Working
definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a
pernicious
blend of government, big business, and religion. ... A boot-heel
cynically
placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

Reporter Jill Carroll Released March 30, 2006
Finally,
some good news to report
from the hell hole called Iraq. Christian Science
Monitor
reporter Jill Carroll was released unharmed by her captors earlier
today.
Ms. Carroll was taken hostage January 7. -- An eternity for
her loved
ones. Little is publicly known about the circumstances of her
release.
In another case of Nazi kangaroo "justice," Achmed Abu Ali was sentenced to thirty years for joining al Qaeda and supposedly trying to assassinate "President" George Bush. This is one of a number of highly questionable cases covered earlier in this publication that reeks of prosecutorial abuse.
Outrageously
corrupt and abusive
U.S. Attorneys are apparently railroading anyone in
an effort to
secure another notch on the belt and make it appear the "Justice"
Department
is supposedly doing something and tough on terrorism. In
Nazi
America. ... Where the Constitution and rights mean
little to
nothing any longer.
That's
right. The "President"
is incapable of taking personal responsibility for the ongoing debacle
in Iraq. Now, he blames Saddam. ... Hey,
George? The
blood is on your hands, Mr. "President." You
went to
war under false pretenses with absolutely no justification.
You and
your henchmen will be held accountable by history, Mr.
"President."
Sadly, you are a war criminal and a disgrace to our formerly great
country.
The United States Supreme Court finally took up the issue of military tribunals and the limits of presidential power during wartime. The case involves captured bin Laden body guard and driver Salim Hamdan and the "President's" efforts to bring him to "justice" in a military tribunal.
... Where his rights will be conveniently and deliberately abrogated in an effort to "convict" him at a show case kangaroo "trial" no more than an outrageous Nazi sham. ... Pathetically unbecoming our formerly great country.
The "President" is desperate to repeat history and execute the driver, -- as German saboteurs were killed during the Second World War right here in the birthplace of Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln. Sadly, where the Bill of Rights was deliberately and cowardly ignored by government sworn to uphold the same.
Chief "Justice" John "Johnny Boy" Roberts recused himself, having ruled in a similar case earlier as a lower court "judge." Other Justices expressed grave reservations. Scalia, however, appeared extremely sympathetic to government goons and the Solicitor General's arguments.
Earlier abroad, Scalia callously stated he did not believe "detainees" are entitled to American jurisprudence and the protections of the Bill of Rights. This Nazi bastard should have resigned in disgrace at the time. At the very least, he should have recused himself in this case as a result. He did not. No question, the Aryan arrogance of the Nazis sitting on our highest court has no limit.
Over
the weekend, the "President"
accepted the resignation tendered three weeks ago of Bush Chief of
Staff
Andy Card. He will be replaced by Bush insider Josh
Bolten.
Bolten is currently Director of Budget & Management.
Apparently,
Mr. Bush succumbed to the pressure of nervous Republicans who fear
defeat
in November as the "President's" approval figures continue to
decline.
Bolten is a Bush good ole' boy who will take up where Card left
off.
Sad, isn't it? The "President" apparently still doesn't get
it.
-- It's the fascism, George.
Chillingly,
security experts were
successful getting enough nuclear material to produce a dirty bomb past
port security in Texas and Washington state. Disturbing,
isn't it?
-- While TSA concerns itself with the shoes of air travelers.
Released earlier this week and threatened with death by his fellow countrymen, Christian convert Adbul Rahman quickly indicated he wanted asylum outside Afghanistan. Italy has granted his request and Rahman is apparently on his way. -- Despite enormous opposition by Afghan clerics who instructed their minions to "tear him apart."
What in hell are we fighting for in Afghanistan? Nazism? The United States was instrumental in the supposed defeat of the Taliban and implementation of a democratic republic with a constitution. A constitutional republic is designed to avoid such pitfalls of mob rule often associated with direct democracy.
Precisely, why we have a Bill of Rights here in the United States. The First Amendment along with protecting free speech, redress of grievances, and the right of a free press among other rights, also provides freedom of religion as well as freedom from religion. That is, no state religion. No theocracy. Why in hell did the United States ever agree to an Afghan constitution that did not protect that very same right?
After
all as "liberators" of Afghanistan,
the United States has tremendous influence over what type of government
is implemented. If not, why are we still there?
Especially,
since the original reason for the invasion and overthrow of the Afghan
government was the capture of bin Laden.
-- The elusive mastermind
of 9/11 who no longer is believed to be there and apparently of little
interest to the "President" and his henchmen.
In court Monday, Zacharias Moussaoui took the stand and contradicted earlier claims he did not participate in 9/11. Now, the admitted al Qaeda member claims he and "Shoe Bomber" Richard Reed were to pilot a fifth jet into the White House.
Intelligence officials, in contrast to prosecutors, do not believe Moussaoui had any involvement in 9/11. Also, they have repeatedly stated they could find no direct ties between him and al Qaeda. Furthermore, they have no evidence Reid was involved, and assert captured Kahled Sheik Mohammed admitted during interrogation Moussaoui indeed had no involvement.
Defense attorneys quickly read into the record numerous statements by captured al Qaeda leaders contradicting Moussaoui's claims and indicating they believed him to be mentally unstable and a nuisance. Precisely, why he was shunned by the terrorist organization.
Chillingly abusive government prosecutors disingenuously and insanely claim Moussaoui should have incriminated himself, -- in direct violation of the Fifth Amendment. ... So the 9/11 catastrophe supposedly could have been avoided. Goddamned government double-speak and unadulterated BS.
As repeatedly stated on this website, this case is a travesty of justice and an example of American Nazi jurisprudence at its worst. If a pathetically unstable man is executed for a crime he did not commit, his blood will be on the hands of all of us.
His
killing by the state will
haunt our formerly great country for decades and will have profound
implications
world-wide. Click

Reportedly,
the Russians may have
provided Saddam with intelligence prior to the American invasion of
Iraq
three years ago. Questioned earlier today by FOX, Secretary
of State
Condoleezza Rice claimed "... to the best of my recollection," as
National
Security Advisor at the time, she did not know the Russians had passed
on such information to the Iraqis prior to onset of
hostilities.
-- Why is Dr. Rice covering her gluteus maximus
with such cagey
language? She either knew, or didn't. ...
Certainly, not the
kind of information one could or would "forget" at the time, or since.
Apparently
bowing to enormous
pressure, the Afghan government dropped capital charges against Abdul
Rahman.
Facing execution, Rahman had converted to Christianity 16
years ago.
As reported in last week's edition,
Islamic clerics believe he should have been beheaded for his
"crime."
... What in hell are we fighting for in Afghanistan? --
Nazism?
The
following is a series of unedited
email correspondence between the American Civil Liberties Union and
this
writer in regard to criminal deletions of Ledger websites over a year
ago.
To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been
received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint
filed.
Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues,
-- or is wildly incompetent. You decide. ACLU-Criminal
