The recent posting above had a mistaken URL for host-ed.me.  It has been corrected.  It is now the same as the one posted on the homepage.  This publication is self-funded. Again, sites are hosted free of charge. That does mean they can be taken down at any time due to changes in terms of service, or hacking attack. Publisher's Note:  Trying to do all this on the cheap is extremely difficult.  These  sites are hosted on 'free' servers.  While all six remain up and running, four of them have technical problems.  Are denying FTP upload, consequently making update impossible. Stonewalling by support staff is indicative there may be more going on than meets the eye.  Until this matter is resolved, the only two sites being updated are libertyinperil.host-ed.me and libertyinperil.x10.mx.  If you truly believe in freedom of speech, exposure of these corrupt and abusive bastards to the light of day, I need your help.  Can't do it alone.  TC  3-16-14
 

Well, well, well.  The corrupt and abusive high and mighty don't like exposure to the light of day.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  Tough, isn't it?  Discovered about a week and a half ago, FTP access to the freewebhostings.ru, t15.org, twomini.com, and wink.ws Liberty In Peril websites was being denied by these webhosts.  Interestingly, the sites remain up and running.  No notice was given this writer or reason.  Help desk service personnel from three of the hosts have been stonewalling.  The fourth offers no help desk service to free sites at all.  Convenient, isn't it?  Amusingly and clearly, they don't want to know they have any problems.  One tech asked for an FTP password the host already has.  Other information that is none of his business and not germane to issues at stake.  Clearly, something isn't quite right, you think?

Think hard people.  Who might I have egregiously offended?  Well, let me think.  There are so many it remains difficult to even begin conjecture.  Tough, isn't it?  There's the Sheriff who has been repeatedly excoriated.  To say nothing of the County Judge, District Attorney, former County Attorney, County Attorney-To-Be, JP2, District Judge, etc..  The list can go on and on.  ... Wait a minute.  I think I've got it.  Oh, yes, couldn't be, could it?  Who else?  Who else has the means to use its wealth to get its way?  Who?

If you read this publication on a regular basis you're quite aware of launch of a continuing expose on a bank too big to fail.  Could it be simply coincidence FTP access was denied on four of the six sites?  Don't know yet.  Still no resolution, just stonewalling.  Certainly, will continue creating and uploading new sites as the need arises, however.  These corrupt and abusive fraudulent bastards will be exposed to the light of day.  Without question, two local Wells Fargo bankers need to be investigated and prosecuted for fraud.  No stonewalling, interference with the lawful activities of this publication changes that fact.  ... Right, Lynn?  Amanda?

Transparency?  What's that?  No longer exists.  Not for decades.  Hallmark of a democratic republic, however.  Without it, there is no freedom.  Designedly. Top to bottom.  Every level and branch of government.  A fascist police-state.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion.  'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

The Founders intended government to work for "We, the people."  Not the other way around.  Took great pains to institute a system of checks and balances guarantied by rule of law.  Indeed, based on the highest law of the land, that is, the U.S. Constitution.  This most precious document has been deliberately, egregiously bastardized by the people responsible for running all three branches.

Transparency is an extremely simple concept.  Literally means an informed public.  There is no greater threat to a tyrant than the same.  Precisely, why nearly all government activity is deliberately hidden from public view to the greatest extent possible.  No question, a serious threat to liberty at all levels of government.  Two most dangerous words  deliberately misused to pull the wool over the eyes of the ignorant?  "National 'security.'"  Much, if not most, bogus.

Recently, we have an egregious example of such malfeasance here in this hellhole County.  Llano County citizens have the right to know the background of all goons hired by the Llano County Sheriff's Office.  The Sheriff was asked for clarifying information regarding Code Enforcement Officer Les Daugherty in an earlier letter.  As all nine letters to date, the elected tyrant in the Sheriff's Office ignored a request for information the people who pay this bastard's salary are entitled to.

Blackburn clearly answers to no one, -- other than the voters, ultimately.  Supposedly.  As demonstrated, however, in each election including the last, either the electorate is hopelessly aggressively stupid, the Clerk's Office is manipulating the vote, or, more likely, both.  Let's shine the light of day on all this.  No better disinfectant.  If you have knowledge of improprieties in the Clerk's Office, your identity will be protected.  Should you have knowledge of the same in the Sheriff's Office, the same holds.  Short of an unwanted, dreaded revolution, there is no solution but brilliant, glaring sunlight.

