Sadly, the "Christian" Fascist Right is aggressively and methodically targeting a woman's right to do with her uterus as she damn well pleases.  Shamelessly so.  ... While wrapping its brand of currently chic fascism in the Bible and American Flag.  These Nazi bastards cleverly know they cannot abrogate freedom quickly, -- the aggressively stupid body politic wouldn't stand for it.  What to do?  Savagely attack liberty bit by bit.  Do so with great stealth and and creative duplicity.   Lull, -- for the most part, a seemingly hopelessly ignorant public to sleep with a false message and interpretation of the Bible.  Then stick it to reproductive rights.  True Christians live and let live.  Not so the Extreme Right.

Partial-birth abortion is a cleverly constructed false issue manufactured by the Right, dating back to at least 1995 and former Rep. Charles Canady of Florida  and his equally perverse and fascist henchmen.  Mr. Canady and his narrow-minded cohorts were desperate.  -- Desperate to eviscerate a woman's right to reproductive freedom.  What to do in a country deeply divided by the issue?  Concentrate on an extremely narrowly-used and seldom-performed procedure to abort a late-term fetus.  Hopefully according to these Nazi bastards, the aggressively stupid public would not only cry out for legislation against the seldom-performed procedure, but all abortion procedures.

After all, the Right wants women barefoot, pregnant, ignorant, and relegated to the kitchen.  Canady and his henchmen had a problem, however.  The late-term seldom-performed abortion procedure was not described in any medical textbooks.  -- Had not even been named, -- so the fascist bastards cunningly sought one that would elicit the most sympathetic response from an aggressively stupid American public.  "Brain-suction abortion" and "partial-delivery abortion" were rejected as not politically potent enough.  Finally, they settled on the catchphrase:  "partial-birth abortion."  How clever.  More importantly, how better to distort reality and simultaneously begin to deny women reproductive freedom in carefully crafted steps?

Whatever happened to Canady you may wonder?  Why of course the son of a bitch was appointed a federal judge.  ... Who'd a 'thunk' it, no?  Could it be any other way in Nazi America?  "Partial-birth abortion", however, is responsible for launching one of the fiercest and most bitter fights since Roe v. Wade.  NARAL Pro-Choice America president Kate Michelman rightfully declared:  "This is about ending legal abortion."  No question.  A naked blatant attack on liberty and the right to do with one's body as one pleases.  Ms Michelman promised:  "We will challenge it, absolutely, without question."  Certainly, hope so.  Stick it to the bastards.

Interestingly, the bill is some 18 pages long.  The first 15 pages are rhetorical, piously pontificating:  "partial birth abortion is never necessary to preserve the health of a woman, poses serious risks to a woman’s health and lies outside the standard of care."  Again, nothing more than outrageously false propaganda from the "Religious" Right.  Total distortion of reality to impose its perverse views of morality on the rest of us.

The bill has been twice passed and vetoed by President Clinton.  With Congress and the White House securely in control of the GOP, the legislation will eventually pass and be signed into law by the Nazi occupying the Oval Office.  Will then be immediately and rightfully challenged in the courts.  Already, a normally fascist U.S. Supreme Court has displayed no stomach for similar measures passed by the states and has in fact ruled them unconstitutional.  For two reasons primarily.  First, the health of the mother.  Second, the laws could have been interpreted as restricting all abortion.

Neanderthals with badly scraped knuckles are cunningly carrying the anti-abortion fight to the states.  -- Where, sadly, they have been wildly successful chipping away at reproductive rights one by one.  Making abortions difficult to obtain, -- through thoroughly spurious restrictions.  Such as making a woman wait for an abortion, -- so "religious" Nazi bastards can harass the crap out of her in an effort to get her to reconsider a decision that is none of their goddamned business.  Or denying state funding of abortions for poverty-stricken women.  Or criminalizing abortion assistance to young woman who do not have parental permission.  ... Although old enough to spread her legs and create a baby, these patronizing fascists think she's too young to decide for herself what to do with her uterus.   --They'll decide for her.

