The following was received from JP2 candidate Shelly Comerford 2-9-14. It has been posted in its entirety with no editing. Equal treatment is offered to the four other candidates as well as to any other candidate in Burnet or Llano Counties running for office. TC 2-13-14

It is with great regret that I publish this. Not because it involves me, but because I never wanted to say anything negative about any of my opponents. There are 5 of us in the race and 4 of us have respect for each other and are not engaging in rumors or dirty politics.

Even I dismissed the rumor at first because it was so ridiculous and there is no truth to the allegation. However, because this issue has gone far beyond the pale of mudslinging and is now being discussed as if it were fact, it has to be addressed. I have attached the Offense Narrative taken by Deputy Wolfe on November 22nd at the Buchanan Dam Annex. It states that Jerry Sharrock and Pamela Starke, the auditor, told him of substantial embezzlement and forgeries relating to Dent-Ex during the period of May – July 2013. I confirmed with the District Attorney on Friday, January 31st, 2014 that no one has presented an investigation to his office. I also confirmed with the Sheriff’s office that there is no investigation regarding me at this time, so it stands to reason there is no arrest warrant. In fact, the investigator told me when I spoke to him, and I quote, “There was a report filed, but I can’t tell you when or if there will be an investigation on this report.” Bank statements don’t lie and these charges are completely false.

Because these charges fall far outside any conceivable jurisdiction a JP has, the proper procedure during an election, would have been for the complainant to be directed to either the Sheriff’s Office or the District Attorney’s office. Instead, a phone call was made from the BD Annex to have a deputy come to the Annex to take the report.

I have attached a copy of a sworn statement by Jeremy Smith stating that he was present when Pamela told Jerry, “Shelly didn’t take a dime. Every penny is accounted for.” I have also attached the sworn statements of Brent Arnold & Brady Arnold who were told on two separate occasions by Pamela Starke, after she completed the audit, that I did not take one red dime.

In today’s world, you can sue anyone for anything and you can file a complaint on anyone and ruin them without a shred of evidence to back it up. This is dirty politics at its finest. And why do candidates running for office do it? BECAUSE IT WORKS!!! If I had committed these acts, do you really believe that I would run for office and use “Honesty, Integrity & Justice” as my campaign slogan? Talk to people who know me and you will find that I am honest to a fault and would never take anything from anyone. Talk to those who know Jerry Sharrock and see what his reputation is. Then decide whom you will believe.

It will now be left up to you, the voters, to decide if dirty politics will determine this election or if you will vote for the candidate you believe would best fulfill the duties of the JP office. Hey, 'Judge?' Two credible sources claim you routinely use the F Bomb while conducting official business. Is this true? Think it demonstrates highly professional judicial temperament? Conduct becoming of a 'judge?' Clearly, what you do on your own time and privately is your business, madam. When on the clock, however, it's ours (the community.)

On recently received campaign propaganda, you state: "As Judge I have knowledge of the laws governing the Justice of the Peace office and am willing and able to continue to be fair and impartial with any and all the duties included with this office." Is that right, 'Judge?' Think your constituents agree? The people you and your jackbooted law enforcement thugs have literally shaken down to generate funds to line County coffers? Bona fide business owners such as Mickey White trying to survive in a hellhole County? How about Phyllis Henderson, and her son, of Henderson Tire? Think it not only ethical but legal for a 'Judge' to make a terroristic threat?

Think this demonstrates reasonable judicial temperament? Proper conduct? In the 5-15-12 recording, you repeatedly praise the LCRA jackbooted bastard responsible for harassing the Henderson family. Despite the fact very much attached, he reportedly engaged in highly improper behavior vis a vis the Hendersons? In fact, repeatedly went out of your way in the recording to praise the goon. Why? Because he's the Sheriff's stepson? This also demonstrates reasonable judicial temperament, 'Judge?' The fix in? For a good ole' boy and his errant son? Equal justice? You remain a buffoon, Linda. An unmitigated disaster. A disgrace. An embarrassment.

Think the fact you were Clerk, Chief Clerk, and then 'Judge' indicative of quality professional experience and training? Should be. Sadly, not. Not by a longshot. Conveniently forget? Nothing is ever what it appears to be, here. You were determinedly groomed for the job by the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County. As was your predecessor. Nothing ever changes. Maintenance of status quo. Exactly, as the powers to be wish things to remain.

