," whine the cowardly masses.  Stand up to the bastards.  As Bundy and his supporters.

Nevada Sen. Harry Reid arrogantly labeled those supporting Bundy "domestic terrorists."  This fascist son of a bitch has his head lodged so far up his ass his eyeballs are turning inside out.  ... Hey, Senator?  Think you and your cronies own it all?  Control it all?  Have been crowned God?  Forgotten who truly runs and owns this formerly great country?  We The People, -- you hopelessly ignorant haughty piece of crap.  Hear the rumble, Senator?  Think the corruption, abuse, ineptness can, and will go on forever?

Challenge of abusive authority rankles these fascist bastards.  Reid claims a "task force" will be established to deal with the Bundy issue.  Further cluelessly opines:  "It is an issue that we cannot let go, just walk away from."   Bet it isn't, Harry.  Got to protect the outrageously abusive authority of the nazi bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole formerly great country, right, Senator?

Reid claims Bundy does not respect his country.  What a crock of crap.  ... Hey, Senator?  The public is tired of being used, abused, looted, sh-t on by Aryan arrogant bastards like you and your cronies.  All levels of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept government.  Too deaf to hear the rumble? ... A second unwanted, dreaded second American revolution.  Wake up, Harry.  Your arrogance and ignorance, appalling, for a United States Senator.

Why should Reid be so interested in condemning a rancher protecting his ranch and way of life?  Seems the Senator has his fingers in alternative energy development throughout Nevada.  Was quite upset about a deal with the Chinese that recently went south.  Seems the Senator and his cronies are more interested in a land grab than honoring their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Again, "It's the money, stupid."

Earlier last week, a good friend asked where a person can go in an RV if their land is lost due to an economy heading south.  Never gave this person an answer due to the fact our conversation got sidetracked.  A most valid question, however.  Can only say there are at the very least thousands of people living on federal land managed by BLM.  While BLM closely manages land near to that allegedly privately 'owned,' it can't effectively oversee all of it. ... That is hundreds of miles in the middle of nowhere.

Sorry.  That's, however, where you go.  In the middle of nowhere.  If you're close to water, you can make it provided you have some survival skills and are prepared.  Certainly, a hell of a lot easier in an RV than what those before us had to endure.  Better than living in what amounts to no more than slavery as these fascist bastards take, own, and control it all.

It's sad things have deteriorated to this point in our formerly great country.  Income distribution has indeed been severely skewed to a relatively privileged few.  Egregious class injustice in what has sadly become a fascist police-state run and owned by oligarchs and the corporate management suite.  -- The middle class and small businesses?  Endangered species the government needs to redirect attention to.  Rather, than a tortoise or  salamander.  Worse?  It's corporate masters and oligarchs.  Otherwise, the consequences will be dire and unmistakable.  Hear the rumble?

Comfortable with electronic pooling, that is, centralization of medical data?  Think it will truly benefit healthcare outcomes?  Or, be used to line pockets of commercial interests, further empower intrusive government, used by employers and the corporate management suite to control human chattel?

Reportedly, there are plans to pool all medical data from at least a hundred thousand different data bases.  Facilitated by the 'Affordable' 'Care' Act, that is, Obamacare.  Supposedly, will be aggregate data used to 'improve' 'healthcare.'  The bastards admit it will still remain possible to determine individual identity.  This information will supposedly be used to enable providers to provide the latest and best treatment available without having to wait until clinical studies are completed and results published.  Think so?  At what cost?  Complete loss of privacy?

What this is amounts to little more than a smoke screen.  Wake up.  Clearly, you don't own your personal information.  The corporate management suite and their government lackeys certainly believe they do.  The approximately hundred thousand commercial databases owned by the corporate management suite don't want the sheep to have any control of their personal data.  Why?  Simple.  Achingly, simple.  They sell it.  Profit from it.  Use it to subjugate and control.

You truly don't own your data.  No longer.  Try to restrict data usage?  Insurance companies and providers still do as they please.  So do the corporate masters you work for and truly own your sorry, cowardly, compliant gluteus maximi. Literally.  So do their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Yet, you tolerate this outrageous bullsh-t.  Sheep.  Compliant cowards.  "But what can we do?," the cowardly whine.  Simple.  Stand up.

Has your power utility installed a smart meter?  They will.  Why?  Collection of data.  Unencrypted data.  Data that will reveal when you're home.  When you're gone.  How long.  Whether you're watching the boob tube, online, have an alarm system, own expensive electronic equipment, are awake, asleep, what specific medical equipment you might have, etc..  Comfortable with this?  Already, law enforcement goons are mining this data.  Using it to track and determine residential activities.  So are federal goons.  Without a warrant.  Again, you don't own this data.  The corporate management suite and their government lackeys certainly believe they do.  Do they?  They can, and do, sell it to third parties.  Think law enforcement doesn't use it to intimidate?  Intrude?  Abuse?  Put its nose where it doesn't belong?  In the lives of innocent people?  Where is your outrage?  Where?  "But what can we do?" Stand up.  Cowardly, compliant sheep.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse?  There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
