Husband and wife tag team Steve and Rebecca Lange are running for JP2 and Llano County Attorney, respectively. Although legal in Nazi Texas, what is wrong with this picture? What? Wake up. Think. Should both be elected, the conflict of interest would be horrendous. Yet, legal in our increasingly backward formerly great state.
Hey Steve, Rebecca? Did the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County put you up to this? ... Or, did you come up with the plan all on your own? The appearance alone of conflict of interest is appalling. Where is your judgment? Where? Self interest the Prime Directive? Unlimited wealth to be looted the true Prime Mover? What clearly drives your train? Certainly, not justice or principle.
Hey, Counselor? Although highly unlikely you personally placed a large campaign sign up against a utility pole at Fuzzy's across the highway from Sam's on 1431, still there 2-21-14, didn't you bother to instruct supporters this presents a safety issue to utility workers? Impairs access. Remains illegal in Texas, doesn't it? Would you prosecute a peasant who similarly put a garage sale sign on a pole or up against it? Certainly, if a worker was injured? Is this your approach to the law?
That is, as County Attorney, essentially do as you please? Regardless of the law? Determinedly, embrace a double standard? Whatever is convenient? Politically correct? Expedient? As a prosecutor in the District Attorney's Office can you explain to my readers why ole' "Sonny Boy" and his stooges failed to investigate and prosecute the County Judge last year when he attempted to force all four Constables and the Sheriff's Office to institute an outrageously unconstitutional and illegal quota system to line County coffers? Go along, to get along? Is this how business will continue in the County Attorney's Office as well should you be elected? Precisely, how business has always been conducted in both offices. That is, one set of rules for the fascist bastards who falsely think they run and own this hellhole County, another for the peasants subjected to unequal 'justice.' ... The ones determinedly looted, guilty or innocent, to line County coffers.
Ferociously pointedly, is the egregious lack of judgment displayed by both of you in simultaneously running for two high profile elective County offices indicative of a continuing appalling lack of judgment County citizens can expect from both of you as JP2 and County Attorney? Owning and operating a ranch, as well as a rehabilitation clinic, how do you both have time to be a full-time Justice of the Peace and County Attorney? How? You can't. Aren't enough hours in the day to do justice to all four endeavors.
Should you both be elected, each position will turn out to be no more than a political plum, a feather in the cap. Who the hell are you kidding? This is no more than the same old bullsh-t that's gone on for decades in this hellhole County. The peasants have always paid the price while the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own this County line their pockets. How will you both be any different? Sadly, you, and people like you, are the problem. Perpetrate and perpetuate an outrageously unjust, abusive, hopelessly corrupt system.
Hey, Counselor? Think having Bush "The First" as a physical therapy client is an achievement, a feather in your cap? Really believe that? The bastard should have been impeached, convicted, and then prosecuted for invading Panama under false pretenses, kidnapping and falsely prosecuting Noriega for drug activities old man Bush and his cronies themselves had allegedly been involved in and with for years. Many years. Sadly, there was no investigation. Why would there be? The former President was protected. Nearly always is.
Who the hell ever challenges a president who goes to war under egregiously false pretenses, anyway? His war criminal son, ole' George "The Tush" Bush certainly wasn't. The bastard and his sidekick, ole' "Slick Dick" Cheney, were never prosecuted for their war crimes. Doing so considered unpatriotic by the shills in office responsible for such prosecutions. Doesn't matter to these bastards they, themselves, are egregiously ignoring their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution and the laws.
Precisely, why history keeps repeating itself over and over and over again. At highly lucrative beck and call of hopelessly greedy corporate war profiteers. Off the backs of the grunts who fight and die fighting the wars. Convenient, isn't it, Counselor? Certainly, lines the pockets of the hopelessly corrupt and abusive corporate management suite and shareholders. Shareholders, most of whom are not retired middle class as falsely claimed by the Nazi Right, but wealthy investors. Clearly, regarding all this, Rebecca, you're part of the problem, certainly not the solution. You've been part of the system, the problem for decades. Haven't you done enough damage? Think it enough you do pro bono work for veterans? How about the rest of the citizenry that has been deliberately and egregiously f--ked by the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County? What about them?
