Moussaoui "Judge" Amends Ruling March 17, 2006
In
a deliberate contrived attempt
to aid and abet corrupt and abusive prosecutors in the Moussaoui case,
"Judge" Leone Brinkema amended her ruling
earlier this week and allowed the government to present new witnesses
not
tainted as the seven coached by a government attorney. ...
Nothing
quite like Nazi kangaroo justice, is there?
At
21 airports, home-made explosives
successfully made it past screeners. -- Screeners who even
received
a heads up warning about the need for increased security by security
experts
who were testing the system. ... While innocent passengers
are harassed,
intimidated, fondled, inconvenienced, and often find themselves
stripped
of personal belongings not allowed on aircraft. ... After
billions
have been spent on increased "security," as civil and constitutional
rights
and liberties have been eviscerated. In Nazi America.
Don't ever confuse a fascist with the truth. He'll self-destruct. In national "security" documents recently released, the "President" reconfirmed his policy of "strike first, ask questions" later regarding his approach to the "war on terror." Undeterred by the consequent debacle in Iraq, Mr. Bush is insistent the unprovoked unjustified attack, invasion, and toppling of an admittedly brutal dictator was not only the right thing to do, but may indeed be repeated elsewhere in the future.
Comforting, isn't it? Where next, Mein Fuhrer? Syria? Iran? North Korea? ... How about China, Mr. "President?" There's evil all over the world, including here, George. Great evil. Ubiquitous evil. Even ethnic cleansing in North Africa you conveniently and cowardly ignore. Where are the sanctions, Mr. "President?" Where is your outcry?
What about your deafening silence regarding torture and abuse of "detainees" in Guantanamo? Or "rendition" of others by CIA goons to be abused, tortured, and/or killed in secret gulags in Europe and elsewhere? How do you sleep nights, George?
--
To say nothing of the loss
of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments in the deliberate
attempt
to abrogate all civil and constitutional rights and
liberties. Falsely
and pathetically, in the name of "national security." ... Is
there
any end to the Nazism and treason of our fascist "Commander In Chief?"
Earlier today, Republican fascists in the U.S. Senate were successful in raising the national debt ceiling to $9 trillion in a close vote, 52-48. -- That's trillion with a "t." For perspective, when President Reagan took office, the national debt was $1 trillion. With gargantuan increases in military spending during peace time, ole' Ronnie managed to triple it. Only during the Clinton Administration was there a surplus for several years. ... Surprising, for a "liberal," no?
Since "President" Bush stole office, however, the debt has climbed from $6 trillion to $9 trillion. Indeed, the fascist currently occupying the Oval Office is the biggest spender of all time. ... With record deficits the last several years. No question, ole' George "The Tush" is the greatest "liberal" in U.S. history, -- at least in regard to spending.
How can Republicans, with a straight face, claim to be "conservatives." Sadly, the debacle in Iraq dwarfs "Administration" entitlement and discretionary spending, as well as pork. Would be damned laughable if not so tragic. Amusingly, readers are reminded Democrats only held the White House eight years since 1981 and the then-tripling of the national debt by President Reagan. -- A supposed fiscal "conservative." Interesting, isn't it? Not that Democrats are any better, however. Just a bit more honest about the shafting of taxpayers without the Vaseline.
Fascists on the Right falsely argue Reagan defense spending defeated the former Soviet Union. Nonsense. Unadulterated BS and wishful thinking, since the Soviet Union had suffered the failure of consecutive "Five Year" programs for decades and had been on the brink of financial collapse for at least fifty years. -- The bastards couldn't even feed their own people. Yet, the Right falsely credits Reagan with the collapse of "The Evil Empire." ... Only in Nazi America, can day so easily become night, night become day, and manure smell so perversely sweet.
Sadly,
the national debt is $30,000
for every man, woman, and child in the United States. This
debt will
be passed on to future generations. Domestic assets are
increasingly
sold to foreigners to finance this enormous debt. Things have
grown
so bad, the "Administration" is attempting to sell federal wilderness
land,
despite enormous opposition. At the same time, the fascist in
the
White House is determined to permanently extend tax breaks for the
richest
of the rich. In Nazi America.
In
response to prosecutorial coaching
and briefing of seven witnesses in the Moussaoui sentencing phase,
"Judge"
Leone Brinkema threw out all seven and will not allow their
testimony.
Interestingly, some of them were also to be defense
witnesses. Ms.