The unnecessary cynical bullshit imposed by opponents doesn't end there.  In some states women are required to be counseled by their physicians, after a certain period of gestation, the fetus may feel pain during the procedure.  Other states are considering passing statutes that would require doctors to anesthetize the fetus before the abortion.  Still others seek enactment of legislation requiring women to obtain a "death warrant" before an abortion is performed.  Or cynically make "safety" restrictions at abortion facilities so ludicrously severe, providers are driven out of business.  -- All of which cleverly and craftily designed by the Nazi Right to deny women the right to do with their uterus as they damn well see fit.

In Texas, lawmakers are considering extending the definition of "individual" to the fetus at every level of gestation.  ... The idea being ostensibly to double nail criminal offenders such as those who assault pregnant women, -- or who injure them through drunken driving.  In reality, the bastards are attempting to extend the rights of citizenship to an unborn fetus in an effort to outlaw all abortion.

In Virginia, Republican legislator Richard Black mailed fellow senators a fetus doll with a letter containing the question:  "Would you kill this child?"  Not surprisingly, the pitifully ignorant Nazi sparked outrage from his colleagues.  ... Wonder if he indeed has as much sympathy and understanding for someone falsely accused about to be executed.  In South Carolina, similarly aggressively stupid legislators are pushing for a 6 ft. tall Statehouse monument of a fetus to memorialize "unborn children who have given their lives because of legal abortion."

Be interesting to see if a woman's right to do with her uterus as she damn well pleases is maintained, -- or eventually obliterated by an increasingly fascist Supreme Court.  Should that right be removed, time for the overthrow of the government.  Without reproductive freedom, there is no liberty.  Nazi government would have lost all legitimacy.  -- To the "Religious" Nazi Right, "reproductive freedom" for a women is keeping her legs securely crossed.  ... Remarkably similar to having the "right" and "freedom" to do what you're told, no?

The legislation passed the Senate last week and will move on to the House.  Regarding the bill and interestingly, Republican fascists voted down an expansion of government healthcare to poverty-stricken pregnant women, refused to force insurance companies to expand coverage of contraceptives, and turned down a proposal to make emergency contraceptives available to rape victims in hospital emergency rooms.  Goddamned hypocritical, no?  Magnificently generous, though, aren't they?  ... Only to their own, of course.

To add insult to injury, the Bush "Administration" announced March 12 plans to prosecute health plans and insurance companies that seek to import cheap Canadian drugs.  Can't have that, can we?  After all, American pharmaceutical companies need to loot as much as possible from gullible Americans, don't they?  Doesn't matter that many of the drugs bought are manufactured in the United States, and then imported at far cheaper cost from foreign sources.

Not surprisingly, the shamelessly fascist "Administration" believes the pending "partial-birth abortion" bill to be "morally imperative and constitutionally permissible."  In fact, the "President" opined after Senate passage:  "Partial-birth abortion is an abhorrent procedure that offends human dignity, and I commend the Senate for passing legislation to ban it.  Today's action is an important step toward building a culture of life in America.''  ... As the hypocritical Nazi forgets he presided over countless executions as Texas governor, and prepares to launch an unprovoked "preemptive" attack against Iraq.  Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer. The final charge against Gen. Tommy Franks was dropped.  ... Who'd a 'thunk' it, no?  Secretary of Defense Donald "The Donald" Rumsfeld closed the "investigation", -- after dear Ole' Tommy Boy agreed to "redouble" his efforts to keep secret information from his wife.  How special, no?  Accommodating, isn't he?  Sadly, improper sharing of secret information was not the most serious of the charges, however.

Apparently, the General had improperly supplied his wife with unauthorized body guards and failed to properly reimburse the government for her travel expenses.  Both charges had earlier been swept under the rug and conveniently dismissed.  What does this say to service members?  If you're high up in the chain of command, you can do virtually anything you want with impunity, -- especially if you curry the favor of the Defense Secretary and "Commander In Chief."  Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer.  America Uber Alles.

