*****Tribunal Pressure*****

Surprisingly, the "President" is apparently succumbing somewhat to pressure from literally a handful of critics regarding military tribunals. No substantive change, however. Just window dressing. ... Hey, George? Kangaroo justice is kangaroo justice. No happy face possible. While a gullible public will gladly tolerate and embrace "justice" remarkably reminiscent of Nazi Germany, history will not be so kind.

Bush and his henchmen are desperately and determinedly drafting procedures to be used during tribunals. The accused will apparently be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Mighty generous of the "President", no? Unlike civilian courts, hearsay evidence will be admissible. -- As long as a "reasonable person" would find it "useful". Convenient, no? Justice? What for? In fascist America? Why bother?

Death sentences would be imposed only by a unanimous vote of the commission. ... Five "uniformed officers" beholden to "Die Fuhrer", -- the jackass occupying the White House. Right to appeal? Certainly. Only to a "military review panel" beholden to guess who? Why the "President" of course. Adolph and Benito would have been proud. ... You follow well in their foot stamps, George. Sieg Heil.

As the "President" has arrogantly and disingenuously made quite clear, any treatment afforded bin Laden and his cohorts will be better then that accorded 9/11 victims. -- Amazing how easily an unabashed right wing fascist can embrace kangaroo justice and evisceration of the Bill of Rights. ... "Let's roll."

*****Tribunal Defense Attorneys*****

The finest attorneys have always been willing to defend the most despicable defendants for a number of reasons. Why? Primarily, the accused have a constitutional right to counsel. The most important reason of all. Sadly, the vast majority of the aggressively stupid public doesn't understand or approve.

In the case of tribunals, however, attorneys run the risk of legitimizing what amounts to no more than kangaroo justice. Readers are reminded tribunals are constructed to guarantee imposition of government policy. Not determine guilt or innocence. Nearly all tribunal defense attorneys will lose their cases, -- by design. When their clients are finally executed, these lawyers will have effectively rubber stamped government fiat. Not "justice".

What better message to send the Nazis occupying the White House and "Justice" Department than for no attorney to agree to represent tribunal defendants? Pointedly, force the United States government to execute terrorists with no rubber stamp from the legal community. Sadly, this will never happen. Why? There is no honor among thieves.

*****"President" Miffed*****

Ole' George "The Tush" Bush supposedly has his shorts in a knot over treatment afforded one of his guards on an American Airlines plane. The unidentified Secret Service agent was on his way to the "President's" ranch when booted off the aircraft. Although strongly denied by the airline, seems he was the victim of racial profiling. ... Couldn't happen, could it? Not in the United States, right? The unidentified guard is Arab-American. Who'd 'a "thunk" it, no?

The jackass occupying the White House disingenuously lamented: "There's an inquiry going on as to specifically what took place, but if he was treated that way because of his ethnicity, that's - that will make me madder than heck." Ah, gee willokers, Mr. "President"? Is that right, sir? What the hell do you call the interrogation of 5,000 Arab foreigners by our Nazi Attorney General? ... An exchange of pleasantries among friends, you jackass?

We reap what we sow. In this case? Fascism. Then again, the American people are too aggressively stupid to understand. Pitiful.

*****Afghans Want Bombing End*****

The Afghan government declared last Friday bin Laden most probably fled to Pakistan and urged the United States to wrap up the bombing. Clearly, they're tired of the deaths of hundreds of innocent citizens. While credit certainly must be given to U.S. forces for not deliberately targeting civilians, many have died nonetheless. The jackass occupying the White House will certainly have to decide in the near future whether the point of diminishing returns has indeed been reached.

"The Tush", of course, has been planning to carry the war on elsewhere subsequently. Be interesting to see if international support remains as strong when the "Commander-In-Chief" finally moves on to other countries. Readers are reminded Mr. Bush, by admission as well as definition, is waging an open-ended war. Definition of victory? Conveniently, "Die Fuhrer" hasn't provided one yet. ... Apparently, the jackass will know it when he sees it. Comforting, no?

*****Bush-Cheney Funds Funneled to GOP*****

That's right. Ole' George "The Tush" and "Slick Dick" Cheney have no problems donating some $270,000 left over from the Recount Fund to the Republican Party. ... Got to take care of the loyal henchmen, no? The money was originally raised to pay legal bills from the post-election battle. -- A battle resulting in a fascist Supreme Court conveniently appointing an ideological compadre to the Oval Office.

Pointedly, the Republicans involved in the Recount Fund had promised contributors "any monies not expended for this purpose will be returned on a pro rata basis." Now, that seems to have conveniently changed. Who were the "contributors"? No one knows. ... As American as mom and apple pie.

*****Exceptional Honesty From Right?*****

Couldn't be, could it? An editorial in The Washington Times dated December 27, 2001 quite correctly lambasted the jackass in the White House for warmly embracing Kazakhstan's corrupt dictator, Nursultan Nazarbayev just before Christmas. Got to give The Times credit for its courage. The Nazi in the Oval Office couldn't have been pleased. ... Amazing how the corrupt and abusive will get in bed with anyone to consolidate power and enforce their agenda. ... Right, Mr. "President"?

Why would Ole' George do something so foolish? For the sake of Big Oil, of course. Nazarbayev is currently being investigated by the "Justice" Department for bribery and money-laundering. Didn't stop the "Chief Executive" from granting U.S. support to this corrupt dictator who has no regard for human rights. Sieg Heil, Mr. "President".

*****Unbridled Fear*****

As strongly asserted in the last 35 editions, gut-wrenching fear generated by the Narcotics Enforcement Team is quite impressive. After all, these Nazi stormtroopers not only outrageously intimidate defendants and their gutless attorneys, but even innocent third parties who have suffered at their corrupt and abusive hands.

Recently, a source came forward with allegations regarding the death of a loved one under exceptionally curious circumstances. Sadly, the survivor got cold feet.

Most pointedly and quite publicly, how in hell do you expect these abuses to end if you don't have the guts to stand up and expose them to the light of day?

Every time a source cowardly runs the other way, the corrupt and abusive sons of bitches win. Every g-ddamned time. Worse yet, another nail is driven into the coffin of liberty.

If you don't have the courage to stand up and do the right thing, why should this writer continue to place himself in physical and legal jeopardy trying to expose the outrageous corruption and abuse?
