Note: Shortly
after posting the last Newsletter, a friend quizzically asked what I
was trying to accomplish in this publication. Certainly, not
the first. Likely, not the last. Always thought it
obvious: first, aggressively expose corruption and abuse to the light
of day; second, more importantly, aggressively expose the rise of
fascism, nazism, national socialism in all its 'glory.' This
publication is intentionally designed to offend. To effect
desperately-needed change.
While
it is also quite
obvious outrageous offenders in law enforcement and
government always
remain premier targets, it's apparently not so clear you, too,
dear readers, are fair game. Why? Simple. Because at least
some
of you have foolishly enabled these bastards to egregiously
f--k
not only yourselves, but the rest of us.
If,
indeed, you are not
guilty of the above, then this is not directed at
you, and, --
you should not be offended. Conversely, if the
opposite is
true, then you are the problem and offense is
intended.
Time to wake up. Stand up for yourselves.

personal offense, however, is intended, -- other
than to the
bastards who falsely believe they run and own, not only this hellhole
County, but the state and country as well. -- Most of you,
dear
readers, this writer does not even personally know.
It's those of
you who have enabled these bastards intentionally or inadvertently
who remain the problem. How? Through unbridled fear, aching
indifference, most importantly, aggressive stupidity. Forget? You
are
the government. Not
the
bastards who falsely believe
they run and own us. The Founders, indeed, quite clear.
No
more complicated than that. Not rocket science.

Hope so. Have I lost you as a
reader? Certainly,
hope not. ... If I have, this publication
is clearly not
for you. -- Read the fluff in the other local rags.

This is not easy reading. Never
will be. Never
promised it to be. Often, it's offensive even to

Couldn't

Some things never change. Sadly, some issues never
get resolved. At original launch of this publication in March
1999, Llano County officials determinedly pressured the sitting Sheriff
and JPs to raise revenue by turning 'lawbreakers' upside down, shaking
change out of their pockets.
Things were so bad the tyrant occupying JP2, now deceased, handed out $100 bills to her deputies every Christmas.
--
Not only outrageously unethical, but illegal for a 'judge' to do so.
Didn't matter in Llano County. They do as they please.
Still do. Was reported and posted earlier in this
publication. What's changed? Truly, changed?
Nothing
at all. JP2 imposes her will and that of her handlers regardless
of the law. Bastardizes statutes. Counts on outrageously
corrupt, abusive, bought and paid for local attorneys to acquiesce.
... Or, the fact most
locals do not have the wherewithal to find and pay a non-local lawyer.
Consequently, she does as she pleases. By fiat.
-- One
reason, why this publication was relaunched, that is, egregious abuse
of citizens by outrageously corrupt and abusive law enforcement and
sitting JPs. ... To say nothing of "Sonny Boy," Cheryll "The
Feral," and the County 'Judge.'
Again, what's truly
changed? Now, the County 'Judge' and his cronies are again pressuring
the Sheriff and JPs to increase revenue. Certainly, was surprised
to see a letter to the editor from Harvey Klee addressing this issue
published recently in The Llano News. For years, The News
remained no more than an extremely useful mouthpiece for County
officials and their handlers, -- the four families who falsely believe
they run and own this hellhole County.
Indeed, things are
bad. Particularly, in the lakes area. Notice how few
visitors are returning? Think it's only high gas prices and no
water in Buchanan? Think again. Have heard story after
story, received numerous complaint after complaint about harassment and
false charges, tickets levied against visitors. Many have angrily vowed
to never return. -- A kiss of death to a County with virtually
no industry.
Llano County law enforcement has always been careful to target 'low class trash', -- and visitors with money. Right, Sheriff? Not good ole' boys in favor with Bill and the Boys. Highly selective 'law' 'enforcement.' Of course, with an agenda.
Now, apparently, they're tapped out. Tough, isn't it? Have not only strangled, but bled the Golden Goose dry. Right, Sheriff? JP2? Cheryll? 'Judge?' Clearly, the chickens have come home to roost.
Interestingly,
it's not quite clear yet what's happening, here. Amusingly,
despite 'armed' with camera ready and willing to upload video of errant
law enforcement to this website, have recently seen no officers lately
doing incredibly stupid, dangerous things. Such as speeding up
1431 or 29 with no lights or siren at 100 mph. Better yet,
previous determined targets of harassment and attempted shakedown have
experienced some relief lately the last several months. Couldn't
be, could it?
Hard to believe, isn't it? Couldn't be
there's been some change? ... Amusingly, watch ole' Bill and the Boys
quickly make a liar out of this writer, no? ... Things aren't quite that peachy, however. Right, Sheriff? Have heard allegations your Office is shaking down businesses $75 to haul away abandoned, that is, dumped titleless motor vehicles. Any truth to it, Bill?
If
so, a little greedy, isn't it? After all, parts and salvaged
steel will bring the County at least several times that. ... Or, do your
wrecker contractors pocket the loot? The good ole' boy system at
its 'best?' Don't think it's gallingly outrageous that businesses who already
pay outrageous real estate taxes, collect sales taxes, pay inventory
taxes, etc., are looted by the Boys? To line County coffers?
