beginning of this edition. District Attorney Sam "The Sham" Oatman and
the goons of the 33rd Judicial District Narcotics Enforcement Team
(NET) have outrageously attacked liberty and free speech, necessitating
a change of focus in this week's Newsletter. T.C.
O'Leary betrayed and turned in seven-year companion and partner
Carolyn Alsobrook in an attempt to cover his own cowardly ass.
Precisely why NET raided their Hermosa and Link St. homes on the day
Alsobrook was evicted at a kangaroo court proceeding at JP3 Rudy
Cunningham's office. Yet, this outrageous piece of human excrement and
sad excuse for a man planted marijuana in an effort to betray a woman
who had refused to participate in his illicit activities and ongoing
drug usage. In plain English, this piece of shit turned on Alsobrook
and others to cover his sorry ass.
Yet, this sick bastard continued to profess his "love" for
Alsobrook repeatedly to this writer over the last two months. On
Thursday, October 4, he left a folder and note to be forwarded to
Alsobrook. Inexplicably at the time, the folder contained business
receipts for Advanced Marine. Readers will recall Alsobrook already had
the books and other records in her possession. Some of which had
already been shared with this writer. The following is the UNEDITED
note left for forwarding to Caryolyn:

On Saturday, October 6, he left a business card stuffed in the door
crack asking me to contact him. On Sunday, October 7, he showed up and
we had a chance to talk. None of that conversation, however, was
conducted in confidence. I asked him why he had left the folder of
material. He accused Carolyn of having personally broken into his place
of business, stealing additional records from him. His reasoning was
that since she had supposedly stolen everything else, he wanted her to
have what she had left behind. He alleged she placed a "calling card"
identifying her as the perpetrator, -- a straw left on a desk used to
snort drugs. Sickeningly pathetic, isn't it?
Yet, he "loves" her, doesn't he? ... While informing everyone publicly
who's willing to listen, that she's screwing every Tom, Dick, and Harry
in town. This sad piece of shit apparently thinks everyone's as stupid
as him. None of it is backed up by anyone other than a sick crony of
his who has a reputation of beating the hell out of his own wife.
Sadly, Carolyn witnessed and broke up one such episode herself.
Payback, no?
Returning to the alleged theft of business records by Alsobrook,
O'Leary stated the date and time of the alleged theft. It could NOT
have happened as alleged by this lying son of a bitch. At the time of
the supposed theft, Alsobrook was with this writer working on Ledger
business. When confronted with this information, he had no response
other than it had to be her.
He further accused her of having pulled a weapon on two women in
Granite Shoals. When asked the identity of these women, he refused to
disclose it. Why? He had no answer. When I accused him of making wild
accusations with no proof and questioned his credibility, again he had
no answer. After all, what can a congenital liar say? Yet, NET
apparently trusts this liar and has protected him. Most tellingly, he
informed me something was going to go down shortly. It certainly, did.
NET arrested Alsobrook on Tuesday, October 9.
This piece of human excrement is a NET informant. He provides false
information to NET to cover his own cowardly ass. He has placed
Alsobrook and others innocent of any wrongdoing in physical and legal
jeopardy for his own personal gain. As an informant, the innocent
public needs to be protected from this predator. His home address and

Marine, 541 Reynolds, Kingsland, TX 78639, (915)388-4842.
Although unrelated to Alsobrook's daughter, Rachel, he has
"custody". Why? Good question. The young woman has turned against her
mother for reasons unknown. Carolyn, however, was the disciplinarian.
Danny was the enabler, funneling cash to the young woman. She is a
minor, soon to have turned 18. Always an honors student, she recently
failed an advanced placement class. There are allegations Danny has
provided the minor with marijuana. Where the hell are the authorities?
Good question.
Danny, in front of this writer, has threatened to physically assault
Alsobrook's son Dennis should he trespass on "his" property. Readers
will recall Dennis had defended his mother during a violent earlier
episode years ago, wacking the son of a bitch upside the head with a
pool cue. Yet, inexplicably Carolyn Alsobrook has been denied a
protective order by County Attorney Cheryll Mabray. O'Leary has also
threatened, in front of this writer, to physically assault anyone who
attempts to retrieve Carolyn's dog Molly.
Also in front of this writer, O'Leary has physically threatened to kill
Michael Smith, a friend of Alsobrook who temporarily provided shelter.
