That's right.  The "President" appointed Ole' Henry "The K" to head the September 11 probe, crowing: "We must uncover every detail and learn every lesson of Sept. 11."  Sadly, the "Chief Executive" has once again lied.  The clever and convenient appointment and installation of Mr. Kissinger virtually ensures the entire truth will never come out.  -- Shrewdly announced on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  ... The coward occupying the White House knew the controversial appointment would receive far less negative media attention before a holiday.  Also, on the holiday weekend, cowardly announced plans to provide only one-sixth the pay raise promised to federal workers.  'Ain't' "presidential" courage grand?  Awe inspiring?

Consider Kissinger's not-so-sterling past.  Ole' Hennnnneerrrrrrry wasted years "negotiating" an "agreement" with North Vietnam to end the fiasco that ultimately took the lives of some 58,000 of our best and brightest.  … Men who bled and died for no more than the best interests of Corporate America.  Not for freedom and liberty, or constitutional rights.  Precisely, why President Richard Nixon continued to prosecute the war nearly five years after disingenuously announcing he had a "plan" to end it.

Gallingly, Mr. Kissinger won a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts, -- treasonously ceding the best interests of the United States to the enemy.  … For "negotiating" absolutely no more than could have been obtained had the criminal, who later resigned the Presidency in disgrace, immediately announced withdrawal of all U.S. forces after taking office January 20, 1969.

Certainly, would have saved the lives of tens of thousands of our soldiers.  Nixon would have no part of it, however. Phonily, wanted "peace with honor."  Ole' Tricky Dick was a liar.  There was no "honor",  -- just loss of countless lives and abject misery for their families and others strongly opposed to this horrendously immoral war.  Fought for no more than the best interests of the defense industry.

Clearly, Mr. Kissinger immorally aided and abetted the corporate agenda of the President during the war.  Aided and abetted the exceptionally treasonous Secret War in Cambodia as well.  As National Security Advisor, secretly wiretapped his staff.  ... A fully willing participant in the most secretive, corrupt, and abusive presidency of the 20th Century.  ... Bar none.  Indeed, made Clinton look like a choir boy.

Nixon was exceptionally secretive for one reason and one reason only.  He was an outrageous criminal, determined to cover his ass.  No matter what, no matter how.  Sadly, the current "Administration" is far more secretive.  ... Ever wonder why?  -- Aggressively stupid enough to buy the "national security" excuse?  Unadulterated bullsh-t, shamelessly promulgated by a Nazi appointed to the White House?  A fascist hypocritically wearing phony "religion" on his sleeve, while planning an unprovoked "preemptive" attack on Iraq?

Ole' Henry "The K" went on to aid and abet Mr. Nixon's extraordinarily immoral participation in the 1973 assassination of Chile's President Salvador Allende.  The exceptionally corrupt and abusive then President of the United States had severe problems with Dr. Allende's leftist leanings, deciding to commit the CIA to his murder.  Mr. Kissinger was front and center.  A "company man."  In the pocket of the most corrupt and abusive President of the 20th Century.  Was deeply involved in the literally murderous Chilean fiasco.  Aided and abetted the Nazi butcher who replaced Allende, Pinochet.  ... To this very day.  A murderer, who despite being returned to Europe, successfully managed to elude justice.  With Kissinger's help.

Mr. Kissinger's abject support of the Republican line did not end there.  He is best known for creation of détente with the Soviet Union, -- much to the chagrin of the Fascist Right.  Severely angered hawks who desperately wanted no compromise with communism.  Whether or not one agrees with earlier policies, there is absolutely no question Mr. Kissinger did, and does, the bidding of the President of the United States.  No matter what, no matter how.  Has not a shred of independence or ability to think for himself.  None.  Clearly, is a puppet easily controlled by the White House.

Precisely, why Mr. Bush selected him to head the 9/11 "probe."  Knows full well Mr. Kissinger will not buck the master.  Henry has himself been accused of being a war criminal, been a target of related litigation, not successful to date because of his continued stonewalling.  -- With the help of cronies in government.  Consider the comments of Federation of American Scientists government secrecy expert Steven Aftergood: "Kissinger is not distinguished as an impartial judge of government misconduct, to put it mildly. To the contrary, he is an investigatee, not an investigator, and one who has stubbornly resisted the disclosure of official information to members of Congress, courts of law, private researchers, and others."  Yet, the "President" has appointed him to head the 9/11 "probe." Why?

Amusingly, the fix is apparently already in.  Democrats on the commission assert they wish to call the "President" and his top lieutenants to testify.  Kissinger has brushed the issue aside.  … So have the "President's" fascist henchmen.  Highly unlikely, the "probe" will be any more than a rubberstamp for the Nazi appointed "President." Sieg Heil, Mein Fuhrer.  America Uber Alles.  … Right Mr. "President"?

