Bush "Administration" Waffling

Gullibility of an aggressively stupid American public has always been an issue, -- particularly after 9/11.  Fear and gutless insecurity are prime movers in the human equation.  So is greed.  All glaringly evident as Americans ignore outrageous evisceration of civil liberties and constitutional rights, as well as shameless war-profiteering.

Sooner or later chickens come home to roost, however, and the remarkable ineptness of Mr. Bush and his cronies is finally beginning to generate concern.  In the last few weeks, the "President" has dodged and weaved, repeatedly reversing himself on the latest Israeli-Palestinian crisis.  No coherent strategy and indecisive leadership.  No clarity, conviction, or stability.  No substance.

These criticisms have been made constantly by this publication.  Now they are coming not only from Arabs, but the Right in this country as well.  Interesting, isn't it?  While criticism is expected from those suffering at Israeli hands, quite remarkably it is now generated in the "President's" camp.  Apparently, "conservatives" are unhappy with internal divisions in the Bush "Administration".

Example?  Policy on Iraq.  One faction asserts the "Administration" is preparing for a military attack.  Another claims not so.  Which is it, George?  Should you decide to proceed, care to bother asking Congress for a declaration of war as required constitutionally?

Criticism of Ole' George, however, has remained remarkably timid, especially coming from Democrats.  Commenting on the recent Venezuelan gaffe by the "President", Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) gingerly remarked: "Let me choose my words carefully.  It was . . . somewhat inept."  Hey, Joe?  Where are your balls?  Somebody cut 'em off?  … "Somewhat inept"?  Wake up.  The "President" appeared to support the overthrow of a duly elected leader and denied it was a military coup.  -- Only to be deeply embarrassed as Mr. Chavez returned to power some two days later.  …  Again, "somewhat inept"?

Televangelist Pat Robertson, a bona fide fascist, was considerably more courageous in his criticism, pointedly asserting "the president has made a big mistake" while commenting on the "Administration's" waffling on the Israeli offensive and Arafat.  Interesting, isn't it?  Such criticism is also coming from extremist rags such as the Weekly Standard.

Mr. Bush faces additional criticism regarding the rebuilding of Afghanistan.  Particularly, from our allies.  Pointedly as well, the "President" has conveniently ignored a campaign promise not to engage in nation building.   A promise not to use the military in missions it is not trained for, nor equipped to properly execute.  Ole' George soundly criticized President Clinton for doing precisely the same.

Mexican President Vicente Fox is remarkably disillusioned with progress of Mexican-American relations.  Mr. Bush promised much closer ties, but has not delivered.  The "President" is also facing intense opposition by the fascist element here in regard to his stance on illegal immigrants.  -- A flash point for the jackass occupying the White House.

Foolishly ending the Clinton Administration initiative on North Korea and rattling the sabre, declaring it to be a member of the "axis of evil", Mr. Bush now asserts he wants negotiations.  Which is it, George?  When will you finally get it straight?  … Or are you determined to launch an undeclared war there with or without the support of Congress?

Although agreeing with little coming from the Weekly Standard, the magazine was certainly quite correct in its description of "Administration" foreign policy as: "amateur hour in U.S. foreign policy."   Responding on ABC's This Week April 21, White House National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice disingenuously asserted:  "This is the most experienced administration in foreign policy in quite some time.  This is a president who is leading a brilliant war against terrorism. This is a president who has changed the nature of the relationship with Russia. This is a president who's having foreign policy successes all over the place."

Such criticism coming from a fascist rag usually in the camp of the jackass occupying the White House does not bode well for the "President".  He can ill afford to lose his base.  After all, it is highly unlikely the U.S. Supreme Court will once again rescue him in the next "election".

Ms. Rice is obviously a team player.  Her ludicrous, lap dog support of Mr. Bush rings hollow, however.  What "brilliant war", Condi?  Where?  The "President" bombed the crap out of the Afghani infrastructure, unintentionally killing many innocent non-combatants in the process.  The country has to be rebuilt.  Despite promises, there is no money to do so.  What next, Ms. Rice?

