North Korean Bombing Plans Drawn   May 6, 2005

At behest of the "President," the American military has been ordered to develop plans to bomb North Korea should it test a nuclear device in the near future.  It is not yet clear, however, whether Mr. Bush would actually implement them.  -- Possibly, a dangerous bluff intended to force North Korea to resume 6-way disarmament talks with its neighbors.

... If not, a serious indication of the "President's" mental instability, Aryan arrogance, and unfitness for office.  Regardless, Mr. Bush is indeed playing an extremely dangerous game.  While no one wants nuclear proliferation, "playing chicken" with a disturbed, unbalanced, erratic, communist dictator is the height of folly.  -- Particularly, with tens of thousands of American troops stationed within miles of the DMZ.

Troops, who could quickly be incinerated should North Korea immediately use whatever nuclear weapons it may have, -- in direct response to a "pre-emptive" American bombing attack.  Even if it does not possess weapons of mass destruction, an invasion of the South by in excess of one million fully-armed, battle-ready North Korean troops would quickly overrun our military.

Likely, necessitating first use of nuclear weapons by American forces.  Either possibility devastating to the area, and likely resulting in enormous loss of life by both sides.  Does the "President" really want to recklessly take the chance?  If so, Mr. Bush's mental stability and judgment would, and should, be immediately called into question.

Pointedly, where is the "President's" concern for the nuclear capability of Pakistan, India, and Israel?  Particularly, Israel.  Especially, in light of pervasive instability in the Middle East and Israel's long-existent penchant for occupying Arab territory.  -- With a history of bombing highly-populated civilian areas with American-made F-16s.  In direct violation of American export law.

Seems "President" Bush's pre-occupation with North Korea may be a bit misplaced.  No more than another "manufactured" opportunity to get his cookies off "pre-emptively" attacking yet another country.  Nazi America.  -- Where day is night, night is day, and manure smells perversely sweet.

Brig.Gen. Janice Karpinski Demoted   May 5, 2005

Not only has Army Reserve Brig.Gen. Janice Karpinski received a letter of reprimand effectively ending her military career, she has been demoted to colonel by "President" Bush.  "Colonel" Karpinski is former MP commander of Abu Ghraib.

-- The highest ranking soldier to be disciplined in the Iraqi POW sexual abuse scandal.  ... The chain of command having already been conveniently "exonerated."  Expediently, off the hook.  Be quite interesting to see, however, if Karpinski compliantly falls on the sword, -- or finally implicates others higher up the food chain.

Although the chain of command, both military and civilian, has conveniently eluded responsibility through cunning employment of "plausible deniability," it is more than likely the trail directly leads to the highest echelons of the Defense Department and White House.  For a number of reasons.

"Personal responsibility," however, is clearly and conveniently reserved for the unwashed masses, -- not the highest levels of government.  Certainly, not the Secretary of Defense or "President."  After all, we're at war, aren't we?  Excuses anything, doesn't it?  The buck expeditiously stops with Karpinski, not Rumsfeld or the "President."  Right?

Demotion to "Colonel" by the "President" is particularly hypocritical and galling since Bush and his henchmen routinely "render" POW "detainees" to other countries for "interrogation,"
-- where they can, and have, been tortured.  Outrageous abuses also continue to be conveniently ignored at Guantanamo Bay.

Phony assertions by the military and White House conveniently limiting extent of the Abu Ghraib fiasco to a handful of low-ranking miscreants, amusingly flies in the face of reality.  Without question, grunts don't fart without permission and knowledge of the chain of command.

Additionally, civilian authorities had to have been aware and known, -- since CIA intelligence operatives had reportedly instructed MPs to "soften up" prisoners for interrogation.  Yet, not one of these grossly un-American bastards has been held accountable.  Not one.

This scandal stinks to high heaven.  Although Karpinski, England, Graner, and others already adjudicated should be held accountable for their involvement and/or responsibility in the fiasco, the well-entrenched policy of prisoner abuse and/or torture originated at the highest levels of government.

Yet, there are no pointed questions asked, -- either by media or the public.  Amusingly, the dopes have again been duped, brilliantly by the fascist occupying the Oval Office and his henchmen.  Sadly, the aggressively stupid in our once great country cowardly remain deafeningly silent.  In Nazi America.

Marine Corporal Exonerated   May 5, 2005

Remember the video last November of a clearly agitated Marine corporal opening fire on a wounded unarmed Iraqi POW?  -- The Marines had earlier suffered the loss of a buddy by a wounded insurgent who had set off a bomb days before.

The military fully exonerated the Marine corporal, -- despite the fact he had also reportedly killed two other POWs under remarkably similar circumstances.

It is extremely difficult, however, for anyone to reasonably second guess decisions made by military personnel under horrendous and dangerous combat conditions.  -- If a soldier feels threatened, he must be free to defend himself.

This is a no-win situation for the military.  They're damned if they do, and damned if they don't.  ... Had the corporal not opened fire and the wounded insurgent subsequently set off a bomb, there would have been dead American military personnel.

Conversely, if the U.S. military earns the reputation for killing unarmed wounded POWs, they can expect the same treatment if captured in this war and future ones.

Lynndie England Court-Martial Stalled  May 4, 2005

Remember Army reservist Pfc. Lynndie England?  The female soldier photographed in a number of compromising poses with abused Iraqi prisoners of war at Abu Ghraib?  She pled guilty yesterday to a number of charges.

Today, the military judge threw them out during the penalty phase of her court-martial, -- after attorneys presented evidence indicating she did not believe herself to be guilty.  Confused?

Don't be.  While this young woman indeed abused prisoners, she was following orders.  Orders she believed to be lawful.  ... Orders that had to have come down through the chain of command.  -- After all, grunts don't fart without permission of the brass.

Yet, with the exception of Brig.Gen. Karpinski, MP Commander, not one officer has suffered any consequences.  Even Karpinski will not be court-martialed, but will apparently receive a letter of reprimand, effectively ending her military career.

... While the Nazis at the helm in the Defense Department and White House remain unscathed.  And continue to "render" prisoners to be "interrogated" to other countries which do not ban torture.  As American as mom and apple pie.

Bush Chief Of Staff Tap Dances   May 1, 2005

See Fox News Sunday and Meet The Press?  "Presidential" Chief Of Staff Andrew "Pandy Andy" Card was truly magnificent.  -- Tap dancing so finely practiced, he managed not to answer one question straight up and straight out.  Not one damned question.

Questioning was indeed softball on both programs, particularly, Fox.  -- Chris Wallace is clearly sympathetic to the "Administration" and its henchmen.  Harder pressed on Meet The Press, Card disingenuously smiled and dug in his feet.

-- Cleverly, managing to say nearly nothing of substance during 30 minutes of questioning by Tim Russert.  ... Can't believe this writer wasted two hours watching both programs, -- clearly in the pocket of the GOP, however.  So much for the supposedly "liberal" media.  ... And unbiased reporting.

ACLU-Criminal Website Deletions

The following is a series of unedited email correspondence between the American Civil Liberties Union and this writer in regard to criminal deletions of Ledger websites over a year ago.  To date, no response, other than a canned autosponder message has been received from national ACLU headquarters to the latest complaint filed.  Apparently, ACLU no longer has any interest in First Amendment issues, -- or is wildly incompetent.  You decide.  ACLU-Criminal Website Deletions
