The Llano Ledger

This publication has been in suspension since March 2003 for reasons explained on the Home Page.  Much has happened in the United States, as well as the rest of the world, since the last edition.  ... Sadly, most of it disturbing.  Much of it achingly heartbreaking.

Got guts? Tired of being lied to? Like an alternative source of information truly independent and free of government propaganda? Want this publication to continue? Send a donation to P.O. Box 151, Buchanan Dam, Tx. 78609.

Publisher's Note: This publication receives no financial support through advertising.  Although shaken down, looted, and abused by corrupt government, area businesses remain unwilling to stand up.  Locals are too gutless to donate financially, cowardly fearing retribution.  For this publication to survive, national readers need to contribute.  Liberty In Peril is, has been, and will always remain beholden to NO ONE. -- Precisely why there is no financial assistance.  ... From day of launch and certainly a no-brainer to this very day, firmly resolved to walk away first rather than compromise principle. -- To the chagrin of many and delight of few.    T.C. (5-7-13).

For new readers:  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

The Defense Authorization Bill makes positive changes vis a vis handling of sexual assault in the military.  Does not go far enough, however.  Still grants commanders too much authority.  Although, finally, they will no longer be able to reverse such court martial convictions.

Sadly, the military remains well behind the curve.  Remarkably, more men are victims of sexual assault than women in the service.  ... What kind of culture facilitates sexual assault of both genders as appears to be the case for decades?

Certainly, runs perversely counter to long-standing camaraderie desperately required in the military to maximize survival in combat.  Precisely, why service members considers themselves family.  Indeed, brothers and sisters.

... How do you sexually assault your brothers and sisters?  -- To say nothing ofanyoneHow? What's wrong with this picture? What?

The President's NSA review panel has recommended many changes promulgated by civil libertarians both before and after the Snowden disclosures.  Reportedly, some 46.  Mr. Obama has already rejected one.  The President continues to want a military officer in charge of both NSA and Cyber Command.

It is a horrendous mistake to involve the military in any domestic operations other than disaster relief.  -- There is good reason for posse comitatus statutes.  The possibility of abuse.  Proof positive?  Most recent?  NSA warrantless domestic spying on innocent American citizens.  ... Precisely, whom the military has sworn to protect and defend.

Interestingly, this review panel, notmade up of civil libertarians, questioned the effectiveness  of this outrageously unconstitutional warrantless domestic spying.  Will likely be finally decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.  Be interesting to see if unabashed national socialists such as Scalia, Roberts, Alito, and Thomas rubber stamp this outrageous nazification of our formerly great country.  Deliberate implementation of a fascist police-state, falsely in the name of "national 'security.'"

Last week, a federal judge blasted NSA warrantless domestic spying as "possibly" unconstitutional.  A direct violation of the Fourth Amendment.  Requirement of probable cause. Reasonable search and seizure.  ... You think?  Certainly, adding fuel to the fire. Will likely be one route to a final decision by the U.S. Supreme Court.  ... Several other cases still pending.

Months ago, a young British soldier was deliberately run down by a vehicle in England driven by two British Islamists. Got out and hacked this young man to death, attempting to decapitate him.  Falsely claimed it was an act of war, waited for police to arrive.

One exceptionally courageous woman covered his body with hers to prevent further attack. Uncommon valor.  Second to none.  Both terrorists charged arriving police, -- hoping to be 'martyred.'

Guess what? Most unlike our country, police did not shoot to kill.  Wounded and captured them.  Both were convicted last week of murder.

Iraq?  An unmitigated disaster.  Reportedly, some 8,000 killed this year alone.  Sectarian violence.  Indeed, a war.  Without question, a vestige.  Of what?  Of whom?  Think hard. Harder.  Wake up.  Ole' George "The Tush" Bush, "Slick Dick" Cheney, all their outrageously cowardly henchmen.

An invasion under false pretenses.  Challenged years ago not only by this publication, but others.  -- Despite the fact the fascist bastards on the Right considered us traitors.  No question, Saddam was evil.  A thug, cruel dictator.  Many Iraqis died during his regime.  Nothing, however, compared to the mayhem caused by our invasion shortly after 9/11 and to date.

The Bush Regime lied.  Lied like hell.  About all of it.  Falsely linked Iraq to Afghanistan and al Qaeda.  Simply no truth to it.  Cheney and Bush continued to propagate this lie.  Long after exposed as false.  Falsely claimed, as well, we did not torture.  The President himself.  Boldfacedly, lied.  His henchmen waterboarded and abused prisoners.

Guess what?  Japanese Gen. Tomoyuki Yamashita was executed at the end of the Second World War.  For what?  For war crimes his troops committed, including torture.  Specifically, waterboarding American POWs.   Mr. Bush is a liar.  A war criminal.  He and his henchmen should be held accountable for war crimes, including crimes against humanity.

Not one has been held accountable.  Not one.  Only low-level grunts.  Interesting, isn't it?  "The Tush," no better than a common criminal enjoys a life of luxury.  "Slick Dick" finally, literally, has a heart.  A new one.  One that should have gone to a man or woman half his age or younger. Would have gone to someone more youthful had he been anyone other than "Slick Dick."

... Think any other man of his age would have likely gotten a transplant?  The high and mighty nearly always receive special treatment.  This fascist bastard certainly did.  Think a younger man or woman is not in their grave as a consequence?

Thousands of our best and brightest died in Iraq.  Tens of thousands maimed.  For what?  Think hard. Harder.  Still don't get it?  Follow the money.  War profiteering corporations lined their pockets to the tune of billions.  The dead? Both sides?  Gone.  Iraq?  A failed state.

Guess who's responsible.  Yet, in Nazi America the high and mighty nearly always get a free pass.  Special treatment. Never held accountable for their crimes.  As American as mom and apple pie.  A raucous Sieg Heil!?  George?  Dick? Condi?

Why was an Indian ambassador in New York, accused of reportedly paying her abused domestic help well beneath a minimum wage, recently subjected to both a strip and body cavity search by U.S. law enforcement?

-- No more than sexual assault by jackbooted thugs in government.  Intoxicated with power.  More precisely, abuse thereof. Savages.  ... To be expected, however, in a fascist police-state promulgated by the Right. ... Their perverse view of law and order.  Where?  Where else? Nazi America.

We don't subject the corporate management suite to such treatment in this country when it deliberately, concertedly screws over its human chattel.  The bastards are conveniently rubber stamped by their bought and paid for government lackeys. All the time.  No more than indentured servitude to their corporate masters.

Isn't a stiff fine and exponential restitution sufficient for the Indian ambassador?  Did she deserve being sexually assaulted by jackbooted law enforcement thugs?  Is that a fitting punishment for her crime?  Does it make you proud of the bastards in blue?  ... To be an American?

This outrageously abusive fiasco lit a firestorm in India.  Surprised?  Must be.  After all, this sickeningly perverse bullsh-t remains not only tolerated, but celebrated in our formerly great country.  Law and order ala Radical Right. Don't think so?

Wake up.  It goes on all over the nation.  Ostensibly, when drugs are 'suspected.'  In reality?  Gleefully perpetrated for two reasons.  First, intoxicating effect of raw power.  Second, the jackbooted bastards perversely get their cookies off conducting strip and body cavity searches.  Turns the sons of bitches on.

How else can these sad sick souls get their jollies?  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

 *****************************************************************************************

A Merry Christmas to all.  ... Wouldn't it be truly a blessing if there was one day, even just one day, no one was killed in combat or a victim of crime?  No one abused by outrageously corrupt and abusive government goons?  True peace on earth?