Code Enforcement Officer Les Daugherty remains an exigent threat to liberty as well as legitimate business activity.  Code enforcement is arbitrary, dependent on whom and what you are in the community.  Certainly, whom you know.  Les and the Sheriff's Office routinely harass, intimidate, shake down, and loot the innocent.  To line County coffers and the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County.

Not only are businesses getting the shaft from this leech and other jackbooted thugs in the Sheriff's Office, but private citizens such as Fred Mraz of Kingsland.  Mr. Mraz is not free to lawfully use his property as he sees fit.  Daugherty and the "Boys" will dictate precisely how his land is utilized.  Worse?  Mraz and the rest of you truly don't own the real estate you've bought and falsely believe is yours.  The government does.  Don't pay the taxes, that is, 'rent,' the bastards who think they run and own this County sell it to another sucker.

Credible sources claim Daugherty was forced to leave the Llano County Sheriff's Office years ago.  For still unknown reasons.  Went to Burnet.  Officers, there, were reportedly ready to commit great bodily harm to this jackbooted thug, necessitating a move back to Llano County.  Here, recently, he was allegedly appointed Code Enforcement Officer because he supposedly has health issues and is unfit for duty.

Certainly, can't imagine how he could possibly chase a criminal if needed.  Should you have information, kindly pass it on.  Would certainly be a public service.  As always, your identity will be protected.  If the above is not true, or partially so, let's set the record straight.  Courageously provide the information this publication needs to expose these outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards to the light of day.  Without question, the Sheriff is protecting his own.  Has absolutely no credibility.

Luckily, Daugherty was not elected JP2.  Without question, the abuse, corruption, ineptness within this kangaroo 'court' would have been far worse than what we have now.  -- The tyrant running the Sheriff's Office would have had a most loyal rubber stamp.  Far worse than Ballard.  Would have been a far, far greater threat to liberty, law-abiding citizens, as well as bona fide businesses desperately trying to survive in this hellhole County.  ... Not to minimize the corruption, abuse, and ineptness of the current incumbent, however.  She should have been removed from office years ago.  Remains outrageously unfit.  An embarrassment.  An exigent threat to liberty, along with her Constable.  Possibly, the upcoming runoff may remedy all this.  Then again, it may install yet another egregiously incompetent, corrupt, and abusive bastard.  ... As the last three.  We'll see.

As stated above, lack of transparency extends to the highest echelons of power in our formerly great country.  Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein recently pointedly accused the CIA of removing classified material from her staff's computers.  Say it 'ain't' so, Di.  Say it 'ain't so.  Amazing, isn't it?  Don't do as I do, do as I say, right, Senator?  Readers are reminded this is the very same 'legislator' that excuses NSA warrantless collection of meta data from virtually every American who uses a phone or computer.  Amusing, isn't it?  The hypocrisy reeks.

Central Intelligence may, indeed, have removed material from the computer system the Senator and staff were using to access CIA data on CIA premises.  Isn't that truly stunning?  How is it a Senate committee in charge of CIA oversight can be prevented from seeing anything and everything it wants access to?  How is that possible?  Who runs whom?  These bastards have a history of abusing authority dating back at least to the Church Era some forty years ago.

Republican fascists are stonewalling all activities of this oversight committee.  Conveniently forget egregious abuses of the Nixon Administration including CIA malfeasance in Chile and elsewhere decades ago, including murder of Allende.  Callously stonewall all attempts to rein in and properly control this highly abusive agency that has engaged in torture and remains responsible for murdering innocent civilians via drone strikes.  It's time for change.  Time for this nonsense to end.  Shine the light of day on profound corruption and abuse within this agency and throughout the rest of government.  These fascist bastards are not protecting our formerly great country.  They're destroying it.  They're not patriots.  They're traitors.

"National 'security'" has been used for years as convenient cover for egregious abuse of authority, torture, and murder by U.S. government goons.  Again, this must end.  Our formerly great country remains dying on the vine.  Precisely, why there is so little confidence here at home, far less overseas.  Our word means nothing.  We lie like hell for political and/or imperialistic expediency.

When there is true threat to world peace, freedom such as what is currently happening in Ukraine presently, however, we do little more than talk.  The Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  They wouldn't recognize our formerly great country.  A country they bled and died for.  So fearful we would not be able to preserve the democratic republic they instituted at such horrendous personal cost.  To say nothing of all the soldiers who so selflessly died in battle since 1776 to date.  To preserve that very same democratic republic we have so egregiously failed to keep.