How did the jackass occupying the White House redefine the "nature of the relationship with Russia"?  Pointedly, the leadership there is still quite unhappy with the Bush decision to develop a missile defense system, but realizes there is nothing it can do and merely putting a happy face on the unacceptable.  What will the United States do when other nations re-initiate an arms race in response?  -- Or haven't you and your cronies thought that far ahead?  … Think the Chinese won't do all they can to compromise its effectiveness?

Equally pointedly, how could you remain silent when the "President" cowardly and conveniently reworked the substance of conversations with Sharon after the Israeli Prime Minister remained intransigent for weeks and refused to end his atrocities in the latest Palestinian offensive?  Where is the "President's" honor?  Where is yours?

American Taxpayers Suckered Again

Once again, a group of donors is preparing a conference to be held in Norway that will hopefully raise sufficient funds to rebuild the West Bank.  In the last four weeks, the Israelis did at least $700 million in damage.  Destructively busy not-so-bumbling bastards, no?  More than 1,000 Palestinian homes in Jenin alone were destroyed by the Israeli military.  Many of them bulldozed, apparently with their occupants inside.

The World Bank is supervising the financial appraisal of the damage.  Arab nations, the United States, and Europeans will once again dig deep and provide funds for construction repeatedly destroyed by Israel over the last eight years, leading to grumbling by some.  … Hell, why not?  How many times should they have to rebuild?  Should it be determined by UN inspectors Israel indeed committed atrocities in the latest incursion, time to assess these outrageous aggressors damages.

With some $3 billion provided in welfare to Israel yearly by the U.S., sufficient funds to rebuild Palestinian homes should be diverted to this most worthy cause.  … Ultimately, courtesy of looted U.S.  taxpayers.  -- Poetic justice, no?  After all, the American public stood by and did nothing.  Absolutely, nothing.  … Other than encourage Israeli aggression.

Sadly, Israel is shamelessly dragging its feet on cooperation with UN authorities to determine if war crimes were committed in the last four weeks.  If there was nothing to hide, these barbarians should have no qualms and in fact be extremely anxious to vindicate themselves of atrocity allegations.  Apparently, they're not.  As Arab nations have strongly asserted, the recent Israeli incursion employed tactics remarkably similar to those of the Nazis during the Second World War.  Sadly, the Israelis know better, having horrendously and unspeakably suffered at the hands of Adolph Hitler.  Be interesting to see how the inspection plays out.  -- If the Israeli government ever relents and finally gives permission.  Should war crimes be uncovered, time to try Sharon and his cronies.  Not only for the latest incursion, but also for atrocities committed by this brutal thug and his friends in Lebanon twenty years ago.

West Bank Annexation

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon wants to annex half the West Bank.  Should that happen, the State of Israel will ultimately be destroyed.  Sadly, so.  Despite overwhelming military superiority, it cannot withstand a blood-sucking war of attrition by the Palestinians and their supporters in the Arab world.  Vastly outnumbered by its neighbors population-wise, Israel can scarcely afford relentlessly sent suicide bombers, killing innocent citizens deep in the heart of Israel.

With the exception of the United States and Great Britain, Israel does not enjoy support of the world community.  It is time to make peace, not permanently steal Palestinian land.  If this issue is not equitably resolved, the "President's" war on terrorism will continue for decades and ultimately end in failure.

Mr. Bush has ludicrously labeled Sharon a "man of peace".  The "President" is deluded, or outrageously lying to the American public.   … Hey, George?  What were the last four weeks of the Israeli incursion?  A holiday at the beach?  What do you call Sharon's extraordinarily brutal foray into Lebanon twenty years ago?  Passing an olive branch?

States' Rights

Although priding itself on supposedly getting government out of the lives of people and championing states' rights and the Ninth Amendment, the Bush "Administration" has had the strange tendency to do precisely the opposite.  To the fascist, political expediency and imposition of extremist ideology take precedence over consistency and liberty.  Case in point?

Readers will recall U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft's outrageous attack on Oregon's assisted-suicide law, shamelessly attempting to criminalize physicians' assistance through misuse of federal narcotics laws.  Although having no time or space in this publication to address the issue last week, Ashcroft got his ass severely kicked in court April 14, losing on every point.  U.S. District Judge Robert Jones issued a permanent injunction and ruled Congress had never intended to allow the Attorney General to define and implement his view of "legitimate medical practice" on the states.

