Working
definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a
pernicious
blend of government, big business, and religion. ... A boot-heel
cynically
placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

Bush "Administration" Subpoenas Google Patron Records January 19, 2006
In an outrageous attack on privacy rights and the Fourth Amendment, the U.S. Department of "Justice" subpoenaed Google patron records. The Nazis in the White House want to know what subjects people are searching, and who's doing the querying. Why? ... It's none of their goddamned business.
Google
keeps extensive patron
records including subjects searched and IP numbers. Nazi
goons can
easily backtrace such information and determine identities of
patrons.
Google's attorneys claim they will vigorously fight the
subpoena.
AOL and Yahoo have reportedly already capitulated and provided
government
thugs with private information.
Bill Thompson, manager of the Dallas Night Club in Austin, was arrested by TABC for promoting 69 cent bar drinks. In Nazi Texas, business owners and managers are apparently no longer free to sell their wares at any price they so choose. -- Or give them away free. Apparently, the goons at TABC get their cookies off, not only harassing bar patrons who line state coffers, but managers as well.
Sadly, drunken driving has been, and always will be, a problem. There is no way to stop it. Not even executions will deter a drunk. ... They don't believe they'll ever get caught. Or are too damned intoxicated to give a damn.
The best police can do is reasonably control it through enforcement. Arrest the bastards whenever they can. Transferring responsibility to others, particularly those that serve them, however, is pointless, unenforceable, and usually an atrocity against the innocent, -- who have no easy way to know level of intoxication.
Patrons are routinely arrested for public intoxication in a bar. How can one be publicly intoxicated at a bar when it is the lawful function of the establishment to sell a substance that knowingly and intentionally intoxicates. ... A substance that is heavily taxed and lines state coffers. -- A substance that is greedily taxed every step of the way from manufacturer to retail establishment. ... Again, a substance whose function is to literally intoxicate. Otherwise, no one would drink alcohol.
Driving is dangerous. Always has been, always will be. One of the risks is getting killed by a drunk, as nearly happened to this writer nearly forty years ago when hit head on by an intoxicated driver who had empty containers in his brand new GTO.
... A risk we all take every time we get into a vehicle. Tough. Get used to it. -- The intoxicated driver responsible for the wreck back then was not even arrested. Law enforcement was far more tolerant and "understanding" then today. ... Again, tough, isn't it?
Sadly, this problem will never end. Education and treatment for alcohol abuse can help, but are clearly no guarantee. Remarkably, most imprisoned DWIs receive no treatment. Consequently, comes as no surprise after years of incarceration, the prisoner soon re-offends. What else would you expect? The criminal offense is directly due to a disease that is foolishly ignored and receives no treatment. Anything wrong with this picture?
Worst of all, we're determinedly legislating away liberty in our once great country. Precious civil and constitutional rights as well. Falsely, in the name of safety and "security." Sadly, we are less safe. Less secure. Less free. In Nazi America.
Freedom
is indeed dangerous. Precisely,
why the Fascist Right is so afraid of it. So violently
opposed.
So anally retentive, hopelessly repressive, and insufferably
controlling.
... Mindless, stifling rigidity that kills all creativity and joy of
living
life to the fullest with the associated risks.
In a 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled a lower court must review its decision to throw out a New Hampshire parental notification law. While a female minor is old enough to be tried as an adult for a number of crimes, she is not old enough to have sex -- or obtain an abortion without parental notification according to the State of New Hampshire. Interesting, isn't it? Especially, in view of the fact the law deliberately and cynically does not have any exceptions for the woman's health.
The Supreme Court ruled the lower court was remiss in its decision to throw out the entire law, rather than just what it [Supreme Court] considers to be unconstitutional parts of the statute. This is a blatant attack on civil and constitutional rights and liberties by the nine fascists sitting on the highest court in the land.
When
will people finally understand
anyone old enough to get pregnant is old enough to decide for herself
whether
or not to abort free of parental, pastoral, or governmental
interference?