In outrageous violation of the Bill of Rights, the Nazi appointed to the White House has arrested and jailed at the very least 44 people since 9/11 as material witnesses.  Less than half have gone before grand juries to testify.  Precisely, why they were supposedly held.  To guarantee their appearance.  Again, in direct violation of the Bill of Rights.

The majority of those held have been "detained" under maximum security conditions.  … Although charged with no crime.  Held only as "witnesses."  In Nazi America.  At least seven are U.S. citizens.  All have been held from days to many months.  On no charges.  Nazi U.S. officials have refused to identify them or confirm their number.  -- Or provide the jurisdictions supposedly overseeing this outrageous atrocity.

The material witnesses statute was designed to force recalcitrant or fearful witnesses to testify.  Has been bastardized by Nazi "prosecutors" and "judges", however, to indefinitely hold people the government has no evidence against.  Again, in direct violation of the Bill of Rights.  Courtesy of a Nazi appointed "President", a fascist Attorney General and "Justice" Department, and their stooges in the "Judiciary."

Information is not a two-way street, however.  Not by a long shot in the Bush "Administration."  One of many glaring examples?  The Nazi occupying the White House is continuing to stonewall Judge Sullivan's order to release public documents germane to the "Vice-President's" energy commission.  … Had it been anyone else, contempt of court would have already been ruled.  Why in hell is Cheney's sorry ass not in jail?

Although it is impossible to know exactly how those illegally held are reacting to outrageous incarceration due to nearly total secrecy imposed by the "President", anyone falsely "detained" in Nazi America should tell these fascists to go to hell.  Refuse to cooperate, provide no information.  Absolutely none.  Rot in jail at taxpayer expense.  This is not a war against terror.  It is a war against civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  … Courtesy of a fascist appointed "President." Problems with this country's outrageously corrupt and abusive "judiciary" sadly extend far back before the installation of George "The Tush" Bush as "President" by our exceptionally fascist Supreme "Court."  One exquisitely glaring example?  The "prosecution" and "conviction" of Illinois resident Tabitha Pollock for a crime she did not commit.

Ms. Pollock has served seven years of a 36-year sentence.  For what?  For being asleep when her boyfriend killed her three-year-old daughter, and for failing to anticipate the murder.  For not being a mindreader.  Only in Nazi America could "justice" be so perverted, twisted, convoluted, eviscerated, and bastardized, -- with the blessing of the cowardly population directly responsible for this continuing outrageous fiasco.  Kangaroo justice, at its worst.

The Illinois Supreme Court overturned the "conviction" last month, declaring it had no basis in law.  Duh.  Yet, this woman is still incarcerated and will continue to be at least an additional few weeks.  Why?   Exceptionally corrupt and abusive Nazi government thugs have adopted this woman's children out to other families. Why?  It is not clear she will ever regain custody.

Where is the outrage of the supposedly "family-friendly" "Religious" Right?  Have also taken her house, car, and possessions.  … In Nazi America, where manure smells sweet and fascism reeks.  Where theft by Nazi goons is legal and cowardly supported by the aggressively stupid American population.

No question, the sexual abuse of children is a horrendous problem in this country.  The effects are terribly debilitating and last a lifetime.  Precisely, why pedophiles must be aggressively prosecuted.  Should be locked up for the rest of their lives, preferably in a mental institution for the criminally insane.  No chance of release.  Ever.  The recidivism rate is extremely high.  Effective treatment, nearly non-existent.  The safety of children requires offenders be permanently removed from the streets.

Laws need to be changed to allow sequestration for life of pedophiles from society.  Nearly every such offender has been abused as a child.  Precisely, why such criminals belong in a therapeutic secure facility for the rest of their lives.  The only way they'll receive whatever treatment is currently available.  The only way children can be protected from predators who cannot, at the present, be "cured."  -- Nor for the foreseeable future.

While prosecution should indeed be aggressive, it must be strictly within the confines of law and the Constitution.  Rightfully, public pressure on prosecutors is tremendous in such cases.  In unbridled zeal, however, some have crossed the line.  Example?  The case of Steven Peterman, 44, of Kansas.  This sick puppy needs help.  No question.  So do prosecutors.  They couldn't be bothered developing a legitimate case.  Too difficult.  Too inconvenient.  Much easier to entrap the target.

Peterman was convicted of "attempted" rape.  … Of a non-existent ten-year-old girl.  That's right.  A "victim" who was not real, just imagined.  That's not all.  Since the "victim" wasn't real and no actual attempted sexual assault occurred, Nazi "prosecutors" convicted him of "planning" the "attack."

