Publisher's Note:  Shortly after posting the last Newsletter, a friend quizzically asked what I was trying to accomplish in this publication.  Certainly, not the first.  Likely, not the last.  Always thought it obvious: first, aggressively expose corruption and abuse to the light of day; second, more importantly, aggressively expose the rise of fascism, nazism, national socialism in all its 'glory.'  This publication is intentionally designed to offend.  To effect desperately-needed change.  

While it is also quite obvious outrageous offenders in law enforcement and government always remain premier targets, it's apparently not so clear you, too, dear readers, are fair game.  Why? Simple. Because at least some of you have foolishly enabled these bastards to egregiously f--k not only yourselves, but the rest of us.

If, indeed, you are not guilty of the above, then this is not directed at you, and, -- you should not be offended. Conversely, if the opposite is true, then you are the problem and offense is intended.  Time to wake up.  Stand up for yourselves.  ... No personal offense, however, is intended, -- other than to the bastards who falsely believe they run and own, not only this hellhole County, but the state and country as well.  -- Most of you, dear readers, this writer does not even personally know.  

It's those of you who have enabled these bastards intentionally or inadvertently who remain the problem.  How? Through unbridled fear, aching indifference, most importantly, aggressive stupidity. Forget? You are the government.  Not the bastards who falsely believe they run and own us.  The Founders, indeed, quite clear.  No more complicated than that.  Not rocket science.  

Offended?  Hope so.  Have I lost you as a reader?  Certainly, hope not.  ... If I have, this publication is clearly not for you.  -- Read the fluff in the other local rags.  Forget?  This is not easy reading.  Never will be.  Never promised it to be. Often, it's offensive even to this writer.  ... How many times have I asked: did I write that?  Couldn't be, could it?  What an idiot, no? Political correctness?  What's that? This publication was hacked 6-4-13.  "Brute force."  Recently, additional Liberty In Peril sites were uploaded to different servers.  In the future, each time a site is hacked, another will be quickly uploaded to yet a new host.  All working links, although unhighlighted, are posted on each homepage.  If not, this publication has again been hacked.  ... Patience.

The following two messages were emailed to Mick Henniger after the attack.  Followed by yet another message to the Sheriff.  This publication will remain in existence. No matter what server.  No matter what it takes.  Readers, I need your support.  Can't do this alone.  ... At least, not as effectively.  Since funds are extremely limited, to date this publication remains self-supported, the sites uploaded are free ones.  Consequently, security may likely continue to be a problem.

Background checks on publication targets are expensive.  Want this publication to be as effective as possible?  Support it.  Most important?  Provide information.  Courageously, stand up.  Make it abundantly clear to hopelessly corrupt and abusive government the status quo remains unacceptable.  All branches, all levels of government.

The fact this publication was again hacked is proof positive its effectiveness is unquestioned and intolerable to the convoluted criminal bastard responsible, -- and his handlers:  Llano County 'government.'  A raucous, bootclicking, goosestepping, traitorous, treasonous Sieg Heil!?  Sheriff?  Cheryll?  Sonny Boy?  JP2?  All fascist scumbags who haughtily, falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County?  We're just getting started, friends.  ... Promise. Just getting started.

Mick,

On 6-4-13, this website endured a massive "brute force" hacking attack.  Then again, that comes as no surprise, does it?  You're going down, Mick.  Hard.   Think  anyone will employ you?   ... When they find out what an untrustworthy, criminal, convoluted, sick son of a bitch you truly are?   Should you become self-employed, think your clients won't be informed?   ... Your neighbors, -- no matter where  you cowardly flee?   ... Indeed, the true value of the Internet.   You simply cannot escape the consequences of your crimes.   Promise.  A pitiful, pathetic, sick legacy no one in their right mind would want, countenance, or embrace.   A raucous Sieg Heil!?  Hopefully, your corporate masters will access this message.  They do have a right to know whom and what they've employed.

Mick,

Recently, additional Liberty In Peril websites were uploaded.  Several more will be posted shortly as well.  Each time one is hacked a new one will be created and uploaded to a new server.  Have fun.  

Think a webhost won't eventually tire and prosecute?  At least, try to?  They won't, however, secure the cooperation of this writer since no one in any level of government can be trusted to do the right thing. No one.  Like you, they're all bought and paid for.  
 
Webhosts, however, have earlier evidence of hacking perpetrated by you already posted in uploaded Liberty In Peril files.  Think they can't access, as well, earlier 'indiscretions' allegedly committed dating back to childhood?  Think material sealed is truly inaccessible?  Think this publication won't post them?

The only goal is public exposure of a convoluted perverse criminal to the glaring light of day.  ... Cluelessly ignored.  By both your gutless self-serving employer, as well as hopelessly corrupt and abusive Llano County 'government.'

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly arrogant and cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs, although corrupt and abusive as the day is long, truly hard to believe anyone in the Sheriff's Office would be stupid enough to "brute force" attack a protected speech website.  -- Free speech, as guarantied by the First Amendment.  

The criminal bastard responsible now has additional Liberty In Peril websites to hack.  Isn't he lucky?  Additional sites will be uploaded shortly as well.  Each time a site is brought down a new one will be uploaded on a new server.  Think a webhost won't eventually tire and prosecute the sick convoluted son of a bitch?  At least, try to.