How else can they so easily line their pockets? Protect their stranglehold on power? Conveniently, Duane Nobles remained a Deputy shortly before becoming JP2. Although legal in Nazi Texas, an egregious conflict of interest. No independence between the judiciary and law enforcement. Carefully, designed and implemented. As you, he was groomed to ensure continued flow of nearly unlimited blood money into the pockets of the fascist bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County. Right, 'Judge?'

-- Despite the fact Nobles beat the living hell out of a then 42-year-old woman with her hands cuffed behind her back. Sadly, still too afraid to allow publication of her name years after the fact. Remember? The incident occurred not too long before JP office was regally bestowed on this corrupt, abusive bastard by the powers to be. The victim did not receive medical care for some six hours. -- The thugs in the Sheriff's Office didn't know what to do with her.

At least, she managed to unintentionally break Nobles' beak, however, as he savagely beat her with a nightstick. Hands cuffed behind her back. Reportedly, inadvertently hit him with the back of her head trying to get away from his blows. ... This, a man? Or, a thug unfit not only to be a Deputy, but JP? Precisely, however, exactly the kind of individual demanded by the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County. Right, 'Judge?'

Can you tell my readers whether Nobles continued the practice of distributing $100 bills to his deputies every Christmas as the late Lanny Stephenson? Have you done the same, 'Judge?' Is such egregiously unethical and illegal activity going on at the three other JP offices? ... You'll never tell, right, 'Judge?'

Coup de grace, 'Judge?' Your campaign propaganda states in bold letters: "EXPERIENCE DOES MATTER IN THIS OFFICE." Truer words were never spoken, Linda. Not the experience you wish voters to recognize, however. Rather, the experience needed to ensure cash flow continues no matter guilt or innocence of those accused. You and your jackbooted thugs prey on the defenseless. Those least capable of defending themselves. Those consumed by fear of the violent criminals who wear a badge, carry a gun, have wantonly and unjustifiably killed several times in the last ten years. With impunity.

Remarkably, apparently, you aren't corrupt and abusive enough, however, for the District Attorney and Llano County Sheriff's Office. Precisely, why both offices are supporting candidates of their own to replace you. Is this why your campaign is reportedly engaged in sign theft and spreading false rumors regarding one of the truly independent unaffiliated candidates you apparently believe to be the greatest threat to your retainment of office? Can you tell my readers if you believe your despicable behavior to be demonstrative of good judicial temperament? Fitness for office?

The corporate management suite rules in Nazi America. Don't think so? Truly believe money doesn't thoroughly corrupt? Isn't synonymous with power, more precisely, abuse thereof? A few weeks ago AOL CEO Tim Armstrong conducted a corporate conference call. Summarily fired an employee who took a picture of him during the fiasco. As one might imagine, it did not go over well. Certainly, did not enhance public relations, company image. Gave AOL quite a black eye. Many thought the Board would fire the bastard. Guess what? They didn't. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest. Hear the latest?

Mr. Armstrong claimed two female employees ran up healthcare benefits cost to the corporation of some $2 million, necessitating reduction in corporate retirement benefits. ... After recently announcing best corporate earnings in the last ten years. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? To use the bastard's words, he blamed their "distressed babies" for the increase in benefit's costs. ... Hey, Tim? They worked for it, didn't they? Took a reduction in pay to compensate the corporation for the expense of 'insurance coverage.' Conveniently, forget?

Your people haven't. The corporate management suite does nothing other than loot them and other human chattel you falsely label "employees." Worse? You haughtily laugh your asses off all the way to the bank. After properly giving thanks to the Lord each Sunday on bended knee. For your good fortune. Forget where it ultimately comes from? Again, your people haven't. Where else? Their poorly-compensated labor.

The Board lines your pockets to the tune of an annual base compensation package of $12 million, don't they? Doesn't include "bonuses," does it? To say nothing of kickbacks. Right, sir? Who the hell do you think does the work, Tim? -- The grunt work bastards like you wouldn't dirty your hands doing, forget?

