The following was emailed to Sen. Troy Fraser 8-12-13:

Senator:

Your long-term effort to secure and implement Voter ID remains not only appalling, self-serving, and exceptionally narrow minded, but a direct threat to integrity of the vote you supposedly seek to secure.

In a press release dated 6-25-13 you claim:

I am extremely gratified that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is not enforceable because of its reliance on outdated information. With this decision, the State’s Voter ID law which I passed in 2011 can finally take effect."

Who are you kidding, Senator?  Where have you been? "Outdated information?"  Where?  How?  Bigotry, sadly, is alive and well throughout the nation, particularly, here, in Texas. Think a demonstrably fascist Court won't 'legislate' its perverse ideological and religious views from the bench?  Hasn't already done so?  Repeatedly?  -- Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion.  'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

... A little haughty, aren't you?  You didn't pass Voter ID alone, Senator.  You had more than sufficient assistance from your equally fascist colleagues in the Senate and House, -- as well as our nazi Governor who cowardly signed it into law.  In direct violation of his oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  ... Then again, that oath means absolutely nothing to the Extreme Right, does it?

“Voting is one of our most fundamental rights. I believe that our photo identification law simply puts into practice the intent of the current law that the person who shows up at the polls is who he or she claims to be."

Your hypocrisy is stunning, Senator.  -- A right you and your remarkably high and mighty cohorts remain determined to abrogate.  For crass, self-serving partisan purposes. Despite phony assertions to the contrary by you and others like you, the Right has provided absolutely no evidence of current significant, wide-spread voter fraud.  None at all.  Sadly, for each instance there indeed may be, Voter ID will turn ten, one hundred, or a thousand others from the polls who either don't have 'proper' identification or won't cooperate.  -- Forget?  ... In Nazi Germany, jackbooted thugs demanded "Papieren, Bitte!," "Papers, Please!" This, yet another indication our formerly great nation is
politically, approximately and dangerously, where Nazi Germany was circa 1933.  ... A raucous bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!?

This writer carries a drivers license only when driving or intending to drive.  Pays cash.  Would never provide identification, a social security number to any corporation, business, or government lackey.  The loss of privacy in our formerly great country to fascists such as yourself is appalling.  To line your pockets and those of your corporate masters.  Vote?  Why bother?  Virtually no difference between both major political parties.  As an independent, this voter is shut out at the polls anyway since in Nazi Texas nearly all contests are settled in the primaries.  Convenient, isn't it, Senator?

Again, why vote?  -- Should Holder be unsuccessful suing the no-longer-great State of Texas, this writer will vote with his feet.  Continue, however, lambasting outrageously hypocritical national socialists such as yourself in this publication, Troy.  Conservative?  You're no conservative, Senator.  The last true conservative was Barry Goldwater.  ... Advisedly, you're no Barry Goldwater.  Not by a long shot.  ... Bet the late Senator isn't spinning in his grave?

Despite overwhelming public support for photo identification requirements, the Obama justice department blocked the implementation of Voter ID for two years. Now, we can move forward with our law to restore voter confidence by giving election workers a tool to eliminate in-person voter fraud."

What "overwhelming public support?"  Where?  ... Only Republican fascists such as yourself, Senator?  -- No one's knocked on my door to ask, and millions of others who remain staunchly opposed to this atrocious legislation.  Granted, Obama has done remarkably little during his regime.  Blocking what amounts to nazism at the polls, however, is an accomplishment.  Proof positive not everything he's done is bull.  "Restore voter confidence?"  When was it lost, Senator?  Other than to you and other equally self-serving GOP nazis who wouldn't know a fascist police-state if it bit them hard on the ass?  -- Despite the fact you've already callously imposed it on the public you supposedly 'serve.'  Sadly, you and others like you don't live in the same world as the rest of us. Your phony claims of significant voter fraud are delusional and politically self-serving.  Do you really foolishly believe we've all bought the Republican Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged vision of fascism embraced by young Republicans such as Rand Paul?  Not all have drunk the Kool-Aide, Troy.

This legislation is not a radical concept. I am just asking that every voter verify that "you are who you say you are" before casting his or her vote.