Although too long to quote in its entirety, the following is a sampling of the ruling:

"To allow an attorney general --an appointed executive whose tenure depends entirely on whatever administration occupies the White House-- to determine the legitimacy of a particular medical practice… would be unprecedented and extraordinary."

"Certain congressional leaders made a good faith effort to get through the administrative door what they could not get through the congressional door, seeking refuge with the newly appointed attorney general whose ideology matched their views, and this is precisely what occurred."

Referring to the Ashcroft directive pronouncing physicians participating in assisted suicide guilty of Federal Controlled Substances Act violations, the judge ruled it "not entitled to deference under any standard, and is invalid… The fact that opposition to assisted suicide may be fully justified, morally, ethically, religiously or otherwise, does not permit a federal statute to be manipulated from its true meaning to satisfy even a worthy goal."

Duh.  About time.  Hopefully, the outrageous fascism of the Bush "Administration" will be vigorously challenged elsewhere judicially.  Sadly, Mr. Bush and his Nazi Attorney General apparently did not take a stand against assisted-suicide for the sake of principle.  Certainly would have been glaringly inconsistent with their strong support for legalized state-sponsored murder in the name of the people:  capital punishment.

No.  Quite the contrary. The "Administration" apparently is unwilling to allow the terminally ill to die in peace, dignity, and in control of their destiny.  Not to the advantage of corrupt and abusive government and their shills in the healthcare industry.  Both shamelessly seeking to loot patients as much as possible, preferring to turn the dying upside down and shake the change from their pockets.

Not surprisingly, the "Justice" Department plans to appeal.  Proponents of Oregon's law, however, firmly believe the ruling is so narrow and carefully crafted it will withstand challenge.  Can only hope so.

Church-State Separation

The "President" does not understand church-state separation mandated by the First Amendment.  He continuously insists on mixing both in the performance of his duties as "President".  Insisting on using taxpayer money to fund religious charities, Mr. Bush told a group of religious leaders at the White House April 11: "Government can write checks, but it can't put hope in people's hearts, or a sense of purpose in people's lives.  That is done by people who have heard a call and who act on faith and are willing to share in that faith. And I'm not talking about a particular religion — I'm talking about all religions under the Almighty God."

No, Mr. "President".  You're not talking about "all religions".  Precisely, you're talking about Christianity, -- your particular brand of it.  The First Amendment demands church-state separation.  Guaranteeing freedom of, as well as freedom FROM religion.  This country is pluralistic, despite constant whining to the contrary by the "Religious" Right.  Not all thought is Christian.  Not, by a long shot.  Many other systems of belief exist in the United States.  Some have no belief, nor should they be forced to.  Others are not sure and have embraced no traditional beliefs.  Nor, should they.

Who the hell are you and your fascist cronies to impose your "religious" views on anyone, outrageously using taxpayer funds to do so?   Working definition of fascism for new readers?  An abusive and dangerous oligarchy based on a pernicious blend of government, big business, and religion.  ... A boot-heel cynically placed on the throat of the masses, justified in principle by perversion and bastardization of religion.

The jackass occupying the White House has also used his Saturday radio broadcasts to once again mix the affairs of church and state:  "We feel our reliance on the creator who made us.  We place our sorrows and cares before him, seeking God's mercy."  Readers are reminded this man was not speaking as a private citizen during the sermon.  He was speaking as "President" of the United States.  Using the White House as his pulpit.

Mr. Bush strongly proclaims "faith" a cure to this country's social problems, -- conveniently ignoring widespread lack of educational opportunity and a liveable wage.  -- As this unabashed fascist and his cronies laugh their portly asses off all the way to the bank.  And relentlessly assault civil liberties, constitutional rights, and a woman's right to do as she damn well pleases with her uterus.  Worse yet, these arrogant Aryans pompously admonish women on welfare to marry or at the very least cross their legs.  While forcing them to work minimum wage jobs with no healthcare or child care provisions.  … "I got mine, now you get yours."  Right, George?

The "President" has haughtily remarked: "We ought not to worry about faith in our society.  We ought to welcome it into our programs. We ought to welcome it in the welfare system. We ought to recognize the healing power of faith in our society."

