Publisher's Note:  Shortly after posting the last Newsletter, a friend quizzically asked what I was trying to accomplish in this publication.  Certainly, not the first.  Likely, not the last.  Always thought it obvious: first, aggressively expose corruption and abuse to the light of day; second, more importantly, aggressively expose the rise of fascism, nazism, national socialism in all its 'glory.'  This publication is intentionally designed to offend.  To effect desperately-needed change.  

While it is also quite obvious outrageous offenders in law enforcement and government always remain premier targets, it's apparently not so clear you, too, dear readers, are fair game.  Why? Simple. Because at least some of you have foolishly enabled these bastards to egregiously f--k not only yourselves, but the rest of us.

If, indeed, you are not guilty of the above, then this is not directed at you, and, -- you should not be offended. Conversely, if the opposite is true, then you are the problem and offense is intended.  Time to wake up.  Stand up for yourselves.  ... No personal offense, however, is intended, -- other than to the bastards who falsely believe they run and own, not only this hellhole County, but the state and country as well.  -- Most of you, dear readers, this writer does not even personally know.  

It's those of you who have enabled these bastards intentionally or inadvertently who remain the problem.  How? Through unbridled fear, aching indifference, most importantly, aggressive stupidity. Forget? You are the government.  Not the bastards who falsely believe they run and own us.  The Founders, indeed, quite clear.  No more complicated than that.  Not rocket science.  

Offended?  Hope so.  Have I lost you as a reader?  Certainly, hope not.  ... If I have, this publication is clearly not for you.  -- Read the fluff in the other local rags.  Forget?  This is not easy reading.  Never will be.  Never promised it to be. Often, it's offensive even to this writer.  ... How many times have I asked: did I write that?  Couldn't be, could it?  What an idiot, no? Political correctness?  What's that? Re: 7th Follow-Up To 11-27-12 Complaint-Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly arrogant and cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs, can you inform my readers as to when Code Enforcement Officer Les Daugherty was rehired by the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  

According to an old Burnet PDF file, this officer left Llano County in 2006 to become an officer in Burnet County.  Why?  Can you explain in detail why he made the move?  Can you explain as well why he was rehired in Llano County as Code Enforcement Officer and when?  Can you inform my readers as to why such personnel matters are not easily accessible to the public?

Why is there no transparency within law enforcement?  The people have a right to know who is allegedly serving them.  Their background information should be easily publicly accessible.  There is no safety issue, here, is there, Sheriff?  After all, this officer is not abusing his power, nor is he corrupt.  Right, Bill?  An issue of trust?

... Trust you?  How?  You and your thugs lie.  At will.  Not only to the public, even on the stand.  Have seen officers deliberately perjure themselves.  Have seen prosecutors lie to judges.  With impunity.  Allowed to do so by law and the jackasses enthroned on the bench. 'Judges,' far from impartial.  Biased in favor of the thugs in law enforcement.  Clearly, in your pocket.   

It's called expediency. Right, Sheriff?  The truth?  What's that?  You wouldn't know truth if it bit you hard on both gluteus maximi.  Sadly, the "law enforcement mentality."  Precisely, why law enforcement is a hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept cancer.  A scourge.  With rare exception, though, there are a few good officers.  Exceptionally difficult to find, however.  Don't last.  Certainly, not in Llano County.

Why should concerned citizens not be able to easily access the history of all law enforcement at no cost?  After all, they're paying their salaries and are their employers.  Remember?  No officer who is properly, constitutionally, lawfully executing his or her duties has anything to expect but respect and gratitude from the public they serve.  Right, Sheriff?

Can you explain to my readers why Keep Kingsland Beautiful has received a complaint from an individual who has been ticketed by this officer?  That this officer referred them to this organization only after ticketing them?  How many others didn't complain?  Can you provide my readers with the precise number of tickets written by this officer since rehiring?  The identities of all ticketed?  

Can you explain why Keep Kingsland Beautiful has to try to get this officer to do the right thing, that is, urge 'offenders' get help from this non-profit organization before ticketing them?  

Sheriff, I've personally received numerous other complaints from many too fearful to allow publication of their names.  Of your Office and the corrupt and abusive thugs who populate it.  Regarding this matter and others.  Isn't that a black stain on your reign as Sheriff?  Doesn't that make you a tyrant?  

At the very least, the judgment of the Code Enforcement Officer is non-existent.  Could it be worse?  That is, are you enforcing an illegal quota system on your personnel?  Is he a 'fine' officer who has been corrupted by you, County officials and the four families who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County?  To line the pockets of the worst this hellhole County has to offer?