In fascist America, day is night, night is day, and manure smells sweet.   … Would you believe Nazi "prosecutor" Keith Schroeder shamelessly declared with a straight face Peterman was not prosecuted for merely contemplating the rape of a kid?  He wasn't?  Counselor, there was no "victim."  By your own admission.  Since there was no victim, there could be no attempted rape.  To assert otherwise, contradicts logic.  … Legally speaking, how can one "attempt" to rape an imagined "victim?"  Not surprisingly, the Nazi admitted to applying "a little bit of legal gymnastics" in filing the charge.  … No sh-t, Counselor.  Adolph and Benito would have been proud.

Where in hell was the "judge?"  … Apparently, had his head so far up his ass, his eyeballs turned inside out.  Two wrongs don't make a right.  Nailing the sick bastard using nothing more than unconstitutional outrageous kangaroo tactics, only demonstrates pathetic profound incompetence of the legal system.  … A system that has turned into no more than a joke.  Precisely, why the judiciary has become the laughing stock of a perversely ill country, heading backwards.  To the cave.

In a deliberate attempt to aid and abet its cronies at Eli Lilly, the manufacturer of thimerosal, (a mercury-based preservative used in vaccines), the "President" of the United States has ordered the "Justice" Department to seek court-ordered sealing of documents related to this outrageous fiasco.  Does not want victims to have access to information that could be used in court to sue the pharmaceutical firm.

Boston attorney Michael R. Hugo rightfully declared: "We're dealing with real injury to real children in a program that is funded by taxpayer dollars.  It is unbelievable to me that the president of the United States, in the name of trying to help the drug industry, would put the interests of the drug industry over the interests of neurologically impaired sick children and their parents."

In fairness to the Nazi occupying the White House, however, accusations regarding supposedly detrimental effects of some vaccines have existed for years.  … Fueled by the "Religious" Right.  Accusations, that have yet to be fully substantiated by science and the courts.  Allegations, that desperately need to be fully litigated in the Nazi court system, for one reason and one reason only, -- the safety of the American people.  Should the courts balk, would be further proof the "judiciary" is hopelessly fascist.  … And growing worse.

The "President", normally in the pocket of the "Religious" Right, has glaringly shown his true colors in this matter, however.  American corporations and their best interests come before those of the people.  The "President" is clearly obstructing justice by not allowing full access to government records regarding this fiasco.  Yet, still another reason to impeach, convict, and remove this Nazi from office.

Readers are reminded the "President's" GOP Congressional cronies successfully included provisions in recently enacted Homeland Security legislation that protect this very same pharmaceutical manufacturer from liability regarding its vaccines.  No question, the GOP could care less about the American people.  Only, its cronies in big business.

Kicker?  No one in Congress or the White House will admit adding the protective provision into the Homeland Security Bill. No one.  Riveting, isn't it?  The gutless bastard or bastards responsible for protecting this pharmaceutical giant against aggrieved victims have not had the courage to date to admit culpability.

Legislators had more than enough motive to aid and abet this travesty of justice.  -- Lilly provided more money in the last election to candidates for office than any other drug manufacturer.  $1.6 million.  … Who'd a 'thunk' 79% of it went to Republicans?  That's right, the Grand Old Party got more than its fair share of the loot.  -- Loot, in reality no more than naked bribery.  The American way.

Daddy Bush "The First" sat on the Lilly Board back in the late 70's.  Current White House Budget Director Mitchell E. Daniels Jr. has exceptionally close ties to the corporation.  … Is a former executive.  Lilly Chairman and CEO Sidney Taurel, last June, was appointed by the Nazi occupying the Oval Office to a council that will advise Die Fuhrer on, -- guess what?  Domestic security.  Precious, isn't it?  Indeed, warms the cockles of the heart.

In the world of fascism, day is night, night is day, and manure always smells sweet.  In other words, all "reasoning" is ludicrously over-simplified, desperately convoluted.  Clear insight to this problem is offered by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld in recent comments to CNN regarding Die Fuhrer's murderous unprovoked plans to "preemptively" attack Iraq:

"The reason the president decided to go into the United Nations and accept the reality that inspections might not work was that he concluded war is the last choice, not the first choice, and that Saddam Hussein might see the seriousness of purpose and resolution on the part of the international community as a sign that the game was up and that it was time for him to leave the country and go somewhere else with his family and friends."