On the contrary, Mr. Bush.  Indeed, we most certainly should "worry about faith in our society."  … "Faith" used to justify and legally murder death row inmates, some of whom clearly innocent.  Conveniently invoked to bash, kill, and at the very least discriminate against gays.  Often outrageously used to deny criminal defendants adequate legal counsel and due process in court.  As the Religious Right might disingenuously pontificate:  "Let the man upstairs sort it all out."  ... As long as it's not happening to me and mine, who the hell cares?"

Most importantly and pointedly, it has been used by you and your fascist cronies to justify evisceration of the Bill of Rights through passage of the "Patriot" Act and signing of outrageously unconstitutional Executive Orders.  It has been used to establish a fascist police state, -- allegedly to "protect" the nation at a time of "war".  It has been used to justify false arrests, unwarranted beatings, and even murders of innocent citizens by outrageously corrupt and abusive police officers across the United States.  It has allowed for the utter corruption of law enforcement as a result of a failed "war" on drugs.  Most frighteningly, it mandates blind acceptance and unquestioning support of corrupt and abusive government.  All in the name of the Lord.  For God and country.

The list could go on and on, Mr. Bush.  As a man of no substance, it is not surprising you have no ability to see through your folly.  Previously, gave the American people more credit, however.  Apparently, not justified.  The public is hopelessly aggressively stupid and gets what it truly deserves.  Too bad, the truly innocent have to pay the price.  Then again, as American as mom and apple pie.

Church-State Separation Revisited

A federal judge properly ordered a Ten Commandments plaque covered at the Pennsylvania Chester County Courthouse.  Didn't particularly sit well with four "religious" fascists determined to force their views on others, however.  Sheriff's deputies delicately and gingerly carried three men and a woman who attempted to interfere with the order to jail.  Had they been anti-war protesters thirty years ago or environmentalists today, officers would have been nowhere near as kind.  Then again, the Extreme Right expects and receives special treatment from Nazi government goons.

Worse yet, none of the four will be charged.  Why not?   For years, others peacefully challenging corrupt and abusive authority have been arrested on disorderly conduct charges for far, far less.  The crowd wasn't particularly happy either, whining "You can't cover the truth."  … Pointedly, who the hell is covering the "truth"?  Believers are entitled to believe in anything they wish.  Not entitled to force it on anyone else, however.  Precisely, what these hypocritical fascists are determined to do.  … The direct opposite of what the founder of Christianity would have done.  -- Christ NEVER forced himself or his views on anyone.  Never.  Quite the opposite.

Posting the Ten Commandments in a government building is nothing more than state endorsement of a specific religion, -- In this case and circumstances, Christianity.  An egregious violation of the First Amendment:  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The first phrase, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", guarantees church-state separation as well as freedom FROM religion.  The second phrase, "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" is of equal importance and guarantees freedom OF religion.  Together, both phrases ensure the right of all to believe as they damn well please, but NOT force it on others.

William Devlin, one of four arrested, apparently has never read the First Amendment, -- or has absolutely no understanding or appreciation of it.  Sadly, couldn't have gotten it more ass-backwards, severely distorting the meaning of the First Amendment and sorely missing the point in a telephone call from jail: "The Constitution says we have freedom of religion, not freedom from religion.  The Ten Commandments are good for everybody."

… Hey, Billy?  Wake up you jackass.  Despite ignorantly butchering the First Amendment, the issue addressed by the court order has absolutely nothing to do with the worth or value of the Commandments.  Nothing.  It is outrageously forcing them on others that is so offensive and unconstitutional.  Especially in an extremely public setting.  A government courthouse.

Sadly, Devlin's distorted views are shared by millions.  Millions, who have not fully thought through the issue and have no appreciation, nor understanding of the consequences should such views ultimately prevail.  What's next?  Where are fascists like Devlin proposing to draw the line?  Since the Ten Commandments are "good for everybody", is the next step fully and fervently implementing their mandates?  Will Devlin and those who think like him force mandatory church attendance on all?  Why not?  Couldn't hurt, could it?   After all, Christianity teaches Jesus Christ is the one and only way to salvation.

