Interestingly, the "President" is apparently afraid a souring economy will doom his bid for reinstallation two years from now.  As it did to Daddy Bush, The First.  Consequently, dumped Treasury Secretary Paul H. O'Neill and National Economic Council Director Lawrence B. Lindsey, December 6.  … Hey, George?  Finally, getting cold feet?

The Nazi occupying the White House has repeatedly supposedly stood for parental notification of virtually every issue involving your children.  … Particularly abortion.  The hypocrite, however, could care less about enlistment of your kids into the armed forces without your knowledge and participation in the decision.  … Think I'm joking?

Think again.  Mr. Bush signed the No Child Left Behind Act last January.  … They sure won't be.  Certainly, not by military recruiters.  Readers are reminded this legislation is supposed to be about "education."  Most of it is.  But, not all.  A few sentences in the 670 pages of legalese outrageously give military recruiters access to all personal information regarding your children.  That's right, folks.  Personal information.  Such as names, addresses, telephone numbers.  Even, unlisted ones.

You have the right to "opt out", but doing so is not easy and there are legal requirements you must meet to do so.  You have to be aware of your rights, first.  Government clearly does not want that.  Has made it especially difficult to accomplish.  Mr. Bush and his Republican cronies do not believe in your Fourth Amendment right to privacy.  This, is just one additional example to many others, including shared medical information, addressed earlier in this publication and elsewhere.

Regarding military recruitment of high school students, the Nazi appointed "President" and his shills in the Congress are cynically taking advantage of current wildly chic "patriotism" to ensure endless fodder for the "Commander In Chief's" war on terror, the fiasco apparently to come in Iraq, as well as other additional military ventures Mr. Bush has in mind.   … Military action having absolutely nothing to do with "national security".   Everything to do with pork for his cronies in the defense industry as well as to ensure his election two years from now.  -- While conveniently facilitating consolidation of power and a fascist police-state.  … When will you wake up?

That's right.  The Nazi appointed to the White House has rejuvenated a highly questionable program of crony financial support, properly suspended by the Clinton Administration.  A federal dole of cash to political hacks appointed by the "President".  A program that has its origins in the corrupt administration of the "Chief Executive's" father, Daddy Bush "The First."

Agencies have begun distributing thousands of dollars to each appointee.  Annual awards of $10,000 to senior advisors, attorneys, "confidential" assistants, etc..  … With permission from the White House,  -- $25,000 or more.  … 'Ain't' corruption grand?  At a time when Ole' George "The Tush" has limited the raises of federal employees to one sixth of that allocated.  … 'Gotta' take care of the Boys, right, Mr. "President?"

Most disturbingly, this new policy has been in effect since last March.  The Nazi "Administration" only recently publicly disclosed it.  Wonder why?  Riveting, isn't it?  Where is your outrage?

That's right.  The "President" is generously supporting his cronies in the drug industry.  Apparently, is willingly tolerating deceptive and false advertising by pharmaceutical corporations for prescription drugs.  The ads continue to run, even after the Food and Drug Administration has sent letters to these firms in response.  Got to take care of the Boys, right, George?  When in hell will you enforce the law?  …  Almost forgot, Mr. "President." Indeed, sir, you are the law.  … Right?

In a legal blow to the Nazi occupying the White House, U.S. District Judge Michael Mukasey ruled December 14 U.S. citizen and "enemy combatant" Jose Padilla is entitled to meet with his attorneys.  Readers are reminded the fascist appointed "President" has been holding the former Chicago gang member since May 8 without benefit of counsel or access to the courts, in direct violation of the United States Constitution.

The Nazi appointed to the White House signed a "secret finding" after the 9/11 catastrophe, authorizing CIA agents to murder U.S. citizens it considers working for al Qaeda.  These Nazi thugs have been "legally" empowered to be "judge", "jury", and executioner.  Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer.  America Uber Alles.  … Right, Mr. "President?"

The U.S. Supreme Court is currently considering a case that may lead to reversal of Miranda.  … A frightening prospect in Nazi America, where police over the last year have been given carte blanche by our fascist appointed "President" and his equally Nazi shills in Congress and the "Justice" Department.

Oliverio Martinez was blinded and paralyzed by an "officer" while "scuffling" with the bastard some five years ago.  Shot five times in the eyes, spine, and legs.  Nazi Sgt. Ben Chavez, of Oxnard, CA, aggressively interrogated the seriously injured man immediately after the incident, during the ambulance ride, and right up into the emergency room.  Without providing the required Miranda warning of the right to remain silent.