Apparently, the Defense Secretary believes in Santa, the Easter Bunny, and Tooth Fairy.  Like the appointed "President", Mr. Rumsfeld is a liar.  The only reason Mr. Bush was dragged kicking and screaming to the UN for rubberstamp approval of his murderous plans, was nearly universal world condemnation.  Only Israel and Britain were in the "President's" pocket.  Mr. Rumsfeld, and other Bush henchmen, are exceptionally gifted and skilled at distorting reality and conveniently re-writing history.  The level of deception is remarkable, and has eclipsed that of the Nixon Administration, arguably the most corrupt and abusive of the 20th Century.

Worse, the Nazi "President" and his henchmen fail to see the link between al Qaeda and the war by Palestinian militants against Israel.  ... A war that is a struggle for independence and an end to Israeli occupation of Palestinian land.  It is precisely this issue, unresolved for 35 years at the very least, that is directly responsible for the rise of terrorist organizations, including al Qaeda.  Mr. Bush and his henchmen won't admit this, since it would immediately lead to radical restructuring of the U.S.-Israeli relationship.  Causing enormous political problems for both major political parties, -- particularly the GOP.  ... A long-term champion and mindless shill of and for Israeli atrocities perpetrated against Palestinians.

Nazis in the Bush "Administration" continue to make excuses for the butchers running Saudi Arabia.  Butchers who behead adulterers and chop off the hands of thieves.  Unwilling to severely pressure the Saudi royal family to end all financing of terrorist operations, Mr. Bush and his cronies are not aggressively pursuing an investigation of whether or not Saudi Princess Haifa provided funds to two 9/11 hijackers.

Why?  Simple.  It's the oil, stupid.  Should the "President" follow through with unprovoked plans to attack Iraq "preemptively", he wants to ensure the flow of oil.  … Until a puppet government beholden to Mr. Bush and his friends in the energy industry is securely in place.

Needless deaths of innocent Americans directly due to Saudi financing of terrorists?  Not a concern to the Nazi appointed "President."  An unfortunate cost of war and political expediency to a "Chief Executive" determined to consolidate power and impose a fascist police-state here, and apparently abroad.

Consider the following remarks by the "President" regarding outrageously unconstitutional Homeland Security legislation just signed into law:  "The continuing threat of terrorism, the threat of mass murder on our own soil, will be met with a unified, effective response.  Dozens of agencies charged with homeland security will now be located within one cabinet department with the mandate and legal authority to protect our people.  America will be better able to respond to any future attacks, to reduce our vulnerability and, most important, prevent the terrorists from taking innocent American lives."

Sadly, the "President" is a liar.  This outrageous legislation has been carefully designed to line the pockets of Mr. Bush's cronies in the corporate community, eviscerate what's left of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments, and consolidate power in the Nazi appointed "Chief Executive."  Effectively establishing a fascist police-state.  The "President" could care less regarding the "security" of the people. It's the power, stupid.

Not surprisingly and as a result, police departments in major cities across the country are eagerly clamoring for a return to domestic spying and illegal blackbag operations, criminally perpetrated against "suspects" for many years until outlawed in the 70's.  Now, falsely to be resurrected in the name of "national security."  Adolph and Benito would have been proud.

--  Gestapo tactics, outlawed years ago for exceptionally good reason.  ... Cases against radical groups such as the Black Panthers were lost because juries realized the police had committed crimes in the process, and were indeed no better than those targeted.  In current Nazi America, the gutless public has conveniently forgotten recent past history.  Cowardly, succumbing to abject terror.  To date, al Qaeda has clearly won.

Even Ole' George "The Tush" Bush carefully hedged his bets, cleverly throwing in the self-serving revealing caveat:  "No department of government can completely guarantee our safety against ruthless killers, who move and plot in shadows."  No kidding, Mr. "President."  … How 'bout 'dat'?  What will you do, when the people finally grow wise to the charade, George?  Impose martial law in the name of "national security?"  … When people fully understand the game is truly imposition of a fascist police-state and not "national security" as falsely claimed?

Evisceration of civil liberties and constitutional rights is by far the most atrocious exceptionally disturbing concern regarding this outrageous legislation.  There are also others.  Consider commentary from the families of the victims of 9/11:

Donald W. Goodrich lost a son: "To think that they're invoking the name of my son and all the other victims for a bill this bad, it's really offensive.  People in Washington are attaching their personal agendas and their corporate agendas to a bill that's supposed to protect this country, to make sure that this kind of attack never happens again.  That's very troubling to me and many others like me."

Regarding targeted protection in the Homeland Security statute of companies bearing responsibility for the catastrophe, Mr. Goodrich declared: "Some people say that we should accept the bill as a whole because of the good it does, despite the new amendments.  Well, I just don't accept that. I just don't think that politicians should use the tragedy of Sept. 11 as a wedge to gain some kind of unrelated advantage. It's totally upside down."

