Working
definition of fascism
for new readers? An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a
pernicious
blend of government, big business, and religion. ... A boot-heel
cynically
placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by
perversion
and bastardization of religion.

William Bennett Exposed September 30, 2005
Former Education Secretary and drug czar William Bennett has once again done what he does best, -- figuratively shot himself in the ass. According to the unabashed fascist now employed as a radio talk show host, aborting all black babies would lower the crime rate.
...
Hey, Billy Boy? So would
aborting all whites and every other damned race, you jackass.
No
babies, no future crime. Problem? There would
eventually be
no human population. Duh.
Bennett
excused his profound
ignorance by claiming doing such would be "morally
reprehensible."
-- You think?
The problem with Billy is not ignorance, though. Rather, it's closet bigotry. Much harder to combat than a pinhead in white robes and dunce cap. Now, prejudice has been conveniently and cowardly relegated to the closet. ... As prevalent and insidious as ever, however. Much harder to root out and challenge. Exactly, what the Right desperately wants. Convenient cover.
Some blacks have urged Bennett be booted off the air. Wrong move. Billy Boy should continue to enjoy freedom of speech. Let the bastard expose himself for exactly what he is, -- a Right Wing fascist and bigot. Let him hang himself in public opinion.
Amusingly,
Bennett earlier
authored a book on virtues. Imagine
that. Especially
ludicrous in view of the fact ole' Billy Boy, as a bona fide fascist,
has
severely
challenged virtues. By definition. Also,
a self-admitted problem
with gambling. ... Nothing quite like hypocrisy, is
there?
In Nazi America. ... Don't do as I do, do
as I say, right,
Billy?
New York Times reporter Judith Miller, jailed since July for refusing to testify in front of a grand jury investigating an "Administration" leak of the identity of a CIA agent, was finally released. She claims to have been recently relieved of confidentiality obligations to her source, -- Cheney Chief of Staff, "Scooter" Libby. Imagine that.
"Administration" sources claim this is not true. ... That Miller had supposedly received permission quite some time ago. Interesting, isn't it? Somebody's lying, no? Regardless, Miller languished in jail 85 days for refusing to testify and name her source. -- A source that turned out to be a high "Administration" official.
Miller also claims a deal was worked out with federal prosecutors to limit questioning during grand jury proceedings. ... She testified for three hours immediately after being released from prison.
This entire fiasco is an outrageous miscarriage of justice. Miller is protected by the First Amendment. No one in our outrageously fascist judicial system, however, would recognize that right. She should not have testified under any circumstances, regardless, and continued to do the right thing, -- rot in jail at taxpayer expense.
Freedom of the press is sacrosanct in a democratic republic. Otherwise, the public would never learn of government abuse and corruption. Her willingness to testify under any circumstances gives outrageously corrupt and abusive prosecutors another foot in the door.
The result of the Miller fiasco is once again media have been cowered and intimidated by fascists in government. The media has moved so far to the Right it will eventually capitulate and ultimately consent to any and all restrictions of its constitutionally-protected rights. -- Just sufficiently pressure a reporter or publication, and look out.
The
unfortunate result of this
is further restriction and discouragement of investigative
reporting.
... Exactly, what fascists in government desperately seek. As
they
did decades ago in Nazi Germany. Absolute power corrupts
absolutely.
Sadly, the American public is too damned aggressively stupid to
understand.
John Roberts was confirmed as Chief "Justice" by the Senate, 78-22. Half the Democrats in the Senate, and all Republicans, voted for this outrageously unqualified fascist who will perversely "legislate" his views and ideology from the bench. ... Exactly, as the "President" wishes.
Civil and constitutional rights and liberties will be at even greater risk than they already are. A woman's right to do with her uterus as she damn well pleases more in jeopardy.
The vote only confirms Democrats are no different than their Republican compadres. -- Just GOP "wannabes." How can anyone in good conscience vote for members of either party? They're both deliberately destroying all rights and liberties in our once great country. Perversely, in the name of "national security" and/or "morality."
Roberts, Aryan arrogantly, refused to disclose his positions on all hot button issues. Consequently, Senators approved a candidate they knew exceptionally little about to the highest position on the Supreme Court. Why?
... Extremely reminiscent of the Congressional vote authorizing the "President" to go to war in Iraq, -- under false pretenses. The same situation we now have with Roberts. Once again, the Democrats have been bamboozled, and have capitulated to political pressure.
Only
50, "Justice" Roberts may
have as many as thirty to forty years to impose his perverse ideology
and
"religious" views on the rest of us. Can only sincerely hope,
this
writer is terribly mistaken about him. If not, recent
evisceration
of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments will become permanent.
In Nazi America.
Sugarland Congressman and former Majority Leader Tom "The Hammer" DeLay has been indicted by the Travis County Grand Jury on one count of conspiracy to violate state election code. Seems ole' Tommy Boy may have laundered corporate money and recycled it back to individual Republican candidates, -- in direct violation of the law.
Mr. DeLay clearly wanted to increase the GOP majority in the Texas House and Senate. Did so by cunningly altering congressional districts and supplying enormous laundered cash to Republican candidates.
The chickens have finally come home to roost, however. DeLay blasted Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle as a "partisan fanatic" out to get him. ... We'll see, won't we?
Hypocritical, though, of the congressman, isn't it? -- As he gleefully jumped on Clinton's back during the Monica Lewinsky fiasco, remember? Clinton's only "crime," however, was lying under oath about illicit oral pleasures and favors he received from the young intern.
... A question he should never have been asked, -- and certainly never should have answered. It was nobody's goddamned business. ... Other than Hillary's. The charge against DeLay, however, is far, far more serious.
Amusingly, DeLay has already been reprimanded three times for earlier financial "indiscretions" by his colleagues. Is also currently under investigation by Congress for questionable use of travel funds provided by lobbyists.
DeLay
is not the only high level
Republican having self-imposed legal problems. Senate
Majority Leader
Bill Frist is currently under SEC investigation for insider
trading.
"Administration" Assistant Chief of Staff Carl Rove, Cheney Chief of
Staff
"Scooter" Libby, and others are currently being investigated by federal
prosecutors for illegally disclosing the identity of a CIA
agent.
Sadly, however, the list of Republican bad boys does not end here...
Would you believe it? Former FEMA Director Michael Brown remains on the payroll as a "consultant." -- To the tune of $148,000 annually. That's right, $148,000 smackers. Despite the fact he received the boot from Katrina recovery management for gross incompetence, and was pressured to resign.
...
The "President" loyally takes
care of his friends, though, doesn't he?
More importantly,
as a continuing member of the "Administration," ole' George "The Tush"
conveniently controls what Brown can and cannot say, and where he can
and
cannot say it. In Nazi America.

following is a series of unedited
email correspondence between the American Civil Liberties Union and
this

To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been
received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint
filed.
Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues,
-- or is wildly incompetent. You decide. ACLU-Criminal