Martinez told the Nazi goon fourteen times he was in extreme pain, eight times he was dying, and twice he didn't wish to talk to the bastard government thug any longer.  Martinez in a recording of the interrogation is heard screaming: "I am dying! ... What are you doing to me?"   The Nazi bastard conducting the interrogation responded: "If you are going to die, tell me what happened."  The son of a bitch interrupted treatment by medical personnel to obtain information. Repeatedly.   While the man was in agony and in grave condition.

The Nazi thug didn't give the Miranda warning.  Apparently, didn't think he had to.  Apparently, believes the Fifth Amendment only applies in court proceedings.  Not during interrogations.  In Nazi America. Solicitor General Theodore Olson opined in a friend of the court brief:  "So long as the government makes no use of a compelled statement in a criminal case, the Fifth Amendment is not violated."  Readers are reminded this exceptionally Nazi attorney lost his equally fascist wife in the terrorist attack on the Pentagon September 11.

Lawrence Robbins, counsel to the "officer" thug similarly argued in a brief:  "There is no right to silence."  Translation?  Nazi officers assume the right to do as they please, conduct themselves in any fashion they consider appropriate.  The Bush "Administration" clearly does not think the citizenry has the right to be free of aggressive brutal police interrogation.  … Hey, George?  What the hell's next?  The wall and a Thompson submachine gun?

Martinez was never criminally prosecuted.  Has rightfully sued the city for excessive force, however.  Those sued are fighting to use a forced "confession" obtained by the Nazi thug responsible for the interrogation.  … A "confession" ruled coerced and inadmissible by a federal judge, and later by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The City of Oxnard consequently appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court to allow admission of the illegally obtained "confession" in the civil suit.  Nazis in the Bush "Administration" have become involved in the appeal, arguing police have the right to do whatever they wish regarding interrogations, provided the results of those activities are not used against the defendant in criminal court, and do not "shock the conscience" of the community or the court.   … Isn't that special?

This is no more than mob rule.  The tyranny of the majority against the minority.  Raw Nazism.  Precisely, what the Bill of Rights was created to avoid.  Yet, the Nazi appointed "President" is arguing in court, via his shills, the Fifth Amendment has no validity and does not apply to law enforcement.  Should the Supreme Court reverse Miranda, more innocent people will find themselves in prison for crimes they did not commit.  Exponentially, more innocent citizens will be executed for crimes they are not guilty of.  In Nazi America.  Where manure smells sweet, and fascism reeks.  Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer. That's right.  The U.S. Supreme Court agreed December 2 to hear a challenge to an outrageously unconstitutional law making it a "crime" for lesbians and gays to have consensual sex in the privacy of their homes.  The Court will consider overruling its 1986 decision, supporting the right of the state to impose its perverse views of morality on its citizens.  In violation of the Fourth Amendment right to privacy.  … A right, clearly not recognized by the Nazi element in the United States.

Interestingly, the current case is being argued on the basis of both constitutional privacy and equal protection rights.  … Gays being subject to criminal penalties for sexual activities permitted to heterosexual couples.  -- Specifically, oral and anal sex.  The privacy of both, protected for heterosexual, but not homosexual partners.  … Think the court will finally come out of the Stone Age, at least regarding sexual freedom of consenting adults?

The Texas Defender Service, an advocacy group for the condemned, recently conducted a study indicating Texas death row inmates are frequently assigned unqualified and/or incompetent state appellate lawyers.  These attorneys fail to discover facts and evidence which could prove their clients' innocence.  Also, outrageously neglect to raise legitimate constitutional arguments.

The group examined virtually all habeas appeals of death row inmates since 1995.  One in three of the condemned during that time period were found to have had the chance of being executed without their cases argued by competent counsel or properly investigated.  … Fits right in with the bloodthirst of the Fascist Right.  After all, it's "biblical", right?

The Nazi Bush "Administration" argued December 2 before the Supreme Court tribal lawsuits against the Interior Department should be limited to protect government against legitimate claims filed by American Indian tribes.  … Claims such as those filed by the Navajo Nation against a former Interior Secretary who had colluded with a coal company to defraud the tribe millions in royalties from coal mined on its land.  … This coming from a Nazi appointed "President", who hypocritically wears religion on his sleeve, yet denies citizens viciously aggrieved by government, the right to compensation.  … Hey, George?  How do you sleep nights?

Indeed, the "President" has delayed some $1.5 billion in financial aid to law enforcement.  Funds, earmarked by Congress to support anti-terrorism efforts.  Interesting, isn't it?  Why, you may ask?  Not clear.  The jackass occupying the White House is blaming Congress.  … One question.  … Just what is the "President's" true agenda?  … "National security", -- or the consolidation of power and control in the "Chief Executive?"

