*****NET Sgt. Jimmy Hopkins*****
Finally found a source sought for months. Made a trip early last
September to Abilene with another source looking for Sylvia Smith. Ms.
Smith had been there in rehab shortly before our arrival. Completing
therapy, she fled Abilene in fear of the 33rd Judicial District
Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET). Sadly, we just missed her.
Fortunately as happenstance would have it, this writer ran into her
recently. ... Quite clear now why NET was in hot pursuit of her. She
has information highly damaging to this Nazi "police" agency. Remember
NET's recent arrest of fugitive David Willard in Austin? New readers
are strongly urged to access past editions of this publication for
complete details.
This writer had reported no one had been arrested for aiding and
abetting the fugitive at the Austin residence where Willard was picked
up. NET confidential informant and stooge Kingsland resident Danny
O'Leary had turned him in according to numerous sources. The
explanation offered was glaringly inadequate. NET HAD to have been
directly aiding and abetting.
Turns out they were, according to Sylvia Smith. She was about to
publicly come forward when NET hauled Willard in. Interesting, isn't
it? Ms. Smith, although fearful, is determined to expose NET for what
it is. She strongly confirms the Narcotics Enforcement Team is involved
in the manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine.
She also claims to have witnessed NET Sgt. Jimmy Hopkins inject cocaine
between his toes some three years ago. This is the same corrupt and
abusive Nazi "officer" who dogged the Mirelez family and Carolyn
Alsobrook. ... Hey, Brent? Dwight? Sam? Cheryll? Think you can
intimidate and silence everyone? The house of cards is coming down.
Much more to come.
*****Llano County Law Enforcement Center*****
Ribbon-cutting festivities were held Saturday, January 5 at the new
jail facility. See Ole' J.P on Ch.14 and 36 on all the newscasts?
Seemed a bit nervous on the morning show, didn't he? ... What's the
matter, "Judge"? ... A little uncomfortable with the outrageous waste
of money for an unneeded facility?
Readers will recall this publication conducted a study of jail booking
records nearly two and a half years ago. The material can still be
found in earlier editions. The current jail had and continues to be
unduly overloaded by the 33rd Judicial District Narcotics Enforcement
Team (NET) as well as the Sheriff's Department with prisoners on petty
charges. Sadly, many of whom are totally innocent. ... Got to keep the
bucks flowing, right, "Judge"?
Then again, in Llano County, it's not "justice". It's the money,
stupid. Lots of it. ... Right, J.P., Sam, Cheryl, Nathan? The "Judge"
unsurprisingly once again made a buffoon of himself, crowing county
"growth" justifies the facility. Is that right, J.P.? ... Got a bridge
in New York and some waterfront property in Arizona you might be
interested in. All joking aside, the "Judge" has once again falsely and
disingenuously misled the people.
Then again, you jackasses out there who "demanded" the facility are
getting exactly what you so richly deserve. -- An ungreased shaft
straight up where the sun seldom shines. Enjoy. Hear the figure
mentioned by the "reporter" during the morning newscast? Readers will
recall the original cost was to be $3 million. With cost overruns, she
mentioned a figure of $4.5 million. ... 50 percent more than the
original estimate.
Voters need to remember the "Judge" and his equally outrageous cronies
on the Commissioners' Court when it comes time for re-election. The
figure of $4.5 million is misleading, however. Even if accurate, it
does not reflect bond interest which will nearly double the cost. --
For a facility unneeded and no more than a pork barrel boondoggle. ...
A facility none of us had the opportunity to vote for. Right, J.P.?
Think the "Judge's" discomfort on television may have been related to
the enormity of the waste? Couldn't be, could it? Readers will recall
Ole' J.P. was not forthcoming with all paperwork, documents, e-mails,
etc. sought in an earlier open records request. Falsely claimed he had
provided access to everything. As mentioned at the time, his responses
to e-mails were NOT provided.
Then again, there is no one willing to enforce the Public Information
Act. Texas Attorney General John Cornyn has ignored all requests for
assistance. Every one of them. District Attorney Sam "The Sham" Oatman
and County Attorney Cheryll "Maybe" Mabray have no interest in calling
attention to issues cleverly ignored by our corrupt and abusive
"prosecutors". None. Why should they? Money talks, doesn't it? Got the
best "prosecutors" money can buy, no?
Pointedly, County records cannot be trusted. Previously, there've
been serious auditing problems. With a "Judge" who clearly stonewalled
an open records request and lied about providing full access setting
the example, is there no wonder why records validity is so highly
questionable? It's not over, J.P.. Not by a long shot. ... You and the
"Boys" enjoying the loot?
The District Attorney, "Judge", Commissioners, and County Attorney
have no interest in "justice", -- just maintaining the established
order and lining their pockets. Clearly why they took such great pains
to have this writer illegally booted off publicly-owned computers for
publishing the truth.
