That's right. The "American Taliban" is facing a variety of terrorism charges and will be tried in the federal court system. U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft announced the government would generously seek life imprisonment, not the death penalty for the 20-year-old defendant. -- Although the Nazi heading the "Justice" Department reserves the right to later file charges which may result in capital punishment. Interesting, isn't it? ... You fascists out there salivating?
Worse yet, Walker was afforded no legal counsel for the 45 days he was held by the military. The government denied all attempts by family and an attorney hired by them to see the "detainee". Equally interesting, isn't it? ... Hey, Johnny? Couldn't have much of a case, could you, sir?
Otherwise, why not properly insist he be legally represented for the 45 days he was interrogated? Why not do it right, General? -- Not possible for increasingly fascist government, is it, sir? ... Certainly may tie the case up in appeals for years though.
Our fascist Attorney General insists Walker did not want a lawyer. Is that right, General? Couldn't be he was coerced by overzealous military personnel, could it, sir? Never happen, right, Mr. Ashcroft? This outrageous Nazi assured the media Walker was indeed competent to make the decision refusing counsel.
... Amazing how a 20-year-old is competent to sign paperwork that could get him executed without benefit of an attorney, yet not legally drink alcohol? Again sadly, as American as mom and apple pie.
Interestingly, Ole' Johnny disingenuously crowed: "Youth is not absolution for treachery... Misdirected Americans cannot receive direction in murderous ideology."
... Hey, General? What the hell is your excuse, sir? After all, you placed your hand on a Bible and falsely swore to protect and defend the Constitution. Your actions since, however, have shamelessly decimated the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eight Amendments. Sieg heil, mein fuhrer.
While Walker may indeed have betrayed his country, you, sir, are more of a traitor than the misguided piece of human excrement you seek to prosecute. After all Johnny, and unlike the "American Taliban", you have a far greater understanding of the Bill of Rights and intentions of the Founders.
Certainly heightens your culpability in the bloodless coup executed by the "President" and the rest of his fascist henchmen since September 11th with the passage of unconstitutional legislation and Executive Orders gutting the Bill of Rights.

should be removed from office and prosecuted for treason. Sadly, the people

The Fourth Amendment has meant nothing for quite some time in a country that is quickly becoming a fascist police state. As strongly asserted on this site for nearly three years, the 33rd Judicial District Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) never bothers to obtain proper warrants before a search.
Nazi "officers" feel no need. Local "judges" have no independence from law enforcement and are equally corrupt and abusive. The judicial system is a sham designed to line the pockets of criminal government flunkies.
None of these outrageous jackasses are concerned with anything other than enriching themselves at the expense of law-abiding citizens. Guilt or innocence means truly nothing. ... "It's the money, stupid." -- And the intoxicating effect of power.
Not only are houses being broken into without benefit of proper warrants, one's vehicle is no longer protected by the Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.
A U.S. Supreme Court packed with "jurists" embracing Nazi philosophy has earlier ruled police have the right to search a vehicle without a warrant if they have probable cause to believe that a crime other than a traffic violation has been committed. The Founders must still be rolling in their graves. They NEVER intended jack-booted thugs be given such authority. Never.
Sadly, law enforcement can no longer be trusted in the United States. "Officers" increasingly wantonly kill for no reason. -- Yet get away with it. Innocent people are beaten for no reason other than an "officer" enjoys getting his "cookies off" in such fashion. Seldom do corrupt and abusive officers ever pay any price for their outrageous behavior.
The sons of bitches sitting on the bench in the United States shamelessly support such atrocious behavior. Even give them more power as was recently done in California.
In a 4-3 decision, the California Supreme Court ruled that officers may search vehicles without a warrant if the driver can produce no identification or proof of ownership of a vehicle.
You fascists out there again salivating? Think again.
What that means is that if you forgot your wallet or purse, an "officer"
at a routine traffic stop in California can search through any personal
documents in your car. Any. The Court, however, did not give these thugs
carte blanche to search the trunk. ... Mighty considerate, no?

That's right. The jackass occupying the White House is again lamenting the Palestinian leader: "I am disappointed in Yasser Arafat... He must make a full effort to rout out terror in the Middle East. establish an even-handed approach to Mideastern affairs. Otherwise, there

As strongly asserted in the last 39 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.
Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.
Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?
Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.
If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
