Feds Steal $46,000 From Traveler   June 24, 2005

Stealing is legal in the United States, -- if you're a law enforcement official or officer.  A woman flying from Boston to Texas for surgery with $46,000 in her bra had the cash "confiscated" by feds at the airport.

These Nazi goons claim federal drug statutes give them authority.  No charges.  No trial.  No verdict by jury.  No imposition of sentence by judge.  Nazi government "law enforcement" goons are judge, jury, and executioner.

No presumption of innocence.  Guilty, -- until proven innocent.  Frightening, isn't it?  It is up to the victim to prove the money is not "drug money."  Ass backwards, isn't it?  In Nazi America.

The woman is not a drug dealer.  Has not been charged with any crime.  Yet, her money has been stolen, that's right, stolen by government "law enforcement" thugs.

She has to file suit to get it back.  -- Cash stolen by government goons, that she had every right to foolishly carry.

Dear readers?  Is this the kind of country you want?  Is this what the Founders had in mind?

Since the 9/11 catastrophe, the Bush "Administration" has deliberately and falsely implied Iraq was involved in the attacks.  Simply, not so.

Despite the fact, the "President" was forced to correct the record, he and his henchmen continue to employ the same discredited propaganda.

... To justify the continuing fiasco, and sad ongoing ass kicking the "Coalition" is receiving in Iraq.

Along those lines, "Presidential" "strategist Karl Rove, an exceptionally clever Right Wing fascist, has again cranked up the phony propaganda machine in response to growing criticism of the war in Iraq.

Rove, in a fund-raising speech to a "conservative" group in New York, deliberately confused two separate wars, -- the one in Afghanistan targeting bin Laden, and the other in Iraq dealing with the aftermath of the military removal of a sovereign dictator.

Mr. Rove criticized "liberals" and Democrats regarding their supposed approach to 9/11, while addressing increasing opposition to the war in Iraq, not Afghanistan in his speech.

Extolling "conservatives" and Republicans, he claimed their approach was to prepare for war.
-- While falsely accusing Democrats and "liberals" of settling for criminal indictments and making excuses for the 9/11 attacks.

Mr. Rove is a liar.  -- A fascist who conveniently distorts history and reality for his own political benefit and that of his party.

Democrats, independents, and Republicans were united in the attack against Afghanistan and bin Laden.  Our fascist "President" and his henchmen lost their way, however.  Stupidly, foolishly diverted military assets to Iraq and the illegal overthrow of a dictator under false pretenses.

Rather than finishing the job in Afghanistan and capturing or killing the chief terrorist leader responsible for 9/11, the "President" desperately distorted reality and attempted to avenge Daddy Bush's failure to topple Saddam from power during the first Gulf War.

To cover his outrageously inept, corrupt and abusive ass, "President" Bush and his henchmen continue to distort reality on the ground in Iraq and falsely attempt to re-write history and the war on terror.  For crass political purposes.

... After eviscerating the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments through passage of the USA "Patriot" Act, Homeland "Security" Act, "Real" ID Act, etc., and other equally unconstitutional Executive Orders.

-- Treasonously, giving the enemy a victory it could never have achieved on the battlefield.  Betraying our soldiers and what they're allegedly fighting for in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere.

While amusingly excoriating Sen. Durbin for truthful comments made on "detainee" abuse at Guantanamo Bay, the Bush "Administration" hypocritically refuses to apologize for Rove's deliberate distortion of reality and the war on terror.

Worst of all, the "President" and his henchmen refuse to change U.S. policy in the Middle East, including adopting an even-handed approach in Israeli-Palestinian matters, and ending support for the corrupt and abusive House of Saud.  ... Two issues that directly led to the 9/11 attacks.

This outrageously mindless refusal is exactly why the war on terror will continue indefinitely and will be ultimately lost.

For years, the U.S. military has unlawfully and unconstitutionally used private corporations to amass massive amounts of personal data on students aged 16-25.  They did so cunningly to evade constitutional and statutory proscriptions against such activity.

Included are students' date of birth, address, email address, Social Security number, phone number, ethnicity, high school and college grades and courses, educational and vocational plans, and much, much more.  Those targeted are supposedly allowed to opt out.  It's not yet clear whether that's completely true.