Brinkema also delayed resumption of court proceedings to Monday to
allow
prosecutors a chance to appeal. As detailed repeatedly in
this publication,
including earlier
in
this edition, the "judge" and government goons have deliberately and
egregiously
trampled all over Moussaoui's constitutional right to a fair trial.
Frustrated
by refusal of Senate
Republicans to hold hearings into the "President's" outrageously
unconstitutional
and illegal NSA domestic spying program without court supervision and
warrants,
Sen. Russ Feingold of Wisconsin launched an attempt to censure the
"President."
Republican fascists craftily tried to call his bluff by demanding an
immediate
vote. Not to be, however, at least at the time of this
writing.
Desperate to raise sagging public approval, the "President" launched a series of speeches defending his conduct of the Iraq War, rather than flying to European capitals and urging allies to pressure Iraqis to form a functional government and take control of their destiny. -- Mr. Bush tried to raise poll numbers last fall by a series of similar speeches and was successful in raising his approval rating several points.
Extremely
unpopular in Europe
and elsewhere, however, the "President" obviously took the cowardly
route
again this time and resorted to the same old rehash of failed policy
he's
engaged in for the last three years. Think it'll work as
before?
As Americans and others continue to be killed and maimed. --
Approximately
87 Iraqis butchered by insurgents in the last thirty hours
alone.
... While the fiddler fiddles, and Rome continues to burn.
In follow-up to last week's edition, the Moussaoui sentencing trial has been stalled as "Judge" Leone Brinkema considers prosecutorial misconduct involving coaching and briefing of seven prosecution witnesses regarding daily court proceedings.
Incredibly, those witnesses received emailed transcripts of trial proceedings, as well as instructions how best to keep their testimony in line with what government has done to date in the case. Ms. Brinkema could take the death penalty off the table in response, or disqualify all seven. ... Problem is, some of them are also witnesses for the defense. -- What webs we weave.
As detailed last week and in earlier editions, this trial has been an egregious miscarriage of justice. Nazi kangaroo justice at its very worst. The outrageously corrupt and abusive "judge" improperly accepted a guilty plea from Moussaoui for being a member of al Qaeda. Conspiracy. ... An operative, however, who repeatedly denied involvement in 9/11 and continuously claimed he had been scheduled for a subsequent attack after 9/11, not 9/11 as charged.
-- Again, Brinkema accepted this plea despite the fact he was charged with being a 9/11 participant by prosecutors, -- the supposed "20th hijacker," but had repeatedly denied being involved with, or having knowledge of, the 9/11 attack. Moussaoui continues to deny his involvement to this very day. The plea should never have been accepted. Moussaoui should have been ordered to trial, where government would have had to prove its case. If it could.
A judge is not to be an instrument of the prosecution. There is supposed to be separation. Some semblance of "impartiality." Our system of justice has been deliberately set up to be confrontational. So the guilty are convicted, and the innocent vindicated, not railroaded by a fascist "judge" in the pocket of corrupt and abusive prosecutors. -- Prosecutors who have no real interest in convicting the guilty, but anyone. Another notch in the belt. A phony claim that someone still living was held "accountable" for the unspeakable crime perpetrated by al Qaeda on 9/11. Prosecutorial malfeasance, pitiful at best.
No matter what happens, the bottom line is the fact the "judge" accepted a guilty plea from a defendant who continues to deny to this very day he is guilty of what he has been charged with, that is, participation in the 9/11 catastrophe. Should the mentally ill defendant, wisely shunned by al Qaeda, finally come to his senses, accept legal representation, and decide to appeal, the appeals courts will have a field day. ... Right up to the Supreme Court.
If Moussaoui is subsequently executed for a crime he did not plead guilty to, nor was properly convicted of by a court of law, his blood will be on the hands of all us. Particularly, those who cowardly remained silent and allowed this travesty to occur. Essentially, Moussaoui, admittedly a sad excuse for a human being, would have been executed for a future crime that never occurred. In Nazi America.
Worst of all, the Moussaoui fiasco begs yet another question that has never been answered or acknowledged by the "President" and his henchmen. Why haven't any of the hundreds of al Qaeda members held as "detainees" been tried for the 9/11 catastrophe? Mr. Bush and his stooges have repeatedly claimed they have arrested top al Qaeda officials and that they are indeed talking.
If
true, why haven't they been
prosecuted? Are they "cooperating," Mr.
"President?" Or are
you lying to us, sir? Or is the "information" elicited
through torture
unreliable as claimed by all experts, Mr. "President?"
Regardless,
not one of these supposedly guilty, "cooperative" "detainees" has been
prosecuted in an American court. Again, why, Mr.
President?