Control over one's uterus is an ultimate human right. A right
not
to be delegated to anyone other than the owner of that
uterus. Why
does the Fascist Right indeed have absolutely no conception of the
principle
of liberty? Particularly, reproductive freedom?
Freedom that
trumps any supposed "rights" of the fetus.
Two
lawsuits by the American Civil
Liberties Union and Center For Constitutional Rights were filed today
in
federal court against the "President's" domestic spying
program.
When will Mr. Bush be impeached, convicted, removed from office, and
prosecuted
for breaking federal law and abrogating the Fourth Amendment?
Since
when is it lawful and constitutional for a fascist "American"
"President,"
i.e. dictator, to domestically spy with no court supervision?
In a 6-3 decision, the United States Supreme Court dealt the Bush "Administration" a severe blow and let stand Oregon's 1997 assisted suicide law. Readers will recall former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft vowed to prosecute, under federal drug laws, Oregon doctors who assisted terminal patients to end their lives.
This was a false and blatant attempt by the Bush "Administration" to abusively misapply federal narcotics statutes to physicians lawfully practicing medicine. It was also a naked attempt to consolidate federal power, eviscerate states rights and the Tenth Amendment. All in an effort to impose the "President's" perverse "religious" views on residents of the State of Oregon.
The Bush "Administration" and its Fascist Right shills do not believe in civil and constitutional rights and liberties. They perversely believe government should control all individuals from cradle to coffin.
You do not own your body. The government does. -- Just as personal property is no longer owned by the people, but by government. ... Don't pay the "rent," that is, taxes on the property you never really owned, government quickly steps in and gives it to another sucker.
Similarly, government thinks it can keep you alive as long as it pleases, -- and shake the change out of your pockets and those of your family in the process. Both before, and after death. Conversely, it executes whomever it pleases, whether guilty or innocent.
Also, it refuses to bring corrupt and abusive police officers who wantonly kill to justice. ... When was the last time an officer was executed for unjustly killing, that is, murdering someone while on duty?
Furthermore, our government has repeatedly and cynically gone to war under false pretenses without justification to impose its political will on other sovereign nations by killing their citizens and leaders. Iraq is the latest example. Is Iran next? Syria? North Korea? When will the imperialism end? In China?
Not surprisingly, the three most fascist members of the Supreme Court voted against the assisted suicide law, -- Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts. All three do not believe in civil and constitutional rights and liberties. They consistently "legislate" their perverse "religious" and ideological views from the bench.
Precisely, why none of the three should ever have been seated on the Court. Interestingly, the "President" recently nominated and secured confirmation of our new, outrageously fascist Chief "Justice." Roberts, however, was not filibustered by gutless Democrats.
They didn't even have the courage to walk out of the hearings when he stonewalled their questions and refused to fully and responsively answer. ... Until today's Supreme Court decision where he finally gutlessly displayed his true fascist colors.
Worse, half the Democrats in the Senate voted to seat the Nazi, -- who will tirelessly work to eviscerate what little is left of gains made in civil and constitutional rights and liberties forty years ago.
The current nominee, "Judge" Samuel A. Alito, will likely also be seated on the Court, courtesy of Democrats who will not work to block this equally fascist candidate. ... Gutless bastards who do not have the courage to stand up to the Nazi Right in our formerly great country.
Not one of them should be returned to office. The House and Senate need to be 100% Republican, -- Right Wing and fascist. Would usefully but quickly disclose their true colors to the aggressively stupid public, forcing immediate change or foolishly triggering a second American Revolution. In Nazi America.
The
"President" disingenuously
called the assisted suicide ruling "disappointing." Claims he
supposedly
believes in a "culture of life," -- while continuing to "justify"
capital
punishment, unprosecuted murders by police officers while on duty, and
the ongoing, unjustified killing in Iraq. ... 'Ain't'
hypocrisy grand?