Hear the ongoing verbal battle between Sen. Tom Daschle and radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh?  Amusingly, the Nazi broadcaster can't take as well as give.  … Tough, isn't it?  For years, Ole' Rush has been ignored by his targets.  … Targets, he's savagely skewered for quite some time.  -- Absolutely nothing wrong with criticism, however, no matter how strong or brutal.  Provided its honest.  … The First Amendment at its very best.  Is Mr. Limbaugh honest? His supporters certainly think so.

Plenty of room in a pluralistic society for a variety of radically differing opinions.  While Mr. Limbaugh obviously does not think so, this country was founded by men holding a diversity of views.  They successfully managed, however, to democratically reach a consensus.  Wise enough to embrace tolerance, despite holding strong views.  Often in severe opposition to one another.  Didn't allow petty personal issues though, such as unlimited ego, to get in the way of ultimately pursuing principle and solutions to problems benefiting all.  … Not just an elite minority.  -- Things have certainly changed, no?

Limbaugh has been enormously successful in his career as a broadcaster.  Why?  Simple.  He's indeed entertaining.  Biting humor always has a creative edge, appreciated even by those in strong disagreement.  -- Provided, they're intellectually honest and sufficiently open-minded.

Sadly, Ole' Rush, however, has foolishly made the mistake of perversely equating silence of those targeted with the supposed "correctness" of his outrageously slanted "analysis" and "conclusions."  Thoroughly and amusingly, the truly entertaining self-serving blowhard continuously and ignorantly misses the point, however.  Limbaugh has been ignored by those targeted for one reason and one reason only.  The playing field on his show is far from level.  … Ole' Rush, cowardly and conveniently, uses the "dump" button to brilliantly control dissent and disagreement.  With an iron fist.  Precisely, why there is no debate during his daily stints.

Anyone, foolish enough, to call in and challenge his views has no chance.   Limbaugh cleverly controls air-time and direction of all conversation to his advantage.  Again, deliberately with an iron-fist.  Although having no substance and little intellectual ability, he magnificently wields the "dump" button and knows how to push it, -- precisely at the right moment.

There is no real debate on his program.  None.  … Has humorously and repeatedly made the point he can successfully argue both sides of an issue.  Can not and does not, however, but doesn't make the exceptionally disingenuous and dishonest effort any less comical.  … His genius.  The gift he brings to the art.

As entertaining as his program is, it does real damage to truth and perception of reality.  Intentionally, so.  Mr. Limbaugh is an unabashed, unashamed proponent of Right Wing fascism.  Never confuse a Nazi with the truth, however.  Needlessly interferes with the fascist agenda.  Truth?  Honesty?  What for?  … In Nazi America?

Mr. Limbaugh, as his cronies in the Republican Party, knows how to line his pockets.  Laughs his financially portly ass off all the way to the bank, after hypocritically properly giving thanks to the Lord.  Has so little intellectual capacity and tolerance, would sorely and badly lose in any real debate, however.  … Where he has no access to a "dump" button, and would be forced to argue on a level playing field.

Precisely, why Limbaugh's targets have wisely remained silent for years, -- until Daschle.  The Senator claims to have been threatened by listeners of talk shows, whipped into a frenzy by Nazis such as Rush.  Has foolishly showed "blood", which the immensely clever broadcaster has been more than willing to disingenuously and dishonestly use to his advantage.

… Tommy, why foolishly indirectly debate the moron, publicly?  … In his jaded arena, where he controls the agenda?  Why not propose several hours of uninterrupted debate on his program?  In person.  Where he couldn't cowardly use the "dump" button because of your presence.  -- Could always walk out if he aggressively stupidly does so.  Challenge the financially portly Nazi to donate the time commercial-free.  The fascist bastard can more than afford to do it.

… Should he foolishly agree, soundly intellectually kick his ass.  Display to his followers, his severe and glaring lack of substance and any true ability to articulate his brand of Nazism when his feet are indeed finally held to the fire.  Take the wind out of his sails and expose the blow-hard for the intellectual fraud he sadly is.

Fascists have always questioned the right of inmates to anything in the penal system.  Anything.  Including healthcare at taxpayer expense.  … Tough, isn't it?  Despite outrageous distortion by the Nazi element in this country, prisoners don't forfeit all rights as a result of commission of a crime.  They're forcefully taken by government.  Sometimes, rightfully so.  Sometimes, not.