Kristen Breitweiser of Middletown, N.J. lost her husband in the Trade Center: "Why would the House Republicans give the screening companies a get-out-of-jail-free card at the last minute?  The families are outraged by this.  We were down there lobbying last week and trying to make the case that this will hurt us, but they did it anyway. It's just a slap in the face to the victims."

Mary Ellen Salamone of North Caldwell, N.J. also lost a husband in the Towers: "You assume after an event like this that the politicians will do what's right, and then you see that so much of it is political favors and Republican-Democrat stuff.  I feel like I could write a book about everything I learned about politics that I never wanted to know."

Anger is also directed at the Bush "Administration's" effort to protect those responsible in the intelligence community.  Families of Sept. 11 leader Stephen Push remarked:  "There was a real disappointment when the administration decided not to include the intelligence agencies — the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. — in the department.  We knew that the major foul-ups that contributed to 9/11 had to do with the failure of the intelligence agencies to communicate with each other, and it was hard to see how this department would help with that. So we didn't make this one of our legislative priorities."

That's right.  Precisely, what the Bush "Administration" has done over the last year.   Not only by controlling the membership and agenda of scientific committees, but through iron-fisted control of dissemination of information.  Outrageously, the Department of Health and Human Services is censoring medical information on government websites. Why?

To impose the "President's" perverse "religious" beliefs.  The Nazi appointed to the White House is determined to use government power to promote his philosophy of sexual abstinence.  A key tenet of sick "religion."  While the "Chief Executive" is indeed free to believe as he pleases, he is not at liberty to impose his perverse views on others, using government power, facilities, etc. to do so.  Doesn't stop the Nazi from abusing his power and violating his oath of office, however.

The government has expunged information on the absolutely unarguably true fact condom use reduces transmission of AIDS.  No question.  None.  Has also removed information indicating the fact abortion does not increase risk of breast cancer.  Also, callously removed website material explaining how to run existent programs, proven to reduce sexual activity of teenagers.  Why?  They did not promote only abstinence.

Don't confuse these perverse Nazis with the truth.  They can't handle it.  The appointed "President" and his equally fascist cronies are determined to impose the "religious" beliefs of the "Religious" Right on all of us.  Not, just adolescents.  Die Fuhrer "knows best", doesn't he?  All dictators do.  As Saddam, Mr. Bush believes he has to instruct people on "proper" sexual philosophy, etiquette, and practice.

Apparently, the "President" wants to see the appalling failure rate of some 60% of new marriages to continue unabated.  … Precisely, what imposed "Administration" sexual philosophy will secure.  Why?  Simple.  Besides financial issues, sexual incompatibility and/or boredom is a leading cause of divorce.  While Mr. Bush would never suggest buying a car without taking a test drive, he is more than willing to tell you to delay sex until marriage.

… Think the "President", and others who "believe" as he does, would also recommend delaying eating, breathing, sleeping, urinating, defecating, etc.?  Ludicrous?  Why not?  After all, sex is a biological function little different than any other.  … Oh.  …  Almost forgot.  "Religious" fascists do not believe this.  Why not?  Simple.  Exceptionally, simple.

There is no stronger method of controlling people than to manipulate sexual function and behavior.  None.  Not even money is anywhere near as effective.  The Nazi Right knows this.  Uses it to its advantage to impose its will, and conveniently exercise exquisite control over people.  Shamelessly, cowardly using fear and abject ignorance to impose its agenda and perverse will.

Such individuals are the same people who interpret the Bible literally, and fervently believe in stoning gays, adulterers, and fornicators to death, as prescribed by the sick puppy who wrote Leviticus.  -- Who physically assault their children perversely in the "name of God", the same sick bastards who salivate at the prospect of additional executions.  Many of whom, innocent.  … Think such ignorant ill souls still believe in a flat earth?

Planned Parenthood Federation of America President Gloria Feldt hit the nail on the head:  "They are gagging scientists and doctors. They are censoring medical and scientific facts. It's ideology and not medicine. The consequences to the health and well-being of American citizens are secondary to this administration."

No question, Ms. Feldt is exactly right.  … All part of the "President's" true intentions of establishing a "Christian" theocracy, in direct violation of the First Amendment.  As pointed out many times in this publication, the "Religious" Right does not represent the thinking of mainstream Christians who are appalled at the current bastardization and evisceration of Christianity.  -- The very same bastardization of principle that occurred in Nazi Germany and fascist Italy.