More importantly, why not hold a gun to the head of all non-Christians and force them to adhere to the tenets of Christianity?  It's for their own good, isn't it?  The ends justify the means, right?  They've got to get to heaven, don't they?  Readers, this is precisely where such thinking ultimately winds up.  With disastrous consequences.  Loss of liberty, resulting in violence and killing in the "name of the Lord".  Pathetically sick and shortsighted.  A perversion of everything Christ stood for.  Then again, to the fascist, day is night, night is day, and manure smells sweet.

Church Hypocrisy

Amazing how the Fascist Right opines the lack of personal responsibility, but hypocritically remains unwilling to accept any itself.  -- Often severely distorting reality to avoid being held accountable.  Case in point?  The glaring inability of the Catholic Church's hierarchy to take responsibility for doing nothing about sexually abusive priests.  For decades.  With excrement daily hitting the fan, church officials still can't seem to get it right.

Monsignor Eugene Clark in a sermon delivered April 21 at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York conveniently and gutlessly blamed current church sex scandals on gay priests and immorality in the United States.  … Hey Gene?  Wake up, you jackass.  Homosexual priests are not the problem.  Pedophiles are.  … Know the difference? Even care?

The Monsignor reportedly labeled the U.S. as "probably the most immoral country in the Western Hemisphere."  Is that right, Padre?  Who the hell are you to judge? The founder of your religion certainly never did, deliberately taking great pains in fact not to do so.  While this priest disingenuously addresses and challenges supposedly rampant sexually-tolerant liberalism, he conveniently ignores other far more insidious forms of immorality.  …  The true obscenity in our culture:  unlimited greed and insatiable avarice.  The outrageously American attitude represented by the "I got mine, now, you get yours, sucker" mentality.  The very same hypocrites getting down on bended knee every Sunday, while sticking it to the impoverished and laughing their portly asses off all the way to the bank.

The dear Monsignor blamed "liberalism" for the sick demented action of fellow priests outrageously preying on society's most defenseless, -- our children.  Arrogantly refusing to hold the offending sons of bitches responsible, he cowardly chose not to look in the mirror and conveniently laid the blame on supposed permissiveness in our culture.  Moreover, Padre, that's a gutless refusal to look at the deeply perverted, self-serving hierarchy that stood by and did absolutely nothing when the abuse went on.  A hierarchy glaringly aware, but refusing to do anything other than sweep it under the carpet.

With all due respect, Monsignor, promptly remove your head from a bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day.  It is fascists like you who are directly responsible for looking the other way and then outrageously blaming everything and everyone but themselves and those who think like them.  You are a disgrace and precisely why Catholics and others have no faith or trust in church leadership.

The cardinals apparently decided, after meeting with the pope, to maintain the status quo.  To virtually do nothing.  Reportedly, refused to impose a zero-tolerance policy for priestly child abusers.  Under mounting pressure from the faithful and others, however, apparently are softening their stance at the time of this writing.  We'll see.  Pitiful.

"Christian" "Charity"

Homophobia is alive and well throughout the United States.  Why should Congress be spared?  Senator Kennedy is trying to get a bill passed that will protect gays from employment discrimination.  Can't have that now, can we?  Wouldn't be the "Christian" thing to do, right? According to the GOP, businesses need to have the freedom to do precisely whatever they want.   Republicans do not acknowledge discrimination.  Never have, apparently never will.

One particularly enlightened legislator, Georgia Republican Rep. Bob Barr, declared: "What is so important about a person's sexual orientation?  We're becoming obsessed. Why are we so fascinated as a nation with sexual orientation? To me it's irrelevant."  Why of course, Congressman.  You're not suffering discrimination.  None at all.  Regardless of your sexual persuasion.  After all, your position of power in fact conveniently allows you to stick it to others, -- and you shamelessly do so, don't you, sir?  A perk of the pecking order, no?

The legislation, if passed, would have no teeth and little effectiveness anyway since small businesses, non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts, military, and of course, religious groups would be exempt. … Who'd a 'thunk' it, no?   Precisely, those usually most guilty of discriminating.  The "Religious" Right, however, couldn't resist the temptation to glaringly distort reality and declare the bill a direct attack on marriage.  Have yet to see a rational, well-articulated explanation though.  Not possible for the Extreme Right.