Nothing ever truly changes in this pathetic hellhole, readers. Interestingly, Ms. Lange's announced intention not to double dip, that is, not maintain a private law practice as County Attorney sounds commendable. After all, can't tell you how many men approached this writer with complaints of being prosecuted by Ms. Mabray for domestic violence, only to have her represent their wives in divorce court.
Sadly, perfectly legal in Nazi Texas. Outrageously unethical, however. Certainly, lined "The Feral's" pockets, though. ... While the men were double f--ked by this predator who basked, indeed relished the title "County Attorney." Worse? Far worse? At least some of these men were innocent. Didn't matter to the County or this outrageously corrupt and abusive barrister barracuda. Just the money looted. Right, Cheryll? ... Excuse me, 'Judge?'
Justifiably cynical of a prospective candidate's true motives, however, Ms. Lange's promise not to maintain a private law practice during tenure could turn out to be a double-edged sword, however. Would conveniently give her additional time to falsely prosecute innocent citizens as former Llano County Attorney Cheryll "The Feral" Mabray was quite well known for. To line County coffers.
... Right, Cheryll? Her reward for years of egregious malfeasance? What else? Wake up. Think. Not that hard, dear friends. ... A clue several sentences ago... ... Still don't get it? A judicial appointment. Instead of life in the Texas Department of Corrections. As American as mom and apple pie. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest. So what else is new? In Nazi Llano County? -- Right, Sheriff? ... County Judge? -- Last, but not least, 'Judge' Cheryll "The Feral" Mabray? Can you believe this pathetic sad sack of human excrement is a children's 'judge?' Indeed, makes this writer ashamed to be a Texan and an American.

In the interest of full disclosure, this writer and publication have no dog in this fight, the Republican Primary. That is, although a registered voter, have remained an Independent for years. Consequently, those like myself, as well as Democrats, have little county and state electoral say since we don't vote in primaries. Most convenient for Republicans, however, since most county and state elections are decided in the primaries. Not in the fall general election. Certainly so, in a red state such as Nazi Texas.
Since there is little substantive difference between both major political parties, anyway, as well as the fact most referenda get passed regardless of value or more precisely lack thereof, -- to say nothing of fiscal cost in a supposedly 'conservative' state, this writer sought quite some time a good, viable excuse to stop voting. Since the same turds get returned to office and new ones quickly become as bad as the ones they replace, why bother? What is the point?
Republican fascists finally provided one hell of a good reason to vote with my feet. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Greed consumed them to the point where they successfully engineered a way to disenfranchise the vote from the poor, the elderly, as well as others like this writer who ferociously object to Third Reich German Nazi tactics now in place at the polls. Tactics perfected in Nazi Germany.
Papieren Bitte! Papers Please! In principle, this writer, although having one, will be goddamned to present a drivers license at the polls. Will absolutely not do so. A voter registration card was always sufficient. For years. Why not? There is no widespread voter fraud. None has been demonstrated. None. Has not been for decades in Nazi Texas. Doesn't matter. -- The truth, that is. To the GOP.
Republicans got greedy. Wanted it all. Perversely, refused to settle for less. Craftily, determinedly, egregiously unrepresentative gerrymandering was simply not enough. Clearly, nowhere near. GOP national socialists wished to deny as many as possible the right to vote. People who do not ordinarily vote Republican. Many impoverished and/or elderly Democrats cannot and should not be forced to get an "acceptable" ID. Why should they be compelled to go through the time, trouble, expense, difficulty getting to a government office to do so? Why?
For what legitimate bona fide purpose? After lawfully voting for years. Again, without question, no demonstrable, widespread voter fraud in Texas. None. Now, only to be denied the right to vote by Republicans? For purely political reasons and personal gain. Perversely motivated by delusions of political ambition and grandeur. It's fascist bullsh-t rubber stamped by a nazi U.S. Supreme Court. Clearly, in bed with the GOP. Gleefully, 'legislating' its perverse ideological and religious views from the bench. Doing precisely what it's accused the nearly nonexistent Center and Left of doing. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? 'Ain't' hypocrisy and nazism grand?