No question, however, when someone is incarcerated they involuntarily become wards of the state.  Entitled to basic needs, including healthcare provided by government.  No one incarcerated for any crime should be subjected to what amounts to no more than a death sentence, -- if denied medical care.   Would be outrageously barbaric to do so.

... So.  Where's the beef?  Media has now joined the Fascist Right in its questioning of inmate healthcare.  Los Angeles Times columnist Steve Lopez, whose father had heart problems and had health coverage canceled, is not a happy camper.  Now, questions heart transplant surgery for prisoners:

"What’s the message here to the public?  …You had two robbery convictions, you’re in jail, you get sick, you’re going to the top of the [transplant waiting] line. That’s the problem here."

No, Mr. Lopez, it's not.  Your personal circumstances have glaringly obscured, egregiously clouded your judgment.  The problem is a lack of universal healthcare in the United States, -- by far, the richest nation in the world.  Why no healthcare?  Simple.  Two reasons.  First, greedy fascists in the business community refuse to share the wealth.  Deny employees, what they've rightfully earned.

Second, the insatiable greed of the healthcare community that can never get enough.  Costs rise far in excess of inflation.  Why?  Again, simple.  Providers have the market locked in.  … People will spend their last dime when in pain or threatened with death.  The logjam will never be broken, -- until people get tired and demand immediate change.

Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani was rightfully revered for his brilliant leadership following the 9/11 catastrophe.  The public conveniently ignores, however, Mr. Giuliani ruthlessly dumped on civil liberties and rights during his tenure as mayor.  Cowardly, ignored and even aggressively supported police abuse of innocent people during his effort to "clean up" the city.

While Mr. Giuliani carefully publicly towed the perverse Republican line regarding sexual "morality" and "values", privately he engaged in a relationship with a woman other than his former wife, Donna Hanover.  … Who'd a 'thunk' it, no?  Don't do as I do, do as I say, right, Mr. Mayor?

Giuliani had been married to Hanover, a celebrity in her own right, for twenty years.  … Didn't stop the hypocritical bastard from betraying her trust for a new love interest, however.  Has two teen-aged children, unfairly caught in the middle of the debacle.  Certainly, the kids always suffer the most from such betrayal.  … Hanover was clearly no happy camper.  Publicly, or otherwise.  Certainly, rightfully got hers, however.  … To the tune of $6 million smackers and custody and ultimate control of the kids.

… Hey, Rudy?  Was the dalliance truly worth it?  Especially, the loss of the children?  … Not smart enough to get a little on the side and not get caught? … So publicly, with your pants figuratively down around your ankles?  While hypocritically "cleaning" up the city?

The fiasco doesn't end there, however.  Mr. Giuliani recently proposed to the lady, Judith Nathan.  … Might as well have, right?  After all, the dalliance cost millions and, more importantly, his children.  … Hey, Judy?  …Think Ole' Rudy Baby won't do the same to you?  … A sad, sick puppy who, by his own admission, seriously asked the "President" if he could personally execute bin Laden should American forces capture the bastard?  … Only in Nazi America.  -- Where day is night, night is day, and sh-t 'don't' stink.

Israeli military goons continue to kill innocent Palestinians.  Are not always successful, however.  Recently fired two missiles from a helicopter at a car supposedly containing militants.  One missed.  The other hit its target.  … After those targeted, successfully evacuated the vehicle in time.  These ruthless attacks continue unabated.  Palestinian leaders are conveniently assassinated.  No more than summary execution with no judicial process.  Exactly, how Israeli forebears were similarly and ruthlessly treated by Hitler's goons decades earlier.

Shills for the Israelis strongly assert suicide bombings are socially unacceptable to the world community.  ... While conveniently ignoring Israeli use of American-supplied F-16s and ordnance employed to assassinate Palestinian leaders in highly-populated areas.  ... Where there is enormous collateral damage and death of scores of innocent civilians.  Yet, Israeli supporters conveniently and disingenuously "excuse" such legalized murders, claiming such atrocities are "acceptable" since it was not the "intention" of the Israelis to kill the innocent.  ... A convenient failure to see the forest for the trees.  Death is death, no matter how "honorable" and "noble" the "intentions."  The Israeli military thug and his handlers knew his bomb would likely kill many innocent non-combatants.  Didn't stop the goon from dropping the ordnance.

Israeli military thugs have become "judge", "jury", and executioner.  Yet, there is no outrage due to blind support of the Israeli war machine, no matter how barbaric.  Supporters of these thugs fail to see such heavy-handed tactics only contribute to the rise of additional new suicide bomber recruits.  Palestinians have resorted to the only enormously effective "weapon" available to them to rid their territories of Israeli occupiers.  Israeli supporters claim the land is justifiable spoils of war.  Short-sighted.  Will only compound the problem, stiffen Palestinian resolve.  Will, sadly, lead to the ultimate destruction of the State of Israel, -- by attrition.