O'Leary has also threatened, in front of this writer, to kill David
Willard who he has accused of providing Alsobrook with methamphetamines
and having had sex with her. Both allegations are false. Interesting,
isn't it? Yet, this son of a bitch is a NET informant. This writer has
always assumed O'Leary to be wired by NET. All of this should be on
tape. Right, Brent?
Interestingly, one of the women O'Leary had accused Alsobrook of
pulling a gun on was reportedly Annette Willard, wife of David Willard.
Alsobrook claims the incident occurred in her home when both women
illegally entered, allegedly looking for tools and equipment belonging
to David Willard. Fascinating, isn't it?
Defense attorneys working on drug cases in this area are highly
unethical and don't seem to look out for the best interests of their
clients. Months ago, a process server working with San Antonio attorney
Michael Orbelo approached this writer asking for assistance in the
defense of Evaristo Mirelez. An agreement was made to share
information. Readers will recall this writer had previously published a
series of articles on the Mirelez-NET saga. This writer, however, has
no hard evidence and Orbelo and his process server were so informed.
Apparently, both wanted confidential information and sources that this
writer would not disclose under any circumstances. Even under subpoena.
Additionally, Orbelo wanted this writer to sign an affidavit on behalf
of Mirelez indicating he would never receive a fair trial in Llano
County. While this was indeed true, doing so would have placed this
publication in the position of making news rather than reporting it.
This reporter would have been forced to cross the line and unethically
become part of the legal process. Needless to say, this writer refused.
And always will. Should this writer be subpoenaed, I will sit in a jail
cell rather than comply. Certainly would be great fodder for this
publication, right, Sam?
Orbelo, distrustful of e-mail, refused direct personal contact,
relying on his process server to maintain communication. Interesting,
isn't it? Unethically, however, he shared the contents of at least one
of this writer's messages with colleague, friend, and former law school
classmate Nina Sanchez Willis. Ms. Willis is a former NET prosecutor
soundly skewered on this website earlier.
While walking in Burnet, Nina with a seductively beautiful smile had
asked if I was Tim Chorney. Not recognizing her from earlier published
photographs, I responded yes and asked if I knew her. She replied she
was Nina Willis, and that she had been a former NET prosecutor. I had
known her as Sanchez and was not aware she had married. She was now a
defense attorney and was aware I had skewered her earlier on the
website. Once again, I offered her space to respond.
On a second occasion, she offered a ride and we further discussed NET.
Most of our conversation is confidential and will not be disclosed.
Nina, however, had admitted her professional relationship with Orbelo
and provided information only Orbelo could have unethically disclosed
from an earlier e-mail of mine. While providing no useful information
to me, she unsuccessfully attempted to extract whatever she could.
Readers are reminded NET lost cases when Willis failed to exercise
prosecutorial discretion and good judgment. She also falsely claimed
both to this writer and others publicly that Oatman does not control
NET. Her defense of a glaringly corrupt and abusive prosecutor's office
and Narcotics Enforcement Team is clear indication she cannot be
trusted. Orbelo was so advised. His failure to produce requested
documents and further information regarding the disposition of the
Evaristo Mirelez case involving racketeering broke the agreement made
with this writer earlier. Seems Evaristo pled to a reduced charge and
was sentenced to time served.
By Orbelo's own admission during a meeting held in Burnet, Oatman had
nothing. Yet, instead of taking this to court, Orbelo apparently
advised a plea bargain. In the best interests of all? Certainly, in
Oatman's since he had nothing. In the best interests of Orbelo since he
received his pay either way as an appointed attorney. Certainly in the
interests of NET since it let them off the hook and spared them further
public embarrassment. In the interests of Evaristo? There was no case.
Returning to the Alsobrook arrest by NET, Alsobrook's employer,
landscaper Michael Wells, sought legal representation for Alsobrook.
Interestingly, Robert Klaeger referred Alsobrook to Nina Sanchez
Willis. Hey, Nina? Got the $5000 retainer? Sounds like a lot of money
for the alleged offense, doesn't it Counselor? Any possibility of
kicking back part of it to NET or the DA, madam? Cost of doing
"business"?
Alsobrook claims Willis informed her she was arrested for having
cooperated with this publication. If Nina so advised Alsobrook, she is
indeed a liar. Alsobrook was not arrested for posting material. She was
arrested in an effort to keep her from identifying people involved in
the aiding and abetting of fugitive David Willard. Alsobrook was
advised from the beginning of her association with this publication,
that it was absolutely necessary for her physical safety and issues of
legal jeopardy to quickly post all of her material. Otherwise, her life
could be in danger or she could be falsely charged in an effort to
silence her. Once the information was up, her "threat" to corrupt and
abusive officials and their shills would no longer be a pending issue.
