Working
definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a
pernicious
blend of government, big business, and religion. ... A boot-heel
cynically
placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

Senate Votes English As National Language May 20, 2006
Obviously, the Senate has nothing of substance to do. No concern over the debacle in Iraq, the outrageously unconstitutional invasion of privacy by NSA and other Bush "Administration" henchmen and agencies, nor corruption within the "Administration."
It does, however, have the time and inclination to pass an immigration bill with English as a national language caveat. Clearly, the Nazi Right, composed largely of white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant (WASP) middle-aged men, is desperate to retain power and control over the masses.
...
Precisely, why they're terrified
of the fact Hispanics are indeed becoming the majority across many
areas
of our country. Can only amusingly hope the new majority is
far more
generous than the Nazi WASPs of yesteryear. -- Turn around
being
fair play, no?
In a swirl of new NSA domestic spying disclosures involving phone records of millions of innocent American citizens, former NSA Chief Gen. Michael Hayden received a grilling from senators during his confirmation hearing for CIA Chief.
The Air Force General remains unapologetic and continues to strongly defend the outrageous invasion of privacy by government goons without warrants. Mr. Hayden is indeed a Right Wing fascist who has disgraced the uniform and his oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Interestingly, the General told one senator who questioned his credibility he would have to make a judgment on the [General's] character. Indeed, Mr. Hayden, indeed. Not only is the General Aryan arrogant, he's amusingly condescending and patronizing. ... Then again, "qualities" to be expected from a fascist.
The Founders made it quite clear vis a vis the Fourth Amendment citizens are entitled to privacy. Any invasion of that privacy by government is to be based on probable cause under the supervision of a judge.
No
longer, however, in Nazi
America. -- Sadly, where government has become a
far greater,
more sinister enemy than any foreign agency, including al
Qaeda.

To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been
received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint
filed.
Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues,
-- or is wildly incompetent. You decide. ACLU-Criminal