The United States rightly and wisely returned all occupied land after the Second World War.  Led to the creation of two extremely strong American allies, -- Germany and Japan.  An unshakable alliance to this very day, -- despite small disagreements every now and then.  When will the Israelis finally wake up?  When it is too late?

While suicide bombings are indeed patently offensive, it should never be forgotten such barbaric tactics are often employed in war.  American forces rightfully saturation-bombed Nazi Germany during the Second World War.  Rightfully, obliterated Hiroshima and Nagasaki using atomic weapons.  Innocent civilians were rightfully deliberately killed in the interests of the greater good.  Certainly, a perverse fact of war, but a fact nonetheless.  Precisely, why wars should always be avoided if possible.

Strong criticism of atrocious Israeli military tactics on this website should not be confused with anti-Semitism.  Only the tactics of the corrupt and abusive Israeli government are attacked by this writer.  Not the Israeli people.  Not anyone, of Jewish descent.  Sadly, the Israeli people have been betrayed by their short-sighted government.  Are deeply divided themselves by their government's inability to make peace with their enemies.

Should such tactics not change, Israel will eventually be destroyed in the process.  Not even backing by the U.S. military will prevent it.  There is no way to effectively stop an overwhelming population of neighboring Arabs, determined to sap the lifeblood of the Israeli state through attrition.  No way.  It is time for Israel to make peace with its neighbors.  Withdraw to pre-1967 borders.  Normalize trade and commerce with its Arab neighbors.  ... Before Arabs become so hardened peace is not possible.  Would indeed be extremely tragic should the Israeli state be destroyed.  The point of no return is quickly approaching.

Israeli military goons December 4 shot and killed a 95-year-old woman, while she was riding in a taxi.  Shot in the back.  A second woman in the vehicle was wounded in the leg.  Palestinian homes continue to be bulldozed by Israeli military thugs.  Sometimes, with the occupants still inside.  … Guaranteeing the exponential growth of additional terror by militants.

Precisely, what Israelis supposedly claim they desperately do not want.  Exactly, what will happen if the Nazi appointed "President" proceeds with his murderous unprovoked plans to attack Iraq.  … If Ole' George thinks he currently has problems with terror, he 'ain't' seen nothing yet.  Thousands of Arab youth will immediately become the next generation of terrorists in response.   … 'Ain't' aggressive stupidity grand?

I found, in your Newsletter Text V62, an October 18, 2000 letter from Ms. Hadassah Schloss, the Open Records Administrator at the Texas General Services Commission to Jack Patton, Superintendent of the Llano ISD with a cc: to you.

The letter contained precisely the opinions that we needed to support our belief and claim that the City of Pilot Point had flailed to meet its burden under § 552.2615 of the Texas Public Information Act and had, therefore, illegally collected $133.10 from us. For having posted this letter to your site, we most heartily thank you. Attached [in MS-Word-2000 format] is a copy of the Notice of Violation and Demand for Financial Restitution which I hand-delivered, to our City Hall, at 1536 hrs. today. You will note that we included excerpts from the above-referenced letter from Ms. Schloss which we, thankfully, found on your site. I hope that you "won't wanna' whack us" for a copyright violation.

The excerpts saved us so much time, I took a while to peruse several other parts of your web site. I found that, like me and all to few other citizens, you are tenacious [even relentless] in your strivings to obtain [at least a modicum of] "correctness" from those who administer our public institutions and those who otherwise receive their salaries because they are supposed to be providing service to our citizens. I found, in your Newsletter Text V68, a November 28, 2000 e-Mail to Ms. Hadassah Schloss. I haven't located any specific answer(s) to your questions, "Equally pointedly, why in hell are the taxpayers funding two state agencies that refuse to enforce the law? If you do not have the authority to enforce the statutes [of the Texas Public Meetings Act (TPIA)], who at your agency does? If your agency has no enforcement authority, how does the GSC enforce its guidelines?"

 If answers to these questions are accessible, we would greatly appreciate your pointing us in the right direction to find them.

I am unable to offer any TPIA enforcement suggestions, beyond the options for a Writ of Mandamus, Declaratory Judgment, Injunctive Relief and/or Discovery as are outlined in Subchapter H. Civil Enforcement, § 552.321, § 552.3215 and § 552.322 with the hope for recovering one's expenses under the "Assessment of Costs of Litigation and Reasonable Attorney Fees" provisions of § 552.323.

