Working
definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a
pernicious
blend of government, big business, and religion. ... A boot-heel
cynically
placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

"My Space" Agrees To Hand Over Data Without Warrant May 21, 2007
Cowardly succumbing to public pressure and eight attorneys general, My Space has finally agreed to hand over data on sex offenders without a warrant. The Fourth Amendment is quite clear, however, -- and apparently no longer relevant in our formerly great country. Who's next? Anyone government goons don't like? Understand the significance, dear readers? This is no more than an end-run-around the Constitution.
Already, federal goons are using "National Security Letters" to obtain private information without a warrant. On anyone. At any time. Disclose the existence of such a letter and you go to jail. In Nazi America.
"National
Security Letters" were
unconstitutionally authorized by the USA "Patriot" Act. ...
An outrageously
unconstitutional infringement on civil and constitutional rights and
liberties
supported
by both Texas senators. Fascists who have no regard for
liberty and
the rights bloodily won on the battlefield by countless American
veterans.
Rush Limbaugh Slides On Racist Parody May 21, 2007
Unlike Imus, radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been allowed to slide on an extremely racist parody called Obama The Magic Negro. ... Sung to the tune of Puff The Magic Dragon. A parody repeatedly played on his show. Where is the outrage of the Black community? Why are they allowing this outrageously ignorant fascist to escape unscathed?
$5 Billion Pay Off To Pakistan May 21, 2007
The
Bush "Administration" has
dumped some $5 billion on Pakistan over the last few years.
Approximately,
$80 million per month. Apparently, for nothing since Pakistan
has
cut back anti-terrorist activity. American taxpayers have
unlimited
resources, so why not, right? Enjoy.
President Carter Claims Bush "Administration" Worst In History Regarding Foreign Policy May 21, 2007
Thankfully breaking long-term tradition to remain silent regarding other presidents, former President Jimmy Carter slammed the Bush "Administration" and its handling of foreign policy. ... Tough, isn't it? Sadly, spoke the truth. Truth that should have been aired a long, long time ago. A Bush spokesperson quickly responded, -- claiming Carter is "increasingly irrelevant."
Amusingly,
Carter had little regard
for British Prime Minister Tony Blair as well. Thought him to
be
"abominable" and too easily manipulated, -- i.e. a lap dog.
... You
think? Time to hear from all former presidents on
any subject,
at any time. They have much to offer. Should
certainly speak
up when they believe a current occupant of the Oval Office to be on the
wrong track. Conversely, should also be as forthcoming when
they
indeed support policies of the incumbent.
Sadly, Baby Emilio Gonzales has died at the age of 19 months. As readers will recall, the little boy was at the center of a legal struggle to remove life support despite his mother's strong objections. Not clear at this time whether a law suit will follow to determine the constitutionality of the law signed by former Gov. Bush allowing hospitals to shut off life support after ten days notice.
Without question, the "President" signed this law as governor to ensure the financial well-being of Seton and other healthcare providers, -- at the expense of patients. Where is the outrage of the Fascist Right? The supposed champions of the right to life? Their cowardly silence is deafening.
...
And amusingly hypocritical,
since it was the Right that recently allowed a futile care bill to die
in the Texas legislature. -- Because it couldn't agree on the
wording.
... A bill that would have given family members longer to find other
care
before life support is removed.
MIG Sgt. Brent Nichols Shot By Booby Trap May 18, 2007
33rd Judicial District Methamphetamine Initiative Group (MIG, formerly NET) Sgt. Brent Nichols was reportedly shot by a booby trapped safe during a drug raid. Long-term readers will recall Mr. Nichols and his outrageously corrupt and abusive agency have been a repeated target on this website. Can only wonder if Nichols was stoned at the time of his reportedly minor injury.
Sadly,
this "police" agency is
indeed the most corrupt and abusive in the area. In addition
to drug
use, failed urinalyses, planting of drugs, false incrimination of
innocent
people, sex while on duty, and a whole variety of other abuses, MIG is
extremely good at "dynamic entries" with no warrant at the time of the
bust. Nazi America.