Family Research Council Vice President Connie Mackey haughtily crowed: "Redefining marriage is what homosexual activists want. Government recognition of their activity with special protection in the law is one component of their end-game strategy targeting marriage."  … Hey, Connie?  Head securely lodged up a bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day?  Wake up.

The vast majority of gays could care less about the traditional institution of marriage.  -- They're too busy trying to survive.  More importantly, only wish to be treated as you and I.  To presume otherwise, is a glaring indication of your profound ignorance and fear.  Thinking such as yours ensures gays will continue to be discriminated against, bashed, beaten, and killed.   … The "Christian" thing, no doubt?

Capital Punishment Unconstitutional?

New York U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff is threatening to declare the death penalty unconstitutional in a drug and murder conspiracy trial involving two men.  The judge is considering throwing out death penalty eligibility of both defendants.  Not surprisingly, the government will likely appeal.  After all, certainly can't give up the "pound of flesh".  Vengeance is too sweet.

Window Dressing

In an effort to assuage privacy concerns, both the Left and Right are joining forces to promote a new bill requiring a "privacy impact statement" from federal agencies when a new regulation or rule goes into effect.  Both political extremes think such meaningless gestures will ensure privacy.  -- Apparently now, manure smells sweet and the "President" has substance.  What a crock.

Had all parties genuine concern, they would have clearly and loudly called for repeal of the "Patriot" Act and Executive Orders decimating the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments.  Apparently, apologists for egregious loss of rights at the hands of the jackass occupying the White House are easily appeased with window dressing and meaningless fluff.

Boundless Greed

Unlimited greed?  You judge.  House Republicans intend to buck the jackass occupying the White House and vote against a proposal by Mr. Bush allowing legal immigrants food stamps after they've been here five years.  That's right, five years.  Denying food to the impoverished, yet getting down on bended knee every Sunday.  … While laughing their portly asses off all the way to the bank.  Yet, these same g-ddamned Republicans are backing corporate welfare for energy producers amounting to billions.  That's right, billions with a "b".  … As American as mom and apple pie.  -- Not that the Democrats are any better.

Supreme Court Spurns Property Rights

That's right.  In a case involving outrageous property restrictions around Lake Tahoe, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled property owners are not entitled to monetary compensation by government.  … Conveniently and outrageously ignoring the Fifth Amendment's just compensation clause.  Not surprising, is it?  After all, we no longer "own" property in the United States.  The government does.

We pay "rent" (taxes) to the "master".  Should you not pay the "rent", you lose the property you never really "owned" to another sucker.  The Founders must be spinning in their graves.  Of course, the "master" is entitled to tell you what you can and cannot do on property you supposedly "own".  Precisely why the Supreme Court ruled you are not entitled to compensation when you can no longer use "your" property as intended.  … Then again, when you're stupid you get exactly what you deserve.

A Favor Returned

Apparently, the "President" of the United States owed former Republican National Committee Chairman Haley Barbour a big one, -- and Ole' George "The Tush" delivered big time.  Barbour is now a lobbyist for the energy industry and had pressured the "Chief Executive" to drop his stance on strict carbon dioxide emissions in a memo dated March 1, 2001.

Disturbingly, Ole' Haley crowed:  "A moment of truth is arriving…The question is whether environmental policy still prevails over energy policy with Bush-Cheney, as it did with Clinton-Gore… We must ask, do environmental initiatives, which would greatly exacerbate the energy problems, trump good energy policy, which the country has lacked for eight years?… For the eight years of the Clinton administration environmental policy prevailed over energy policy."

Two weeks later, the jackass occupying the White House reversed himself and relaxed carbon dioxide emissions.  A gift to the energy industry amounting to billions.  Clean air?  What's that?  More importantly, who cares?  Apparently, no one.  The "President's" opposition to the Superfund will save the industry billions more.  Corporate polluters will now not have to pay to clean up after themselves.  The taxpayers will.  Remember the GOP and Democrats.  Vote independent.

Unbridled Fear

As strongly asserted in the last 52 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.

Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.

Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?

Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