I only find criminal penalties [under Subchapter I, § 552.351] for willful destruction, mutilation, removal without permission or alteration of public information.

I am relatively new in determining proper recourse for various administrative, civil and criminal infractions of the TPIA. I have, however, found that substantially more provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA) are listed as criminal misdemeanors, carrying fines [$100.00 to $1,000.00] and county jail time [1 to 6 months] for each count of each infraction by a public official, and a few [particularly if knowingly committed with intent to defraud or to do harm to another] are state jail felonies. For those felony infractions, conspiracy to commit them is a Class A misdemeanor.

At the request of [and upon information being provided by] a number of local citizens, VET-NET is preparing some requests for investigation, which will be submitted to our Texas Ranger. If you are able to identify [and develop sufficient factual information that would be compelling to an impartial mind], you might consider the "Request for Investigation by Your Texas Ranger" route.

Dear Mr. Davis,

Read with great interest both messages received.  Have not had a
chance to review your website, but will do so shortly and email
my thoughts.  To briefly answer your questions regarding my pointed
exchange with Ms. Schloss, there was no resolution to the issue.
 Schloss never answered my questions.

While she was considerably more forthcoming than most officials,
she apparently does not have the statutorial authority to enforce
the law.  ... By her admission.  All germane correspondence between
this publication and Schloss, the Attorney General's Office, Patton,
and others is available on the website. ... You will have to search the archived material.

No one was, and is, willing to enforce the Public Information Act.
 No one.  Neither the District Attorney, the County Attorney, or
the State Attorney General.  -- The three officials entrusted with
this responsibility.  This publication is unfunded, so it was not
possible to hire private counsel to sue.  ... Since the judiciary
is thoroughly corrupt, there would most likely had been no relief regardless.

The Texas Rangers are not what they used to be.  Our local Ranger
is barely functionally literate and conveniently, earlier found
no evidence that a jail-rape had indeed occurred in the Llano County
Jail.  This, despite the fact a civil jury in a federal court in
Austin found that Tina Wisdom had indeed been raped in the jail.

Awarded no cash damages, however, due to sovereign immunity statutes
that protect and coddle the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches
responsible for running the facility.  ... Including the "Sheriff."
 ... All this can be found on the website.  Highly demonstrable
of the fact there is indeed no justice, -- especially when government officials are involved.

Wrote to the Commander of the Texas Rangers several years ago to
lodge a complaint against the "Sheriff."  Received the run-around.
 Was informed the complaint had to be made to the District Attorney.
 Only the DA has the authority to order the Rangers to investigate.
 Since District Attorney Sam "The Sham" Oatman is glaringly corrupt
and abusive, there was a snow ball's chance in hell of any action.
 ... Oatman always protects his own.

Worse, Ole' Sam continues to protect the 33rd Judicial District
Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET).  Not only are these "officers"
exceptionally corrupt and abusive, they engage in the manufacture
and distribution of methamphetamine according to scores of credible
local confidential sources, -- too cowardly to allow publication of name and address.

While the situation is not hopeless, it will never change until
the exceptionally aggressively stupid and cowardly public demands
it. Will spend some time over the weekend carefully reviewing your
website and will email my observations.  Immensely grateful for
your kind comments and am indeed gratified this publication was helpful to your organization.

Mr. Klee recently informed this writer he's once again considering running for the Llano Independent School District Board.  Rightfully and tirelessly, has been highly critical of waste and corruption in the District for many years.  While willing to do whatever is necessary regarding public appearances, writing of campaign literature, etc., he desperately needs financial backing and assistance with the "grunt" work.

Tasks, such as placement of signs, distribution of fliers, and similar legwork.  Readers are reminded the Board is not paid.  Pointedly, only get what they can steal or receive in bribes.  -- While slapping the Good Ole'Boy occupying the Superintendent's office hard on the back, sharing in the wealth.  Looted taxpayer money.  Time for a breath of fresh air.  Klee could and would do some good, rattling a few cages in an effort to force badly-needed change.

LISD is suffering severe financial distress due to years of neglect, greed, theft, misuse of taxpayer money, etc..  From launch of this publication until recently, has always been aggressively targeted on this website.  No one would listen, however.  Sadly, the chickens are finally coming home to roost.  Tough, isn't it?

LISD Superintendent Jack Patton has a history of financial disaster and problems left behind in both Menard and Hereford.  They were glad to get rid of him, according to a former board member and newspaper editor from both communities contacted by this writer about a year and a half ago.  Has done no better here. This outrageous jackass has deliberately run the District into the ground.