What does the general himself think of all the hoopla?  --"The ability of a guy in my position to focus on his work is very, very important to getting the job done. This ongoing investigation has had no impact on my focus at all, because I'm comfortable with the way I do my business. And I'm comfortable that at the end of the day, everyone will understand why I am comfortable."  Bet they do, Tommy.  Bet they do.  -- Ever hear a better or more clever line of bullshit?

Seems the evidence Great Britain and the United States supplied the United Nations regarding Iraqi nuclear activities is false.  ... Couldn't be, could it?  Remember the aluminum tubes supposedly to be used for uranium enrichment?  Turns out the documents were fake.  Secretary of State Colin Powell's credibility is severely in question.

On Meet The Press a week ago, Mr. Powell dismissed the fiasco with a flippant remark:  "With respect to the uranium, it was the information that we had.  We provided it. If that information is inaccurate, fine."  Is that right, Mr. Secretary?  Doesn't matter whether evidence is authentic, -- as long as it supports the "Administration" propaganda line?

In a country moving progressively to the Far Right, free speech has been cynically subjected to repeated attack.  Especially, with a rigid fascist "President" in office.

An attorney in a public mall near Albany, N.Y. was arrested for refusing to remove a T-shirt he was wearing that read "Give Peace A Chance."  -- A shirt he had just purchased in the mall.

John Wooden, owner of a satirical website, recently received an intimidating letter from David Addington, counsel to the "Vice President."  Seems the attorney had gotten his shorts tied up in a knot regarding pictures and a "fictitious" biography of Lynne Cheney, -- "Slick Dick's" wife.  Tough, isn't it?

Wooden, although taken aback by the aggressiveness of the letter, refused to cave.  In fact, reportedly humorously posted red clown noses over the word "CENSORED" next to Mrs. Cheney's pictures.  Published the outrageous letter itself as well.

The New York Civil Liberties Union is not so amused, however.  Executive Director Donna Lieberman declared:  "It's clear that the Bush-Cheney administration has put the blocks in place for a repressive climate on even the most fundamental and obvious of issues, like the right to have a Web site that satirizes the vice president's wife."

... Can only amusingly wonder what the "Administration" thinks of this website, -- if indeed even aware of its existence.  Couldn't care less, regardless.  Have received absolutely nothing in the mail or by email, but would certainly publish anything and all received from the Nazis in power. ... While redoubling efforts to skewer the bastards.  One final comment, George, -- just in case you or your cohorts are reading: Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer. America Uber Alles.

Nothing quite like aggressive stupidity, is there?  Not only is the Bush "Administration" ignoring the North Korean nuclear crisis, it is refusing to directly talk to the communist government.  Why?  The problem is directly between them and the United States.  While involvement of other neighboring nations is indeed necessary, the confrontation is bilateral.  Sickeningly, South Korea has come to the defense of the North during the current crisis.  Can only wonder why nearly forty thousand American troops ludicrously remain in harm's way in a country that is philosophically supporting its enemy against the U.S..

The Bush "Administration" to date refuses to rebut persistent credible claims regarding "stress and duress" interrogation tactics used by American troops in Afghanistan.  Including suspending prisoners from ceilings, forcing them to remain in painful positions, and kicking them.  Equally troubling is the refusal of the Nazi occupying the White House to classify all "detainees" as prisoners of war.  Subject to the Geneva Convention and international law.  Worse, Nazi federal judges are shamelessly ignoring their oaths of office and catering to the whims of the fascist appointed "President."  Disturbingly, the United States believes itself to be above international law.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rubberstamped Die Fuhrer's incarceration of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.  Writing for the court, "Judge" A. Raymond Randolph declared: "They cannot seek release based on violations of the U.S. Constitution or treaties or federal law; the courts are not open to them…We cannot see why, or how, the writ [of habeas corpus] may be made available to aliens abroad when basic constitutional protections are not…If the Constitution does not entitle the detainees to due process, and it does not, they cannot invoke the jurisdiction of our courts to test the constitutionality or the legality of restraints on their liberty."