Certainly, not a radical concept in Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, Senator.  Poll workers know who the hell I am and many others like me who have been voting for years in this hellhole County.  Wake up, Troy.  Your determined ignorance is stunning and unbecoming a Texas State Senator.  ... To shamelessly 'steal' and bastardize a Clinton slogan: it's the nazism, stupid.

In a 7-25-13 press release you claim:

"Exactly one month after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is not enforceable because of its reliance on outdated information, Eric Holder is continuing to use the Act for partisan political gains."

Talk about the kettle calling the pot black, Senator!  Didn't you and other Republican fascists like you who engineered and implemented Voter ID "for partisan political gains" do precisely the same?  Only you did it first, right, Troy?  Wake up, Senator.  ... Head so securely, determinedly lodged up a bodily orifice you simply can't see the light of day?  Worse? You're hopelessly delusional if you truly believe continued racism, bigotry, prejudice, discrimination against others including the elderly are no longer a problem in our formerly great country, especially at the polls.  Again, your determined ignorance is not only striking, but poignantly stunning.  Truly unbecoming a Texas State Senator.

Pointedly, whom do you serve other than your corporate masters?  -- The fascist bastards who not only own government, but the sorry, cowardly asses of their employees who are no more than company chattel.  Chattel who remain so aggressively stupid and cowardly they'll compliantly piss in a bottle while supervised for a drug test.  Literally bare their asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  ... Not to go into battle or on a NASA space mission, but to sit all day at a computer.  After all, they're company-owned.  Bought and paid for.  At wages that leave most struggling to survive.  When will your corporate masters require an implanted chip to determine location and whether or not this human chattel is indulging in alcohol, tobacco, or drugs?  Or, will a corporate logo tattoo emblazoned on both ass cheeks suffice?

"Despite overwhelming public support for photo identification requirements, the Obama justice department blocked the implementation of Voter ID for two years. Now, they are trying to use another section of the Voting Rights Act to keep up their assault on Texas."

Again, Senator, what "overwhelming public support?"  Where?  You've been fought tooth and nail.  Every step of the way.  The fight is still on and will remain on.  -- There remains a significant number of us staunchly unwilling to live in the fascist police-state you and others have created and forced on the rest of us.  What "assault on Texas?"  Where? You and others like you are hopelessly delusional.  While there is much to excoriate the federal government over, much of it posted elsewhere in this publication, Obama and Holder are right on this issue.

Sadly, it's not only Voter ID.  GOP gerrymandering is not only shameless, but horrendous.  In the process, Republican fascists have deliberately, methodically, successfully disenfranchised minority voters.  To secure the Republican vote. What choice does Holder have?  For the first time since his appointment he's finally done something right vis a vis his intention to sue.  Tough, isn't it?  Panties in a wad?  Too bad.  Wake up.  Nazism is un-American.  Don't know that?

Equally achingly appalling?  Egregiously sexist?  Knuckle-dragging Neanderthal?  GOP insistence on dictating to women what they can and cannot do with their uterus.  Not your uterus, theirs.  No more than shameless determined abrogation of the Establishment Clause First Amendment, that is, church-state separation.  ... While hypocritically insisting on executing the condemned, at least some of whom, innocent.  A raucous bootclicking, goosestepping, treasonous, traitorous Sieg Heil!?

Most pointedly of all?  Who the hell are you allegedly 'Christian' fascists to force your perverse religious views on the rest of us?  In direct violation of the First Amendment.
... You haughtily speak for the Creator?  While a nazi Supreme Court egregiously refuses to enforce the Bill of Rights.  Insists on 'legislating' and imposing its perverse ideological and religious views on the rest of us from the bench.  While you fascists on the Right treasonously Sieg Heil!  in goosestep at every egregiously unconstitutional decision made by this nazi Court.

"The federal Department of  Justice continues to target our state. Texas elected officials, not some bureaucrats in Washington D.C., should be in control of our election law and I expect the Office of the Attorney General to keep fighting for that right."

The first statement in the above quote sounds dangerously paranoid, Senator.  When Texas officials no longer have respect for the U.S. Constitution and refuse to enforce its provisions, the federal government must step in.  Republican determination to return to the days of Jim Crow is appalling.  Must be fought.  Tooth and nail.  What's next? Swastika armbands and full Nazi regalia?