If you support badly-needed change and a fresh point of view on the Board, why not contact Mr. Klee at hklee@tstar.net?  Should the Superintendent and current Board continue unchallenged, expect the tax burden to become far more severe.  Sadly, these white-collar thugs will never get enough, and will continue to mercilessly loot, picking your pockets clean, until you courageously take action and put an end to it.  … Should you insist on remaining deafeningly and cowardly silent, however, you get precisely what you richly deserve.

Apparently, quick exposure of earlier IP address
spoofing and illicit signing up of this publication
for unrequested "services" has not deterred you from
renewed spamming activity and additional squandering
of company time and good corporate image.

-- Stupidly, using the same spoofed Yahoo.Com server
IP address a second time to retaliate against ongoing
posting of extremely unflattering material on The
Ledger website, regarding outrageously poor Dell
support.  Tough, isn't it?

Couldn't at least use a different spoofed IP address
to make things a little less boring?  ... Be a bit
more creative, Mr. DeRosier.

Thought others at Dell needed to be aware of what is
going on, and took the liberty of sharing our ongoing
message exchange with them.  Thanks for the additional
fodder.

The following ignored snail-mailed letter to Mr. Dell
has been published in the last two editions of The
Llano Ledger.  Readers are entitled to know precisely
how Mr. Notebook and Dell Computer do business.
Indeed, a public service.  Will continue to be posted
weekly for months.  -- Until I get tired of it.

At that time, a new webpage on The Ledger website will
be created.  All correspondence between Mr. Notebook
as well as Dell "Support" and this writer will be
posted.  -- Again, the readership has the right to know
exactly how both companies operate.  … Particularly,
how poor "support" is at both firms.

Should your attorneys decide to sue, by all means do
so.  With an exceptionally corrupt and abusive court
system, Dell indeed would likely prevail.  Regardless
of the truth.  After all, your multi-billion dollar
corporation can easily financially impose its will.
Would be an empty victory for several reasons,
however.

First, would fully publicly demonstrate precisely how
abusive and repressive a powerful corporate entity can
be, -- ultimately costing market share.  After all,
why buy Dell when you can purchase HP, -- a company
far more attentive to customer concerns and
complaints?

Second, would certainly publicly expose Dell "Support"
for being inept, unresponsive, and profoundly
obfuscating.  Sadly, -- the number one problem in the
view of product users.   … Again, costing market
share.

Third, a suit would bring this publication additional
recognition nationally.  With readership exponentially
expanding, can only further aid and assist, no?

Fourth, should Dell prevail, this publication has no
assets, -- other than the piece of trash this message
is typed on.  Remember?  The supposedly "factory
refurbished" Latitude Mr. Notebook fraudulently sold
as rebuilt?

Fifth, this writer has no assets. Certainly, "judgment
proof", so to speak.  The truth regarding this entire
fiasco would come out in court for all to see,
regardless of whether or not Dell uses its
considerable assets to buy a favorable, self-serving
outcome.

So, should your legal beagles choose to file suit,
bring it on.  … Hardball?  You bet.  Can only wonder
how many others have had to put up with this same
crap, or worse.  While they had no options, this
publication certainly does.  Can indeed expose it to
the light of day.

Bottom line, Mr. DeRosier, is the fact the office of
the CEO has not had the courtesy nor seen fit to
answer the enclosed letter, preferring to stonewall.
-- Or possibly never received the letter at all.

… Could have been conveniently intercepted by a crony
in the Dell mail department?  After all, you knew full
well it was coming.  Nothing less than a response from
the office of the CEO is acceptable.

If his office indeed received the correspondence, it
is glaringly indifferent to unresolved customer
complaints.  Has apparently refused to right the wrong
regardless of legal culpability or lack thereof.

Certainly, aggressively stupid since you've already
likely lost more in sales than it would have cost to
correct the problem.  Corporate image is priceless,
isn't it, or has Dell Computer indeed grown too fat
and complacent to care?  -- Or is this merely a matter
of one Dell employee desperately trying to cover his
ass and/or that of his department?

Dear Mr. Dell:

A Dell factory refurbished Latitude was purchased from Mr. Notebook by [redacted] of [redacted] and donated to this non-profit publication about a year ago.  Despite a nearly $900 expenditure, this machine has been a piece of trash since purchase.  Support from Mr. Notebook was non-existent.  Sadly, Dell Support was not much better.