The Privacy Act and Fourth Amendment proscribe such outrageously intrusive activities by government.  Sadly, neither means anything any longer to Nazis in government, determined to turn the United States into a fascist police state.

With recruitment well below quota and dropping, the military is frantic.  Data mining and the attack on privacy will exponentially increase.  Schools will apparently be required to release personal data on students.  Should they refuse, they would be coerced by threatened loss of federal funding.  Convenient, isn't it? In Nazi America.

Edgar Ray Killen has been sentenced to three consecutive 20-year prison terms for the killing of three civil rights workers back in June 1964.  Killen had been convicted of three counts of manslaughter, not murder, in the case earlier this week.  ... Proving closet bigotry is alive and well in the great state of Mississippi, -- and elsewhere.  Despite shrill claims to the contrary by the Fascist Right.  At least, the court rose to the occasion and imposed what likely will become a life term for the sickly 80-year-old killer. 

Miffed at balance provided by public broadcasting to fascist bias in mainstream media, particularly FOX, Republicans are doing all they can to obliterate government funding.

In a 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled private property can be seized by government and sold to private business for economic development.  In Nazi America.  Eminent domain gone wild.  The Founders must be spinning in their graves.

People can be uprooted and forced to leave their property.  Compensated a small fraction of what their property is truly worth in direct violation of the Fifth Amendment.  So developers can enrich themselves and greedy local taxing entities.

Not only does the Fifth Amendment guarantee "just compensation," it clearly states such private property taken must be for "public use."  Giving private property to an extremely wealthy private developer is not "public use."  Not even if it increases tax revenue.  It's called fascism.  -- The pernicious blend of government, big business, and "religion."

For many, many years, property owners have operated under the delusion they "own" their property. They don't.  -- If you don't pay your property taxes, you lose the property you never really owned.

The property is then "sold" to another sucker who pays the taxes to the fascist leeches in government.  Who greedily pocket the loot and redistribute a portion of it to businesses on the government teat.

While giving tax abatement to bastardized "religion", which effectively controls the masses through guilt, and conveniently justifies the abuse in principle.  Fascism.  Brilliant and shrewdly diabolical, isn't it?

Like the former property "owner", the new one does not "own" the property.  The government does.  You "rent" it from government.  ... Don't pay your "rent," you lose the property you never really "owned."  Clever, isn't it?  Outrageously fascist, as well.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it..."  (Publisher's Note: Quote from Declaration of Independence, italics mine.  Not only is it the right of the people to alter and/or abolish abusive government, it is the duty.)

In a perverse twist, the five most "liberal" members of the Court voted for this exceptionally abusive loss of individual rights.  Usually, it is the most "conservative" "judges" that do so,
-- Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, and O'Connor.  As they've repeatedly done with abortion limitations, civil and constitutional rights and liberties, etc..

Not this time, however.  The most fascist members of the Court became the most "liberal."  This time, Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, and O'Connor finally interpreted the Constitution properly and demonstrated some courage. Finally, did the right thing.  Affirmed individual rights.  Hats off.

... The others, however, again cowardly disgraced themselves.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?  ... In Nazi America, day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely sweet.

After writing the above, it occurred to this writer the atrocious action of the usually more "liberal" members of the Court may have been a deliberate, cynical wake-up call to Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, and O'Connor.  ... And their fascist shills in the body politic.

That is, since the more "conservative" members of the Court are so inclined to eviscerate personal liberties and individual rights, it's time to send a clear message to the American people of what's ultimately coming as a result.  The loss of all rights and liberties.

The evisceration of a right most dear to hopelessly greedy, otherwise disinterested, non-political, a-political citizens, aggressively stupid and cowardly, may be a brilliant counter attack, no?  After all, the right to own property, and do with it as one pleases, has always been a most cherished part of the American Dream.

What better way to rattle the cage of the hopelessly brain dead then stick it to all but the very rich?

This loss is especially grievous since it shamelessly benefits only the exceptionally financially portly, and loots the pocketbook of those least able to afford it.  -- Usually, what "conservatives" are extremely eager and proficient at doing.  This time, intentionally and inexplicably done by the more "liberal" "justices."  The least likely, heretofore, to do so.  Has to make one wonder, doesn't it?

