for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a

placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

Hamas Wins Majority In Palestine January 25, 2006
Frustrating the Bush "Administration," Hamas, a terrorist organization, unexpectedly won a majority in a peaceful election in Palestine. Puts Bush and his henchmen in a bind since Hamas fervently embraces the destruction of the State of Israel. Has also refused to give up its terroristic tactics.
The
"Administration" has previously
refused to negotiate with Hamas. It may have no choice, now
that
it has won majority status in the Palestinian Parliament.
Interesting,
isn't it?
...
What webs we weave.
Mr. Bush has enthusiastically claimed democracy would solve the terror problem in the Middle East. Is that right, Mr. "President?" Palestinians have participated in a fair, uncorrupted, non-violent election. ... Choosing a terrorist organization to lead the country.
--
Another stunning example of
the inability of the Fascist Right to properly analyze enormously
difficult
problems, offering oversimplistic solutions that do not work, and often
amusingly backfire. Wake up, Mr. "President," your ignorance
and
aggressive stupidity are stunning.
Remember Clinton's pathetic re-definition of the word "is" during the Monica Lewinsky fiasco? Recall Republican "outrage" at the time? In the Clinton debacle, the President lied answering a sexual question he should never have been asked, -- or foolishly answered. After all, it was nobody's damned business other than Hillary's.
The fascist currently occupying the Oval Office is similarly scrambling to cover his ass regarding ongoing domestic spying operations with no court oversight or supervision. -- A far greater transgression than lying about oral sex with a most willing intern, no?
With a wink and nod, Mr. Bush disingenuously claims he could not have been breaking the law and abrogating the Fourth Amendment since, after all, he informed Congress of his actions. Amazing, isn't it? -- Like a murderer, thief, rapist, or child molester arguing he broke no law since he informed police of his crimes.
Sickeningly perverse, convoluted distortion of reality at its worst. Courtesy of a Nazi who has absolutely no respect or regard for the Constitution and rule of law. Indeed, a dictator, who believes he is law unto himself.
Mr. Bush deliberately and calculatingly engages in sophistry and abuse of semantics to consolidate power and cover his outrageously corrupt and abusive ass. Falsely, does so in the name of "national 'security.'" Warrantless domestic spying is no longer warrantless domestic spying, but a "terrorist surveillance program."
Imagine that. Sophistry. Semantics. BS, finely tuned and presented by a "Chief Executive" who has absolutely no respect for the intelligence of the aggressively stupid public. ... Nor should he. The "President" falsely and self-servingly argues it is not domestic spying since one of the parties to intercepted email and phone calls is supposedly foreign, -- and a terrorist.
... When you telephone or email a foreign friend, family member, associate, or even a domestic computer manufacturer for assistance and the call is "outsourced" to India or elsewhere overseas, the "President" is claiming he and his minions indeed have authority to listen in with no warrant or court supervision. -- As long as the government "believes" you may be talking to a terrorist. Convenient, isn't it? Unbridled Nazism.
When will the "President" be impeached, convicted, removed from office, and criminally prosecuted for violating the FISA statute? Since when is a fascist dictator tolerated in our formerly great country? Since when is a Nazi given carte blanche to do as he pleases? To conveniently interpret the law and Constitution as he sees fit?
The
Senate Judiciary Committee
voted 10-8, along party lines, to pass the Alito nomination on to the
full
Senate. Should Senate Democrats not filibuster, not one of
them should
be returned to office. Every damned one should be given the
boot.
The
following is a series of unedited
email correspondence between the American Civil Liberties Union and
this
writer in regard to criminal deletions of Ledger websites over a year
ago.
To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been
received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint
filed.
Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues,
-- or is wildly incompetent. You decide. ACLU-Criminal