The damage would have been done, and to go after her subsequently would
not have been in the best interests of the criminals who run and own
this county.
Worse yet, by dragging her feet, Alsobrook also placed her son and
this writer in unnecessary danger. Fear, however, is a driving force in
the life of an abused woman. NET and the District Attorney's office
outrageously took advantage of this fear to silence her. This is just
the beginning of the story. Much more will be posted.
Interestingly, landscaper Michael Wells phoned NET to discuss
Alsobrook's particulars. He reported to this writer NET thug Jimmy
Hopkins refused to provide public information and had given Wells the
impression he was threatening him. He had also threatened Alsobrook
during the telephone conversation. Wells asserts as well, the
conversation became increasingly threatening as it went on. So what
else is new? Hey, Jimmy? How do you sleep nights? You're worse than the
"offenders" you falsely incarcerate, you jackass.
Readers are advised this NET goon and piece of shit lied like hell in
affidavits presented to JP2 Duane "The Judge" Nobles in the Mirelez
cases. Affidavits and "warrants" were outrageously full of errors and
omissions and were generated after the fact. Again, what else is new?
Readers are reminded Nobles signed the "warrants" willingly and
knowingly. Then again, what the hell can be expected from a former
Llano County Deputy who beat the hell out of a then 42-year-old
Buchanan Dam woman while her hands were cuffed behind her back? ...
Right, "Judge"?
Hey, Sam? Cheryll? J.P.? Nathan? Dwight? Brent? Rudy? Duane? And
many others? This is only the beginning. There's a hell of a lot more
to come. Many are stepping forward. Wells, himself has agreed to
provide information regarding his false imprisonment for illegal
dumping. The Good Old Boys are advised the shit is about to hit the
fan. Should anything happen to this writer, everyone will know who and
why. Regardless, life is not so sweet or dear that it should not be
risked exposing these thugs for the criminals they clearly are.
The following is a statement from Ms. Alsobrook:
I am innocent and have been falsely accused. Just as I suspected,
Danny O'Leary and NET would have falsely accused me and endangered my
and my family's life by my arrest and false charges. But how ignorant
they must be that I have documentation, witnesses, and other evidence
to back up my innocence. If anything happens in the near future
including false arrest or harm to my son, daughter or any close
friends, I want it known by the readership that NET and the rest of the
lying officials in this county are responsible. When you confiscated my
vehicle and all my belongings inside, you forgot to mention in the
inventory the $100 you kept, the film of evidence of your brutal
actions that you took from my camera, and the antique glass case from
my grandmother that you shattered. They also took pleasure in twice
"keying" my car, a vehicle that everyone knows has been well-taken care
of. They claim to have found marijuana in my car. If so, they planted
it. After being an abused woman courtesy of Danny O'Leary, what woman
would give herself up to unidentified men in unmarked vehicles with no
badges, only guns threatening to take her life? There are witnesses to
the fact that there was no cause for three hundred pound men to
brutally grab me from my vehicle, handcuff me with bleeding wrists,
throwing me in one vehicle, within minutes removing me and then shoving
me in a second vehicle. ... Me, being a 134 lb. woman. Manly men, no?
Is this payback, Brent, for the truth I've posted earlier about you on
this website?

Hey, Sam? How incredibly cowardly of you and your goons. Isn't it
my ass you want anyway, "Counselor"? Can't silence this publication
legally, so desperately resorting to framing an innocent woman? A woman
who has been abused not only by O'Leary, but by corrupt and abusive
"officers" under your jurisdiction? ... Wouldn't want the gravy train
interrupted, now, would you sir?
You and the County Attorney were unsuccessful in silencing this
publication, even going to the extraordinary length of ejecting this
writer from public computers in the Llano County Library System. Tough,
isn't it? Certainly, no First Amendment in Llano County, is there, sir?
Second time you have shit on free speech, no? This time by
incarcerating a writer. "Counselor", you have egregiously violated your
oath of office, -- repeatedly in this and other matters. You are a
disgrace and embarrassment to the community.
Your latest outrageous attempt at intimidation has glaringly failed.
There is much more to be posted. Should this writer wind up missing,
dead, beaten, or falsely incarcerated, everyone will know who is
responsible and why. Indeed, a small price to pay for exposing you and
your cronies for what you truly are. Bring it on, Boys.