As reported here and elsewhere earlier, outrageous corporate welfare for the insurance industry was recently passed by Congress and has now been signed into law by the Nazi occupying the White House.  The statute is no more than a taxpayer bailout of the insurance industry, should there be another catastrophic terrorist attack.  … This, coming from a Republican Party which supposedly believes in "free" enterprise.  -- Clearly does not believe, however, in the right of businesses to fail.  Only, to succeed.  Conveniently, with taxpayer dollars as necessary and required.

Consumer Federation of America Legislative Director Travis Plunkett got it quite right declaring: "Instead of helping the relatively few businesses that can't get terror coverage, Congress is poised to give away reinsurance to a rich and politically powerful insurance industry."  No kidding, Mr. Plunkett.  Where the hell is the outrage of Democrats who supposedly support consumers and champion the "little guy?"

… Or that of Republicans who are so violently opposed to financial aid to women with dependent children, but remain so willing to line their pockets and those of their bosom buddies in Corporate America?  While laughing their portly asses off all the way to the bank, -- after properly giving thanks to God for their great looted fortune every Sunday on bended knee.  … 'Ain't' hypocrisy grand?

According to the National Governors Association, November 25, the states are suffering the worst fiscal crisis since the Second World War.  The report indicated: "Nearly every state is in fiscal crisis."  ... Riveting, isn't it?  Governors are claiming there will be enormous cutbacks in Medicaid and other programs in the near future.  … At a time when federal spending and the national debt have skyrocketed at the hands of Republicans determined to enrich defense contractors by waging unlimited war and making permanent, tax breaks to the richest of the rich.  Be interesting to see how much longer before the public finally wises up to the scam.

In a desperate attempt to offset the federal deficit, both major political parties engage in smoke and mirrors.  Can and does lead to needless deaths, however.  Example?  We have an exceptionally dangerous abandoned mine problem in the United States.  People die foolishly exploring old shafts. Toxic substances reduce the oxygen level leading to asphyxiation.  Tunnels cave in, making them extremely dangerous to recreational ATVs roaming the surface.  Riders have fallen hundreds of feet to their deaths during cave-ins of old mines.

In the last three years, 109 people have needlessly lost their lives.  There are approximately 500,000 abandoned mines in the United States.  That's right, a half million.  A national trust fund was created in 1977 to solve the problem.  Subsidized by a tax, paid by coal companies.  Some $4 billion was spent over the last 24 years to seal the mines.

There is an additional $1.5 billion that Congress has refused to spend.  Why?  To offset the budget.  People are dying, so Republicans and Democrats can crow they're "doing something" about spending.  … Denying funding, already collected from corporate offenders.  Precisely earmarked monies, intended to be spent, solving the problem.

Rightfully, Republicans have vigorously challenged foreign aid for years.  Are directly responsible for back dues "owed" to the United Nations.  Apparently, things have changed.  No question, absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Not surprisingly, the GOP now sees the exquisite advantage of using cash to manipulate foreign governments to do the bidding of the Nazi appointed "President."

The "Administration" has proposed yet another new federal bureaucracy, the Millennium Challenge Account program.  … This, coming from Republicans who supposedly oppose unlimited federal power, and phonily support a return to states' rights.  As Democrats, the GOP talks out both sides of its mouth whenever convenient.

The Grand Old Party, determined to impose fascism, wants to see Die Fuhrer empowered to dole out foreign funds to countries who properly tow the American line.  … Reward good behavior, punish bad.  Abuse foreign governments as they abuse their own children, -- "in the name of the Lord", you understand.  … After all, these fascists know best, don't they?

The new program, amounting to some $5 billion annually in additional slush funds for foreign aid, is disingenuously proposed as a means to supplement current foreign aid, and counter criticism coming from some who do not think the U.S. is supposedly doing its fair share.  In reality, it will be used as a stick to impose American will on the rest of the world.  As all fascists, "Administration" officials eagerly apply and offer oversimplistic analysis and solutions to enormously difficult problems.  Do so, for glaringly self-serving purposes.

Interestingly, countries will be required to compete for such handouts.  … Dance for their American masters, who carefully manipulate and artfully pull their puppet strings.  Another example of American Aryan arrogance, and precisely why this country is so despised and hated throughout the world.  Yet, the aggressively stupid American public peacefully sleeps on.

Israeli military goons shot and killed, November 22, a British United Nations worker.  Gutlessly, shot in the back.  … In a compound of three trailers, fenced off, and clearly marked as belonging to the UN.  John Hook, 54, was apparently denied medical care.  Israeli military thugs reportedly hindered an ambulance sent to evacuate him.  Be interesting to see how Israel weasels its way out of this one.

