definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a

placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

"President" "Reviews" Iraq Tactics October 22, 2006
After
a week of severe setbacks
in Iraq, the "President" and his top military advisors recently met in
a series of meetings to "review" tactics currently employed against
insurgents.
Violence and American casualties are reaching record levels.
The
southern-Iraq city of Amarah was recently given back to Iraqi forces by
British troops, -- only to be briefly lost to insurgents earlier in the
week. Despite the mayhem and increasing losses, the fascist
occupying
the Oval Office is "staying the course," -- as Republicans resign
themselves
to huge losses in pending midterms.
Years ago an auto accident fatality was just that, -- an accident. No more. Kill anyone accidentally on the road, and you'll likely do time. If not intoxicated, law enforcement will still conveniently find a way to charge and prosecute the driver with vehicular manslaughter. Consequently, hit and runs are up markedly. ... An unintended consequence of increasingly draconian laws that make everyone a "criminal."
Compounding the problem, fleeing drivers have a reasonably good chance of not being caught. Sadly, a fact of increasingly unenforceable laws that do not accomplish their purported purpose. Tragically, the injured pay the price when drivers fail to stop. Many accident victims consequently needlessly die at the scene of the collision.
Bottom line? Too many laws. Too many law enforcement officers. Overbearing, oppressive laws kill freedom. Often have negative consequences never considered by the lawmakers responsible for writing them. It's time to reconsider all statutes.
Get
rid of laws that are obsolete,
irrelevant, or needlessly oppressive. Support sunsetting
rules that
would cause most laws, other than the most basic such as murder, theft,
rape, child abuse, etc., to expire after five years. ...
Subject,
of course, to review and renewal by lawmakers. Otherwise,
every citizen
will be turned into a "criminal" in the eyes of outrageously corrupt
and
abusive government, -- and needlessly subject to
"prosecution." For
phony "crimes." To say nothing of the loss of the principle
of liberty
under ferocious attack by the Fascist Right in our formerly great
country.
The fascist occupying the Oval Office signed the Terror Detainee Bill into law with great fanfare earlier today. "Detainees" will have no access to the courts or attorneys, and will be tried in kangaroo court military tribunals. Highly unlikely this outrageously unconstitutional law will pass constitutional muster when quickly challenged in the courts.
Who's
next, Mr. "President?"
-- American citizens who meet your definition of "battlefield
combatant?"
... Like Jose Podilla, an American citizen held for years as an "enemy
combatant" after being arrested on American soil? Or anyone
with
the balls to challenge the outrageous Nazism of you and your henchmen,
George?

ago.
To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been
received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint
filed.
Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues,
-- or is wildly incompetent. You decide. ACLU-Criminal