Precisely, why this writer will no longer vote. Certainly, not until this nazi law and court decision are reversed. Rather, will continue exercising First Amendment freedom of speech to ferociously excoriate, glaringly expose the national socialist bastards responsible for eviscerating all civil and constitutional rights and liberties in our formerly great country. Falsely, in the name of "national 'security.'"
Rather, imposition of a fascist police-state beholden to its corporate masters. It's how national socialist Republicans line their pockets. They do it the old fashioned way. They steal it. Whether through lobbyist loot no more than legalized bribery, theft of labor, that is an unlivable wage, falsely charging the innocent for offenses they did not commit, sales taxing the living sh-t out of those on the bottom of the foodchain by confiscating a disproportionate percentage of income compared to the wealthy, imposing new and increased fees, that is, taxes on activities that at one time were free. The list can go on and on. Pretty soon you'll be taxed to fart. ... Contribution of methane to global warming. While the bastards in industry and power production get what amounts to a free pass. The American Way. Forget? Wake up. You've been shamelessly bamboozled. Hoodwinked.
Over 15 years ago this writer stupidly supported deregulation of electrical power. Bought the false capitalistic, national socialist, Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged premise it would lead to competition and reduction in cost. Absolute bullsh-t. The direct opposite occurred. Proof positive, among many, many other examples there is no true free market. None. The market is indeed owned, operated, and aggressively manipulated by those who have the wealth. No question, the American Way. That is, lie like hell, do as you please. Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t. They did.
The corporate management suite of the power companies formed a cartel, egregiously f--ked the consumer. To this very day. The same has happened in the healthcare industry, Big Oil, insurance, and many, many other industries. The public has been shamelessly bamboozled, mercilessly looted. Sold a phony bill of goods. Hoodwinked. Wake up. -- Not smart to stay stupid forever.
Precisely, why we've seen the greatest shift of wealth in history from the bottom and middle class to the super rich. Class envy? Hell, no. Egregious class injustice in Nazi America. Courtesy of an extremely poorly-regulated, essentially laissez-faire, highly abusive, self-serving, corporate-state called national socialism. Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.
Don't like the message? Tone? Tough. Leave the country. Renounce citizenship. North Korea, Syria, Iran, etc. may be more to your liking. Or, better yet, read another publication. One more sympathetic, that briskly goosesteps to your national socialist GOP corporate masters, their bought and paid for government lackeys, their national socialist agenda, egregiously ignorant shills and sick sycophants. ... While the bastards continue to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, falsely in the name of "national 'security.'"
Including gun rights. Conveniently ignoring what is currently going on in the Ukraine and elsewhere. Proof positive the only last best defense against outrageously corrupt and abusive government is a well-armed public. Precisely, why the Founders wrote the Second Amendment. Exactly, why the President and his henchmen have done all they can to abrogate these rights. Precisely, why assault weapons must remain legal and in possession of the citizenry.
Most pernicious? Frightening? Fascists on the Right remain determined to create a Christian theocracy in our formerly great country. Falsely claim this is a Christian nation. Conveniently forgotten this is a country of many religions, and in some cases, none. Most interesting? In direct contradiction of their false claims and determined rewrite of history by the Right, the Founders' views were extremely complex, quite diverse. They couldn't agree.
Some were Christian, many theists, others atheists, still others agnostics, yet others of still different faiths, creeds, and beliefs. Precisely, why the First Amendment is so very clear. Determinedly, so. Not only is there freedom of religion, there is freedom from it. That is, the Establishment Clause, de facto church-state separation. The Right in their fervent zeal, determined beliefs, remain too blind to see, fail to understand this most salient feature of history and the Constitution. Worse, they wish to force these perverse beliefs on all.
The hopelessly ignorant Right can't quite see or grasp the danger of doing so. The zeal has blinded them. Consequently, they remain an exigent threat to liberty. Simply can't understand a theocracy always leads to infringement of rights, civil liberties. One supposedly benign example? Israel. Even there, Palestinians are abused, killed, imprisoned, have their property stolen by the Israeli aggressor. As we in this country cheer the bastards on.