Mr. Klee recently informed this writer he's once again considering running for the Llano Independent School District Board.  Rightfully and tirelessly, has been highly critical of waste and corruption in the District for many years.  While willing to do whatever is necessary regarding public appearances, writing of campaign literature, etc., he desperately needs financial backing and assistance with the "grunt" work.

Tasks, such as placement of signs, distribution of fliers, and similar legwork.  Readers are reminded the Board is not paid.  Pointedly, only get what they can steal or receive in bribes.  -- While slapping the Good Ole'Boy occupying the Superintendent's office hard on the back, sharing in the wealth.  Looted taxpayer money.  Time for a breath of fresh air.  Klee could and would do some good, rattling a few cages in an effort to force badly-needed change.

LISD is suffering severe financial distress due to years of neglect, greed, theft, misuse of taxpayer money, etc..  From launch of this publication until recently, has always been aggressively targeted on this website.  No one would listen, however.  Sadly, the chickens are finally coming home to roost.  Tough, isn't it?

LISD Superintendent Jack Patton has a history of financial disaster and problems left behind in both Menard and Hereford.  They were glad to get rid of him, according to a former board member and newspaper editor from both communities contacted by this writer about a year and a half ago.  Has done no better here. This outrageous jackass has deliberately run the District into the ground.

If you support badly-needed change and a fresh point of view on the Board, why not contact Mr. Klee at hklee@tstar.net?  Should the Superintendent and current Board continue unchallenged, expect the tax burden to become far more severe.  Sadly, these white-collar thugs will never get enough, and will continue to mercilessly loot, picking your pockets clean, until you courageously take action and put an end to it.  … Should you insist on remaining deafeningly and cowardly silent, however, you get precisely what you richly deserve.

Dear Mr. DeRosier:

The following ignored snail-mailed letter to Mr. Dell
has been published in the last two editions of The
Llano Ledger.  Readers are entitled to know precisely
how Mr. Notebook and Dell Computer do business.
Indeed, a public service.  Will continue to be posted
weekly for months.  -- Until I get tired of it.

At that time, a new webpage on The Ledger website will
be created.  All correspondence between Mr. Notebook
as well as Dell "Support" and this writer will be
posted.  -- Again, the readership has the right to know
exactly how both companies operate.  … Particularly,
how poor "support" is at both firms.

Should your attorneys decide to sue, by all means do
so.  With an exceptionally corrupt and abusive court
system, Dell indeed would likely prevail.  Regardless
of the truth.  After all, your multi-billion dollar
corporation can easily financially impose its will.
Would be an empty victory for several reasons,
however.

First, would fully publicly demonstrate precisely how
abusive and repressive a powerful corporate entity can
be, -- ultimately costing market share.  After all,
why buy Dell when you can purchase HP, -- a company
far more attentive to customer concerns and
complaints?

Second, would certainly publicly expose Dell "Support"
for being inept, unresponsive, and profoundly
obfuscating.  Sadly, -- the number one problem in the
view of product users.   … Again, costing market
share.

Third, a suit would bring this publication additional
recognition nationally.  With readership exponentially
expanding, can only further aid and assist, no?

Fourth, should Dell prevail, this publication has no
assets, -- other than the piece of trash this message
is typed on.  Remember?  The supposedly "factory
refurbished" Latitude Mr. Notebook fraudulently sold
as rebuilt?

Fifth, this writer has no assets. Certainly, "judgment
proof", so to speak.  The truth regarding this entire
fiasco would come out in court for all to see,
regardless of whether or not Dell uses its
considerable assets to buy a favorable, self-serving
outcome.

So, should your legal beagles choose to file suit,
bring it on.  … Hardball?  You bet.  Can only wonder
how many others have had to put up with this same
crap, or worse.  While they had no options, this
publication certainly does.  Can indeed expose it to
the light of day.

Bottom line, Mr. DeRosier, is the fact the office of
the CEO has not had the courtesy nor seen fit to
answer the enclosed letter, preferring to stonewall.
-- Or possibly never received the letter at all.

… Could have been conveniently intercepted by a crony
in the Dell mail department?  After all, you knew full
well it was coming.  Nothing less than a response from
the office of the CEO is acceptable.

If his office indeed received the correspondence, it
is glaringly indifferent to unresolved customer
complaints.  Has apparently refused to right the wrong
regardless of legal culpability or lack thereof.

Certainly, aggressively stupid since you've already
likely lost more in sales than it would have cost to
correct the problem.  Corporate image is priceless,
isn't it, or has Dell Computer indeed grown too fat
and complacent to care?  -- Or is this merely a matter
of one Dell employee desperately trying to cover his
ass and/or that of his department?