You could have more than afforded to pay those kids' medical expenses, yourself. Had you been a decent human being instead of a hopelessly greedy jackass you would have done precisely that. Never happen in Nazi America. Certainly, not in an Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged fascist police-state owned and operated by the corporate management suite. ... Not just the corporate-owned human chattel you call "employees," however, but bought and paid for government lackeys securely in your pocket. Bought and paid for.

Then, you have the unmitigated gall to blame "employees," no more than indentured servants, for taking advantage of benefits they worked for? You're a piece of crap, Tim. Precisely, what's gone so terribly wrong with the sorry state of capitalism and the corporate management suite in our formerly great country. Hear the rumble? An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon? Is that why you subsequently, quickly, wisely reversed benefits package reductions, Tim?

Seems a growing number of corporate "employees" are becoming increasingly concerned with their companies' misuse of medical information to penalize them for unhealthy habits such as overeating, alcohol consumption, smoking, and many, many other personal issues. Why? You willingly forfeited all privacy when you compliantly, literally bared your asses for corporate inspection prior to employment.

Forget? The pre-employment physical regally conducted by a corporate quack who is handsomely paid to prove to all prospective "employees" they are indeed corporate-owned and paid for. What better way to demonstrate that fact so there is absolutely no misunderstanding? Chattel.

... Why not inspect all chattel, including human? After all, all materials entering the corporate campus are routinely inspected. Why shouldn't the corporation literally look up your ass? Forget? You're theirs. You've sold yourself. For what amounts to a pittance. Get over it. You've gotten what you deserved. You're stupid. Determinedly, so.

Why not take it a step further and allow the bastards to tatoo your sorry, hopelessly cowardly ass "PROPERTY OF XYZ, INC."? ... It is, isn't it? You sold it, remember?

Think medical condition is a threat to safety for most corporate human chattel? How so for the vast majority who sit in front of a computer screen full-time? With Obamacare, the corporate management suite can no longer claim prior medical conditions are an impediment to insurance coverage. Never was a problem for most corporations, anyway, since they self-insure.

The real issue is ownership. Human chattel. Corporate ownership. Again, in return for the pittance most "employees" receive. ... Have you forgotten to praise your masters today? With precious few exceptions, you sorry, cowardly compliant sons of bitches?

Since most of you are not going into combat, outer space, an extended research trip to Antarctica, don't pilot an aircraft, drive a 40-ton semi or a 100-car train, etc., none of this is justified. None of it. It's used to control. Let the peasants know they're bought and paid for. Who's boss. Works, doesn't it? You're sheep. Cowardly, do what you're told. Submit to pissing in a cup, -- under supervision, -- of course. ... The company needs to make sure you're not substituting anyone else's 'clean' urine, don't they? Forget? They own you. You're theirs.

Still don't get it? Hopelessly ignorant? Profound unlimited aggressive stupidity at its very worst? Wake up. What you do on your own time is none of the corporation's goddamned business. Whether it's consumption of alcohol, smoking a cigarette that's likely to ultimately kill you, or laying bare-assed naked on a nude beach on a day off. Both before and after employment. Free? Act like it. You can't. You're not. You're owned.

Think you won't ultimately submit to implantation of a chip to monitor physiological function? After all, the corporation needs to know when and if you drink, drug, exercise, sleep, eat, fart, sh-t, piss, etc., doesn't it? Forget? They pay the freight, don't they? Have a right to know. Including when or if you have sex. After all, they might have to pay for a "distressed baby." Forget? Clearly, they own your sorry hopelessly cowardly asses. With all due respect, dearest, dearest readers, you're determinedly, cowardly, hopelessly stupid. Most, but not all of you. Time to wake up. Grow a pair. Before too late.

Republicans, as well as a few Democrats, disingenuously claim they support "rugged individualism." A crock. Absolute bullsh-t. A ruse. They have no conception of what it means. None. There is no rugged individualism practiced by anyone dependent on a corporate master. None at all. Laughably, quite the contrary. You're bought and paid for. Owned.

Mitt Romney falsely claimed corporations are people. They're not. Got it achingly laughably assbackwards. Wake up. Forget? They own people. The Prime Directive. The Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged fascist mentality. No more than human chattel.

How else could they so grandly line their pockets and those of their shareholders? Most of whom, in fact, aren't the retired middle class as falsely claimed by the Nazi Right, but the super wealthy.