On the other hand, worst theocratic offender? Likely, Iran. Do we want the same here? Think it can't, won't happen courtesy of the Right in our formerly great country? Wake up. It already has. Proof positive? 1) The determined attack on gay rights by some religious leaders determined to force their perverse views on all. ... Sadly, the very same rights those of us who are straight take for granted.
Worse? 2) Homophobic bigotry still embraced and practiced in too many determinedly clueless churches. Can't, won't grasp, refuse to understand the damage they do to fellow human beings they falsely claim to love as Christians.
Inexplicably and perniciously? 3) Insistence by the Fascist Right they can, and will, dictate to women what they can and cannot do with their uterus. This must be fought, tooth and nail, by those of us who still love liberty, treasure civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Otherwise, we will be forced to live under their intolerable, achingly backward, egregiously repressive thumbs.
Already, tragically, this is happening. Certainly, vis a vis abortion rights and deliberate concerted abrogation of the absolutely constitutional right to do with one's uterus as one pleases. It's been nearly totally eviscerated in Nazi Texas. With the perverse blessing of nazi 'courts' 'legislating' their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench. To say nothing of our national socialist Governor.
Bottom line? If indeed there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all. Precisely, the intent of these hopelessly convoluted religious fascists. Ferociously pointedly, reproductive freedom is far more than keeping your legs crossed and panties up. Far, far more. Exactly, what the Christian Right so desperately fears.
Precisely, why it wants to viciously eviscerate all reproductive freedom. Particularly, control over one's uterus. Clearly, sadly, they are not satisfied with their perverse religious views, alone. They remain perniciously determined to proselytize, that is, force them on all. Should that happen, there will be no alternative for what already is catastrophically looming on the horizon. An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution. Hear the rumble?
Abortion? ... Murder? -- Know what's murder? Execution of an innocent man or woman. Murder? Wanton killing of a citizen by a law enforcement goon while on duty. ... May have occurred at least twice in the last ten years in this area. Murder? Going to war under false pretenses to project power for self-serving, aggrandizing purposes. Murder? Going to war to line pockets of corporate war profiteers. Murder? Opening of fire by jackbooted goons on unarmed demonstrators. Murder? Death by beating while in police custody. Murder? "Collateral damage" resulting from munitions dropped in a highly populated area. Think the list can't go on and on? Where is the opposition of the religious Fascist Right to all the above? And far, far more? Your silence is deafening. Achingly, cowardly. Wake up. It's un-American. ... Used to be. No longer in Nazi America. We've lost ourselves.
Saddest of all? Since Republicans were ultimately successful in disenfranchising the poor and elderly courtesy of Voter ID, with rubber stamp approval of the U.S. Supreme Court, elections are no longer truly reflective of reality. Exactly, what fascists on the Right were so supposedly concerned with vis a vis their phony voter fraud claims. Now, elections in reality are no longer secure, or representative. They have been determinedly compromised by the GOP. It's called hypocrisy. Properly, so. More precisely, fraud. A raucous Sieg Heil! to all our Republican friends. Adolph and Benito would have been proud. Must be high-fiving from their fiery perches. Heil Hitler! Nazi Texas. Nazi America. ... Again, who really won the Second World War?
Coup de grace? The public remains hopelessly aggressively stupid, achingly ignorant. Despite an horrendous amount of identity theft exponentially increasing, you meekly, compliantly, cowardly provide identification, personal information to nearly anyone who asks. Why? Why do you foolishly comply? Never question. Nothing to hide? Don't believe in privacy? Then, you stupidly, bitterly complain when that information is misused, abused, stolen, fraudulently passed on. You're hopelessly, achingly stupid. Determinedly, so. As Mrs. Reagan used to be fond of saying, "Just say no."
For those of you a bit older, take a look at your Social Security Card. It clearly states it is not to be used for identification purposes. There was a reason for this. It's called privacy. Forget? Now, that has all changed. The bastards in Congress and an earlier president perniciously re-engineered, that is, deliberately, determinedly abrogated all that. Sold out to their corporate masters. The Social Security Number is ubiquitously used to abrogate privacy in Nazi America. To line corporate coffers. Yet, you cowardly comply. Worship your corporate masters and their bought and paid for government lackeys. Pitiful. You're no longer Americans. No more than slaves.