Dear Mr. Dell:

A Dell factory refurbished Latitude was purchased from Mr. Notebook by [redacted] of [redacted] and donated to this non-profit publication about a year ago.  Despite a nearly $900 expenditure, this machine has been a piece of trash since purchase.  Support from Mr. Notebook was non-existent.  Sadly, Dell Support was not much better.

Clearly, after a year's worth of problems, factory "refurbished" does not mean factory "rebuilt".  Apparently, the hard disk, floppy, and CD drives were never replaced.  -- The most likely sources of product failure.  In addition, the supposedly replaced lithium-ion battery module has a design flaw.  Although the machine has always been run on AC power and the battery maintained at 100% charge, intelligence circuitry in the module failed, rendering the battery worthless.  -- Coincidentally occurred during the latest email foray with Dell Support regarding floppy disk failure.  … Aren't I lucky?  Incredibly blessed?

All that was requested from Dell Support this time around, however, was a pointer to diagnostics that would have pinpointed the problem with the floppy drive.  … Not absolutely sure yet whether the failure lies only in the drive itself, or may also involve the socket and possibly bugs in drivers common to both the floppy and CD ROM drives.  Sadly, the CD ROM has never worked flawlessly either and has had occasional problems of reliability.  … At least, it's still working, however.  Unlike the floppy.

While Dell Support indeed provided a pointer to diagnostics, the download ironically requires use of boot disk and floppy.  Indeed, a problem of not being able to get from here to there.  When pointed out to Support, received no further assistance, -- just an outrageous run around.  … Despite assurances on the Dell website such email support supposedly exists for life of the product.

Mr. Dell, I can certainly understand you cannot be aware of all problems within a large corporation.  You do, however, have unaddressed flaws with "refurbished" machines sold by disreputable vendors fraudulently and phonily invoking Dell corporate name, image, and prestige, and more importantly, horrendous problems with a totally unresponsive Dell Support division.  No question, it is doing damage to corporate public image and reputation.  Sadly, although your machines are extremely popular, the greatest problem I've heard from users is lack of support.  Can certainly attest to that from personal experience.

Support outrageously refused to provide an email address for your office, -- unlike HP and other corporations more responsive to unresolved customer problems and complaints.  … An email address would have certainly provided an easy practical way of sending the entire email exchange over the last year.  Would have sorely indicated glaring obfuscation, non-responsiveness, and interminable intentional delay.  Hard to believe you're unaware.  Than again, Dell Corporation could apparently care less.

Mr. Notebook sold the Latitude as a Dell factory refurbished machine, supposedly tested by Dell-trained technicians, clearly so indicated on the bottom of the computer.  Again, the floppy, CD, and hard drives apparently were never replaced.  The most likely components to fail.   Since factory refurbished clearly does not mean factory rebuilt, the computer is no more than a used machine.  … A machine that could have been bought for half the price at a resale shop.  Even less if purchased privately.  With the price of new notebooks precipitously dropping recently to the $900 range and technically capable of running circles around this dinosaur, assuredly have no intention of dumping additional money into this piece of trash.

Mr. Notebook, on the day of purchase, claimed this machine to be factory refurbished.  Repeatedly made the claim.  Clearly, it was not.  Mr. Notebook quickly washed its hands of this lemon, failing to answer follow-up correspondence from this publication regarding product failure shortly after purchase.  Have no intention of wasting additional time and effort haggling further with Mr. Notebook, -- other than to publish an investigative article exposing this entire fiasco.  After all, the public is entitled to know exactly how business was done.

Due to several serious problems never corrected by Dell or Mr. Notebook since purchase of this falsely alleged Dell factory refurbished product, however, can honestly say at this point I would never again purchase a Dell computer, -- new, used, or "factory refurbished".  From anyone.  Certainly would never encourage others to purchase Dell either.  Indeed, why take the risk and put up with the hassle?

Regardless of whether or not Dell Corporation is technically or legally responsible for fraudulent claims made by a vendor of Dell machines, the damage done to corporate image is indeed severe nonetheless.  The lack of competent support and assistance from Dell Corporation in the matter is stunning.  Certainly, costly in terms of good faith and product loyalty lost.  Regardless of legal responsibility.

Have enclosed the last few emails from Support upper management refusing to provide an email address for your office and highly indicative and glaringly demonstrative of ongoing obfuscation over the last year.  Little more than canned, computer-generated messages containing phony platitudes and false concern designed to obfuscate and stonewall rather than provide technical assistance or resolution.  Apparently, the problem is top-down, since tone and substance of upper management Support is no different than that of lower level techs.  Although unquestionably a public service, have held off publishing an investigative article until I hear from your office.

As strongly asserted in the last 83 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.

Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?

Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