Without question, your Office as well as the four Constables have been pressured by the County 'Judge' and Commissioners to increase revenue.  Without question.  That is in direct violation of the law and Constitution.  Remember, Bill?  You took an oath to protect and defend both?  Forgotten?  -- Not to worry.  ... Ole' "Sonny Boy" and Cheryll "The Feral" are bought and paid for. Right, Bill?  Convenient, isn't it?  

Think the State won't eventually investigate?  Ole' "Sonny Boy" won't feel pressure to call for an independent State investigation of the matter?  Perverse, isn't it?  That state law requires a corrupt, abusive, and/or inept DA to ask the State to investigate?  Assbackwards, no?  Conveniently protects the bastards responsible, doesn't it?  A raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!?

The probe by this publication has just begun on the Code Enforcement Officer.  Intend to dig as deeply as possible into his background.  Another truly deserving candidate for such exposure?  The Animal Control Officer.  Both remain cash cows for the truly evil, corrupt, and abusive bastards who, again, falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County.

Most ironic of all?  The people responsible for running this hellhole County, that is, the County 'Judge,' Commissioners, JPs, and law enforcement have absolutely no regard for the law, do as they please, line their bottomless pockets, and truly belong in prison.  Aren't we lucky?  Nazi Texas.  Nazi America.  A raucous Sieg Heil!?

If you've been harassed and/or ticketed by the Code Enforcement Officer, contact this publication.  Abuse by officers will not end until they're exposed to the blinding light of day.  Seems the Animal Control Officer is no better.  Without question, both remain cash cows for this County.   Money makers.  The Golden Goose.  

Again, make contact if you've been victimized by either or any other shining pillars of Llano County's 'best and brightest.'  If these outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards are not exposed for whom and what they are, nothing will ever change.  

-- Precisely, what ole' "Billy Boy," the County 'Judge,' Commissioners, JPs, Cheryll "The Feral," and "Sonny Boy"  count and thrive on.  To say nothing of the bastards who pull their strings and falsely believe they run and own this County and everyone in it.  Their masters.

In brief follow-up to last week's edition, quite a debate rages on in the country regarding the President's plan to "punish" the Syrian dictator.  Sadly, the rhetoric from Mr. Obama, his henchmen, shills, supporters, etc.  rings poignantly hollow.  Sounds remarkably similar to dinner table arguments made during the Vietnam fiasco decades ago.

Be interesting to see if the idiots in Congress capitulate.  Seems the President, however, has a remarkably steep uphill battle at the moment. The public currently, overwhelmingly opposed.  Bodes well, -- for now.  Should the Chief Executive not receive congressional approval and launches an attack regardless, he should be quickly impeached, convicted, and removed from office.  Syria is no threat to the United States.  Certainly, there is no exigent threat as demanded by the Constitution.  Consequently, the President does not have the authority to launch a war without the blessing of Congress.   Our representatives.  Remember?
 
Snowden's certainly a gift that keeps on giving.  Today, proof positive of what many of us have long suspected as true was published 9-6-13 in several papers.  NSA has cracked nearly all encryption used on the Internet.  Installed "back doors" for convenient government access.  Without a warrant.

Translation?  Government has ready access to all data on the Internet.  Encrypted or not.  What does that mean? Wake up.  All banking records.  Business and personal.  All corporate traffic.  All personal traffic.  All medical records. ... Give a healthcare professional personal information?  Think twice.  Beware.  It's not private.  Belongs to anyone in government or business who wants it.  Substance of all emails, as well as all other data transfer on the Internet. Again, encrypted or not.  All of it.  "National 'security, '" courtesy of the government and its corporate masters.

The fascist bastards in NSA, their handlers in the White House and Congress have clearly, repeatedly betrayed the people they've falsely sworn to protect and serve.  You, the public.   Feel safe?  Protected? Taken care of?  Secure? Take the thumb out of your mouth.  Can certainly suggest a far better bodily orifice.  Again, wake up.

Worse, their corporate masters, who not only literally own them and their corporate employees, have access to any information on anyone they choose.  Think they won't collect from their bought and paid for government lackeys? After all, they own them.  ... And most of you, dear readers.

Wake up.  Your government, clearly all of it, is bought and paid for.  Like you.  The bastards who have sworn to protect and serve are lining their pockets courtesy of lobbyist loot.  Legalized bribery.  You tolerate it.  Clearly, due to cowardice, ignorance, aggressive stupidity.  Unbridled fear.  Consequently, you get precisely what you richly deserve.

Again, wake up.  The Founders were clear.  Crystal clear in the Declaration of Independence:

"--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

You've been snookered.  By government lackeys and their, your, corporate masters.  The Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged fascist bastards who occupy the corporate management suite.  Who literally own government and the sorry asses of the people who work for them.