Finally, a breath of fresh air in Washington. Democrats will apparently allow federally-funded "abstinence only" programs to expire. What took so long? These programs do not work. In fact, a carefully executed study has demonstrated participants in these programs are just as likely to have sex as early as non-participants.
The average age of "loss" of virginity is 15 years, 7 months. ... Tough, isn't it? -- Just can't keep these kids kids long enough, right? Apparently, why college graduates are dragging parents to job interviews to speak on their behalf. Perverse, isn't it?
Then again, we reap what we sow. The bottom line is the Fascist Right unconstitutionally wasted millions of dollars unsuccessfully trying to force its perverse "religious" views on the rest of us. In direct violation of the First Amendment and its church-state separation proscription.
Embattled World Bank chief Paul Wolfowitz has decided to resign, effective June 30. Wolfowitz is a long-time Bush crony responsible for the failed invasion of Iraq under false pretenses. At the World Bank he came under fire for taking extremely good care of his girlfriend, -- giving her an overly generous compensation package. The Bank admitted "mistakes" and his "good intentions," thus paving the way for his departure. No question, he will not be prosecuted or held accountable for any of his actions.
The
Fascist Right supposedly believes
in marriage. Apparently, not. "Religious" fascists
in the Texas
legislature are hell-bent on sending a bill to Gov. "Good Hair" Rick
Perry
that will double the expense of a marriage license to $60.
... Unless,
of course, they receive eight hours of pre-marital
counseling. Don't
these fools realize many people will decide to simply shack up rather
than
go through the hassle and BS?
At
a debate attended by GOP presidential
hopefuls, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani skewered Texas Rep. Ron
Paul
for suggesting American foreign policy ultimately responsible for the
9/11
catastrophe. Sadly, Mr. Paul is right on target. As
repeatedly
stated on this website, it is directly due to the American unevenhanded
approach to Israeli-Palestinian issues and impasse since 1948, the
determined
presence of U.S. forces in Moslem territory, -- deeply offensive to all
Moslems, the unabashed support of the outrageously corrupt and abusive
House of Saud, the import of Arab oil, and abject refusal to become
energy
independent fifty years ago. When will we finally wake up?
The Rev. Jerry Falwell died earlier today in his office, apparently of natural causes, at the age of 73. -- Had a history of heart trouble. Mr. Falwell started the "Moral" Majority in the late 70s. ... Sadly, it was neither moral or a majority. It did, however, launch the Fascist Right and catapulted Ronald Reagan to office in 1980.
The Reverend was indeed a fascist in every sense of the word. He deeply believed in the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. ... Justified by the perversion and bastardization of religion.
He was anti-choice. ... Profoundly and haughtily believed he and others like him had the right to dictate to women what they can and cannot do with their uterus. Anti-gay, supposedly pro-family, staunchly pro-Israel, and certainly pro-defense, -- no matter the cost or waste. Ludicrously, this unabashed seriously deluded fascist claimed gays, feminists, Lesbians, and the American Civil Liberties Union were ultimately responsible for the 9/11 catastrophe.
Although unable to explain his reasoning, he also believed gay marriage would "ruin" marriage. Apparently, Mr. Falwell and other members of the Fascist Right were, and are, so insecure in their marriages they feel threatened. They also perversely believe they have the right to dictate to consenting adults what they can, and can't do, in the privacy of their bedrooms. ... Whether straight or gay.
Mr. Falwell fervently believed in "faith-based" initiatives, that is the proselytization of "Christianity" at the expense of taxpayers. ... In direct violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment proscribing church-state separation. -- Then again, a fascist has no appreciation of civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Particularly, making the name of "Liberty" University, the institution of "higher" learning he founded in 1991, an offensive oxymoron.
Many
would agree speaking ill
of the dead to be offensive and lacking class. In the case of
Mr.
Falwell, however, it is imperative. Fascists should not
be
conveniently and cowardly ignored. Rather, they should be
exposed
to the light of day. Dead or alive.