Clearly, after a year's worth of problems, factory "refurbished" does not mean factory "rebuilt".  Apparently, the hard disk, floppy, and CD drives were never replaced.  -- The most likely sources of product failure.  In addition, the supposedly replaced lithium-ion battery module has a design flaw.  Although the machine has always been run on AC power and the battery maintained at 100% charge, intelligence circuitry in the module failed, rendering the battery worthless.  -- Coincidentally occurred during the latest email foray with Dell Support regarding floppy disk failure.  … Aren't I lucky?  Incredibly blessed?

All that was requested from Dell Support this time around, however, was a pointer to diagnostics that would have pinpointed the problem with the floppy drive.  … Not absolutely sure yet whether the failure lies only in the drive itself, or may also involve the socket and possibly bugs in drivers common to both the floppy and CD ROM drives.  Sadly, the CD ROM has never worked flawlessly either and has had occasional problems of reliability.  … At least, it's still working, however.  Unlike the floppy.

While Dell Support indeed provided a pointer to diagnostics, the download ironically requires use of boot disk and floppy.  Indeed, a problem of not being able to get from here to there.  When pointed out to Support, received no further assistance, -- just an outrageous run around.  … Despite assurances on the Dell website such email support supposedly exists for life of the product.

Mr. Dell, I can certainly understand you cannot be aware of all problems within a large corporation.  You do, however, have unaddressed flaws with "refurbished" machines sold by disreputable vendors fraudulently and phonily invoking Dell corporate name, image, and prestige, and more importantly, horrendous problems with a totally unresponsive Dell Support division.  No question, it is doing damage to corporate public image and reputation.  Sadly, although your machines are extremely popular, the greatest problem I've heard from users is lack of support.  Can certainly attest to that from personal experience.

Support outrageously refused to provide an email address for your office, -- unlike HP and other corporations more responsive to unresolved customer problems and complaints.  … An email address would have certainly provided an easy practical way of sending the entire email exchange over the last year.  Would have sorely indicated glaring obfuscation, non-responsiveness, and interminable intentional delay.  Hard to believe you're unaware.  Than again, Dell Corporation could apparently care less.

Mr. Notebook sold the Latitude as a Dell factory refurbished machine, supposedly tested by Dell-trained technicians, clearly so indicated on the bottom of the computer.  Again, the floppy, CD, and hard drives apparently were never replaced.  The most likely components to fail.   Since factory refurbished clearly does not mean factory rebuilt, the computer is no more than a used machine.  … A machine that could have been bought for half the price at a resale shop.  Even less if purchased privately.  With the price of new notebooks precipitously dropping recently to the $900 range and technically capable of running circles around this dinosaur, assuredly have no intention of dumping additional money into this piece of trash.

Mr. Notebook, on the day of purchase, claimed this machine to be factory refurbished.  Repeatedly made the claim.  Clearly, it was not.  Mr. Notebook quickly washed its hands of this lemon, failing to answer follow-up correspondence from this publication regarding product failure shortly after purchase.  Have no intention of wasting additional time and effort haggling further with Mr. Notebook, -- other than to publish an investigative article exposing this entire fiasco.  After all, the public is entitled to know exactly how business was done.

Due to several serious problems never corrected by Dell or Mr. Notebook since purchase of this falsely alleged Dell factory refurbished product, however, can honestly say at this point I would never again purchase a Dell computer, -- new, used, or "factory refurbished".  From anyone.  Certainly would never encourage others to purchase Dell either.  Indeed, why take the risk and put up with the hassle?

Regardless of whether or not Dell Corporation is technically or legally responsible for fraudulent claims made by a vendor of Dell machines, the damage done to corporate image is indeed severe nonetheless.  The lack of competent support and assistance from Dell Corporation in the matter is stunning.  Certainly, costly in terms of good faith and product loyalty lost.  Regardless of legal responsibility.

Have enclosed the last few emails from Support upper management refusing to provide an email address for your office and highly indicative and glaringly demonstrative of ongoing obfuscation over the last year.  Little more than canned, computer-generated messages containing phony platitudes and false concern designed to obfuscate and stonewall rather than provide technical assistance or resolution.  Apparently, the problem is top-down, since tone and substance of upper management Support is no different than that of lower level techs.  Although unquestionably a public service, have held off publishing an investigative article until I hear from your office.

As promised, the letter of complaint sent to Burnet County Judge Martin McLean, regarding fraudulent Ledger Maxpages and Stormpages site deletions originating from the Burnet County Library System and resulting in the ejection of this writer from library computers, has finally been posted.  Readers are reminded this is not the end of the matter.  Just the beginning.  For ongoing coverage of the criminal attacks as well as the letter to the Judge sent in response, click here.

As strongly asserted in the last 84 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.

Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.

Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?

Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