If this was indeed the cynical aim of the more "liberal" members of the Court, they should be impeached and removed from office.  If not, what in hell were they thinking?  Unbridled capitalism pushed to the extreme, coupled with government, "justified" in principle by "religion" is fascism.

Sadly, Rev. Billy Graham, 86, is set to conduct his last domestic crusade in New York.  #417.
-- The first, in 1957.  In New York.  He was a counselor to eleven Presidents, starting with Truman.

The elderly preacher has a sterling record, second to none.

No scandals.  No history of abusive behavior.  No looting of believers for personal gain.

No pernicious arm twisting.  No turning his believers upside down and shaking the change out of their pockets.

No forcing of his spiritual views on others.  No political agenda, unlike his shamelessly fascist colleagues.

A preacher from North Carolina, the Deep South, Dr. Graham has been criticized by some for not taking a more active role in civil rights and not aggressively challenging anti-Semitic views of fellow Southerners.

Despite this criticism, Graham is not a racist, nor is he anti-Semitic.  Quite the opposite.

An honest and loving man, he has been a breath of fresh air for the last fifty years.  Although not in agreement with many of his views, Rev. Graham is a class act and treasure, -- and will be sorely missed. 

Non-Christian Air Force Academy cadets have been harassed and intimidated by "Christian" instructors and fellow cadets.  The problem has gotten so bad an investigation was launched, and the results quickly whitewashed and conveniently minimized by Academy officials and their shills.

This perverse bastardization of "religion" is a useful tool to the Extreme Right.  It's conveniently used to "justify" the pernicious blend of government, big business, law enforcement, and the military.  Also, most useful in controlling the masses through fear of hell and damnation.  ... An absolute must in a fascist police state.

Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin has cowardly apologized for comments made last week regarding U.S. military treatment of Guantanamo "detainees", reminiscent of Nazi Germany and the Soviet gulags.  ... Apologize?  For what?  Telling the truth?

While Nazi and Soviet atrocities were indeed exponentially far worse than that of U.S. "interrogators," how does the Fascist Right believe they got their start in both police states?

Chaining prisoners to the floor, without food and water, in their own excrement is not reminiscent of Nazi Germany or the Soviet gulags?  Wake up.

Initial abuse is always relatively minor.  When cowardly ignored, however, it quickly turns into something far, far worse.  -- As in Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, the Soviet gulags, and elsewhere.

Sadly, Durbin's cowardly retreat from the truth is precisely why the future of the Democratic Party is so dismal.  They apparently stand for nothing.  Collectively, put their fingers up in the air to see which way the political wind is blowing.  Damned pitiful.

Worse, the Fascist Right perversely believes my country, right or wrong.  -- And the ends justify the means.  In Nazi America.  Where day is night, night is day, and manure smells sickeningly sweet.  -- Don't like the rhetoric?  Leave the country.  Do it now.

Forty-one years to the day of the crime, former Klansman Edgar Ray Killen has been convicted of three counts of manslaughter in the killing of three civil rights workers on June 21, 1964 in Mississippi.

Clearly, closet bigotry is alive and well in the Deep South.  -- The jury deadlocked on murder and came to a "compromise" of manslaughter after two days of deliberation.

Better than nothing, but certainly not good enough after 41 years of justice denied.  Killen is 80 and not in good health.  Not clear yet, exactly what will happen to him.

In direct violation of a Congressional directive and the law, the Transportation Security Agency has permanently retained air traveler personal information.  -- Highly personal information they were instructed not to keep by law, and did so anyway.  ... Sadly, further indication we do indeed live in a fascist police state where an abusive law enforcement agency is accountable to no one.  Not even Congress.

Last night, the Senate once again blocked the nomination of Bush UN Ambassador-Designate John Bolton.  Democrats and a handful of Republicans are blocking an up or down vote because the "President" has refused to provide classified material regarding Mr. Bolton's past activities.

Today, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist stated he would not bring up the nomination again.  Immediately meeting with the "President" after the announcement, however, Frist reversed himself an hour later.  Interesting, isn't it?

Mr. Bush has strongly implied he would make a recess appointment if the Senate does not act by its pending July 4th break.  ... About the only way the "President" can quickly appoint a nominee grossly unfit for the job, -- by temperament and past unethical and/or illegal conduct.  Among other things, pressuring intelligence officers into providing "intelligence" in line with "Administration" policy.