Sadly, this is nothing less than raw Nazism.  The three-judge panel has violated its oath of office and should resign in disgrace.  Foreign American bases as well as embassies are considered U.S. soil.  Those held were and are entitled to due process and access to our courts.  They are imprisoned on American-controlled soil, by American guards.  The Founders must be spinning in their graves.  The matter will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.  The Bush "Administration" has successfully established an American gulag. Klee Announces School Board Candidacy
 
 

          Harvey H. Klee, a local attorney, mediator and arbitrator, announced his intent to file for School Board Trustee, Seat 1, the position currently held by Tere Hutto. "With the Superintendent under a Grand Jury indictment

and the Board facing uncontrolled legal expenses, having an attorney on the Board of Trustees wouldn't be such a bad idea," stated Klee.

          Mr. Klee writes a local newspaper column where he frequently comments on school matters. His writings have made people aware of the district's problems, ultimately leading to the current state audits and investigations now in process concerning possible mismanagement of district finances and unlawful practices. He is thoroughly familiar with the problems of the district and would come to the Board with fresh insights and viable solutions to those problems. His web site is: www.harveyklee.com.

          When asked what he would hope to achieve if elected, Mr. Klee stated: "To restore the community's trust and confidence in the Board's leadership and provide our children with a quality education at a reasonable cost. It is important that every effort be taken to meet the state's educational mandates while at the same time, not throw the baby out with the bathwater in order to save money. There is no reason, however, that the district need expend $22.6 million plus, to educate less than 1900 children. I will do everything in my power to reduce the current school tax burden on the taxpayers. At the same time, I want to hear from the teachers as to what the district can do to help enable them to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in the classroom - with the Superintendent currently under indictment, they need all the support we can give them."

          Last year, Mr. Klee was appointed by the Texas Education Agency to serve on the 2002 State Textbook AP Psychology Review Panel. He previously had been employed as an attorney to represent the California School Board Association on behalf of member school boards across the state. Mr. Klee holds a Community College Instructor Credential in Law and Business and Industrial Management. He has taught at the community college level for three years and most recently taught for two years as a full-time substitute teacher at Marble Falls High School.

          He explains his reason for running this way: "I'm attracted to the challenge and the opportunity to serve my community at a time of its greatest need. Controlling a run-a-way budget almost three times that of Llano County and more than the County and City of Llano combined, is of top priority. Much needs to be done in the area of Board leadership, fiscal management and attaining educational objectives. I believe the good Lord gave me certain gifts and talents. It would be wrong for me not to use those gifts for the good of the community in which I live. Where else could I make a greater contribution for the children and citizens of Llano County?"

          Mr. Klee is licensed to practice law in Texas and California and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal and several U.S. District Courts. Following his retirement from the active practice of law, Mr. Klee was appointed to serve as a Mediator for the 33rd Judicial District. He believes his mediation skills will come in handy working with Board members, school officials and the community at large.

          Mr. Klee is a member of The American Legion, Kingsland Memorial Post No. 437. As an immediate past-Post Commander, he is a member of their Executive Committee and serves as their Judge Advocate, Advisor to the Sons of The American Legion Squadron No. 437 and is Chairman of their Americanism, Children and Youth Committee which provides high school scholarships, Boys State sponsorships and student awards for Americanism, citizenship and scholarship. He is also the 4th Division Chaplain for The American Legion, State of Texas and has twice been appointed Texas Department Chaplain. Chaplain Klee is the Assistant State Chaplain, State of Texas for the Chapel of Four Chaplains headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

          An active member in Squadron 437, Mr. Klee is a member of their Executive Committee and serves as 1st Vice Commander, Judge Advocate and Historian. He was recently elected 21st District Vice-Commander for the Sons of The American Legion. Mr. Klee is also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 10376 in Marble Falls where he serves as Trustee and Librarian.

          Mr. Klee is married to Suzanne Klee. They have eleven children and fourteen grandchildren. He is a member of the Highland Lakes United Methodist Church where he serves on the Administrative Council, Pastor/Parish and Parsonage Committees, and as President of the United Methodist Men.

As strongly asserted in the last 97 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.

Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.

Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?

Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