Ole' Sam, J.P. and his cronies, and, of course Ole' Cheryll have no
interest in the First Amendment or the apparent breaking of privacy
laws by Kingsland Librarian Pam Downing in disclosing confidential
information to Commissioners Duane Stueven and Keith Faulkner. -- Both
of whom unethically brought pressure to bear on the Library System.
Then again, the stench of kangaroo justice is alive and well in Llano
County. For new readers, be sure to access earlier editions for the
complete story of this writer's ejection. ... Adolph and Benito would
have been proud. Sieg Heil.
*****Bush Slams Senate*****
The "President" has his shorts in a knot over Senate refusal to accept
his economic "stimulus" package. Tough, isn't it? "Administration"
officials whine Democratic Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle is
"obstructionist". Right on, Tom. Stick it to 'em. Ole' George "The
Tush" has no interest in protecting the needs of the little guy or gal
despite his crowing to the contrary in his Saturday radio broadcast:
"Some in the Senate seem to think we can afford to do nothing, that the
economy will get better on its own sooner or later...I say that if your
job is in danger or you have a loved one out of work, you want that
recovery sooner not later."
Sadly, the "President" is a liar. He could care less for ordinary
people. Despite crocodile tears and "compassionate" "conservatism".
Rather, his economic "stimulus" package is carefully designed to enrich
his corporate cronies. Democrats need once again distinguish themselves
from the Republican Party. The "President" is vulnerable on economic
issues. Even the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office has lambasted
his economic package. ... Wouldn't want to confuse the GOP with the
truth, would we?
Sooner or later the aggressively stupid public will wake up and
realize what they've got occupying the White House. ... A fascist who
has taken great pride and pleasure in eviscerating civil liberties,
while greedily lining his pockets and that of big business.
*****Supreme Court To Examine Passenger Searches*****
That's right. The "Administration" pressured the Supreme Court to take
on a case, United States v. Drayton, 01-631, reviewing police power to
search passengers on public transportation. The "President" does NOT
want police to inform passengers of their rights prior to initiating a
warrantless search. Fascist Solicitor General Theodore Olson
disingenuously asserted: "Programs that rely on consensual interactions
between police officers and citizens on means of public transportation
are an important part of the national effort to combat the flow of
illegal narcotics and weapons."
Precisely, you jackass. Pointedly, how is it "consensual" when
passengers are NOT informed they have the right to refuse? Furthermore,
what right do government goons have to board a bus with no probable
cause, no warrant, and yet intimidate innocent passengers into
"consenting" to an illegal search? What right do these thugs have to
ask about travel plans and luggage? It's none of their g-ddamned
business. None. This is NOT Nazi Germany. Wake up, people. ... Before
it's too late.
*****Writer Released*****
Remember free-lance writer Vanessa Leggett, imprisoned for over
five months for refusing to release research to federal prosecutors?
Finally, she was freed from a federal detention center in Houston after
the term of the grand jury expired. Her appeal is still pending before
the Supreme Court. ... Another classical example of Nazi prosecutorial
power designed to eviscerate the First Amendment and intimidate the
media. Fortunately, the young woman stood tall and essentially told
"prosecutors" where to stick it... Taxpayers were looted to provide her
keep for nearly half a year. Tough, isn't it? The "prosecutors" and
"judge" ought to take up a collection, no? Then again, taxpayers got
precisely what they so richly deserved.
*****Accused Terrorist Wants Trial Televised*****
That's right. The "20th suicide terrorist", Zacarias Moussaoui, wants
network coverage. He's quite correct. People have a right to see
"justice" in progress. Say what you want about televised coverage of
the Simpson debacle, it DID expose the police and prosecutors for what
they truly were: bungling boobs caring little for evidence handling and
constitutional rights. Precisely why a guilty man went free.
While highly unlikely, terrorist trials should be televised in
their entirety. What are the people so afraid of? Seeing how corrupt
and abusive the court system truly is? Especially important, all
military tribunals be televised. After all, history should have a
record of kangaroo justice at its very worst.
*****Book Burning*****
Reminiscent of Nazi Germany and in the best tradition of Adolph Hitler
and Benito Mussolini, Christ Community Church in Alamogordo, N.M.
burned Harry Potter and other books, Sunday, December 30, 2001. ... A
fitting way for these "enlightened" fascists to end the year, no? Sieg
Heil.

encouraged to submit material.
*****Unbridled Fear*****
As strongly asserted in the last 36 editions, gut-wrenching fear
generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After
all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate
defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties
who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.
Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of
a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the
survivor got cold feet.
Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these
abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to
the light of day?
Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and
abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another
nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.
If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why
should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal
jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
