This

since March 2003 for reasons explained on the Home
Page. Much has happened in the United
States, as well as the
rest of the world, since the last edition. ... Sadly, most of
it
disturbing. Much of it achingly heartbreaking.

Publisher's Note:
This publication receives no financial support through
advertising.
Although shaken down, looted, and abused by corrupt government, area
businesses
remain unwilling to stand up. Locals are too gutless to
donate financially,
cowardly fearing retribution. For this publication to
survive, national
readers need to contribute. Liberty In Peril is, has been,
and will
always remain beholden to NO ONE. -- Precisely why there is no
financial
assistance. ... From day of launch and certainly a no-brainer
to
this very day, firmly resolved to walk away first rather than
compromise
principle. -- To the chagrin of many and delight of
few.

and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the
latter.

In the interest of alacrity, this is an abridged version of
the usual Newsletter Text. No bells and whistles:
Llano County. A hellhole run and owned by thugs who abuse
power to line pockets and engorge County coffers. Never
enough.
Never. Precisely, why not only the guilty but an
exponentially increasing number of innocent are shaken down by
jackbooted law enforcement. Where? Where else?
The Llano County Sheriff's Department.
... No question, 'easy' money. Terrorize the innocent. Right, Sheriff?
"Turn 'em upside down and shake the change out of their
pockets." Right,
Bill? Cheryll? "Sonny Boy?" JP2?
Sadly, the
list can go on. No question, indeed, a cash cow.
Always has
been. Certainly, since the days of JP2 Lanny Stephenson, right, Sheriff?
Remember? Handed out hundred dollar bills to her Deputies at
Christmas, courtesy of looted taxpayers. -- Sadly, always will be until we stand up.
Gallingly, getting increasingly worse, however. By
design.
Not
only the truly
innocent and guilty are shaken down, though. How about those
in limbo? ... Ever
have a run-in with a jackbooted thug? Having already paid
your
debt to society? Not good enough. Not by a long
shot.
The jackbooted bastards repeatedly shake down the formerly
guilty
even when they've straightened out their lives. Take great
pleasure doing so. Frequently, run them in for doing nothing.
Nothing at all. -- Other than having a record.
Why?
It generates cash for County coffers. Lines the
pockets of
the bastards who run and own Llano County. Equally
importantly,
it gives the thugs in the Sheriff's Department an opportunity to get
their cookies off terrorizing the innocent.
Want to see
terrorism? Gallingly, it's truly homegrown. Look no
further than the Sheriff's Department.
Masters at the craft. This publication intends to expose
this egregious corruption and abuse to the intense light of day. ...
Lived in Llano County 29 years. Never been this corrupt and
abusive. Never. Ligon was bad. Garrett,
worse. Both
don't hold a candle to Blackburn, however. Day is night,
night is
day, and manure smells perversely sweet in this hellhole. All
assbackwards.
If you've been victimized, contact me. Let's expose these
bastards to the light of day. The only
way to end this abuse short of an unwanted, dreaded revolution is to
expose it. Take time to read the three gutlessly unanswered
letters to Sheriff Blackburn linked below. Clearly,
he
answers to no one. Apparently, not even voters. Doesn't have
to, does he?
As a
law-abiding citizen with no record, should this writer be falsely
charged or killed, everyone will know who and why. The
Department
and its thugs will be exposed for whom and what they are.
Sadly,
we live in a fascist police-state. Have ourselves to blame.
We tolerate this bullsh-t. Fascism, nazism,
national
socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and
religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the
latter.
Nazi Texas.
Nazi America.
Adolph and Benito would have been proud. Must be
smiling from their fiery perches. Right, Bill?
-- Raises the question, who really won the
Second World War? ... Be issuing swastika armbands to the troops,
Sheriff? Aren't some already dressed in all-black German Nazi
SS?
To intimidate? Or, does it allow the pathetic, sick
bastards to get their cookies
off?
Amusingly, gallingly, the Sheriff's Department remains a
classic example of reverse Darwinism, -- survival of the unfittest.
Good officers don't
last here. They're driven off. Certainly, want to
hear from
these officers. If you're out of the profession, talk to me
openly. On the record. If you've found employment
elsewhere, will certainly protect your identity. Bottom line?
Corruption, abuse must
see the light of day. It's the only
way to force desperately-needed change, -- again, short of an unwanted,
dreaded second American revolution. ... Already,
catastrophically
looming on the horizon.
It's time to stand up, dear readers. Time to take back our
County. Demand, not settle for anything less than honest,
non-abusive law enforcement. Accountability from County
officials. Can't do it alone, friends. Time to grow
a pair
of cajones,
readers. Past due. Wake up. We're losing
our formerly
great country to these self-serving bastards. It's dying on
the
vine. Not just here. Across the country.