Remember Jose Padilla? An American citizen arrested as an "enemy combatant" in Chicago? The supposed "Dirty Bomber?" Padilla was iced in a Navy brig for three and a half years. No access to attorneys. Abused with exposure to cold and light. Reportedly, tortured as well. He has not been charged with being a "dirty bomber," however. Only with supposedly training with al Qaeda and "conspiracy."
The "judge" in the case will not allow the government to bring up the reportedly false allegations of being a "dirty bomber." Otherwise, the defense will be allowed to expose the conditions under which Padilla was held. Tough, isn't it?
Why
shouldn't the jury
be advised of the abuse and reported torture? ... The abuse
and apparent
torture of an American citizen in an American gulag. Nazi
America.
Where day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely and
sickeningly
sweet.
After
considerable pressure, the
Department of "Justice" is withdrawing its requirement "detainees" have
no more than three attorney visits. ... Mighty generous of
them,
no? Un-American to the core, the fascists in the "Justice"
Department
are still monitoring all attorney-"detainee" mail and determinedly
killing
the right to legal defense. Nazi America.
Reportedly,
there is growing dissatisfaction
with the performance of U.S. military generals prosecuting the Iraq
War.
Apparently, they may be more concerned with career advancement than
best
interests of their men and winning the war. The problems are
not
only tactical, but include unresolved basics. -- Like body
armor
issues that remain unsolved. ... M1A1 tanks susceptible to
IEDs.
... Inadequately armored Humvees, etc.. Sadly, the list can
go on
and on.
Adolph
Hitler and Benito Mussolini
would have been proud. Farmers Branch voters in Texas voted
on May
12th to force landlords to check papers of all prospective tenants to
ensure
none are illegal immigrants. Court battles are promised to
stop implementation
of this law.
Four American military personnel and an Iraqi translator were killed today in a road side ambush in Iraq. Another three American soldiers were captured by the enemy. Their whereabouts unknown. A massive search by ground and air has been launched.
Remember the Mercury 7, the first group of dashing astronauts, the first to be launched into space? Men like John Glenn, Alan Shepherd, etc.? Seems there also was a magnificent group of women called the Mercury 13. These ladies were highly-trained pilots who reportedly were better qualified than the Mercury 7. Sadly, they were grounded, however, due to prejudice against women.
Reportedly,
Vice President Lyndon
Johnson claimed if women were allowed into NASA, so would other
minorities.
-- Tough, wasn't it? ... An "intolerable" situation the U.S.
couldn't
allow. One woman had twice the flying hours of John
Glenn.
The ladies were reportedly demonstrably more proficient than the
men.
The Soviets sent the first woman into space back in 1963. ...
The
U.S. about twenty years later with the launch of Sally Ride.
While American military personnel are killed and maimed in the hell-hole of Iraq, the Iraqi Parliament plans to take two months off this summer. Apparently, even Iraqi legislators perversely know U.S. troops are not dying for freedom, but the outrageously corrupt and abusive ass of the "President" of the United States. Otherwise, the bastards would be "legislating" and solving their country's impossible problems instead of taking a two-month vacation.
...
The Founders of our
formerly great country must indeed be spinning in their
graves. They
could never have imagined so poor an excuse for "President" and
"Commander
In Chief." The situation in Iraq and the Parliament's pending
plans
are apparently so dire, Mr. Bush dispatched ole' "Slick Dick" Cheney to
Iraq to express the "President's" displeasure. ... Tough,
isn't it?
Eleven
of the Republican Party's
"finest" met with "President" Bush earlier today. -- Seems
they're
not happy with ole' George's performance and the fiasco in
Iraq.
Although held behind closed doors, all eleven congressmen reportedly
told
Bush he and his staff had no credibility. ... That Gen.
Patraeus
would apparently be the final judge of "progress" of the
"surge."
... That ole' George "The Tush" and his henchmen only had until
September
before they'd lose backing of fellow GOP legislators. --
Tough, isn't
it. Reportedly, the meeting was no holds barred, frank, and
blunt.
-- A little too little, a little too late, no?
